This place is known for not giving sauces even with a £40 + order, received my food cold food, wasn’t sealed in bags. Called the store and the manager said she stapled the bags and gave 3 bags however parts of my order was missing.

I have used this place a couple of times and it was a little more than adequate. However the prices suggest it should be more up market and excellent coffee. It was far from this and why it did not get the customer traffic that other similar shops get. Today I read it has closed down for good. This is a shame for the workers and the business owners but they did have an input on the final curtain. A better customer approach and prices that would tempt punters in may have helped.

Lovely place for a coffee and naughty sweet snack. The people serving are so nice and helpful, just don’t sit under the AC unless you want to enjoy an arctic blast!😂

Normally get a Fish Butty most days and absolutely fantastic for the price. Decent sized fish cooked perfectly with batter that's crispy and dry. The young lasses serving are always in good spirits offering consistently good food whenever I have visited. Highly recommended.

This was most the worst place I have ever eaten, the fish looked like dryed flip-flops, the staff were clueless, I do not recommend eating here may I suggest the bins opposite as u may find something more appetising in there

Around the midnight hour, the Surbiton Chargrill comes into its own as late cabbies, revellers, drifters, final train passengers and night-owls buy their chicken piece and kebabs alongside Surbiton station. Though it was closed for a year after a car decided that it ought to be a drive-in, and reversed into it from the station forecourt and took out the back window while shoving the counter out through the front, it's open again now. The service is friendly, and while the food quality isn't gourmet, it's very good blotting paper after a skinful. We each got a takeaway, brought it home and took snaps of the result on a plate. As you can see, it isn't exactly gargantuan portions, but it does the trick. A good average.

The delivery was just under an hour late. I was forced to give a tip as the delivery driver claimed she had no float. I had already been charged for delivery and a service charge. Something to be aware of if you’re paying cash.

Ordered on Wigan eats, accepted order, took payment. Cancelled order, with no reason. Had to phone to find out why. They said out of there delivery radius, no mention of this on the website, else I wouldn’t of wasted my time. No apology, weren’t bothered. I literally live in the next town. Happy to spend my money somewhere else. Terrible customer service. Use a take away that appreciates your custom not this place. First time using them, great impression they’ve made. Would not recommend.
