Mix grill is my go to highly recommended

Food was absolutely amazing, customer service was 10/10, will absolutely be coming back here!

We ordered food at 7.30 pm on Thursday 8th August and we order food regularly from Arbys, we phoned them as we regularly do, to place our order, they said it would be 45 minutes. At 9.00 pm we called them back to ask about our order not being delivered. The man on the phone said 'oh our systems have gone down" this was somewhat surprising because we ordered on the phone not on line. They said " you can place the order again if you like" we said don't bother we have already waited one and a half hours. We then put the phone down and I can categorically say we will never use Arbys again to order a takeaway, absolutely abysmal customer service, very very poor.

Best take away for miles great staff,good prices and excellent food

Had a lamb curry from here, woke up the next morning with food poisoning!

Been trying to ring to place order for half hour and line says busy & place doesn't close for another 15 min

This was an OK Kebab .... filled a gap ..... not to expensive and a nice sized kebab.... . Will have to try more next time

We love arbyz, been using them for years. So cheap and can feed a family of 5 for under 40 pounds. Highly recommend

Love the kebabs they are the best we have tasted in a long time. They were also hot and staff are lovely. Definitely will order again

I was really disappointed as arbys is normally one of my favourite takeaways and I often go into the shop for food but I decided to order for a delivery , I placed a £32 order and was looking forward to my food but when it came they gave me a burnt meat feast pizza and a Donner kebab with no sauces on , all of the food was really dry aswell probably as it was all over cooked . I rang them as I thought they would have good customer service but they argued with me and said it was my fault as I had not ordered the salad or sauce for the kebab n said they would send some sauce out but I explain the kebab was cold now , they didn’t offer to send out a replacement pizza as the one they sent was burnt just said all they could do was send some sauce out , tea was ruined as no I knew would eat it , poor customer service and poor food on this occasion , very disappointed ex customer

Don’t give you what you ask . For example ask for lots off sauce and they put a tiny blob on pathetic

First time ordering here after being recommended, and out of all the takeaways in the area this is the best by far the donner meat is very tasty cut finely and not fatty at all, the pathia curry was to die for well done guys 5/5 from us will definitely order again

Recently moved to the area, tried various different things off the menu, not once have I been disappointed by the food. Great prices, even better portions. This is now my go to takeaway! Highly recommended

This place appears to have no online ordering facility which is novel in this day and age.. you ring up and get it delivered and pay in cash.. al la oldskool! Anyway, I'm delighted that I tried this place, my balti was delicious and quite authentic! The pizza was nice and the naan bread was soft and fresh too. I've been searching for a place that does, pizzas, kebabs AND curries as my partner doesn't like spicy food and I adore it.. and looking for one that does it to a decent standard, well, now I've found one and it exceeded my expectations. will definitely order again and soon!

If I could give 6 stars I would. The quality service and food is fantastic. Jalfrezi is the best! Don't take my word for it. Try it :)

Never had bad food from here, we get food for work on Friday treat day. Also get food for home at weekend and it's yummy 👍

Great food, great price, really good pizzas, kebabs, curries. Review changed from 4* to 5* because THEY'RE BACK OPEN FRIDAY LUNCH!! Top guys, great grub.

The chicken tikka kebabs are top quality. Fresh, full of flavour, well cooked, large, and great value for money. If you like your chicken kebabs go to Arbyz!

Tastes good, and staff are friendly, although only 2 tables to eat in at, and food is a little cold sometimes, but other than that it is brilliant

Got chicken burgers from here on New Years Eve. Admittedly we were all drunk but they tasted great. We popped back this weekend to get chicken burgers for the family and decided on a cheese garlic bread as well. They were just as good sober,and the garlic bread is amongst the best I’ve tasted. The shop looks a little scruffy but you see what they’re cooking and we took our food away although there are a couple of tables inside. I’ll be going back.

Probably just had the best Donner and chicken meat I've tasted. Not swimming in fat and full of flavor. Staff are polite. Curry menu looks good too.

Arbyz is our favourite take away.even the kids will eat curries from here.theyve tried different dishes and kids meals.its great food.fantastic food at great prices.food is always hot and perfectly cooked when it arrives.we go at least once or twice a week.keep up the good food lads.xx

My local takeaway .... excellent food good staff

After a long day a takeaway was the only thing we needed so after the leaflet from Arbyz was dropped through our door, we decided to try it. We ordered a vegetarian pizza and a cheese tomato and ham pizza. Both pizza's were incredibly generous with toppings and didn't bulk out on cheese like other places. We also ordered a mixed Donner kebab which came with Donner, chicken and char-grilled beef, absolutely brilliant. No greasy meat, fluffy naan bread, everything was perfect. Then we ordered again after England's victory over Columbia (On penalties i might add) the same vegetarian pizza was ordered again along with a piri-piri chicken pizza and a Hawaiian. All pizzas were again fresh with generous amounts of topping. A chicken strip meal was also purchased and it was honesty the best fried chicken I'd ever tasted, crispy coating with the tender chicken inside. Topped off with crispy chips and a 7UP it was worth the price. Arbyz is a brilliant takeaway and it is an absolute credit for the guys who work there as they are always friendly and polite. It is also in an area with lots of other takeaways. Under the new management I believe that they will have success in the future in competing with other takeaways and providing Burnley with more of their delicious food.
