Mcdonald's Restaurants in Bury

The food was absolutely amazing

unfortunatly the meal was cold and i was unablt to eat.

cold food no dips drinks half full want a refund

food bag was open on arrival and there was no happy meals in the bag

my food is missing and I have someones small chocolate milkshake

Never had this before but the delivery driver got me to go and find him in the car park instead of him coming to the door and ringing the bell like normal

The driver did not turn up I tried to ring him he hung the phone up on me mid conversation acused me of putting the wrong address but I have ordered from McDonald’s to this address previously he was very rude he marked my order as delivered so I can not get a refund for my order I am very upset

The driver didn't take my code until later he had to call me whilst I enjoyed my breakfast

Wrong food was sent and some of it was cold.

I asked for no onions as I have an onion allergy and my burger had one onion on it so this is cross contamination meaning I wasn’t able to have my burger. I dimly stated no onions.

All the food is cold. the chicken burger is wrong. added lettuce and ketchup when asked for no lettuce and a slice of cheese.

Horrible delivery driver, shouted at me and swore when he left the building!

Order delivered ontime but what use if mcdonalds dont put fries or a toy in the happy meal?? Too often this happens in store now delivery too

Good food tonight. The chips were golden brown but were nicely crispy. The food was warm. The McFlurry was perfect with plenty of toppings. Pleased with my order tonight

Do not order from here, they delivered the wrong order, would not help me, and just gave a partial refund so essentially just stole from me as I have not eaten anything from the old wrong order they delivered. I’ve opened up a case with PayPal for a chargeback, even though it’s only a few quid, big business shouldn’t be getting away with stealing

Ordered food only half turned up wasn't going to wait for more so got in car and went to McDonald my self quality of the food wasn't the best bun was hard and the food was bordering cold would not order from the bury one again

if sauce is an option and the customer picks it!! include it in the bag. every time I order from any McDonald's they always forget the sauce

A main item was missing from my order, this is not the first time this has happened with MCDONALDS BURY. surely someone can read orders? Right?

Upgraded to a large cappuccino, received half a cup of lukewarm coffee. Food was cold when it arrived.

it was cold waited ages for it only to be cold my son was looking forward to it and he has had to warm up up in the microwave. the chappie was very nice and polite and respectful

wrong items, missing items, items with the wrong toppings and swapped items, there is always something wrong every time i order from here, seems like general lazyness and a lack of care

Manager at the bury town center branch was very unhelpful and rude do not order as you will get cold food!

Got a Sugar doughnut! Had to throw it. It would of put a glass window through it was that hard. Disgusting waste of money!

Absolute rubbish, food is bad enough, service is, if possible, even worse. Delivery couriers are unbelievably poor. Not first time I have been disappointed, last straw, never again, just don't patronise them. Disgusting.

how do you miss food off an order. when I spent £80 and waited over an hour and a half for food.

me and my mates usually come here daily for our dinner after college and we never have any issues. However, it was quite busy to be fair to them but our orders must've got mixed up a bit as my mate ordered 3 burgers and all 3 had no cheese and I ordered 3 burgers and only 2 came, an employee called jack walked past taking food to another table and we brought the error up to him and he went ahead and sorted the issue out instantly getting us the missing burger and brought over cheese for one of the burgers that were already opened and also 2 fresh burgers to replace the ones that weren't correct and was very friendly towards us all!

I have been to this place today evening, ordered 4 big Mac and 2 cheese burgers with fries. Reached back home and realised 2 big Macs were missing. Very dishonest staff and service..

McDonald’s The Rock is a busy set up and full of customers specially on the weekends. Not fully satisfied with the services by the staff and looks like struggling at some point with deliveries 📦

Took ages for food to be prepared, even though we didn't order grills. It was correct and hot when we finally received it. Restaurant could have been cleaner and tidier. Toilets were well equipped but a little untidy

I don’t understand that when food or i items are missing that they aren’t replaced. but a refund is offered. When you have children eagerly and excitedly waiting for their food then upon arrival they’re missing the items and it’s a pooh show. I understand you are a busy company but I really don’t like buying food. I prefer to make it so when I purchased it, I expect at the very minimum what I ordered. Every order should be checked by at least two different. staff members. and finally the person handing the product should check it. How is it so hardplease explain.

Would only recommend big Mac all other food prepared and just reheated.
