Hi, I am a very regular visitor of Sam’s chicken, Croydon usually your food and service is good fast and pleasant which makes me visit again and again.. but I am very much unsatisfied with my last 3 visits , I don’t know what happened to you guys. I was adjustable 2 times with improper food and prices but today (Sunday night) every time I pay 8.99 for half chicken fries and drink,but last two,three visits I'm paying 10.49 I don't know why ,when I ask the guy who is billing me about this,he stated argue with me, he don't even understand what I'm asking.. it was totally unacceptable for the regular customer like me. you have to take it as a serious note on this otherwise you might lose your business and customers drastically. I will visit again, if the food and service will be the same?then you guys will be in trouble. This is for your well wish…I have my bill copies with me, I can show you if necessary…

the chicken burger is good as always. very small on the portion of chips this time and the barbecue wings - they've changed them and are not good anymore

Good flavour on the peri chicken, chunky breast portions. Tasty fillet burger, with nice mayo/lettuce filling.

Ordered on Ubereats and the food came quickly. I phoned up the shop to ask them if they can add a water bottle for free as it wasn't showing up on the menu and they kindly said yes. Amazing customer service and the food was delicious. Really would recommend.

The chicken was not cooked properly. The chips were undercooked as well and cold. I paid £12 for simple chicken meal. Completely overpriced and terrible quality. Utterly disgusting.

A decent chicken burger. The tables inside were not exactly clean. The friend I went to the table with didn't get the potatoes she ordered, but plain potatoes.

Never had a takeaway be this poorly made and with such awful service. I ordered 3 burgers, 3 fries 8 wings and 3 drumsticks. When it arrived (driver only took 2 mins) it was freezing cold and completely raw. After a phone call, he told me to reorder something and he’d add some free stuff on. Ended up having to walk to the shop it self. He argued with me saying it was just chicken juice and everything is fresh. He gave me 1 fries 1 burger and 1 drink for an order 3 times that size and price. None of us could eat what we were first given. And even the new food tasted terrible and still quite cold.

Order never came ! Was on the tracker went straight past my house and over to asdiscombe! Tracker went off! Then stsrted coming back to me then food said “delivered “webt to the main road no one was there

Terrible.. I am giving one because I cannot give zeros we ordered loaded fries with chicken, chicken wings spicy and a burger. Loaded fries had mayonnaise instead of cheese sauce, no jalapeño and chives as said in the product descriptions. Wings taste terrible, burger meal had spicy strips that was also non-spicy. None tasted good too…

Arrived ice cold and really late, usually really good food and quick delivery. Just an unlucky say apparently

The courier went all the way to Purley with my order. When the food finally came it was cold and I hate cold fries no one likes cold fries. The chicken was cold, it sweated another in the bag to no crust was on it and it was wet and slimy.

My order was late, the food was cold and items were missing

The driver took a longer route and my delivery time kept updated and it was more every time it was showing. I ended up getting my food and everything was cold. Very disappointed.

Why did you advertise your meal with sweet chill mayonnaise yet you don't deliver it. That's unfair

I ordered a box of 20 wings one hour after they opened and there wasn't a single flat wing, just drums. And even those were much smaller than usual and almost cold by the time they turned up.

The food is mid especially the peri peri chicken is terrible and they don’t have bottle sources. If ur looking to try a new place do not go here

The food was cold, the loaded fries lid was left open, and as a result the fries were cold and soggy. Burger was overly covered in sauce.

Waited 2 hours for food even went to pick up food myself but they wouldn't let me take it, saw my order on the side, so by the time I did eventually get it it had been sitting around for an hour and a half, which isn't great as its chicken!! Ordered at 6.40 and got it at 9.40 stone cold !! 🥱😣

The food is not bad but the service needs some work especially from one of guys he is like 5ft he's quite rude actually so yeah apart from him everyone is OK they have better communication but at least they're not rude.

Sam' s is one of my favourite place. Their chicken and burger is out of this world. I will recommend their meal to anyone. I personally enjoy their burger its always fresh and succulent. You will live the taste. I first stumbled on them on uber eats based on the meal combo and since then I have been an arfent lover. Iaways look out for their ouylet anytime I want to eat out. I have wnjiyed their service too especially at the Croydon branch, it was heavenly. Well done to team Sam great job you are doing. keep the taste up

Excellent fast food, personnelle très accueillant qui a su nous diriger quand nous avions eu besoin d’aide et très sympathique. La nourriture aussi est très bonne. Ouvert jusqu’à 4h du matin et service très rapide et des grosses portions pour des prix totalement casser ! 🤌🤌🤌

Three piece chicken combo meal. All pieces were hot temperature wise but drier than dry! No flavour, proper dead. Chips were both piping hot and cold where the staff are too tight to give someone a bigger portion or too stupid to throw the odd few already cooked back in the frier for a minute to warm them through. The wings were the saving grace. Not the best wings, weird flavour but they had a hint of spice and were hot. Two clowns behind the counter are miserable, i know it’s only a chicken shop but if you can raise half a smile then they probably don’t bother with a lot they’re supposed to be doing. Only after I ordered did I hear a guy sitting with his young children telling them he’d never go back there again but I thought he was just a bit of a moaner, turns out he was actually right so I’m sorry my good man for ever doubting you. Jon the food don need to get down here sharpish and sort these man out!

Order was sealed, order 10 mozzarella sticks only 5 were sent, asked for Mayo as part of the order and none was sent. Just eat is a waste of time poor quality restaurants with no standards I should of just ordered KFC!

The guy was on his phone when I walked into the shop. I stood in front of the till for about 2 mins before he decided to put his phone down and take my order. Poor start. I ordered the 6 wings meal (includes chips and a drink), can't get any simpler than that, well what could possibly go wrong?! Oh wait, Sam's will beg to differ! He even called out my order before handing over the goods... I received a box of 8 wings and NO chips, f sake. USELESS!!!!

I just got food poisoning from sams in Croydon was in mayday throwing up blood from a chicken wrap

They pushed the delivery time back and the driver made multiple drops my food in inedible! Everything is freezing cold

This my second time ordering from Sam’s, my first experience I ordered 20 wings only received 13, on my second occasion my order was missing chips.

Thank you guys, great service and delicious food. We received exactly what was ordered and it arrived on time and in tact. Food was absolutely delicious...chicken fillet burger, chicken wings, fried chicken and fries were generous in portion and then some. Really pleased with our order tonight. 10/10 plus 10!

Best food you will get around that location

I used to go to the Tooting branch often and was passing high street Croydon today so thought I would pop in. Within seconds of me walking through the door I heard someone from the back ask a colleague to serve the gentleman (me) waiting. Someone came from the back. I am now stood in front of him waiting for him to acknowledge me. The member of staff is watching something on his phone. I’m quite an easy going person. So if he is doing his job, him being on his phone does not really bother me. But I continued to wait. No eye contact, no greeting, nothing. To my amazement he then starts to pick his nose without a care in the world. It is at this point I left the shop. I called the shop soon after to inform them of what had just happened. Not surprised, but no one picked up the phone.

Ordered two burgers, no sauce. Came with ketchup and mayonnaise. Normally food spot on.

Very very bad service.Rude staff seemed to want us out as quick as possible. Food was 40% deep fried batter in most cases. Not tasty at all. Our pets eat better than this. I complain to council to take action on this .

The burger was stale and cold the bun had literally fallen apart

We asked them to remove the jalapeño from the wrap - it was not done, and had wings that were not cooked fresh , it was obvious that they were dry and slightly hard. Today I am not satisfied in general!

This is one of the worst chicken I had and I am a Sam’s customer. The 1 piece of side chicken I had ordered had next to nothing on it. We ordered 20 wings spicy and they tasted burnt. Sorry will not be visiting there again. 20 pounds down the drain

Great food, nice flavour, great portion size! Could have been slightly warmer (but it was freezing outside) Would defo order again!
