The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Really poor service tonight. Customer service poor, Calzone with barely any meat and no chips with the kebab! Rang and spoke to someone and just got shouted at. Won't be returning! Waste of money.

I will never order from this place again as food is tasteless and always things missing it’s the 3rd time I’ve ordered from these and everytime I’ve been charged in full for even the things that are missing this was the final straw for me I won’t be ordering again!

It's mcdonalds it all that you expect, the food was good but the site is awful. It has a drive through but very very limited parking possibly the worst I have found. Toilets were my bug near here, broken urinals and wet floors from leaks. No real space to add more parking as it was shoehorned in behind the garage.

The employees are so lost . They run around the kitchen like headless chickens . They have no idea who’s orders who’s . And they tried giving me someone’s order . Even the manager don’t know to do his job . So annoying.

All was great ,got a McFlurrie and quite enjoyed it.

Walked in and was told it’s drive thru only. Asked if we could order a mcflurry at the drive thru and was told yes. Proceed to go to the drive thru where we were told we couldn’t get a mcflurry. Waste of time

McDonald's is McDonald's - but my son that lives in Burnley told me it's more expensive here in Keighley! I thought it was the same everywhere

Thoroughly enjoyed my chicken and chips yesterday. Freshly cooked, salad was fresh. Very tasty.

Mcdonald on the caxton gibet services is a 24hr drive thru with cloud wifi has all the usual instore services with the totum ordering boards and table service can be very busy at times with other stores on the site car parking is tight some disabaled parking spaces are nearby but are shared by the neighouring units staff are frendly and helpfull but can be rushed at busy times two hours free parking check the notice for any changes.

Poor service unhappy staff very below average food Manager didn't have a clue about customer service

I ordered of the McDonald's app recieved my order good was cold tried calling the store for a hour as I had food missing but no one answered the phone at all so not only was my meal missing im also down a 10a as no option on the app to say missing food 😡😡😡

Regularly unclean, poor services from many members of staff that treat it like a joke rather than a job. Orders regularly wrong or food in cold poor condition just thrown in to bags. And we can't forget the staff chewing gum while preparing food.
