Chips were hot for once but no milkshake

Missing food from the order yet again!

burgers were barely cooked, cheese not even melted and an absolute mess. chips were pale and must have barely seen the frier. felt like trying to swallow stodgy potato. all dips were missing, even ones I paid extra for. who prepared this meal? the trainee? where are the quality checks? I guess I shouldn't have expected too much from McDonalds really.

the food from this mc Donald's is apoorling your can't cook chips to save your life. evey time this happens. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I work in the food industry and I can tell u this is beyond poor food. discussing.

Overfilled milkshakes had leaked in the bag and of course a meagre amount of chips and all cold but other rthsncrhst at least it was all there, well apart from gherkins in one of the cheeseburger. Also had issues adding the free item, I couldn’t change it from the McFlurry, it was only after I added and then added something else it came up as a cheeseburger and then I had to remove the McFlurry

There’s never a point in order sauces because they’re NEVER included in my orders! Even when something is meant to come with dips they always forget it. Very disappointing!

Picked up a late dinner using the drive through. As I drove off I noticed there were no straws for my drink or any sauces! I had to do a u turn and drive back. The sauces were given to me in a small sample paper cup which was only enough for 2 chips!

Only received half of my order .. just est give me the refund of the items I not received ed but for order again the rest of the items just est not send to me they expect me to pay again the delivery fee .. service chanrhes and the other fees they charge to delivery the goods.. was they mistake for the bad service not mine … very bad service

The drinks had leaked all over the brownie. The brownie was returned as it was soaked. The drinks were extremely short measures due to leaking everywhere.

Burgers were hard round the edges buns were even harder. Chips were cold too

Chips not fresh and freezing cold. Never changes no matter how many times you order. Original time said 6:40 didn’t arrive until 6:46pm.

Delivery driver did a great job this evening. One of the drinks spilt in the bag so he took a picture and told McDonald's and we got a replacement. Thank you Mr delivery driver.

Half the drink was spilt in bag over food. Delivery left outside on the floor outside my flat gates not delivered to door. Worst delivery I’ve ever had. Had to go outside onto road gate to find it there as it said had been delivered

I want make formal complaint about the develirey man because he came inside my property and I didn’t invite him inside and then he put his mobile phone in front of my face and I found out that was a bit rude and then he was rushing us to get the food now have to proof on my Ring app what he was doing and I hope I won’t use that delivery man again

Missing food items not happy at all

Driver delivered 2 bags of drinks. Didn’t even get my food.

Every time I order from McDonald’s there are always items missing

Food was completely wrong. The receipt for our food was on the bag but only contained drinks. And the other bag had food in that was not for us.

No straw's for drinks and no sauces for the nuggets

strawberry milkshake tasted minty not strawberry. the chips were cold and stale. and the drink came with ice even after asking for no ice in the drink.

Can't fault delivery time or food delivered but our order was not complete. Our McPlant burger was missing and not for the first time, wonder if it's because it's separated in order section?

Good evening to the customers at Waddon McDonalds, I am once again taking the responsibility to write towards your amusement. I once again craved the taste of an overpriced feast to keep my body functioning for the day. I had already made a travel to McDonald’s in central London but the food was too nice, I had to get it twice. So I walk in with my girlfriend to order two small fries and a small Diet Coke. Not even five minutes in a commotion has to arise. As I laid my foot down to order via the touch screens. I stood in vomit. As in human rejection all on my shoe. May I also state I was wearing one of my many stylish suits. So I ordered, my girlfriend was thirsty and I was of greed. Ten minutes still waiting, and a young female who was wearing a minion costume got their food before me. A minion got their food before me. A minion. I was order number one, I should be first. Another ten minutes, my food finally arrived. I couldn’t wait to eat my food. So I left the restaurant eating my fries and my girlfriend drank her Diet Coke. Unfortunately due to the wait I must give this place only one star. Please do better McDonalds. I am appalled and disappointed that I come to give you my hard earned money and you yet again treat me like I’m worth only two pounds. Good say to you all. I have nothing good too say but at least this branch didn’t have a child locked in your toilets begging to not get sacrificed to Ronald McDonald in the Bexleyheath branch.

Order was very late and was missing all condiments even though I paid for one. I requested a chicken mayo with no lettuce or mayonnaise and guess what.. it had lettuce and mayonnaise inside. Totally disappointed
