Havana burger grill in Croydon

I’ve been here 3 times already and every time I go there the customer service I receive is always on point. The food is amazing especially the classic Havana burger. Will recommend

When food arrived it was so sloppy the bread of the burger was mushy, the onion rings were soggy and meat on the burger was undercooked. Overall very poor effort. Never again.

We always order from Just Eat. The food is always delivered earlier than expected and well wrapped. Cannot fault their deliveries! Have ordered many times and it's one of our favourites. Their variety of gourmet burgers are amazing and great value for money.

Driving through the area and needed a quick bite Thought this place would be ok. Wrong. Burger was not very nice at all. The burger meat was dry. The chips over cooked. The quality was not to standard im afraid. Good luck

I thought it was illegal to allow smoking in an enclosed space. This disgusting place pollutes the air in its vicinity with appalling sweet-smelling gag-inducing smoke.

we order from just eat and got it packet service did not know what to think it took 45min to come which it said would be the time and we order late at night. my friend ordered a milkshake they do all different ones we was joking how it would turn up and why he would be that mad to order something like that which got to travel. food came and was very happy lots of chips i had a big cheese burger it was cooked well and nice sauce it was 2 big thick burgers the others had half of chicken which was good milkshakes turn up well packed still cold and not a bit came out. it was really good value

So I travelled all the way to this place with my fiancé to have a little chill night out together after work, we was planning on getting some smoothies get shisha and just have a chat. When we arrived there was nobody to ask us if we need any help no so ever. So I looked for menu myself and scanned through while my fiancé tried to get attention from the staff. When the guy relaised we was waiting we asked him about shisha he was showing us diffrent flavours that we could choose from until this next man come out from no where asking us for ID , I had mines but my fiancé didn't have he's as he lost he wallet so they refused to served us. I'm 22 years old women I come here straight from work ,my fiancé is the same age as me and we been to diffrent havana bars before in tooting and norbury and we never been asked for ID's. This guy didn't even try my helpful just seem very rude and disrespectful. To me just seem racist as all he's people were there and me and my fiancé was only diffrent skin colour. In my opinion of you want to go to Havana to have a great night out go to Norbury NOT Croydon. Norbury has amazing smoothies and great friendly staff that are ready to help with any queries. Croydon ain't the best area to be in anyway !!! Trampy!!

Well where do I start? 2 hour wait for the delivery and the burger was awful!! It was a soggy mess of oily wet onion rings and the patty was over cooked and horrible. In no way is this a gourmet burger joint!

Ordered via Just Eat Requested for 8:30 came an hour early?? Got 2 burger meals, the patties were terrible it is no way a gourmet joint. The half chicken we got was also quite dry. The food was edible but certainly not a recommendation. 2/5

Ordered mushroom melt burger as I had it before, the guy put all the ingredients with his hand without wearing gloves then my burger had no mushroom inside. Why ? You should wear gloves at all times.

Do not use. Waited 2 hours and no food. App said delivered. Restaurant staff really rude and constantly cutting us off the phone when chasing up.. Customer service horrific. When I say staff rude, I really mean it.

I'm not sure this place knows what either of the two words in the title means. The menu looks really promising and if executed well then it would be. OK it's not expensive but to be honest the burgers are awful. They are like the kind of thing you get from a late night kebab house dressed up a bit. OK you can't really expect much from the chips seeing as they are only a pound extra with a can of drink thrown in. They are just standard frozen French fries but cooked fresh at least they are hot. The burger patties are not nice though and rather than go here you would be better off at Burger King. Shame

Unsure how a takeaway joint selling frozen patties can market themselves as a 'gourmet' burger outlet. In essence this place it little more than a souped up kebab shop (sans kebabs!) which is churning out mediocre chicken and burgers to a crowd who have probably never had a proper burger before. Given the UK's current craze for American type fast food and the influx of chains such as 5 guys, Byron and GBK etc, I'm not sure this place will be able to keep up.

i've been here twice and i'd say it was one of the best burgers i've ever had and great value for money ,i live near and it's not very busy but don't let that put you off a real gem
