Missing both fries and one burger

burger was nice the chips were freezing cold

It was cold. Most of it went in the bin

The chips had green on them the food was cold and the driver was rude

Delivered the food and drinks spoilt all over the bag. The drinks torn the bag all over the mc flurry and burst all over my Doir step and hall way floor and wall. The driver didn’t want to help and told me to deal with it my self shrugged his shoulders and walked off. Tried telling me it was my fault. The bag was sodden it had happened well before he handed the drinks to me the drink had tipped over in the car to make the bag and Mac flurry so sodden. Absolutely terrible service

missing half of what use ordered not impressed

On the app my food as been delivered but I am sat at the window in the house and no one as delivered it

Hello I’ve been charged for this order twice again I’m not happy

The “ hot “ food was too cold to eat, waste of money as I had to throw it away

Food arrived all squashed and stuck to the packing . Cappuccino was slippy all inside of the bag ! The cup also split

It was out for delivery at 11 its not 11.44

Delivery driver Bangin on the door and shaking the handle. Food was super greasy and cold. And very messy and not appealing at all, very disappointed.

food missing as per usual is it so hard to chack all items are there before handing it to delivery guys

Shambles of a place everytime we get food items are missing , you need to get the children to double check all orders before giving out . Foods either missing cold stale joke of a place

No sauce! Don’t put it as an option if it’s not an option

Full order was wrong. We had to eat it as I couldn’t get hold of the delivery driver to tell him

Ordered on app. Gave the code to the lady at the window and the lady at the delivery window said she can’t see the order and asked me to go back in the queue. I requested her to speak to the lady at the order window but refused. Manager came and threatened to call the police. When I said, please do call the police, the order was processed. My son who was in the car was so upset and frightened. They made me wait in the car park and food was delivered. Unfortunately 9 out of 10 times I have bad experience at McDonalds. Almost never at KFC or Burger King. My last visit is confirmed.

ordered 2 large meal 1 with a banana milkshake 1 with a strawberry got the strawberry shake, the banana was a kids carton

I would be more than happy to pay for curry sauce if you actually dropped off what I ordered and my food was freezing cold what are you playing at

If you like cold food when ordering hot food then this is ideal ☹️ Also if you like being patronised then make this your destination as i ordered a Twix latte at an extra cost only the find the cream and Twix bits hadn't been added. The supervisor said that the cream had melted and I pointed out that I'd only just picked up my drink and there was absolutely no evidence of any cream or Twix being added. This branch needs to go back to customer service school as I couldn't see any evidence of this from the staff behind the counter 😥

Toilets were clean. Though, an annoying tap that means you can only wash one hand somehow, as the tap runs for 0.2seconds. The top piece of my McMuffin was small. Overall, a bit dry. Tidy car park with no rubbish.

Way over estimated delivery time and absolutely stone cold food

Went through the drive thru and served food almost immediately. However, the food was stale and cool as though it had been out for some time. The order was wrong which we didn’t realise till we got back home. Had to bin most of it as it tasted vile. Very disappointed.

Ordered breakfast was over half hour late when it came nothing but three hash browns in there and nothing else. Ring the place up to get some guy who clearly could be bothered to say nothing they can do absolutely disrespectful and shocking customer service

Missed 2 small fries from our order, food was thrown everywhere in the bag and didn’t provide a straw for the milkshake! Was very unhappy as usually this McDonald’s are quite good with service :(

I didnt eat here, took my Grandaughter, she loved it, food was hot, didnt have to wait too long like i have at other McDonalds, by far the best i've been in a few years!!

No sauces every single time, you’re an absolute joke.

The driver was very rude and when show to him that my drinks was half ( his bag was wets because of my drink) he trew it away. Very rude .

Food came freezing didn’t bring the right wrap so we couldn’t eat it as they are allergic! Chips hard and cold burgers was sloppy the delivery driver was walking up and down the street for ages!

time label on food says 11:53. delivered at 12:25. chips cold, chicken burger and fillet Luke warm. no sauce in bag. Unsure why took so long to deliver ftom prep time. it's 1.8 miles, 6 minute journey 10 mins at most.

Got to say McDonalds never fails to get it WRONG, how is it so difficult to prep and deliver a burger and fries? No joke, the McPlant arrived without the burger pattie, chips were cold, drove down and fair play the young lady on the window sorted it quickly but defeats the object of having it delivered in the first place, won’t order again, will go local next time.
