McDonald's in Bury

Collected a breakfast deal for my son , got home, opened bag and only had 3 hash browns?, went back store , they apologised and replaced order with a new coffee, got home they forgot put milk in coffee. Could understand if they were busy, but very quiet. I Only use mcdonald's for kids, as l dont rate the food, but previous time order was wrong as well. More training needed

Pls try make it make sense why on different occasions the food was colder then a glass of cold water and when it used to be open 24:7 it was shut at night 😒 along with there milkshake Machine never working at all

Parking can be hit or miss during busy times.

for the first time after ordering 50+ times from here the food actually arrived hot and with all my items

Oil needed changing, double cheeseburger made to order tasted gross. The oil the nuggets were fried in was double gross. Couldn't get through on the phone to complain. Hit or miss.

Missing 10 dips and it allways seems to be the same they forget the dips but if you were to buy them there 30p each

Portion sizes are a joke and that’s if they remember your order, I’ve given up going here now as always wrong, literally useless

Food arrived more than 15 minutes late, freezing cold and missing items. Driver wouldn't leave without the delivery code, despite me not wanting to accept the order, and the offered refund is less than 50% of the value despite stuff missing and being inedible.

Half the order was missing and the other half was cold. Waste of money

not rlly late but from time picked up to drop off was a long time milkshake and mcflurry melting also yet again no sauce so can't eat the food as daughter is autistic so caused meltdown I mean nuggets no sauce

Early hours delivery to a hungry wife in A & E. Driver called and spoke to nurse and waited to make sure food got there. Comms excellent and assistance from delivery guy phenomenal.

Large meal chips were mostly 1 cm in length didn’t get the sauces I asked for either. Terrible

Shocking service. Food was 45 minutes late and stone cold. Trying to get a refund is even more annoying! I won’t be using their services again. Not acceptable and disgusted!

Order marked as delivered but didn’t receive anything, obviously delivers to someone else. Wouldn’t mind, you need a 4 digit code to get it so this one’s on the delivery driver

Though the food this time was delivered on time it’s usually late. When it even does arrive on time it’s always cold and items were missing. Last time hash browns and this time, the drinks were missing. They never get it right.

Food arrived lukewarm and chips were rubbery. Ended up putting them in microwave to add abit of life to them. Did a home delivery but should have just walked there and got it would have at least been freshly done and warm.

Food cold and wrong items delivered due to allergies requested no cheese on one item came with extra cheese also ordered a chicken burger it came as a Big Mac with sauce and cheese items unable to be eaten chips ordered large and medium boxes hardly had any in also one of the drinks lids had come off so drink spilled

Food left the restaurants which is about 6 minutes away. Food arrived about 30 mins later. Driver was close by then drove away then got lost in a farm. Even after speaking to the driver who was only minutes away it took another 15 to 20 mins

Not many McDonald’s can get orders correct and to the door warm and on time- pilsworth manage every time. We pay extra for delivery just so we can use this restaurant. Well done!

The chips are missing very bad service

The food was absolutely freezing, we were both unable to eat the cold meat.

Firstly i made a order 3.30pm ish, i then got a delay, then a delay then a delay. My order eventually came ate 4.45pm. I get my food and its stone cold. To then raise this to get 20% back of my order.... terrible.

Food was quite Cold when arrived other than that it was okay

I ordered food at 12:17AM and it didn’t arrive until 01:14AM. A 1 hour wait for 2 meals and cheese bites is a joke

Absolutely shocking. 2 and a half hours it took to come but i couldnt cancel it! when it did arrive, every box was soggy, all the food was cold, my milkshake was milk.. and leaking out the bottom... chips were soggy, bread on burgers was wet... i fully beleive they made the food at 6 when i ordered, and left it there for 2 hours. worst part is i dont know if its just eats fault. mcdonalds fault, or the driver. NEVER again. uber eats here i come.

Worst mcdonalds around by far, unless you get a breakfast, then its 2nd worst. And Don't even consider ordering, its always freezing and soggy. And im literally a 5 minute drive away.
