Mcdonald's Restaurants in Fareham

Normally on a Sunday it's busy for you all, and it can take up to an hour, today it was delivered very promptly, credit where credit is due

Not impressed my order was missing so many items can your servers not count

do not go there the worse service ever! I was shocked the way me and my partner had got treated by colleagues. me and my partner had ordered our food and we had got give two bags one with our meal and the other with about 50 napkins in and nothing else. comments were made to me and my partner and they were laughing and making comments about us over the counter. we also got the wrong drink so my partner went to go get it changed and he had forgotten the name of the drink so they had took the mick out of him and laughed at him. Will never be going back never felt so disrespected these were teenagers and one of there names were Alex

Dip which we paid for missing Everything freezing, I expect a bit of a temp drop but this is appalling, worst I’ve received. I want a refund

I found the sausage egg muffin taste funny and was cold, I have this most weeks. but this was the worst one I have had

missing dips and cake. there us always things missing. dips are always missing, straws are always missing and it's 50/50 if you get sweet/pudding

delivery driver was super nice and happy

Received someone else’s order, when called McDonald’s was told they have run out of bags so just handing orders over! Cannot get in touch with courier so what would have been a Friday night treat is now ruined. Not going to order again as don’t trust they will get it right!!

without trying to be nasty,food was on the cold side. more upsetting was the fact the 2 dips for the chicken selects were missing.............

Absolute ship show. Run by under trained kids. If this was my business I would be livid. The order is NEVER right. If you order through just eat or deliveroo don't even bother complaining as the manager just looks at you as if she couldn't care less. If you order through maccas app at least you can go there and get what they've missed out. Which is a trucking pain in the bass since you ordered for delivery. Just cook save your self the stress and cholesterol. Check out the photo of all my missing food.... AGAIN.

Worst fast food restaurant in the world. Wrong food delivered. Sworn at over the phone. Lied to in the restaurant. Threatened to have the police called when tried to get a resolution. Abused when leaving.

Food was spoilt as delivery agent did not bring food to door in insulated bag, not sure it was ever in one, had to reheat the food, unfortunately this is not an unusual occurrence

Went in today at around 8:10 pm for late dinner. Ordered 3 burger meals and 1 kids meal for takaway. Waited more than 20 minutes... it wasn't busy at all but staff was slow and better have a chat.. fries was cold. And after checking bags ofcourse sauces was missed too.. order 92 if someone want to look at this.

My husband went through the drive through. Waited a long queue to order. When he finally ordered and got through to pay, the guy then said that what he ordered wasn't available. This is so poor. Last time we used it food was missing. The worst drive through, will not use again.

I ordered at 12. For it to arrive just past 3. I tried to cancel the order inbetween but couldn't find the option to do so. I called the restaurant who told me I had to come collect. I can't drive and have a 2 year old child. My food is soggy and stone cold after being sat there 3hours

Very happy with order and delivery.

Food arrived cold, ice creams missing, no sauces with the nuggets, that appears to be a common problem, the sauces never come with the goods - had this problem at least 5 times now but the first time I’ve reported it. Really annoying.

I ordered for my family of 4 at one of the machines. Took 25 mins for the food to arrive and when it did the burgers were cold. It was a busy evening and from watching what was going on, it seems the priority is the uber/deliveroo drivers, then the drive through, and then, finally the poor souls waiting in the actual restaurant.

As always Uber Eats, Just Eat and the rest of them get priority over people who actually come here

ordered food my for 9 year old girl at 6.34pm and app said delivery would be at 7.10pm. actually delivered at 8.20pm and was stone cold. phoned restaurant and food was prepared but no driver. I won't be using this service again as very unhappy.

Waited 20 mins in a very quiet drive in queue, no milkshakes (standard), waited another 15 minutes after paying to get to service window to be asked to wait again in bay for a single Cheeseburger. One! Manager didn't care, smirked and said they were busy. They were too busy prioritising just eat and deliveroo. Left without food because couldn't wait any longer. Avoid this McDonald's like the plague.

we always have food missing cold or burnt from this restaurant. I understand the odd mistake here and there, but this has recently become every order. definitely won't be ordering from here again.

I honestly couldn't believe what turned up. How difficult is it to NOT cake a hamburger in a lake of ketchup? Not just once but twice?! Literally threw them away.

The worst McDonald’s ever! Literally every time we order there is something missing or the order is incorrect. This time they missed a whole meal so I had to get in touch with just eat and it took 3 hours to be refunded £6! I’ve also complained online to McDonald’s and didn’t even receive a response. Awful awful awful!

Sauces forgotten, and a drink had ice when it wasn't wanted - but nothing too bad. Drinks had spilled into the bag a fair amount and caused a mess when unpacking but stuff happens 🤷🏼‍♀️

Over 2 hours for a small order, with no way to contact or cancel.

If I could give 0 stars, I would, worst McDonald's resturant I've ever been to. I waited 45 minutes to be served cold food, then an addition 10 minutes while they remade it. So many people waiting that they had to close the resturant to any more wanting to come in, along with at least 15 delivery drivers waiting for their orders. Management and organisation here is non-existent. Do yourselves a favour, travel a little extra distance to another McDonald's, this place is appalling.

Clean, friendly, fast delivery on the food. Shame the car charger wasn't working in the car park. But that's not a reflection on McDonald's.
