Went to pick up breakfast for family. Seemed like we got McShells. Very crunchy and unpleasant all around.

It takes a long time to deliver orders from delivery apps

Too busy I had to wait 15 minutes

Don't order a meal from here as you don't get the fries although they are advertising them as part of the meal

Always something missing from your order, no apologies when you ask for what you’ve paid for. Make sure you check your order before leaving because they obviously don’t.

Went at late night it was still open but couldn't get inside. So went to an other place.

They’re not actually 24h. They close for 30 minutes from 00:30 till 01:00

Price is great not inflated like OTHER FOOD PLACES AT THE SERVICE (PizzaExpress) good taste and was quick

The man working on the top floor (on Saturday 25th) was so efficient and friendly. He made sure everything was clean and advised us kindly on how to use the machines. What an amazing asset - we didn’t expect that level of service!

Second time I've brought my family here. My children & all my grandchildren. I'm not a fan of McDonald's or any other fast food chain but they loved it. In my opinion it was cheap & cheerful & worth seeing them enjoy themselves. Doubt it will be the last time

There’s no mobile service (on the Vodafone network) and no WiFi, so can’t use the McDonald’s app without going outside. Lots of rowdy teenagers with feet on the chairs or rolling footballs down the stairs. Service from the gentleman upstairs was good but the food wasn’t fast. Took about 20 mins to arrive.

Ordered home delivery. Half of order was missing what did come was cold unable to speak to a member of staff despite ringing several times so the issue remains unresolved won't be ordering food from here again

Very quiet at 6.15am. I had quick and friendly service. A clean restaurant with upstairs seating and a strong WiFi connection. Limited parking based on a first come first served basis. As many other McDonald's, they're using the new unpopular cardboard lids. Overall fantastic.

Food is cold sometimes, but that's the luck of the draw when you're ordering fast food (fresh vs ready made). However, the service from most of the staff has been excellent. I was collecting a toy series from happy meals and they remembered me - one even asked if I was still looking as the restaurant had left over stock - 2-3 months later! It's the little things that make the biggest difference

Avoid this franchise. Sub par food and not up to standard. Staff are rude. Food is always cold and never prepared properly. Big mac with no big mac sauce and pickles? If you like a plain burger go here, even though I doubt they can do that correctly. Whole experience has turned me away from McDonald's entirely. The head office needs to investigate asap and hold the franchise owner accountable to McDonald's standards.

Drab, dirty tables, and the slowest service. It can be quiet, like 3 people waiting on food and it will still take 15 minutes for a happy meal for your kid. There's no WiFi either and you can't get a decent 5g signal in there to use your points app. Avoid.

This branch always fails to include add ons. Whenever I order any burgers with bacon or add bacon, they never add it.

Chips were cold and unsalted. If I wasn't in such a rush, I would have gone back

Not enough staff and over taking orders which you have to wait for a very long time especially if you have gone through the the drive thru very bad service and no one to complain too.

Do not go to the drive through here! They will make you park in the carpark and wait 45 minutes for your food. Happens every time. They should be warning people before they order rather than taking your money and giving you no option but to wait. They will also give you your mcflurry beforehand so it will be completely melted by the time your food arrives.

Always very late on deliveries during peak hours. Not only the food arrives cold but out of my last 4 deliveries (3 meals esch time), an item was missing.(Fries twice, one drink and one sandwich!!!) We had to share the food and got ridiculous compensation (£0.71).

I’d give zero if I could – I ordered a Vegetable Deluxe, but received a mayo chicken patty instead. Really disappointing.

This particular mcD's has forced me to nearly boycott the whole ting. Only the deive thru at night tho. Inside and during the day I never have a problem. Orders always incorrect. Staff are unwelcoming. It's like they just don't care about Ronald's business. I'm not impressed.

If you want to sleep on your shift just go and work for McDonald’s because they allow this for all of their employees.

Drive thru, had to park up and waited 30 minutes. We brought meals, got our food but no drinks so then we had to wait so our food was getting cold. Chips were over done really crispy. Toasted marshmallows latte and hot chocolate both came without cream and it wasnt until you got to the last mouthful that there was any flavour in there. As for the MC Rib don't waste your money. I was so disappointed with it, I had it out in America years ago and I loved it. I was dry and hardly any sauce at all. Gutted!! Disappointed with our visit overall.

I was staying in the premier inn next door, convenient location as I literally just had to pull forward my van from the hotel car park and I was in the drive thru. I thought I’d order through the app to make it even more convenient. When I got to the collection window, they gave me the wrong order, then told me to “park up”. There were no available bays, so I parked just round the corner in a bay literally right in front of the door where they walk out with the orders. After waiting 10 minutes, nothing, so I queried where my order was with an employee walking out. He then started giving me attitude, complaining “how am I going to find you”. I replied “what do you expect me to do when there are no bays available?” Totally disorganised, slow and inconvenient, which defeats the whole purpose of their business model. Won’t be coming back.

I had my food delivered today and I was absolutely disgusted with the food I received it’s was stale cold, wrong drink I tried to contact the person who was dropping my food off didn’t get an answer went through to answer phone my drink was half empty and flat asked for an oasis got a Coke I will never be ordering from this site again unless I am on site

Had a quick breakfast here today. Hashbrown was piping hot. The sausage and egg mc muffin was ok. Will fill you up if you’re hungry. It’s a small McDonald’s. A drive through too. Service was quick.

Chips are always slodgy or cold like they've not been cooked properly. Orders messed up most of the time have to go back, then no signal when ordering on the app.

Honestly this company is a big joke to us. They should be open 24/7 and when we came to order food they said they are on brake and it's closed, will be reopen in 30 minutes. Is this even possible? 😳

Ordered delivery, missing food and wrong food delivered. Useless!!, this is our 3rd try with Uber delivery, all 3 have been a disaster, will avoid this McDonald’s going forward.

I order the chicken and bacon wrap, now I've got food poisoning, while i was waiting i saw them mopping the kitchen with a red mop bucket which is used to mop the toilet floors, both mangers were in sat in the car, also one worker gave a female on skates a free burger without them paying NEVR AGAIN!!!!!!!

No internet in the building and no free WiFi. Difficult to see the order over phone. Drive through is always busy. Also my order was picked by someone else and store couldn't help...

Half of my uber eats order is missing and before 00:00 these idiots disconnect the call....

The toilets were very unclean and dirty

Walk-in customers are often overlooked in favour of drive-through customers. It appears to be acceptable to wait 20 minutes to collect an order placed on the app.

They sale stale food, crew is unfriendly unhygienic . After requesting for fresh food Nevertheless stale patties putting in oil makes warm give it me. I think no body takes action against this branch. Please be aware everyone

Very bad experience with this branch .Ordered breakfast directly from this branch and it showed delivered but never received the breakfast delivery and when we called this branch ( nearly 10 times )no one picked up the phone .

I have ordered from this place lots of times but never got it on time every order is damaged and late by an hour but the taste is good

They have problems forgetting the sauces. They generally forget the sauces you purchased for a fee. Another day they forgot to give me my drinks. I thought it was in a package, so I went back from the road and get my drinks. I had a similar problem with eat in. There is a lot of intense work, they get tired and forget. Managers need to facilitate this issue by giving employees additional breaks.

Had a mistake with my order and they didn’t give us our 3 burgers - only 3 portions of chips. We went back and spoke to a guy called Ben and he was absolutely fantastic and gave us fresh burgers with no fuss and understood our frustration. They need more people like Ben there!

Food usually alright sometimes cold but thats pretty normal for maccys. The best part about going here is the lovely old guy who work here keeping it clean and delivery food with a smile! He deserve a raise for making it such a welcoming place :)

I visited this McDonald’s drive through and ordered a ketchup breakfast wrap with no cheese as I’m lactose intolerant, I returned to my workplace where I noticed my wrap had cheese in it, this is not the first time this has happened at this McDonald’s, I will be making a formal complaint to head office as it’s unacceptable

Constantly get my orders wrong. Tonight they forgot to put fries with the meals and even got one of the burgers completely wrong. My daughter cannot eat spicy food or red meat. They substituted her fillet-of-fish for a McSpicy!!!! And the other burgers were beefy. So she could not swap. What should have been an easy meal, and a rare treat, turned into a disaster and we had to cook something separate. This is just one example in a long list of errors. Will no longer order from this McDonalds.

Went through drive through big mistake, chips were cold burgers looked like they had been thrown together and my burger never even had the top of the bun. Worst mc donalds I've used.

The electronic ordering system did not work and the staff were difficult to pry away from their conversation in the kitchen. Food was standard McDonald's fare. Inside the unit, there were piles of trash and the bins were overflowing. Tables and chairs had not been wiped in a while.

Never ever received the right order and most of the time item is missing. Luck of concentration, most are grumpy and unhelpful and untrained. It seems they are giving us a free food. This branch in colonnades only I have worst experience.

Absolute shambles happy meals handed out with no nuggets or burgers just chips. One with 2 toys causing riots between the kids. 15 minutes for a cup of tea which when arrived was stewed scum floating on top of cup had to ask for an exchange

Meal delivered after being out with the uber driver for over 40mins. It was stone cold. Tried calling the Colonnades Purley to complain and no one answered. Absolutely disgusting and had to be thrown away. Will be reporting them to Health and safety as clearly they have no clue about food safety and temperatures.

This McDonald’s never fail to get my order wrong it seems. First I ordered approx a month ago one 9x chicken selects and 20 nuggets…I get 18 nuggets boxand 9 nuggets box. Now today, same order… now I get 20 chicken nuggets (yay)…ohh?! A 9 chicken selects box?! *opens it* it’s nuggets again. #%?!

Made the Hat Trick burger fresh, but the burger was a disappointment. Need more toppings, sauces. Three patties was too dry.

We ordered online and our Uber eats carrier said the McDonald’s didn’t have the number of our order so we drove there and they cancelled the order as soon as we got there, they were no help at all and we got spoken to very rudely and shouted at by the manager. Absolutely disgusting her name is Magda, please sort out your customer service !!

This Mc Donald's just doesn't seem to be able to put an order together. I have had to return to the store (they don't answer the phone) at least 3 times this year. Always check your order before you drive off.

This particular branch seems to have serious problems. Mistakes are extremely common. Usually caused by staff lacking the ability to correctly process orders. It is very rare that I have made an order here that does not have an issue. Take today for example, I ordered a simple double cheeseburger. I sat down, opened the wrapping to discover the burger looked like it had been crushed or subjected to some sort of side impact (see picture). I took the burger back to the till where an employee took it from me and showed the manager. He sort of shrugged his shoulders then attempted to dash the burger into the bin (he missed and the burger ended up on the kitchen area floor). They gave me a replacement, I opened it there and then to find my replacement was exactly the same. What are they doing to the food back there? I showed the disgruntled manager who once again dashed it in the bin (no attempt of explaining or apologising for what is going on). Third time lucky as the next one was ok. These kinds of issues are prevalent here and the staff seem numb to any complaints, acting with indifference and without any kind of embarrassment for errors or care for the brand. There is however a lovely hard working gentleman who usually serves customers sitting upstairs, single handedly keeping this branch from receiving a 1 star rating. Lord help anyone who plans to get delivery from here, I gave up on that a long time ago. Always cold and missing items (yes, both issues nearly every time). McDonalds have let their standards slip... They need to get a grip of this branch, get a manager in who takes pride in serving customers what they want.. hot, non squished food (preferably without missing items too where possible).

This place needs to either shutdown or get new management. Every order we’ve received has been wrong! The latest included half cups of drinks, empty fries boxes, and not one burger was right. £45 paid!
