McDonald's didn't give me my toy collectableeeee

Shocking rude staff never can get order right

Need to get quicker deliveries and more clear process on when things will be delivered. This was not fast food!

All cold all shot and burnt took hours

mcdonods do no t care about deliveries, almost every delivery i have recie red has been wrong. this time I did not recieve any collectibles, I was charged the extra for the meal.

I had to go collect it myself!!! 2nd time this has happened

ordered 2 meals and only the drinks showed up after being 45 minutes late

This was down to the restaurant - it took 2 hours from the time of placing the order to fulfil my order of 1 Big Mac Meal. Atrocious service from McDonalds!!!

Ordered feed family 4 only got the burgers no chips what’s so ever. And kept getting delayed

Only had a McFlurry takeaway but altho they didnt have the raspberry cheesecake i wanted, the Crunchie one was good!

Food was missing! Pay alot of money for the food and expect it all to be there, happens alot! Not happy!!!

Tracking the courier through the App’s delivery map, they went via Rowner and Alverstoke (stationary for 15 mins plus and over 10 minutes respectively) before delivering to me in Lee on the Solent. For information, it is a 5 minutes drive of 2.5 miles from McDonald’s to my house.

I ordered a sprite and they given me a cup off water

They repeatedly forget food from my drive-through order. Tired of having dissapointed hungry kids at home. Slow service and long drive through queues too.

My order is on time, but every single item was stone cold and the drink has started to leak so things got wet xx

Order on the app tonight went there to collect picked drive-thur and it was shut and another time ordered on the app for delivery 2hrs later they didn’t deliver and cancelled the order completely useless same problem with this restaurant is they unplug the internet at night so they can’t except app ordering

Never send full order, drinks spilled, dips always missing, no straws this gives a very disappointing customer experience and no matter how many times complaining to just eat nothing is done

Multiple items missing, no dips or straws despite ordering them. Drinks spilled into McFlurrys. Never received everything we ordered before but nothing is ever done about it. Very disappointed

I was missing fries for both meals

usually mcflurry is in different bags but this time it was altogether. Ice cream partially melted being with hot food. Hot apple pies cool as was next to ice cream so not ideal.

I started using this McDonald’s as the Gosport one was useless. Last two orders have been via just eat, but half the food is missing and you can’t get a refund. Incompetent. It cannot be that hard to read an order and complete it. Absolutely useless.

McDonald Fareham Continuously gets orders wrong, usually missing sauces and small items. However today my large fries were missing for a meal ?! This seems to be getting worse !

Our house shows up about 400 meters away from where it really is and the delivery drivers just can't work out that they need to move along the road until at the correct address. This is a constant problem for us. As the majority of delivery drivers seem not to understand how a street or road works in relation to house numbers. Although the delivery was on time the driver abandoned his car and walked the road causing the food to go cold as it wasn't in a delivery bag and exposed to cold air

Missing jam for the ‘toasted muffin with jam’ so I was just given a dry toasted muffin.

Wrong food. Clearly someone else’s order. Whats the point on the id code you must give at the door if you get the wrong food dropped off anyway.

Fries missing from meal. no sauce when it specifically asked me what dips I'd like. ordered 9 nuggets, got 7. limited edition burger was missing key ingredients. food was squashed and cold.

unfortunately the egg in the mcmuffin had a lot of shell in it. I'm not sure I'd order that again which is a shame because I prefer the mcmuffin to anything else.

ordered at 6.30pm,arrived at 8.35pm.Food cold missing big mac

the time kept changing and getting later. to the point when it did turn up it was cold

Order was missing fries and dips they told me to contact you to get whole order refunded and order it all again as it was inedible . It took 35 minutes and the drinks were flat too

there was no Cheesy Bacon Flat bread and the other food was only just worm again.

When I went into there today, the woman behind the counter was extremely rude, made myself and my friends feel very uncomfortable. I had driven from Surrey to spend the day with my friends and Gillian, the woman in question, had completely ruined my day. Gillian had a name badge saying customer care, should read customer insult. I will not be going back in there.
