I ordered by McDelivery & once again the order was incorrect. The staff said once the order has left the store there is nothing they can do. The staff need retraining if they are continually making mistakes & the food looks like it had been thrown in the bag. Very poor service.

This place is a disgrace! When your order is incomplete, delivered and bags sealed they try to blame the driver when it's their mistake. The duty manager (I'll spare her embarrassment by not naming her) told me to drive down there if I wanted what was missing. Just wanted to get me off the phone. 7th June 2024 9pm

McDonald's seems to have a talent for turning my orders into a guessing game and taking their sweet time doing it. If you're in for an adventure of misplaced orders and slow service, this is the place for you.

Can’t read McDonald’s app delivery orders repeatedly miss food of orders and then just pass you on to the claim number. Zero accountability or care

Stopped in here to grab a coffee for the train. 20 minutes wait for a coffee - service was so slow. In the end, had to leave without a coffee before I missed the train. Asked the staff politely three times if I could get my coffee. They chose to carry on talking to each other.

Went through the drive through and 2 of my happy meals were missing, My kids have been looking forward to this treat all day long. I went back into the store and politely explained my situation with the receipt , I was refused the happy meals!! I asked why and didn’t get a reply, I then asked to speak to a manager. Chelsea came out to speak to me and was nothing but rude to both me and my two children and told us that we would not be getting any happy meals today and refused to tell me why. My kids left crying. I am truly disappointed and will not be returning any time soon. You should be ashamed of yourselves not only did your staff make my children upset but u also stole money off me as a paid for 2 happy meals and only got 1 adult meal in the end. This is not acceptable. Sort yourselves out McDonald’s!! I will be keeping my receipt and sending an email to head office about my experience here today at your restaurant!!!

Hardly any queue at the drive-thru, still asked to park up. Finally get the order after about 10 minutes of waiting. get home and they missed out one of the main meals (a wrap). I have no idea how this place can be so consistently bad when factored against other Mcdonalds. Haven't used them for a few months because of how poor it was, tried again tonight and still they get the order wrong. I give up on this Maccy's, it's a lost cause.

We received our food from McDonald's on traffalgar street Burnley I'm sorry to say it was awful it was cold when arrived also the bread was like it had been defrosted in the microwave it's safe to say we won't ever use them again they really need to step up sending food out like that it was disgusting

Ridiculously long queue yet again due to the amount of Uber drivers waiting for orders, finally got to place the order only to be told big tasty sold out yet again so had to change our mind to something else. Got to collection window received our drinks and were told to park up and wait which was probably 7 minutes or so waiting before we got the food, now the coffee is going cool will be cold by the time we get home. Got home opened the bag to find that a burger is missing and this is not the first time. It's ridiculous this Macdonalds used to be so good. We definitely will not be going again they seriously need to get their act together, we'll be trying the one near Asda in future.

Absolutely useless, out of 3 Mc's in Burnley the service here is by far the worst. Go to KFC Instead

Drive through cue was very long so went in for 2 meals to takeaway and it took 30mins. The takeaway drivers was being served continuously while the other customers were left to wait. The service there has gone from bad to worse so won't be going again.

Spent 25 minutes, waiting for a breakfast meal, drove half a mile away to where in working, and the food is stone cold. Absolute chaos in the restaurant, so many Uber delivery drivers, floating around, blocking up the place, sitting on the tables, McDonald’s and their franchisees needs a serious rethink.

Just went into the restaurant and there must have been 15 Uber drivers, with more coming in and out taking up half the restaurant and the tables. Pestering the staff everytime one walked out from behind the counter. This seemed to mean they almost stopped serving the regular customers completely with only one order being served every now and then, amidst the surge of Uber orders. To top it all off, I finally get back and they have missed half my order. This place was poor before, but now it's an absolute shambles.

I understand when busy you may have to wait for your food. On this visit it was quiet. We waited at the intercom for 4 mins the girl seemed new. We arrived at the window and we could see her she didn't acknowledge us. A man who looked to be passing through took our money. We moved to next window to be told to park up. The order was a a happy meal two cheese burger meals We waited a good 15 mins . So we decided to go in. Our food was on a tray waiting to go out. We collected it and went to our car. Food was luke warm. Will think twice about going again.

The amount of times I come here, and the order is wrong, absolutely blows my mind! It is the most basic job in the world, yet they still can’t get it right! McDonald’s doing a great job of employing people with no brain cells

Spoke to a jumped up child called Faye. Asked why was the staff trying to charge me 20p for sweet and sour sauce. Allegedly she said they must have heard sour cream. How the hell do they sound similar?

The Restaurant had not packed our drinks correctly well you have seen the results in the photo,this is not the first time from this mcdonalds this has happened either,how about telling your staff to put the cup holder straight in the bag not slanted how this was,I could see it was slanted when the poor driver picked it up the drinks tilted spilt out all in his bag.

Picked good up for my wife and daughter twice in one month from here, both times they’ve got it wrong! They missed out the Big Mac and the dips for the nuggets the first time, then the second time they again missed the dips for the nuggets, and also 5 selects!! Who employs these people! Food was cold also! Standard here

The last 2 weeks spent £20 each week on family dinner disgusted cold food went today gets the food cold again told them I'm not having them and gave them back waited for fresh when we got home still cold and missing box 20 nuggets went back complained manager didn't really bother when I said when I get home with nuggets the fries will be cold he couldn't careless ALL VERY YOUNG AND HAVEN'T GOT A CLUE THE MANAGER WANTS SACKING

Finished work this evening and called to get a McDonald’s for myself and my boyfriend on the way home feeling tired and hungry. It was DEAD literally one car so no excuse for it being busy... Spoke to a girl on the order screen in the drive through who was very rude, didn’t listen to what I was trying to order and just kept saying ‘ anything else’ constantly before I’d even finished speaking. I saw on the screen that it didn’t say no sauce so I asked her ‘ have you got the burgers with no sauce’ she said yes. Got home and both burgers were covered in sauce. Train your staff on customer service better.

Not the best McDonald's in the area however they are often extremely busy! Can get our order wrong on occasions and the food can be a little cold. The new one in Burnley is much better.

Just spend a fortune at this McDonald’s by drive in and part of the order we’re the giant Big Macs. On returning home the Big Macs were cold and it felt like they haven’t been cooked. Definitely a waste of money so beware and check to make sure they are not cold. Will not use again in a hurry

Visit now and then always happy with the meals everytime. All the staff are very helpful and polite.Would definitely recommend.

Food as always just Mackie D's. I take a young man with autism here and the one in the centre but not on match days. The staff only took a few visits and both here and the town centre one are most helpful. Like carrying my tray of food as I can't just let the young man sit at a free table whilst I go to order. The town centre place is not on trip advisor but are brilliant with us but the Burnham gate are also most helpful.

decided to go as we were in a bit of a rush and wanted something quick ... Big mistake, the drive through was queued out of the car park so we decided to go inside instead ....Big mistake number 2, the new set up is stupid and slow in fact very slow first we was in the wrong queue unknown to us and no signs we ended up waiting in the collection only side, 15 minutes of waiting and wondering what the hell was going on we was told to go to the other queue, we did this placed our order then was told to go back to the other queue to wait for the food after another 15 mins we eventually got our food only for it to be lukewarm and inedible as we had to be somewhere the food ended up in the bin and we went hungry, avoid at all costs

Vowed to never eat here again as it's usually awful, but my wife moaned until she got her own way! Absolutely dreadful as usual, food was average, service was despicable! Asked for 20 chicken nuggets, received 18 and they were far from hot! Asked for two double cheese burgers and received singles! I give up! No wonder these people are stuck working there! Not a great lover of McD's, I have been taking children, and now grandchildren, rather reluctantly, for upwards of 30 years. This visit was good. The kids did their own ordering on screen - and the food was delivered to the table in very quick time! Can't fault it for what it is - the chicken recognisably chicken, the fries quite tasteless, the coffee good - McFlurry ice-cream excellent! Staff were constantly cleaning and tidying tables, floor areas and toilet areas - largely because the clientele couldn't themselves be bothered........There are also tables with screens available which helps to keep the little ones happy - and some of the big ones as well. As fast food goes, this was a good experience.

Got order wrong . Food wasn't ready so had to park in grill which was full . No where to park , other customers eating food in grill instead of moving for others . Other cars unable to move as grill was over flowing which resulted in other drivers shouting at others . Once order can we realised we were over charged and order was wrong . Was unable to go back in as could not park . Management of car park and orders is sub standard .

Went on New Year’s day, needed to deal with hangover that was trying to creep in. The drive through was queued all-round the carpark, so i parked up and went in. Was very impressed with the new decor. The service was very slow, in fact painfully slow. i know it was busy but even so its should be 'fast food'. Disaster there was no strawberry milkshakes (my hangover cure), i was offered a banana milkshake (puke puke puke) if i wanted banana i would have asked for it. Anyway, i was very disappointed. so decided to try the McDonalds in town instead. The one in town was empty, and had strawberry milkshake. so hangover avoided and 2 cheeseburger and milkshake consumed, Thank goodness for multiple sites.

Came here as we thought the diner opposite was American but it was weird fish and chips. The queue was massive as it was Sunday- the day of rest in Burnley. Ordered two Big Tastys and received one napkin to share. Too much Big Tasty sauce for one napkin. Good job I had some emergency tissues in the car or things could have got real messy, real quick. Come on guys you're better than this

The woman who took my order had an IQ of 6, rude, constantly using the word 'what?' When I got the food it was cold, order was wrong, bread was burnt as that was all I could taste! Went there as a last minute thing at the request of someone else, won't be returning! Worst food and service I've ever had

Ok McDonald's drive through always busy 24 hours I think generally efficient and fast service better than the one in the town centre

Great clean , restaurant our grandkids love it , they do a happy meal in a box and a toy for the kids , adult portions burgers chips etc , and there chicken salad is delicious and a good portion , great fruit flavoured milk shakes and there is a drive through which is 24 hours they also do a good egg n bacon mc muffin ,but my favourite is a big mac n chips and if u go large u get a big portion if you are hungry great after school tea as a treat

Well, it's the Golden Arches. I love their coffee. It's always great. Love the cookies too! If you have been to one, you've been to 'em all!

Drive through ,takeaway or eat in-busy,busy busy! Food O.K.but could have been warmer.Would not recommend if you have the time to sit down somewhere and spend some time eating in a 'proper' restaurant.

We have eaten both in and out here several times and have never really been disappointed, The drive through does get very busy at peak times but that’s to be expected really, the staff always seem to be very friendly and helpful, never really had any real problems.

I called at 6am for a coffee on the way to work.I ordered a latte and egg and baconBap it did not take long but once I drove off got on the motorway andTook a drink of my coffee it was a Black coffee ? Had to wait nearly 30 mins! Pretty much every customer had a complaint or was waiting way to long, will never be going back there again. Toilets were so dirty, food was cold, and even the replacement food wasn't any better. It's almost as if someone was purposely sabotaging the place!

Everytime I have visited McDonalds drive through in Burnley I have ordered and had to sit and wait in the car park for my food. By the time I get it the order is normally wrong and some of the food is cold. The staff are nice and friendly and the restaurant looks nice and clean.

First visit to this McDonalds, the service was very good, plenty of seating for the size of the town with a downstairs area. One of our burgers was a 'special order' and even though it was at a busy lunchtime, the burger when ready was bought downstairs to our table by a very friendly lady.
