We had a drive through order of 2 Mcchicken sandwich meals with fries and strawberry milkshakes. The sandwiches were lukewarm, the fries cold and the milkshakes lukewarm, giving the impression of having stood around for a while. I do not think this is acceptable for a fast food establishment.

Second time i been on this place i order a beef burguer on drive thu they give me chicken burguer cold... worst mc on the area... if ordr check... mistake can happen but not like that.

Delivery was fast and on time; food was really hot and tasted great. No free dips again though - they should either start charging for them or remove them entirely because I never get given them from this McDonald’s no matter the time of day (Church Street often overcompensate and give me loads!)

McDonald's is just a McDonald's right well for me. I have always found that the burgers are always consistently what you expect never missed the mark. It is a bit of a nightmare to get to and the atmosphere is nothing special, them just seem to maintain the food standards

Went around closing time, and the workers ended up working until after midnight, so props to them. The food didn’t taste rushed either, so I was incredibly happy.

WOW I got serviettes, straws and sauces! Definitely the best delivery from mcdonald's I've had. Chips were even in a separate bag to keep them hot. Much better than the local Thornton Heath store I usually order from. Will be ordering from here going forward.

Hardly any fried onions in the hatrick burger

Absolutely ridiculous, the delivery driver tried to hand the food through the window of my Daughters bedroom, then proceeded to open the front door and come into my house to deliver the food. It was an absolute invasion of privacy and i want to ensure something happens about this as I have my children and my unwell father living at home and this gentleman made me scared in my own home. I cannot believe he came through my front door into my house ! Utterly shocked

My wife and I decided to stop by this restaurant for a quick meal. Unfortunately, we couldn't really enjoy it, because inside the restaurant the music was playing classical music, absolutely not for this type of fast food restaurants, extremely annoying sounds could be heard from the fryer in the kitchen. on top of all that, there was a man and a woman working as couriers inside, who did not speak but shouted loudly. outside at the only shaded table were three other couriers with their feet up on the table. absolutely unprofessional carelessness on the part of the restaurant managers. I definitely do not recommend and we will definitely never return to this restaurant.

What is happening with McDonald's? Why do I have to always get spillt and open coffee? Even when you specify in tbe note. For health and safety reasons this is absolutely wrong

Muffin buns were burnt, almost inedible and muffin itself was tasteless.. all the muffins were squished and most of cheese was stuck to the wrapper rather than being on the muffin.

Chips were slightly under done and definitely not crispy however the service was quick, the lady that served me was nice, they keep everything clean (even the toilets) and plenty of fresh air came in.

I’m very unhappy with just eats customer service,none of my food was delivered so iv wasted £35 and now cannot order again as I don’t have the money in my account.just eat are not getting back to me it’s been over an hr and my kids are hungry and we’re all very annoyed by this

Went there on 5th June wasn’t even busy ordered my food after I ordered my food few others ordered after me all got there food before me and I’m still standing there like a lemon there all running around like headless chickens when I finally got my food I ordered the double quarter pounder all I got was beef and cheese all the fillings were missing and all of it was cold how can someone screw up that badly wasn’t even busy.

quite possibly the worse McDonalds in UK. Appalling attitude by staff. Clearly manipulate their stats for service as food shows it had been served when it hadn't.. You have to check every time if all the food is in the bag as they get it wrong EVERY TIME. Place is filthy, toilets like out of a war zone. Have been there via drive through plenty of times out of necessity and each time food order was wrong. Management do not care one bit about customer service

Coffees spilt on delivery Driver was very friendly and understanding and went out of his way to bring back two more. Even delivered the replacements with a smile and positive attitude. Great service, appreciated.
