paid for sauces which were missing.....

Two items missing one chocolate brownie and one sweet curry dip also the fried are not even cook properly this is unacceptable not happy at all.

only ordered for the minecraft toy an didn't even get one

cold food missing items order took over a hour

It took 1 hour and 30 minutes to be delivered and it was cold on arrival not the best at all

Food was stone cold and missing items waitwd 1hour 30mins delivery time kept changing rang the restaurant kept putting the phone down. Absolute joke

I ordered from McDonald’s Pilsworth the delivery time kept being pushed back when it finally arrived it was cold I had to reheat everything and the kids said it didn’t taste nice after being reheated it was appalling

Food arrived stone cold receipt on bag said 10.25 food arrived at 11.15 almost a hour for a restaurant that’s only 10 mins away would of been quicker & warmer getting a taxi to & from the restaurant

food was an hour late and was freezing cold when it got here despite the courier being there at the scheduled time

All the food on the order arrived cold, therefore having to microwave it for it to be at suitable heat to be edible. The driver also mentioned that the order was lost and that was why the delivery took longer than expected. Not happy with the order in the slightest considering the price paid is overall more than it would be in store.

when the man came to deliver the food he then made a comment along the lines of “ I don’t know why you ordered it from bury when I was in Middleton” in an arrogant tone and he then sighed and got back in his car

Good was cold and took a very very long time to be delivered and I only got store credit if £1 and the meal cos more than that

Collected a breakfast deal for my son , got home, opened bag and only had 3 hash browns?, went back store , they apologised and replaced order with a new coffee, got home they forgot put milk in coffee. Could understand if they were busy, but very quiet. I Only use mcdonald's for kids, as l dont rate the food, but previous time order was wrong as well. More training needed

Pls try make it make sense why on different occasions the food was colder then a glass of cold water and when it used to be open 24:7 it was shut at night 😒 along with there milkshake Machine never working at all

driver only brought the drinks when multiple happy meals had been bought for a children's party, no food arrived at all. he said did I want the drinks and I said no the children want their food. no attempt to rectify the error on his part we gave the drinks back and tried for a refund. no refund was ever given, no email received. Theft

Parking can be hit or miss during busy times.

I was supposed to receive a refund for this order as it was all the wrong food. No dietry requirements followed. I still haven’t received my refund a month later and just get ignored when I message.

Oil needed changing, double cheeseburger made to order tasted gross. The oil the nuggets were fried in was double gross. Couldn't get through on the phone to complain. Hit or miss.

Missing 10 dips and it allways seems to be the same they forget the dips but if you were to buy them there 30p each

Food arrived more than 15 minutes late, freezing cold and missing items. Driver wouldn't leave without the delivery code, despite me not wanting to accept the order, and the offered refund is less than 50% of the value despite stuff missing and being inedible.

not rlly late but from time picked up to drop off was a long time milkshake and mcflurry melting also yet again no sauce so can't eat the food as daughter is autistic so caused meltdown I mean nuggets no sauce

Early hours delivery to a hungry wife in A & E. Driver called and spoke to nurse and waited to make sure food got there. Comms excellent and assistance from delivery guy phenomenal.
