Mcdonald's Restaurants in Fareham

My b.fast wrap was ripped and had a ridiculous amount of tomato sauce.. I asked for 2 x bacon rolls and got 2 x b.fast rolls but my son has an allergy 2 egg and cheese so wasted...it was the drive thru that we waited for our food for over 5 mins on way to football, so couldn't go back. £12 wasted .... oh and it was just after 9am and the order didn't come up on the screen when ordering 🙄 😒

Claims to be 24 hr but at least 5 times in the last 4 months i have tried getting food late night after working late and they were shut!

They care more about the drove threw than sit on customers Foods cold or wrong

Getting delivery is a complete waste of time from this place. Food was freezing cold. Clearly cannot be bothered to ever include dips (which are paid for), some items weren’t even sent. Have tried contacting this store before regarding missing items and they don’t want to know and just tell you to contact the delivery partner. Trying to get a refund out of Uber eats is like getting blood out of a stone! Have to queue for a live chat you can never get onto so can’t see me getting my money back either. Don’t bother, shambles with incompetent staff Update: Do not order through mcdelivery. Uber eats have refused to refund for the missing items. If you don’t receive items you will not get a refund

Turned off engine and phoned in the restaurant as was sick of waiting in car after placing order. Over 10 minutes even though they weren't busy! Manager very flippant with me when I complained and asked I if they were short staffed. His reply was we don't have many staff on a Monday morning. So if you want to actually drive through for your food I wouldn't waste your time.

Had one bun with a bite out of it and cold fries with a new burger that was missing one burger. A absolutely joke of a McDonald's. Don't bother.

No milkshakes, yet again.. third time in a row in as many weeks. Cold fries, no serviettes and the 2 young people at the hatches looked so miserable! I’m not rushing back.. it’s just getting worse.. 2 of the last four orders have items missing… it’s just not good enough..

Honestly a shit show. Whenever I have ordered food for delivery you always seem to mess something up. Its honestly impressive, somehow messed up 9 chicken selects for 9 chicken nuggets. Suprised this place is still open given the amount of incorrect orders I have recieved and the lack of hygiene in the past

Delivery times kept changing, prep time was ages. Food was freezing, no napkins and none of sauces I ordered came. awful.

ordered at 7.25pm. food arrived at 9.10pm!! the app told us the courier was waiting at the restaurant to colle t from 7.50. we were given the delivery time of 7.45 -8pm the bloke who delivered it said he didn't even get the order till 8.30pm and that's when he got to the restaurant and the food was stone cold and missing items!! it's a joke . we had to order other food from a local smaller place which arrived within 20mins piping hot . this is awful service .

We have recently moved and not to far but silly me didn't realise it would now make two McDonald's appear on my app. So I just ordered the first one that came up instead of the one that's 500 yards away. Well for the first time in years the food arrived hot, it was all there and it tasted great.

disgusting! food is clearly made quickly then sits on the side for over 40mins before driver even takes it. food arrived not even edible when is McDonald's gunna sort this out every other take out manages to deliver hot food.

Missing items from order yet again, how can the not get it right so frustrating, no sauces also and no straws for the drinks. Does anyone actually check before sending the orders.

Order was late. Friday night I get it’s busy but yeah ordered at 6:50pm came at 8:25pm. Food was cold. Drink spilled everywhere therefore half full. Burger was missing from the burger. Another burger completely missing. Little one wasn’t happy.

This is the 5th time that my order has either been incomplete, not what I ordered or poorly prepared. Tonight my side order of apples and grapes was missing, my Diet Coke was half empty, flat and with no ice and the beer party was half missing.

Went they early Sunday morning only a few customers, had to wait ages for food and they say this is a fast food restaurant hate to see a slow food one but will say it was nice and clean ordered coffee opened cup and was only half a cup replaced but not even a sorry about it poor customer service

Food was good like usual for McDonald's, I was very happy with the current McDonald's monopoly event going on as now have a free Medium Coke Zero and an iconic menu item for £2. Overall Good Food. Good Service. Not Too Busy.

Nuggets, dip, and the kids fruit packets were all missing. Chips were soggy. McFlurry's had barely any toppings. Just disappointing all round really.

The food was delivered ice cold and the McFlurry ice creams were melted!! Absolutely disgusted with this kind of service.

The worst McDonald's in the area. The staff consistently get orders wrong and the food is often barely warm and badly presented.

App was showing for nearly an hour preparing food so I called the restaurant they told me that they didn’t have my order. While trying to figure out how to contact you. We had a knock at the door with our order. Driver was very friendly and apologised saying he had been waiting at the restaurant for 30 mins or more. Wry poor show this was not the drivers fault at all

Rubbish... Asked for a mccrispy with no BBQ sauce but bigmac sauce.... Computer said no so they couldn't do it. Not even the manager could allow it, asked for no BBQ sauce and a pot of bigmac sauce and they said they would charge £4.99 for the bigmac sauce and charge for the other burger.... What is in that bigmac sauce Jesus juice at that price bloody return of Christ what a mcripoff.

Everytime there is something missing and no 1 gets bk 2 u, I've just lost out on 14quids worth of stuff

Most of the food was fine. No dips came with the McNuggets which was annoying and my burger didn’t have a bun lid! Not sure how that got missed.

Food was okay. One order went missing and we were waiting for it for almost 45 minutes but after we raised the issue with staff they were very friendly and helpful. However, all of the bins were overflowing and food was everywhere. We saw many staff but none were keeping the restaurant clean and tidy.

Just left after finding this McDonald’s shut even though it states 24/7 … do people a favour turn the mconalds signs off and the welcome lights to stop vehicles entering! By the reviews of the food we had a lucky escape!

App said food should arrive at 20:45, it kept getting later and later, turned up an hour late and everything was stone cold.

This is a good McDonald's, how ever.....I have 4 children all wanting something different. On most occasions when I get my order from the drive through, something is either left out or added. So annoying,....if you don't check the order there and then at the window,...it's a big disappointment when you get home. Also make sure you get your sauces at the window as when they say that "they will put them in the bag" if you have to go and park up, they won't be in there when you get home. Well just an update to my original post and this is being based on at least 20 visits to this particular McDonald's. Chips are very hit and miss here. More often than not the chips taste like they've been warmed up in the microwave. You know, dried out, warm rubber like and life less. Sorry Mc Donald's but that's the truth. I know they can produce good chips as I have had them now and again. I'd still advise to check your order if taking away with you. They still miss parts of the order out. Thought it was a bit weird that my wife's deluxe quarter pounder bap was smaller than the burger meat by alot???

missing food and drinks second time I've ordered

Waited 45 minutes , for a stone cold mayo chicken and a half filled oasis , I ordered 2 Big Macs, garlic dippers and apple pie and I’ve received none of what’s just been mentioned the place is a joke won’t be using again

Often forget items, but this time I specifically popped a note and put a bigger tip on there asking they double check my order as we have guests and cannot get out to collect missing items. Still forgot some of it. It’s a joke, to be honest.

Staff cannot listen to orders properly. Food in the bag is wrong all the time and when it’s not they just haven’t put the food on the order so have to go around the drive through again hate this place!

No fruit bag and the entire cup of tea out of the cup and in the bottom of the bag.

McMuppets. Literally doing laps round the drive through while the children are starving and crying in the back, because these people can’t understand the concept of a plain burger. Meaning, no cheese (lactose intolerant) and no onions (because our kid hates them). Happy meal means kid gets what kid wants. This most certainly wasn’t a happy meal when it was all cold by the third lap. Only to then be accused by some teenage brat of trying to con them out of burgers, while I’m literally handing her three cold burgers with cheese and onion on them. Stood there telling me she gave me plain burgers when she’s holding the cheese and onion burgers. I mean come on. People have allergies. Get it right and if you get it wrong, just apologise. I know it’s just a MacDonalds, but £25 is £25. And this particular outlet seems to have more problems than average. Bad recruitment, bad supervision. Bad management. Our kid says 1 star is too many.
