Can’t believe they could mix up a Big Mac which I ordered and sent a mccrispy instead ..!!! Why can’t these people get things right !!! Very disappointed with McDonald’s in Croydon valley park !!! Spoilt my sat night !!!!

Absolutely terrible quality food. The cheeseburger was tiny and the food was soggy. The quarter pounder was horrible also. Genuinely unenjoyable.

The delivery was perfect but the restaurant forgot to keep chips for my kids…when kids always wait for chips because all kids love chips…today my kids really disappointed…I hope next time maybe they should make sure everything is packed properly before they send to driver…

Well the food came and the driver didn’t even come to the right place

The experience was so bad I didn’t like it one bit my chips came cold my ice cream was melted

I only ordered due to a promo, the promo was not honoured and I would have preferred to spend my money elsewhere

Delivery was fine but the performance on the items are rather missing or the wrong order (kids meal was suppose to have fruits not chips steakhouse burger is missing just the drink and chips and there’s no Fanta)

I ordered a red hot mcSpicy burger with chicken and I got a completely different burger with beef

All the drink come out and all food spoils … very bad service .. just est service come worse and worse

Excellent delivery timing. Good service by delivery driver

Chips were half full. Mcflurrys were half full. Both cokes were on their side in the bag all spilt. No BBQ sauce only curry which we didn't ask for. Was disappointed with the food as not cheap anymore.

Your driver has left some fruit shoots here part someone elseso order i tried to telephone number on bag but no answer

My daughter didnt get her chicken nuggets , shes 5, and really upset, all you offered me was 99p back, i dont care about the money i care about my daughters tears

The staff ignor the drivers when they are coming to take a delivery if driver call anybody like hey they ignor like they are deaf and they put the bell at delivery counter its not working

Food took over an hour to arrive, I do appreciate that it was still warm when it turned up but shouldn’t have to wait over an hour for 3 items.

My delivery got delivered somwhere else

Been here twice over Easter. The food each time was warm/hot which was good however items were missing. Spoke with staff about this and they gave a really poor attitude as if I was bothering them. The staff each time are really unhappy and come across quite rude, and certain staff will treat people from their culture better too.

McDonald’s forgot my chips and my sauces and my cheesy garlic bread dippers

The food was stone cold. Lots of items were missing. The delivery time was late.

My order took over an hour to get to me and the app kept showing different ETA. I assumed there was a glitch and my order wasn’t processed as the store even closed while waiting and I had to reorder from a different food delivery provider. I’d like a full refund please

No order delivered. Says delivered but no one buzzed or arrived at my door. It always seems to be McDonald’s with the problems. Missing items or not delivered.

They always forget things in your order and never answer the phone when you call them. Terrible service.

Food never arrived. Courier said he tried to contact me but no record of any calls or messages on my phone. I expect a full refund please.

The driver told me he had 2 order to deliver and the other one wasn’t ready so he had to wait longer than expected i received my food late and obviously cold as well

Took more than 1.30 minutos to arrive and when arrived it was completely cold

The order was never delivered and the courier never contacted me and the customer service representative supports the courier not delivering the item and providing false information

this was for my children come very late and freezing cold want a full refund not impressed

half the order was missing or incorrect. and on top of all that, my coffee was completely spilled so it was all incredibly messy

Delivery drive was tooo sweet and keep apologise for the restaurant delay…he can simply delivered and move but he apologised behalf of restaurant that’s so nice

Food was cold. My drink spilt over. No bbq sauce like requested & missed mozzerella dippers. And also when I placed order at 9, it said 15/20 min delivery time but it took 47 mins!

The driver has been waiting for 45-50 minutes to pick up the order, but the manager of this McDonald's, his name is David, says that we do not make the order. 11:10 pm local time

One thing I will never understand about McDonald’s is how there is always something missing from the order! Nuggets come with 2 dips, ordered bbq and no dip arrived. Please do better !

Ordered at 2145 and the food was 'being prepared' until they closed at 2345 and was then marked as delivered and nothing showed up

Food is cold. Me and my friend waited almost 30 minutes to get our order, almost every order before us had something wrong with it and it was wrong, absolutely chaotic.

The food tastes amazing here, and the service is really fast. The workers are extremely kind, caring, and always willing to help. The restaurant itself is positioned in the centre of Valley Park, which is really convenient. I had a day out with my friend and came here for a quick bite, and the price was really cheap.
