Nothing like I expected totally tasteless no cheese on the burger very disappointed

didn't get my chips didnt get my sauces and food was cold wanna refund to be honest

Hi, Food came cold.I had to warm it up. Very poor.

When 1st ordered stated foods would arrive at 13:05 turned up at 13:35

on what planet does mcdonalds think people in the UK drink black tea. no matter how many times i order a tea and put in the notes please send milk it's never happened not once. I hate mcdonalds food but can't even get a cup of tea right. least they had milkshakes for once my son was happy with that and both of us shocked. TEA IS NOT COFFEE IT REQUIRES MILK GET WITH THE PROGRAM.

Ordered about 19:30 with a delivery time of 15-25 min but delivered at 20:54. Delivery time kept getting refreshed to 15min every 10min or so., shame my food didnt. Arrived cold probably got made shortly after i ordered it and sat on the side waiting

Some food was cold and no straws for milkshakes - disappointing as usually good

Regardless if food was on time it was cold and we waited over an hour for it to be delivered.

Delivered a steakhouse stack, which is supposed to be a beef burger. It has just come with chicken on. Absolutely shocking again. I want my money back.

McDonald’s strike again, 1 egg and cheese McMuffin meal and 1 Sausage and egg McMuffin meal. What did we get? 2 double sausage and egg McMuffins, 1 egg and cheese McMuffin and a breakfast wrap, no hash browns…. Even ordered extra hash browns. You can almost guarantee McDonalds workers will mess up you’re order, Clowns

Food terrible. Sent mcspicy burger on a mccrispy order. Burger dry chips cold (as per) charge for sauces now and still didn’t send them. Finally learnt no more ordering from McDonald’s 😂

chips were a mix of very under cooked and stale ones thrown in there, garlic cheese bites stale and coke flat. very bad quality food

the time kept adding for delivery there is no way the driver came directly from the restaurant the food was freezing cold I order from there all the time so I know the difference.

Don’t get a frappe from here if you’re going late at night. They can’t be bothered to blend the ice up. Second time it’s happened now when going late at night in as many trips and just end up getting home to find I’ve got an undrinkable frappe full of blocks of ice n syrup. Retraining needed

Received wrong order, and the wrong order was stone cold. Delivery driver had obviously waited at McDonald’s to pick up as many orders as possible as it showed in the app that it took over 30 minutes for the food to be prepared and for him to leave the restaurant. When he arrived he said he’d had ‘loads of orders’ so it must have been mixed up. All info in this review is documented, both via photos and doorbell camera which recorded conversation. Still awaiting refund.

No communication received from the driver regarding the delays in delivery. There were roadworks overnight which we weren’t aware of. No indication of delayed delivery times at any point resulting in our order being delivered 2 hours after placement. Food barely warm on arrival.

the food took 2 and a half hours to get here by which point it was cold and solid and the drinks were not with it, I believe this is more to do with the restaurant than courier.

The driver ended up going in the wrong direction and was 15 minutes late. The chips were undercooked and cold. The burgers were barely warm

The worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Asked for large fries and got small fries, asked for no ice Fanta and got it with ice. I only checked the order when I got home. Shame that I have to check everything before leaving and it’s not the first time that this has happened. Very disappointed

Chips are cold- no ketchup and food was late - wait time kept getting longer

Food was hot, everything came as ordered. Didn’t forget anything not even the sauce! Whoever on shift tonight did well! Came super faster than usual! 10/10 today ;)

It’s extremely rare to ever receive an order from McDonald’s that is all correct. This time a strawberry milkshake was sent instead of a chocolate one. As always, everything is cold so a quick microwave to heat it all up. Doesn’t work for the fries though, they are just always limp and tasteless. I love mcd fries but they have to be eaten straight away when ordered. I need to just stop ordering them on home delivery! Apart from all that, it was fine. Everyone knows what you get at McDonald’s!

FREEZING COLD AWFUL FOOD WASTE OF MONEY

Some items were missing and it actually arrived cold and a bit soggy

disgraceful. delivery time kept changing going up and down. once it arrived everything was cold including my tea, that was once again sent with no milk or sugar, the only thing that was at the right temperature was the iced latte. as always an absolute joke of a service.

it took 1 hour and 25 minutes to come and when it eventually did half of the food was missing and it was freezing cold.

what's the point ordering dips if you never get them

the delivery driver was on a bike, caused my coke to spill everywhere the delivery driver still continued to give me my drink that was all gone!!!
