McDonald's in Croydon

I’m a courier and use to go to McDonald’s but this one it’s the worst i ever been in U.K. stuff really rude Dirty place Hair in my burger Everything was cold Really disappointed 2 times I go and last time was in the drive and same thing Cold food and was missing one apple pie. Can t believe we paying and be treated like that.

The area for collecting here is too small for the amount of people that use it. Staff are rude and uninterested in offering a service. Waited over 20 minutes for food. Number came up as ready but took a member of staff 10 minutes to actually collect from the back and hand it to us and they only did this because I asked them to. They had put it on a tray and I had asked for take away. Staff member reluctantly took it round the back to put in bags. No apology for making us wait again!! We left the premises to eat in car .. food was cold and several items missing from the order. We were already on the way home then so didn’t go back to advise the restaurant. Very disappointed kids!

Warning to all future customers of McDonald's in Valley Park. These guys are clueless, makes mistakes all the time but takes no interest in putting it right, customer service is non-existent, grumpy staff at the premises and over the phone, puts phone down on their customers, have no ability to empathise with their customers and puts money above everything. But above all else they are unethical and illegal as they happy to take your money but don't give you what you paid for. I can'tbbelieve they are allowedto operate inthe UK running a cooperation. They will be referred to the trading standards and hopefully get them shut down but in the meantime please be warned. Relying on staff paid below the minimum legal wage is not a good enough excuse.

Much like every other McDonalds. Have been a few times and not as busy as some. Usually fairly quick service.

Stopped in here for some breakfast. Food is pretty standard. Service was good, could do with a smile though. Not that busy in early morning.

My children wasnt sure what they wanted and the lady behind the till Vikki was very friendly and helpful by speaking to them directly she was able to help Them decide what they wanted will recommend this store everytime

Was loud what music and kids screaming and peeps everywhere like ants 🙈🙄but food nice,loos we're not to bad but needed more loo rolls! 🙄😬 but yes quick and easy but had to wait a long time to be served

We use this McDonalds when ever we shop in Valley Park. Food is always hot ,service is the usual high McDonalds standard. We normally have a Big Mac meal and coffee. We will be eating there again soon.

Up to its normal standards!!! Nothing to write home about. Although was one of the better ones for making the frappé.... No big lumps of ice.

Food the usual fare but was impressed with the checkout girl as she was very helpful and respectful and insisted on bringing the outstanding items over to our table. Which were sorely required after running the IKEA gauntlet...

Got an strawberry - Lemonade. Too much of the lemon, and allmost no strawberry. It was to sour for our taste, and looked nothing like the picture.

Very clean inside and workers always mopping up! The service is very fast and if your order isn't ready they'll bring it over to you! Long tables for large groups are a bonus! The drive thru is very fast as well. Norman mcdonalds environment.

We often go there for lunch my daughter love McDonald's and this particular one never let there customers down always nice and fresh food

Normal McDonalds restaurant, takeaway and drive-through. Service is pretty quick even at its busiest. Good location due to industrial park, cinema and bowling. NOTE: check your drive-through order before you get too far away as they ALWAYS seem to forget something
