McDonald's in Fareham

What an absolute pile of crap just been through the drive after a busy night .wish I hadn't bothered first time handed food over it was cold so I sent it back through the window and told them I ask for it to be double bagged as well .when they gave me my order back .I was fuming they put reheated chips in top if the burgers I ordered and when we got home it was only 5 mins down the road they'd left half my order out and the meals were freezing cold .realy need to get staff in night shifts that no what there doing .this is not 5he first time this has happened .discusting service .would they eat cold food no I don't think so .

Attitude stinks. They dont care about customers like other mds do. No help at all. Chicken mayo has mayo in it, ask for dollop of mayo and they dont have at all in building !!! 1 tbs of mayo will not break the money pot...

Managed to get to have breakfast here several times and it's always good. Very clean and the staff are always pleasant. Nice atmosphere all round

I've been going there for the "Signature collection" of meals. What I can tell is that these are freshly cooked, as long as they aren't the double burger meals. Because of this, the waiting time is longer than for other meals. French fries are crisp but they do seem to always add salt.Ordering system is modern with touch screens. Select the various options from drinks, meals, salads, wraps and customization options, then make a payment and get your ticket number. The annoying thing is that you can't simply pick and choose ingredients like a pizza order, but have to choose spicy BBQ for onions.

"Without cheese" is it really that hard to understand? obviously for anyone working in this place it is even after three attempts!!! after waiting around and seeing how dirty the place was we wish we hadnt bothered!! will never be going again

Mc Donald's will never let me down, CHICKEN LEGEND YUMM!! but there were some crumbs on my table... however the food was not cheap quality ☺☻☺☻☺

This Branch of McDonalds gets really busy, I often open the door to the place..look at the queue.. And just walk away, but when I decide it's worth the wait.. Or there's hardly a queue, it's OK, the same as any other really, the busiest McDonalds branches should have a separate queue for Desserts and extra drinks at peak times, because when you order an icecream based Dessert it's usually melted by the time you've sat down and eaten it.. That isn't a complaint about this particular branch .. Just an observation

Tried to eat here with my 2 daughters and 4 grandsons. Hardly any seating downstairs for families but no lift to get buggies upstairs. Tables uncleared and queues always long.

I had the unfortunate event of walking in here to grab a quick bit of guilty junk food. The place is a complete mess and is unhygienic. Rubbish overflowing the bins, food waste all over the floor, poor and slow customer service, full bin bags next to the bins and teenagers using the place as a youth hostel rather than eating or drinking. When I did raise my concerns to the manager I was met with a shrug of the shoulders and someone who was more interested in discussing what they had done in their social life than worrying about working and keeping customers happy. If that's a manager then I guess that's how the staff will act too.

Working in Fareham decided to try the new festive burger in McDonald's first of all u order ur food then wait with a ticket crap idea that stores not big enough and well when the burger arrived it was cold tasteless so I put it in bin rubbish experience

Clean, friendly, busy, quick service, just what you expect for a fast food restaurant. Nothing special, but good for convenience.

Well, we phoned here to see if we could book a table for a small group of girls for a Birthday and were told they don't book tables or do Party stuff.

As a quick snack we decided to have a Big Mac and fries which we purchased from the

used the new ordering system then waited over 15 minutes for my food. Others got their food before me but mine must have been sitting there waiting for a while as when it came it was cold. The restaurant is not family friendly with a pushchair and staff are not bothered with you at all. There is nowhere to wait after you have ordered your food and the one person on the till just stands there looking glum as his position is now basically redundant.

Place has gone down hill, always teenagers and trouble here. Staff don't seem to care. Feral . Not the cleanest restaurant either, seating awful downstairs. Definitely - standards have dropped in last few years.

I use McDonald's all the time, until they ruined the one in Fareham by modernising it. the food & coffee sit getting cold while you wait for your number to be called,there is not sufficient seating for the elder generation, I like, many other people of a certain age will not sit on a stool, & the upstairs seating that is suitable for the people that can make it upstairs well! they close that section at 5pm even though the premises don't shut until 9pm,

A "Big Mac" meal can really hit the spot at times. Nothing fancy just a standard burger at a reasonable price, great just to grab and eat with no hanging around.

Great location in fareham near town. Fab for catch ups with old friends, before heading to the shops. Or for that hunger fix you get after 'The Shop!' For the price and the quick service you can't complain much.

chips were cold and yet not busy buns dry burger not fantastic the service was quite fast the coffee was very strong even though I asked for it milky I think the staff were busy talking rather than listening shame really because I wont go again

My friends and I visited this restaurant early this morning, the staff were polite and efficient; the food arrived quickly however the temperature off the food could if been hotter. Overall a decent visit.

Food the same as others but this one is rarely clean - staff seem underwhelmed with life and can be slow on occasions - not the best by a long chalk but equally there are worse out there. Free Wifi is best bit!!!!

The ice-creams that they produce are certainly value for money compared to other companies. The restaurants themselves are very busy and popular with families.

As usual you get what you pay for here- fast, friendly food and service. Not somewhere you want to hang around at, but value for money is great and food is freshly cooked and tasty.

Average service and usual McDonalds fare. Sometimes this place is clean an tidy sometimes not depending upon how busy they are.

Honestly the filthiest restaurant I have visited - my son ardently wanted to visit here having been here recently with a friend's children and I took him here as a "treat". The first time I have visited here in many years and it was frankly abhorrent:

This is the dirtiest McDONALD'S I have ever visited, the tables are grubby and seldom cleaned. The staff are very rude and abrupt. Don't go there!

Sadly the food looks nothing like the pictures, and it is not particularly warm either. Limp lettuce, mayonnaise that oozes out because it has been placed at the edge rather than in the centre. Staff are friendly enough, but the items are quite expensive and not terribly appetising. However, I do like the fact that you can find the calorie content of what you are buying.

Only the ignorant could give McD's a higher rating! Do their customers realise how much fruit or veg they could buy with the money they spend in these places?

well same Burger king greasy food,very rude,southampton mcdonalds ok with service and customer service,very cheap food if you want something quick. the best choice is a chicken mayo 99p.

They really need to clean up in here. The place is a state. Only ever pop in for coffee as it's a mess in there.

Not enough staff for the breakfast period. Hot-shelf was bare. About ten customers waiting arms folded. Food finally arrives and was incorrect.
