Not all Mc Donald's are the same and this is definitely one of the bad ones. Service is slow and food is almost always cold.

Too busy for me full of students

Riddled with school kids and teenagers vaping staff are not polite,had me waiting a really long time for a simple order that could have been done in 5 minutes.

Stood waiting for be served with my 5 year old daughter. Staff walking past chatting to each other ignoring customer's.10 mins When I told my daughter out loud are we going somewhere else someone tried to serve us after standing in front ov us ignoring having jokes with other staff..

The service was very slow. The food was standard thing special about it. It was a very busy branch a lot of people there.

Decent service, fast fresh food. Good facilities and plenty of space to sit.

Just passed by thought have a quick bite to eat. But some use it as a bus stop to chill not buy anything taking all the spaces.

Absolute dump of a place. I took my daughter to the toilets and we had to abort and make other arrangements. Discusting, I will not return.

Complete joke of a place...50 mins waiting time, I thort it was known as a "fast food" place?...can the manager please turn up and see how this place is running as surely he wont allow this!

It was very busy when we went but it was Saturday, we got a table pretty quickly considering it was busy, did wait long for food either. Staff were trying to clear the tables as quick as they could.

Now I know why I don't normally go there! Seemiy, they are more focused on delivery people than on serving face to face customers, and, of course, my double sausage and egg muffin was the pygmy brother on their shiny screen!😡

only had a milkshake, the restaurant was empty but took ages to get served as the managers on shift were too busy talking to each other to notice 1 milkshake order on the screen.

They get 1 order right every 5 orders that they do wrong.

This place was dirty and service was slow I only wanted a drink and it took them 15 mins to serve me.

Loads of talking and laughing while 3 cars waited I was 1 of them on the drive thru

Dirty restaurant walked straight back out but first I had to walk through the crowd of school kids and their vape smoke at the entrance. Ended up going chicken cottage, no complaints there

Order arrived quickly and was correct (makes a change for McDonalds). Food was hot. Tables hadn't been wiped down. No parking in immediate vicinity but plenty of car parks nearby. Restaurant is wheelchair friendly. Toilets were clean and well equipped, very cramped though.

Cleaning staff chatting for ten minutes while we're sat at table 22 with bacon all over the floor. If I slip I'm sueing them!

I rated low for food as I am now pestitarian, not a big fan of fish fillet, however, Kiran is a little fitty, so kind, caring and Deffo worth a visit just to meet him. He is my ex boss when I worked at the Maccies near Tesco. BURY. AY UP FOR KIERAN.

Dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been in

Absolutely none of the tables that were free and empty of people were clean and ready to use. For the third time in a row, I have had to clean up rubbish and wash the table down before my kids could sit down. Staff don't use their manners. They just push past you in the walkways. They're also ignorant of people waiting at the counter to be served or asking for sauces. The service is atrocious, the food is mediocre, and the atmosphere is nonexistent. Would not recommend

Ordered for delivery missing items and cold food, seems to be a regular occurrence now, service in store is better, think they need to re-evaluate their delivery service

Absoloute disgrace of a place, certain staff members are kind and helpful. But the place is over run by hoards of antisocial teens who wit vaping at the tables while people are trying to eat and the staff don't seem to care and think that it's acceptable to permit smoking not only inside a publicly accessible building but one that serves food. General hygiene of the place is disgusting with tables being filthy and dropped food strewn across the floor.

Very slow service, I don’t understand why they are being paid for, they just talk and sleep on the go.

Not the best. Usually they're good but our order went missing between ordering and collection so I had to repeat it at the collection area. It was quickly sorted but I did wait around like a lemon.

The food was cold as always customer toilets were closed. The disabled toilet located next to the kitchen was filthy and stank of urine.

Food was good as was service, shame about others that wasn't buying anything but thought it OK to charge phones up. Wh~n asked to leave took them a while to go.

Shocking Cust service! Toilets were closed (except accessible one), despite being one of the busiest days due to a large event in Bury being on. (Glaston Bury). Store Manager was extremely unhelpful when asked and borderline rude when the issue was raised about the very large toilet queue. I was told to " read the sign". The sign stated that the toilets will close around 5:30pm yet this was 4:10 pm and I felt they had been already been closed for a good while due to the long queue for the remaining single toilet.

I ordered two hot chocolates only to receive two half cups of warm water with a bit of chocolate in, I took them back only to receive the same thing again, absolutely shocking I would recommend giving this one a miss..

The ice cream was good, but the portion was small, considering the price. Service was pleasant, quick, and efficient. The atmosphere was okay, the usual sort of McDonald's feel.

No salt on the chips and it made them taste revolting. It wasn't just my chips it was my feiends too. the chicken tasted nothing like chicken it tasted horrific. Fast delivery though.

Hiya everyone I do like going to McDonald's out my Train Ride Days with David my PA.

Shocking foods always cold and always something missing from order also looks like foods been rushed looks a mess!

Ordered 30 pounds worth of food. We waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for it to arrive, when it did all our burgers , fries , nuggets were stone cold. Milkshakes melted , and ice cream melted. Customer services at just eat only refunded us 10 pounds which isn't even half of what the order came to!! Lost Customer for life! I will never use just eat ever again..disgraceful service and shocking customer service. Shame on you mcdonalds and just eat..

I had the worst experience when I ordered through just eat and when I called up the manager was brilliant, me and my children went in store got the food we ordered with a little extra thrown in which was a complete suprise! The driver from just eat had not only delivered the complete wrong order but it was cold too! We are so grateful to this store for looking after us! 10/10 customer service! We will dine in every time from now on. Thank you!!

Rude, dirty, kids vaping all over the place, no one cares!

The place is disgusting, the toilets haven't been cleaned properly in weeks,bins overflowing, rubbish everywhere. Plenty of staff but grim effort. Oh and I asked for one bbq sauce with my order but obviously too much to handle. I wouldn't have ordered if I'd of seen the toilets first. Vile. Manager should be replaced

Not the biggest Mcdonalds in the world but considering the location in the centre of a busy town, it manages the numbers very well. The restaurant is kept reasonably clean and staff are present and available to clean. Not to bad.

Grim. Order screens had no receipt paper or table numbers so had to wait to collect food. Food was left out for over 5 minutes without anyone getting the drinks order so was cold when I finally asked someone to complete the order. Bins were overflowing, toilets were disgusting with no toilet roll in any cubicle. Feral kids everywhere too

Had great difficulty using the McDonald's appatvthis store as it would pick up the store in Fisher gate and would not allow me to change it so had to order at the boards

Lettuce was brown and soggy, which put me off the burger. Other food was OK, and the atmosphere was awful to many young teenagers messing about throwing food and few young girls watching a video on thier phone of a young girl being beaten up by a group off other kids we had to tell them to turn thier phone around so our grandson could not watch it.

If I could I would put NO stats. We ordered our food to be delivered in a good time giving plenty of time. When the food was delivered.the chips were cold, burgers were cold, we did put the burger into the microwave, tasted even worse. Vanilla Milkshake tasted awful and was awful. I will be phoning the shop. Please complain when bad. Praise when good.

As McDonald's go, this one's a bit on the meh side. Always feels cold and always full of rude kids. Also, never get a speedy service. But all in all its a McDonald's, what more to expect. Ok when you fancy a big mac!

Really dislike this place. Full of college kids just getting out of the cold sitting at tables not eating or willing to even order and causing distress to public which I have witnessed myself. Service is poor takes ages for food to come.

Long queues due to online pick-up guys pushing in and being rude to other customers. Cold food after a very long wait. Eating elsewhere is the best alternative.

Was lovely food and even let me warm my little man's bottle so i could feed him. Staff were lovely too as always

Always busy, not the best of McDs but very convenient

Consistently prepard food. Staff are nice. The delivery partners hang around and get in the way, making it less inviting to sit in and slowing down service. Maybe they should have a separate drive-through if the place gets a remodelling at any time. Sometimes, they put cheese on my "plain no cheese" order, which is annoying when you are taking it home to eat.

Self service ordering machine wasn't giving receipts, no table service, however we didn't wait long for our order.

Not as child friendly as it used to be.very busy ,staff worked really hard.....

Spent 20 minutes waiting, all the while staff chatting amongst themselves without a care in the world ( not a problem if they’re still doing their job) My order then disappeared from the screen I enquired where my order was and was told’ she’s sorting it out’ No apology for the wait Got order to our table finally and part of the order was wrong , so went back to advise , again no apology , the staff member did sort out after a few more minutes of chatting to her colleague but I’d expect just an apology but again non forthcoming. Food was ok as expected but the service from the staff was appalling

The restaurant was not very clean and I had to clean my own table before I sat down. The bins were over filled and we waited along time for our food about 15mins.

Todays breakfast seemed stale. A double sausage and egg McMuffin meal, with hash brown and orange juice. The burger bun was quite hard and wasn't piping hot. However, the hash brown was freshly made, but tasted of old oil.

The food is like any other branch, if you need a quick bite. However, the large number of youths around needed security on hand. The family sat next to us were also concerned as well.

Cannot believe I was charged 50 pence each for 2 sauce dips. These used to be free at all Mcdonalds but apparently as most are franchises each has the power to choose what to charge . Also, and more importantly all free tables were dirty and had to clean ourselves, in the 30 minutes we were in there not once did we see an empty table cleaned by any staff. Won't use again when visiting the Rock, will try Burgerking.

Wipe your feet on the way out! They are obviously understaffed given that orders took an age and the place was disgusting (front and back of house) until towards the end of my visit when the very nice public area lady came out to start cleaning up.

The service at this particular branch is abysmal. The staff are all kids, who stand around chatting instead of preparing orders and orders get missed. I waited 25 minutes for a large fries and a milkshake, hardly a feast! My order number was 34 but they went through so many numbers after mine, into the 40s, so in the end I had to ask where my order was as it had clearly been missed. If it was an honest mistake i wouldn't have minded but they weren't paying any attention to what they were doing and were just chatting to each other rather than working. They need to employ people who actually pay attention to their jobs instead of stupid kids who just mess about.

Very busy had to wait ages for our food

I had the new chicken burger with fries today. The burger was reasonable but I did think the meal was expensive. The fries were the worst I can remember from a Mcdonalds. Overcooked, cold and rather rubbish.

Terrible restaurant it's a dump Won't be going again, the fries were nearly cold and it was only after 11 o'clock, cold drink with no ice, be trying Tim Horton's instead next

Not that good to busy and to many mistakes

Well what can one say .... let's try .. been in here a no of times and always the same thing hits you in the face, the pictures show a nice succulent burger in a lovely puffy bun, with great gushing toppings, But what you get is... a flat soggy bun with a shrivelled burger and toppings that are hardly seen, why do the picture NEVER match the product being sold I wonder, also the milk shake machine is never working, the staff look like kids still in school. I dont think when I do use this establishment any staff have ever said thank you or have a nice day, not a thing just a rush to get your un real meal out to you, not a place I'd ever recommend to anyone until there product look like there pictures they advertise. Kids use this place weekends and teenagers, not all but 30% do not know what a bin is for rubbish, why cant the staff there explain they need to use bins and not the pavement, or is that to much hard work for staff there.

NEVER USE !!! Got the delivery order completely wrong driver refused to take back he didn't have the power two very disssapointed children no answer when ringing STAY AWAY
