McDonald's in Croydon

Half the drink was spilt in bag over food. Delivery left outside on the floor outside my flat gates not delivered to door. Worst delivery I’ve ever had. Had to go outside onto road gate to find it there as it said had been delivered

I have someone's order, and no milk shakes

Went further away from me to collect whatever else and then spilt my drinks over the floor. Made my food cold and come with missing items

Wrong order delivered - informed you straightaway - email received to say you’ll look into it!!! Not happy at all as waiting on refund

I want make formal complaint about the develirey man because he came inside my property and I didn’t invite him inside and then he put his mobile phone in front of my face and I found out that was a bit rude and then he was rushing us to get the food now have to proof on my Ring app what he was doing and I hope I won’t use that delivery man again

delivery time kept getting delayed and waited over an hour for a 15/20 min journey away

Every time I order from McDonald’s there are always items missing

Food was completely wrong. The receipt for our food was on the bag but only contained drinks. And the other bag had food in that was not for us.

No straw's for drinks and no sauces for the nuggets

coffe was spilt all over my food and it was awful. i get orders very often from mcds waddon and thi has really disappoited me

strawberry milkshake tasted minty not strawberry. the chips were cold and stale. and the drink came with ice even after asking for no ice in the drink.

Can't fault delivery time or food delivered but our order was not complete. Our McPlant burger was missing and not for the first time, wonder if it's because it's separated in order section?

Good evening to the customers at Waddon McDonalds, I am once again taking the responsibility to write towards your amusement. I once again craved the taste of an overpriced feast to keep my body functioning for the day. I had already made a travel to McDonald’s in central London but the food was too nice, I had to get it twice. So I walk in with my girlfriend to order two small fries and a small Diet Coke. Not even five minutes in a commotion has to arise. As I laid my foot down to order via the touch screens. I stood in vomit. As in human rejection all on my shoe. May I also state I was wearing one of my many stylish suits. So I ordered, my girlfriend was thirsty and I was of greed. Ten minutes still waiting, and a young female who was wearing a minion costume got their food before me. A minion got their food before me. A minion. I was order number one, I should be first. Another ten minutes, my food finally arrived. I couldn’t wait to eat my food. So I left the restaurant eating my fries and my girlfriend drank her Diet Coke. Unfortunately due to the wait I must give this place only one star. Please do better McDonalds. I am appalled and disappointed that I come to give you my hard earned money and you yet again treat me like I’m worth only two pounds. Good say to you all. I have nothing good too say but at least this branch didn’t have a child locked in your toilets begging to not get sacrificed to Ronald McDonald in the Bexleyheath branch.

Order was very late and was missing all condiments even though I paid for one. I requested a chicken mayo with no lettuce or mayonnaise and guess what.. it had lettuce and mayonnaise inside. Totally disappointed

Not happy at all with the service. Everytime smth is missing and once the delivery driver left our food outside without trying to call us or entering inside the building . We didn’t find it anymore and they didn’t even refund us .

Food still hot and I received all the correct food and sauces! I however got the wrong drink- I ordered the mango smoothie and got a large coke instead. Other than that it was great :)

Didn’t receive my order at all not even a phone call

Took a bit longer than expected and I didn’t get the pineapple stick I ordered for my child which is very disappointing. Also it was difficult to say which coke is diet and which is regular as there was no sticker or something else to tell them apart.

Only got half drinks as all spilt & pancakes were not great.

What I can’t stand is when they rush as always and forget half your meals like what’s the point of home delivery if your not going to deliver peoples order

I Ordered food from McDonalds when i received late i was furious.But i put that behind me but when i opened it my large milkshake was spilled all over the hot food making it inedible the driver was gone before i could complain i would like a full refund or credits

Took 90 minutes with no updates in between, I had to order from another McDonald’s and hour later and I got that before!!! Then I couldn’t cancel the original order and eventually the driver turned up over 90 minutes

Delivery estimate time changed multiple times. When food finally arrived it was all freezing! McDonald’s leave the food out waiting on the side even when the driver is there waiting! Ridiculous I am expected to pay for COLD food!

Why are the sauces never in the bag?! Surely if someone orders a sharing box of nuggets, you would assume they ordered sauces and check. It even says sauces on the order ticket.

Quick, hot and more importantly the whole order was correct. None of these words are frequently associated with a McDonald’s delivery but today was a good day. Today was an exception and so credit must be given where it’s due.

Coffee was splilt just half a cup delivered. No refund given which appears to be the general rule of thumb for Just Eat. I now prefere to order from Uber Eats who are always apologetic and refund without hesitation.

i stood at my open front door waiting for the driver, i saw the driver and was trying to gwt his attention, he was delivering mybfood to the wrong door. And becasue he was to busy talking on his phone ,i had to shout really loudly at him to get his attention. i am not impressed with this driver.

driver went away from my address to them go back to the restaurant. seems as though he's collecting multiple orders to make it worthwhile. now the food is cold!

Drink spilt over all the food. Every single item was soaking. 0 food, 0 drink & 0 dips. Video evidence sent to just eat, let’s see if they issue a refund as we all know its impossible to get a refund on a maccies order even when its over justified.

Used the drive through but quickly found it to be very busy. With only two waiting bays, vehicles were queuing for these. We were told to park in one and await our food. It came out in five minutes or so, but we had other vehicles queuing after us and felt under pressure to move off, so didn't check the bag contents. Clearly we should have, because part of the order was missing and we only discovered this after arriving home. The irony is that I was asked twice to check the order on screen, so it's a shame the staff can't do the same. Quality of food was also very poor and nothing like the pictures used to advertise. Won't be using again.

I went to pets at home and bought some cat food and a dogs bed.

Absolutely dreadful again….food was stone cold, burgers were terrible, one had no sauce in at all…had to add it myself. Shouldn’t have to pay for food of this quality. If I owned a restaurant and served people this food I would be ashamed. What will be done about it?
