They have halal burger. but when i asked them they said no

Food was okay. One order went missing and we were waiting for it for almost 45 minutes but after we raised the issue with staff they were very friendly and helpful. However, all of the bins were overflowing and food was everywhere. We saw many staff but none were keeping the restaurant clean and tidy.

Just left after finding this McDonald’s shut even though it states 24/7 … do people a favour turn the mconalds signs off and the welcome lights to stop vehicles entering! By the reviews of the food we had a lucky escape!

This is a good McDonald's, how ever.....I have 4 children all wanting something different. On most occasions when I get my order from the drive through, something is either left out or added. So annoying,....if you don't check the order there and then at the window,...it's a big disappointment when you get home. Also make sure you get your sauces at the window as when they say that "they will put them in the bag" if you have to go and park up, they won't be in there when you get home. Well just an update to my original post and this is being based on at least 20 visits to this particular McDonald's. Chips are very hit and miss here. More often than not the chips taste like they've been warmed up in the microwave. You know, dried out, warm rubber like and life less. Sorry Mc Donald's but that's the truth. I know they can produce good chips as I have had them now and again. I'd still advise to check your order if taking away with you. They still miss parts of the order out. Thought it was a bit weird that my wife's deluxe quarter pounder bap was smaller than the burger meat by alot???

Waited 45 minutes , for a stone cold mayo chicken and a half filled oasis , I ordered 2 Big Macs, garlic dippers and apple pie and I’ve received none of what’s just been mentioned the place is a joke won’t be using again

Never received my order it’s 8.58 and telling me it’s been delivered @9.02pm???

Often forget items, but this time I specifically popped a note and put a bigger tip on there asking they double check my order as we have guests and cannot get out to collect missing items. Still forgot some of it. It’s a joke, to be honest.

Staff cannot listen to orders properly. Food in the bag is wrong all the time and when it’s not they just haven’t put the food on the order so have to go around the drive through again hate this place!

McMuppets. Literally doing laps round the drive through while the children are starving and crying in the back, because these people can’t understand the concept of a plain burger. Meaning, no cheese (lactose intolerant) and no onions (because our kid hates them). Happy meal means kid gets what kid wants. This most certainly wasn’t a happy meal when it was all cold by the third lap. Only to then be accused by some teenage brat of trying to con them out of burgers, while I’m literally handing her three cold burgers with cheese and onion on them. Stood there telling me she gave me plain burgers when she’s holding the cheese and onion burgers. I mean come on. People have allergies. Get it right and if you get it wrong, just apologise. I know it’s just a MacDonalds, but £25 is £25. And this particular outlet seems to have more problems than average. Bad recruitment, bad supervision. Bad management. Our kid says 1 star is too many.

Disgusting, not only do they continuously get my order wrong but i have found hairs in my food before and i have also found a piece of plastic in my burger it looks like it could be a piece of a sauce packet.

No fruit bag and the entire cup of tea out of the cup and in the bottom of the bag.

Hiya all, just tried going there on a Tuesday night for a meal. To which it was only a bbq wrap of the day and I waited over and hour and asked where my food was to which they refused to speak to me and ignored me. In the end I’ve walked out without any food and a refund. Was awful experience.

Some of the order was wrong and some was missing! Not the first time this has happened either and you cannot complain to the restaurant only to just eat online. Not good enough, will not use again.

the delivery time continuously changed arrived after half 11 at night ordered at 8.30 food cold and squashed burger was out of the box and just eat say they can't do anything absolutely shocking won't b offering from them again.

The lateness was NOT the fault of the courier.. it appears the restaurant were running way behind. Times like this i really feel for ypur drivers as they have to wait for the slow mcdonalds staff...

Between all my local franchises, Newgate Lane is consistently the best for speed, service and food quality. The staff work really hard and it shows.

all food was cold and the burger was squashed and took much ketchup not impressed

The drink was spilt the cup holder was soaked and falling apart, so Thing needs to change on how they are packed as this is ridiculous all over my front porch floor and the driver was lovely so apologetic, food was cold but I was starving haha

food was stone cold because your driver decided to either go home or do multiple drops. you can see this on the gps. took 20 mins longer as he decided that other things were more important than his job

Absolute shambles!!! Got our families order wrong 3 times. The manager clearly didn't care. Apparently he couldn't do anything about it because the staff had been out drinking the night before. Then rolled his eyes and laughed at my wife as he walked away! Seriously need to sort your staff out. Disgraceful!!!!

Waited 25 minutes in the drive through !!! Should be illegal to sit there for that long at a FAST food restaurant. Cheeseburger was stone cold and milkshake was melted so all that wait for nothing. Won’t be back !!!

Food was cold chips were horrible

5 chicken selects meal arrived without the chicken selects, the bacon double big mac arrived without the bacon. Thought the hot chips were too good to be true!!

Once we had ordered we then had to wait for 15-20mins. There were only a few other customers, with it picking up as we got our food. Out the back there were managers stood around chatting even when the orders started rolling in. Food came out cold, huge disappointment.

After spending £54 on FOOD, they fail to pack the FOOD 😂 only drinks arrived but here’s the kicker, no refund or FOOD given. Foods always cold and barley cooked, having mostly minimal wage teenage staff won't get you any care or decent workers.

No McFlurrys or milkshakes. Cheese burger was nearly cold

Staff are always friendly and happy to help, however toilets could do with a bit of a refresh and clean. Also there is not a napkin/sauce area so if you want some pepper you better remember when you order.

Order got lost somehow but once rectified the food was good. The big Mac was well made and tasty. The kids meals were as expected. I often use this McDonald's it can be a bit hit and miss at times but problems are quickly sorted by the staff. I find the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Over an hour late and freezing cold can say I rate just eat stopped using it due to cold food and messed up orders should never of started using again
