Decent take away wether you have a delivery or get off your arse and go to the premises, always good humoured, and the food ain't bad either... Give it a go.....

Quite a dissapointment tbh.. it was recommended by a local friend... the kebab meat was warm at best, over creasy and the portion size was probably the smallest I have ever had.... especially for £7.50... The only 1 positive note is that it was tasty 🙂

Always miss things off or get order wrong No cheese on cheese burger and wrong sauce , 2 weeks running , I used to go once a week but no more.

Great food, high quality kebabs. Service was always good but the last 3 times of ordering and on the odd occasion in the past the order has arrived incorrect no salad, sauce missing and additions that have not been requested. On calling the restaurant they have always delivered a replacement within 30 nins but just frustrating when trying to eat together with everything hot at the same time. You get what you pay for and I'm happy to pay a premium price for an excellent kebab but they just need to pay a bit more attention to detail when compiling the orders.

Busy takeaway which means it is good ! Good value and quality food always hot, fresh salad ingredients. Fantastic range of pizzas too ! Friendly efficient staff. Would recommend the diner and swish kebab. We only have the medium size kebab as not sure we could manage a large !

I ordered a kebab and chips from here and it was e of the best kebabs I’ve had, certainly for the south and that’s saying something! The chips were crunchy and fluffy all at the same time and I nicely salted, the kebab itself was huge for a medium! So definitely got my moneys worth, I only wanted chillies for the salad and the restaurant gave me a whole box of them which I wasn’t expecting and they were also delicious! Highly recommend the place if you want a fantastic kebab!!

Loved loved loved the food. Staff particularly so they were chatty and pleasant. Wonderful. And place looked clean and tidy.

They are normally on point, but the last two times I’ve ordered they’ve forgotten my chips. And todays delivery was nearly 30 minutes later than stated

Our order came and the large chips and the salad for the kebab were missing. We called to let them know and spoke to a woman who told us we can have a discount or have the chips delivered but it’ll be 45 mins to an hour wait. We agreed to wait for the chips but then got a call back to say their driver is busy and won’t be very happy about driving all that way to us just for a portion of chips, as if it was our fault they forgot it in the first place🤨. Haven’t even been offered a refund, just a discount for next time we order, assuming we would go back. Really bad customer service, wouldn’t recommend. 🙃

They really know how to be sullen, silent and unhelpful. Couldn't remember salt or vinegar. Food average to poor quality. Go to the van round the corner

Very disappointed to order a kebab with salad and get home and no salad! Two years later and two kebabs later and got home with no salad again - the don't care.

Food is nice but it's all getting pricey 😔

We love this takeaway… food is consistently good, and depending on time the order is submitted, it’s usually with us in 30 mins. Staff we’ve liaised with know what they’re doing, and some time ago, they even delivered an order to us which was overdue, and when we checked we had ordered it for pick up. Great customer service!

Tasty food & Nice customer service

Out of the 10+ times getting food delivered from here 80% has involved a follow up call to get the bits they forgot to send. Bit of a pain. Final nail in the coffin is two pieces of hair or plastic in tonight’s effort. Good job I didn’t get the drink I ordered else I might have wash the strange addition to my food down.

This is quit strange as I thought they use to be good and top of there game.. but wow I ordered chicken wings and chips with salad and I got chicken nuggets, chips and salad, this is bad and disencouraging as people had complian over misording and I think something need to be done as this is not a good practice for business. I can't pay for something and get something else, If i wanted that I could have ordered you know!

Having ordered numerous times before I have now been waiting over an hour for my delivery. When I called I could hear the conversation in the background and was shocked to hear the food is just sat on the side yet to even be delivered. When I challenged this the response was sub par, there has been no communication from then to say they were running late. I don’t like to complain however having ordered before from them it appears their customer service has completely declined and there is no communication from them when running late. To then hear the person on the phone not know what to say and hear my food has just been sat on the side for it to arrive cold is appalling.

Attempted delivery order (only a mile away) an HOUR AND A HALF before close, online order only declined 30 minutes before close. If I had known at the time I would have ordered from an alternative takeaway. WASTE OF TIME

Appalling food. Ordered a chicken kebab, which according to their picture, looked lovely. Sadly, after waiting not very long worryingly, I took my order home to discover a grand total of 3 bits of chicken, a dry pitta, some limp lettuce and a spoonful of chili sauce and mayo. For £6. Now I see they have a food hygiene rating of 1. Poor.

Always thought Park Gate needed a decent kebab House as we previously traveled to Stubbington... This is a really good quality 'bab! Love the chilli sauce. Thought the salad looked a bit stingy but it's served separately and when out the tub there was plenty. Saves it going soggy by the time you get it home too.

The worst food I have ever got from a kebab shop. I wouldn't mind paying the extortionate prices if the food was actually edible. Seriously do not recommend. Food was sent back and a full refund was given.

Good kebabs, nice and clean, and a very good delivery service

The kebab van in the car park was missing so being in need of late night food I went to the Tasty Grill. Nice kebab but a bit pricey at £6.20. And that's the smallest option.

Can not believe the rude disrespectful behaviour tonight called for an order over the phone was confirmed delivery to my address on ordering then got a rude phone call saying we weren’t and there charging extra four pound if we want it not recommended

I have used this shop for a while and always had a great service. The food is always good and the guys are all pleasant. Over last month or so been ordering for delivery. Initially really good. However today we are sitting here at 2 hours, no food. I've tried to call the shop, understanding that there can be unforseen issues. No answer obtained. Multiple times engaged, on the couple it has actually rung, nobody answered. Really disappointed as they have aways been so good.

Have had good experiences in the past but the last two have been shocking. We ordered for delivery for 6 people and it took over 2 hours to get here, despite us phoning and asking for an update and each time being told they were 10 minutes away and that it was with the driver. When it arrived the food was cold and it was well past 9pm. The second time we ordered online and obviously chose the collection option where we could choose a slot for the food to be made and for us to pick it up. However we were phoned around 15-20 before our slot to say the food was cooked and ready to be picked up. On arrival the food was warm but not hot because obviously it was already packaged and just waiting on the counter before we had even left the house. On top of this the order was wrong, they left a topping that we had asked for off and put an extra one on a different pizza. It is a shame because when the food is right and on time it is yummy, but the service is just no good. Only good thing I could say is that if you have no conscience you could walk away with a free meal, when I turned up they didn’t even ask for any payment I had to go in and ask to pay for my food.

We often order from here and usually have no issues, but the pizza we ordered tonight was inedible, burnt to a crisp and black all over with a rock hard base. The disappointing thing was they must have known it was burnt but still sent it out... We expected better.

We do not often have kebabs. Especially for delivery. It was very nice. We all had lots left over and enjoyed it. The delivery man wore a face mask and was quick and polite.

Placed a large order for a couple of pizzas and kebab and when it arrived the order was wrong which wasn't a problem but they refused to put it right and kept ringing back even asked for more money even though it was clearly their mistake. They could have make it easy but they were so difficult and even made the pizza base wrong. I won't be using them again and wouldn't recommend them either!

Ordered a combination kebab, very tasty. Salad nice and fresh served separately. Chips were a bit on the mushy side but still tasted OK. Very good price.

Doesn't accept card payments! Not easy to understand foreign proprietor. N food was not packaged as I expected, not had a kebab in 3 separate containers before?

Nice food but they got my order a bit messed up. Salad in the wrong meal. My son was as gutted as I was!

Ordered online - waited an hour before calling and told food with driver - waited another 30 mins and told driver stuck in traffic (this is from Dr's surgery to Whiteley at 8:30 at night!). Called again and told traffic bad! Wish they'd just said who are you and what can we get you!

I would like to say thank you all Taste grail team. Very friendly, food fresh and delicious. Everything is tidy and clean. That is my favourite place to takeaway. Good service.

Ordered through food hub app. They waited half an hour before they cancelled my order! For no obvious reasons! Never again will I be ordering from this place. But they again you only need to look at their food hygiene score to know to never order from this! Absoutly disgusting!

Close to home friendly staff once you've been in there a couple of times. Huge portions and an ok price.

Ordered food online to be delivered and called once I had ordered to confirm they had the order and would deliver. Ordered to arrive at 6:45 and called at 7:10 when it hadn’t turned up to be told it was want ordered to arrive until 7:30 which was a lie as I heard them talking in the background and when I first called to confirm order they told me it was booked for 6:45. Arrived just before 7:30 but a miserable woman who dropped and ran and wasn’t very pleasant. Food tasted nice but very disappointed with the service. I would of respected them far more for being honest as I appreciate it is busy at the moment. Never had an apology which doesn’t cost anything and would of meant I would of given a better review

Disappointed that when i called an hour before closing time they said sorry not taking order now we close. I called 30mins previously to ask for the closing time. Very annoying.

I was excited when Tasty Grill first opened as there is a dearth of kebab style take-aways in our area and they started off well. We bought a meal in October and were disappointed. The kebabs were dry and overdone. The mushrooms in batter were undercooked and watery inside the batter shells.. More recently I thought I would give them another chance (January) but again, the kebab was dry and overcooked. I shan't be giving them another try for a while. Disappointing!

Won’t be using again. Asked if garlic mayo dairy free, they started by saying yes, then they said it has yoghurt. Asked for it to be given separately and not on the kebab. Got home to find the kebab covered in garlic mayo. Called up and they denied putting it on there, like I had done it myself! Had to argue it out with them, eventually they agreed to deliver a new one. Which took them 30 mins.

Good food but standards are slipping

La viande est bonne. Mauvais service, prise de commande très lente, plats pas très chaud. Les sauces ne correspondent pas forcément au plats. Dessert ps bon.

Waited over an hour for delivery and the order was wrong. Waited over another hour for the correct delivery after being told it would take 15-20 mins. Food was tasty but not worth the wait. Very disappointing considering I've just moved to the area and looking for a good take away

I've used the Tasty grill a couple of times now and never been too impressed but after the food we had last night I won't be going back again. My wife's chicken Shish consisted of 3 pieces of chicken in a torn pitta with a bit of sauce on top as shown in the photo. The pitta hadn't been warmed through so was dry and tough. Paying £5.50 for this was a joke. I had a Lamb Kebab and found several pieces of bone in the doner meat onwhich I nearly cracked a tooth! I managed to fish a couple of bits out of the meat to show in the photo but there was more than this. I'm used to a little grisle from time to time but this is clearly a very cheap meat and I had to throw the rest away. The chips are cheap frozen steak cut chips and weren't cooked enough. The website made it impossible to order as when trying to order one of the kebabs it wouldn't let me add it to the basket unless I added 3 types of sauce so I had to phone up instead. The whole meal was ruined and we won't be returning, we'll be driving to Stubbington in future.

Really the best grill in the area.. lamb shish perfectly grilled and good quality meat.. salad is great and with the nicest chilli sauce I've had round here..

Ordered an online delivery and they forgot to bring out the drink which was fine as they said they would redeliver it. After calling them up for 2 hours and being hung up on mid sentence by the lady on the phone I still don't have it and will never order from here again!!

Came here with my partner, we orderd two chicken shish and doner mix and a side of chips.The kebabs were alright, no marinade on the chicken which was disapointing and the chips are a no go.They also accidently put Chili sauce on both kebabs and just said sorry rather than offer any discount etc. And concidering it took a while to cook, we wouldnt have waited around for another one to be done. Not bad but certainly not great.

We’ve had numerous takeaways from Tasty Grill and have always been pleased with the quality. I like that the salad is served in a separate container. The house special is excellent and becomes a build your own kebab with the pitta being separate from the huge meat tray and separate salads. The chicken kebab wrap is really nice size too. Not sure the app is working properly as we never accumulate points for our purchases but nevermind.

I was told that this was a great place to get kebab from but they absolutely demolished our meals with an extreme amount of sauce; the meat tasted off and the chicken was so tasteless and dry.

Quite new. Been open about a year,now. Used it twice. Excellent food. Lots of choice. Friendly and getting very busy. Had the mixed shish/Donner kebab both times. Lovely. Highly recommended

I have been coming here for a couple of months now and it is fantastic. There was some confusion over my order tonight regarding some chips (happens to the best of places) but Tasty Grill resolved this really quickly with great customer service. Highly recommend

We love Tasty Grill. We have ordered quite a few times from here and never had any disappointment. The Chicken Shish Specials are so fresh and good quality, the portions are generous, and the fact that they do the salad in a separate container is a winner. Their pizzas are much better than any pizza place also.

Decent kebabs, and the chicken burgers are fantastic. Only reason for 4 star, not 5 is that they don't make their own chilli sauce. Salad is super fresh and tasty, good that its served separate too.
