I’ve came to this place to order food and take it home he said we close at 12.30 am which it was a lie they close at 1.00 am, then he’s got the face to tell me order online Uber eat home delivery mate I don’t wanna pay delivery fee im here already!!!!! You should of just done my order

AVOID!!! Just went to collect and watched the man using his dirty hairy hands to dish peoples food up out of the fryer then wipe on his trousers before getting the rest boxed with his hands. Absolutely disgusting I took a Video and will be sharing with food and hygiene

Best burgers in town! Really friendly and super quick service. I usually always do a collection as the seating area is very small but it's there if you need it. Highly recommend their fries as well. Peri peri chicken used to be much better before but I think they changed their sauce so now it's just okay. Try their classic burger and if you like spicy, go for Cuban heatwave. Don't forget to get their garlic mayo and chilli sauces, they are delicious!

We've ordered the classic burger and wanted to share the disappointing experience. The quality of food has massively deteriorated. The burger was greasy and burnt, cooked in cheap oil, chips were soggy and unsalted. And the prices have increased by 50%. Really unhappy and will certainly not be returning.

On the outside, the shop does nothing to excite. But if looks mattered to me then I would en route to a Michelin star-studded restaurant instead. However what it doesn't have in looks or seating - it definitely makes up for in food and taste. Gourmet Burgers, Peri-Peri wings (don't know why some muppets think they have removed this amazing option), even their own chicken and rice is lovely. The prices are also extremely generous as is the portion. Most fancy burger shops would easily charge double for the same food - yet here Havana Burgers are humble and a win-win for kids and families! My personal favourite Peri-Peri mixed with chips in the bag (I love the Peri-peri sauce from the chicken soaking into those hot chips) and the kick-in taste is just plain awesome! :)

Absolutely worst experience, i ordered off uber eats and nearly payed £20 for the rice in the donner meat and rice box to be extremely watery and for the milkshake i ordered to not come then when i called and asked they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I basically payed nearly £20 for mozzarella sticks which is disgusting. The worst experience i will never order from here again.

No stars given as I ordered a crispy chicken tenders wrap says it comes with lettuce red onions and tomatoes with mayo,, will it came with no tomatoes about 2 bits of lettuce and no mayo they had put a chilli sauce on it which I can not eat anything spicy so I called them and I got told that’s how it is made and I should have asked for no chilli sauce so when I told them it doesn’t say anything about chilli sauce they said there nothing they can do about it as that is how they are made and I need to ask for no chilli sauce,, so not very helpful rude and wasn’t bothered to help so went we out.

Ordered two whole chicken well done last night via Uber eats. Undercooked chicken was delivered showing the pink colour inside with a bit blood. Had to bin it. Never ordering again from this outlet.

I orderevia uber eats. First the order was an hour late, the burgers were nice but cold, the chips were stale, and the wings…WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?!? This was a combo meal, i f like havana has conned me. My whole meal was ruined after just looking at the wings. Will never order food from here again. What makes it worse was that it was supposed to be 6 wings in the meal, and they sent me these rubbish 9 tiny wings

Used to have the best piri piri wings but for some reason they are restricting access to the wings. We can only get the wings via a combo meal, I dont want a burgers I only want wings, piri piri wings.

Was not the best, I guess I'd prefer a Mc over their burgers. It was one huge burger and portion of fries, though. Sorry, but it was not worth it! Maybe I'll give it one more try, since it was my first time.

I'm always not wanting to eat halal meat but I promise you the burgers are good and fast. These guys do not mess around. They did a good job and the burgers were good.

I actually love this place for late night vibes , The milkshake is honestly one of the best I’ve had because it doesn’t melt fast and is really thick !! Absolutely love the spicy wedges they’re my go to ! Shisha is really good here and it’s reasonably priced , overall this place is such a good chill spot

Hands down the best gourmet beef burgers in South London. All orders are freshly made on the grill and cooked to perfection. The guys working behind the counter know their stuff. Great food and great service. There is no competition locally whatsoever!!!!

This is one of new favourite place to order from. Everything i order from this place feel like some attention is given to food preparation. Everything so far is best quality. Their spicy potato wedges are my most favourite. So i would highly recommend this place to any burger lovers. The milkshakes are so full of goodness - i have never managed to finish entire one in a go. Full benefits/returns of whatever you pay. Only recommendation to the management is the papers you guys wrap the burgers in smell of printed colours. It at times leaves a little smell on the burger. The smell does go off in seconds and doesn't bother the taste of the food at all - but would be nice if that paper bit is sorted :) Still that smell wouldn't stop me from ordering yummy food from you guys. That was the best fast food meal I have ever had. Burger was delicious (that bbq sauce🤤) and held together well without being dry or wet. Sublime! Chips were thin and crispy but not overcooked. Sublime! All that and a drink for £6. Straight up insanity. McDonald's has nothing on Havana Burger!

Rang up and asked if the food was Halal. Guy said yes. He was a Christian, asked him if there was anyone who was Muslim there. Hung up the phone. Terrible service.

Always superb burgers. Delicious, good quality and very reasonably priced. They have a number of burgers on their menu, which I'm working my way through. Chips are awesome too. You don't need GBK when you have Havana Burger! 🍔

This burger place is the bees knees But I wish they would learn to put the tomato under the lettuce because it makes the top roll so soggy and disgusting. I always have to request no tomato on this basis. Apart from that it would have been 5 stars

Order from here atleast once a week and food and service has always been flawless. Ordered last night, chips missing and 'barbeque wings' came as regular wings - everyone makes mistakes so completely forgivable BUT upon calling the restaurant the man argued with me saying this is their 'new style' of batbeque wings bearing in mind we only had them a week ago.. and these wings had no barbeque flavouring on them at all he was clearly lying to avoid sending us fresh wings! So disappointed with them, and when I voiced this the man was not bothered - turns out he wasn't the owner so in his words 'he didn't care'.

Ordered from here in the past with little to no problems. Until the terrible service received this evening I order for myself my partner and our 6 year old to wait until 15-20 minutes after the delivery time stated to have our ordered cancelled with nobody bothering to even contact us to let us know. To which was then managed with terrible skill on the phone with no resolve offered or even apologies. Terrible service will not be using again

They are aggressively, dont read orders. Sent out my food covered in everything im allergic to.o chips are hard and have been recooked. Will never order of them again. Not worth the price.

Heard good things about the burgers. Checked the website for the menu. Phoned ahead for a collection. Prices online don't match actual prices. When questioned, manager responded with 'that's not my problem'. After such a rude answer, I won't be ordering food from there. I do know the manager from the Shisha bar next door. I will speak to him next time I see him, to let him know how rude the staff is. Highly disappointed.

The menu isn't updated and the sales staff tells me that it is not his problem. This is highly unprofessional and rude. Menu on website must coincides with current prices.

we order from just eat and got it packet service did not know what to think it took 45min to come which it said would be the time and we order late at night. my friend ordered a milkshake they do all different ones we was joking how it would turn up and why he would be that mad to order something like that which got to travel. food came and was very happy lots of chips i had a big cheese burger it was cooked well and nice sauce it was 2 big thick burgers the others had half of chicken which was good milkshakes turn up well packed still cold and not a bit came out. it was really good value

The prices are not cheap but is expected as the food is really great.

Burger and chips were decent, I felt though the texture of the burger felt a bit proceeded but tasted fine. Also the burger bun fell apart very quickly so ended up reconstructing the burger halfway through the meal. Might be better if they toasted the bun might help maintain the burger better.

The burger was delicious and my kids enjoyed their meals alor.

I’ve been here 3 times already and every time I go there the customer service I receive is always on point. The food is amazing especially the classic Havana burger. Will recommend

My wife and I ordered last night 2 burgers Cuban Heatwave Burgers (12oz&06oz) from the shop for the 1st time and must say the food was GORGEOUS!!! It was the best burgers we had for a long long time!!! The customers service and delivery was brilliant! So we will be ordering today 🙂

When food arrived it was so sloppy the bread of the burger was mushy, the onion rings were soggy and meat on the burger was undercooked. Overall very poor effort. Never again.

We really enjoyed this burger - quite surprised to be honest as it looked quite standard and there were no frills on either the drinks options or the takeaway boxes. Truly solid burger well cooked. We have the mushroom and classic. Both really fantastic. Also had chicken burger which was lovely. Only issue for me was a) chips were a bit disappointing & not soo nice & b) milkshake was a bit pricey considering its size. Man gave me a discount on this with meal but otherwise no official option. Also their website is put of date as it still has the whopping heart-attack-inducing 18oz burger option on there (!!!!). This place is essentially take away as there are limited places to sit. Also but difficult to park around there but there is a council car park 2min away which should have spaces. Please sort that out for full set of stars.

We always order from Just Eat. The food is always delivered earlier than expected and well wrapped. Cannot fault their deliveries! Have ordered many times and it's one of our favourites. Their variety of gourmet burgers are amazing and great value for money.

Ordered food from these guys order went to Blaze apparently same owner as Havana. Food was the worst I have ever tasted very fatty hard bugers leaking in sauce cold and all looked like old food. Chips looked like they were extremely old dry and hard. We ordered for 14 people and no one completed their meals. They ruined a nice family get together and everyone is feeling sick. The worst things is when just eat had to get involved Havana blatantly lied to save face. The way we came about to know the food was not from Havana is because when we saw the waiting time we decided to call and collect. The postcode given was Cr77nd no Havana to be found here and the guy on the phone said yes collecting from Blaze it's the same. Well I can assure you it's not. I returned all the food to the delivery driver who came back to correct the drinks which they got wrong. Bunch of liars thank you for ruining our family meal and making us feel ill !!! To the owner I hope you fall flat on your face as Just Eat have opened an investigation into the above

I thought it was illegal to allow smoking in an enclosed space. This disgusting place pollutes the air in its vicinity with appalling sweet-smelling gag-inducing smoke.

An awful experience with this take away! Waited more than an hour for delivery and when called them up the manager 'Thomas' didn't sound apologetic at all and did not offer any compensation. Will not be ordering food from this place again!

Appalling service. The number of times we have used them they have got our order wrong. Also over an hour to wait for delivery with no apology. Cold food also. They even took our order and cancelled it 30 mins later via hungry house. the final straw was when they forgot to place our order and we're rude to my wife when we called to ask them about it. HORRIBLE COMPANY and rubbish customer service will never eat from there again!

So I travelled all the way to this place with my fiancé to have a little chill night out together after work, we was planning on getting some smoothies get shisha and just have a chat. When we arrived there was nobody to ask us if we need any help no so ever. So I looked for menu myself and scanned through while my fiancé tried to get attention from the staff. When the guy relaised we was waiting we asked him about shisha he was showing us diffrent flavours that we could choose from until this next man come out from no where asking us for ID , I had mines but my fiancé didn't have he's as he lost he wallet so they refused to served us. I'm 22 years old women I come here straight from work ,my fiancé is the same age as me and we been to diffrent havana bars before in tooting and norbury and we never been asked for ID's. This guy didn't even try my helpful just seem very rude and disrespectful. To me just seem racist as all he's people were there and me and my fiancé was only diffrent skin colour. In my opinion of you want to go to Havana to have a great night out go to Norbury NOT Croydon. Norbury has amazing smoothies and great friendly staff that are ready to help with any queries. Croydon ain't the best area to be in anyway !!! Trampy!!
