After ordering a delivery I left a review on Just Eat, which has not received a reply. The Kids Cheeseburger meal was beyond awful. The meat slice was stone cold, and the cheese had not melted onto the meat so could not have been added to a hot burger; there was no ketchup added; the French Fries were hard and cold. (The Whopper on the other hand was warm and well-prepared) To expect to give this to a child to eat is appalling, you should be ashamed to put that into an order and give it to a customer for their child to eat. We decided to drive to McDo's and picked up another meal there, your kids burger was literally inedible and went into the bin. The McDo adult double cheeseburger meal cost a few pence more than the actually revolting Kids meal that you delivered, and was much better. We have used Burger King for years, all over the country; this was well below your usual standards. I'd be grateful if your manager could reply.

Came here with my lad and was a total impulse as I’ve not had a Burger King for ages. Ordered at the self order machine, kids nuggets apple fries, and for myself an electric frozen Fanta and a whopper meal. A few choices were out of stock. I waited at the pick up point to be told there was no electric Fanta, which is fair enough. And swapped for a strawberry, that my lad had. The guy at the counter said sit down I’ll bring it over. Next thing I hear is a big shout from the counter ‘95!’ - bear in mind it a very small eatery. With 4 tables. The lads meal was served with chips not apple fries. So I approached the counter again, to ask. Only to be told they had none of them either. With no alternative and it was one of the few items on the self service machine there. I tucked into the whopper to find it was freezing Cold. Absolutely no temperature to it all. Due the the staff lapse attitude of the earlier issues, I left it and didn’t ask for a replacement. Really I should know better with fast food take aways, but the prices that BK charge should be a lot better in availability, service and product quality. There are many other sites that offer better food at a cheaper price in the area. Next time I’m the area, I’ll do exactly that.

The service was terrible me and my mum got hit by the chairs it is dangerous for them to do such a thing and the order point didn’t work and my mum got a bruise

Big whopper meal and a share box with extra fries,no extra fries burger bun was stale,the onion rings in the share box were like old rubber washers which had perished, only live 2 minutes away by car and by time I got home all were cold,I've had burger King's from all over this country and this is the worst I've ever had, Never again it's gone right down hill on quality and price

The lettuce was 2 weeks old!!!!! Couldn’t eat it. Wouldn’t feed to my dog. Offered me a replacement whopper but not worth the drive back.

Went through the drive through, got home not even 5 minutes after leaving, sat down to eat with my mother. She bit into her whooper and spat it straight back out, said it tasted really funny and the burger meat itself tasted & smelt very chemically. I then tried part of her burger, and she was correct. I’ve since thrown up the food I’ve had. I tried to ring to explain that the whooper tasted funny (not for a refund) just so they could look into the rest, and they didn’t answer the phone. Massive let down! Not impressed that I’m now sat here with a dodgy belly :(

Absolutely THE worst fast food delivery service ever! I’ve been stupid enough to revisit this establishment for deliverable food on 3 separate occasions hoping each time that they have improved. EVERY SINGLE TIME there is food missing in my order! And ringing them to solve the issue is a fool’s idea as they never answer the phone. I have absolutely no desire to have to chase after an order once it is paid for. I never experience this treatment with other fast food restaurants. This one is appalling. The disorganisation, disregard for proper service and the overall experience is more than shocking. Not sure if it is the drivers taking customers’ food or whether the staff actually are incompetent. An embarrassment to say the least. 1 star because I had to! Otherwise, Worse Than Terrible!

Been to burger King 45mins ago, 1 item missing and been ringng for 20 mins and nobody picking the phone up, to queue outside is too long for drive through, very disappointed, no communication plus the bag of food which they gave my husband ripped as he passed it through the window and No apology.

Twice now when we have ordered from here our order is short, we ordered 3 meals 2 with onion rings, 1 with chips, an extra portion of chips and 3 classic coke, order arrives take into house, no onion rings, 3 lots of chips, only 2 coke, 3 Burgers one of which was the wrong burger to what we ordered, so forgetting that obviously sent 2 portion of chips instead of onion rings ie 3 chips, but still left us short of the extra portion we ordered and 1 coke as only received 2 when should of being 3,checked receipt, checked the order online both were same we were short of a chips and coke, still said onion rings even tho they sent chips, plus it said double bacon chesseburger they only sent a cheese burger, so short a chips and coke but still charged for them as checked my bank. The time before same short delivered a chips and coke and charged for it also, funny enough both times were on a Saturday, ordered in past during week no problems, maybe check your staff as once maybe twice same things missing you've obviously got a member of staff who keeps makes the same mistakes, coincidence I think not, won't be ordering again not paying for things we don't receive.

Just been in after a great family afternoon out. The bread wasn't fresh and the chips were far to salty and uneatable. I've never had such a bad experience at a Burger King Before. Tried to give feedback on BK website it kept timing out I think they can't take negative feedback. Don't think we'll be going again!

Called in for a meal the first week it opened and was appalled by the slow service and cold food. Gave them the benefit of the doubt putting it down to teething problems. Called in again recently and found not a lot of improvement. Not enough staff. They seemed to be concentating more on the drive thru than the walkin customers. the food when it did come was cold. Not a good experience.

Not usual for me to post a review of a fast food joint, but my visit to this Burger Kind was exceptional and I want to record that, given fast food usually gets a bad press. We ordered from the touch screens, including some "customisation". From experience (mostly of McD's but also of BK), we expected a long wait as we know they have to be made to order. In reality, the order number was called remarkably quickly. We hadn't been to get our drinks from the machine, and the lad behind the counter offered (without prompting) to put our meal under the hot lights to keep it warm whilst we did the drinks. After all that, the food was fresh and piping hot. The toilets were spotless, the tables/chairs were all tidy. All in all, probably the best "fast food" experience we've had in years! Well done to the staff and management!
