Fantastic place, delicious food.. highly recommended

Kebabs and burger were lovely. Unfortunately the chips were stale, hard and cold.

Certainly one of the best kebabs in Croydon and on Just Eat Ordered a Large Donner with fries Everything came packed separately, with teh meat in foil and the pita on top So I could have re-heated if needed and warmed the pita Well done Thx

One of the meals did not arrive and the other was wrong. It was cold also. Absolutely disgusting and very disappointed would like a whole refund if im completely honest i dont understand how you could get it so wrong?

I paid £43 (that’s with a discount!) for 2 chicken kebabs, a large burger, chips and onion rings. One of the kebabs didn’t arrive. So had to call the kebab shop. Not what you want when you spend that kind of money for a kebab meal.

Regular here and have been for a while, it is always a food time when I come with my kids. The prices are low and their food is top class. Would definitely recommend 👌

Good service but poor quality food especially with £3 delivery. cost £38 for 2 chicken shish mix lamb done. we both had upset stomachs.

they say £9.50 for kebab and charge 12.50 without telling you if paying by card twice he has done this now first time i was om mistake second time I realised he was doing on purpose please stop lying and stealing from ur customers please

Staff are really nice and always want to try to talk when they are not busy ask how your day is going and are very polite. Sometimes I wish they put the chairs back in so u could have your meal there to tho however the food is very good.

I used to love this place, BUT today food arrived cold. Not even warm! My kebab was so cold that the fat had solidified on the rim foil! Won’t be ordering from here again i’m afraid.

Although the delivery was early it wood be better that they take time with the quality of the food instead. Chops had definately been re-heated as were dry. The sale with a Large kebab is non existent, I mean come on it’s salad, surely can have more than a handful of lettuce and not half of an onion!

Make it yourself kebab, which was ok. Pitta was cold and soggy.

Lamb Donner is one of the best I’ve ever had! Easily the best grill in the area.

Won’t be using these guys again if I’m honest? Good was t great and asked for salad separate and they put it in foil with kebab. Very weird

The meal delivery time was pushed back 3 times. I kept on having to chase the app for updates and then eventually ring the restaurant. I understand you have to a little over the odds for this service, but as a bare minimum deliver on time! Not happy!!

Great food here. I have tried Chicken Shish, Lamb Shish, Doner Kebab, Kofte, Chicken Wings, Onion Rings and Chips and all was great. The Calamari though, probably best to buy when collecting as by the time it arrives via delivery they've lost a lost of heat and not as crispy compared to collecting. Delivery times are quick most of the time.

Solid food, but very kindly fixed my order after I made a mistake and gave me a fresh portion of donor. It was much appreciated!

My wife and two of her brothers have had food poisoning the past two weeks, diarrhoea, severe vomiting, dizziness etc. the only thing everybody had in common was eating the Donner kebab from here. We traced back everything and this is the only thing everybody ate. I’m pretty furious and even now they’re still pretty sick & it’s from a lack of hygiene from this disgusting restaurant. Won’t be eating here again, and it needs desperate hygiene investigation. Status online is ‘awaiting review’, I’ll be complaining to food standards about this.

obviously this place specializes in kebabs but I felt like eating some veg that day so got the pickled cabbage. Visually it was quite nice as it was pink, coloured from the red cabbage. I was impressed that the cabbage was not overly salty like other places.

The food wasn't great. The chilli sauce was very mild (the ketchup had more flavour). The sauce was like water. Wouldn't recommend, not what I wanted for the price I paid. Would have rather gone to the other shop

Chips were over cooked and there was no flavouring too pricey for a small portion of chips very disappointed.

Only tried the pickled cabbage because I didn't feel like meat that day. They let me try some before buying which was good so I bought a box. The cabbage is pink and pretty.

Chicken Donner wrap and the Special Burger are my favourite and keep ordering them never been disappointed but the chips are not the best and the onion rings are good enough

Digusting food - staff were simply rude when I asked about the food. Vinegar and salt was piled on to digitise the awful meat

Purley Grill gets 5 stars from me,just had lamb chops with garlic sauce, absolutely fantastic, took me right back to Greece, will definitely be eating from here again very soon

🤬🤬🤬 1st time I ordered the lamb donner was laced with gristle wich I threw in the bin where it belongs! after months I tried a again and ended up with a cracked tooth from a large chunk of the finest gristle 🤬🤬🤬 save your teeth and your money

Ordered 1 meat with chips and a 1/4 pounder meal. It’s was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. And customer service really needs to improve. Way too much vinegar on chips and sauces taste really cheap. Defo NOT worth £16! Will NEVER come back!

The kebab is pretty standard and Purley Grill is usually one of the latest places open to get food in Purley but the man so obviously tried to short change me when I paid with a £20 note by not giving me a £10 back with my change and then tried to laugh it off as some sort of game when I reminded him I had given a £20 it was embarrassing and has left a sour taste for any future visits.

Do not order from here!!!! Ordered via UBer eats, wrong order received. Called the restaurant, a man told me it was the drivers fault not him, the Uber driver said it wasnt him its restaurant, so basically paid £13 pounds to receive a kids chicken nugget and chips. The restaurant did not try and help at all!

Totally rude staff member.... Ordered 2 meat and chips and when he was giving me the food I asked for a pot of burger sauce, onions and chillies.... He had the cheek to say to me next time tell me at the beginning... I was like sorry dude only asked for these things didn't realise its a big deal and then he responded with well it is, I'm a busy man.... Then I'm not gona lie I raised my voice because he was just rude then realised u know what more to life than a grumpy guy..... Wont be eating there ever again! Not worth it..... Pretty pathetic.

Got a large kebab form this place , I didn’t check as I was in a hurry and when I opened it, it wasn’t even a large kebab and only lettuce , onions , not even a proper salad. I advise to check the food before leaving this place.

Had the mixed Kebab, it's huge enough for two..salad fresh and meat tender and flavorful. Cannot understand why there are varied reviews???

Guys stay away. Otherwise youll regret it. I got 2 1/4 pounders got home and no bun tops on both burgers. And in my opinion they might be money laundering as they only accept cash in store but accept online orders from card. Very very strange

All I wanted was a kebab, put in my order, no one else in there, after 10 minutes of waiting I'd had enough and walked out. Not even a sorry, it will be a few minutes...

Worse kebab ever, salad is not fresh, but the most important thing is GARLIC SAUCE, yes garlic sauce with mint, didn't even ask us or informed about it.

I've ordered food from here for delivery but never actualy been in.So after a few pints in the Pear-tree decided to go in and order a Quater-Pounder.This place is spotless with friendly staff.The burgers and kebabs are absolutely top-notch and well priced.Look no further for a good take-away!

We have ordered food from here quite a few times now, and service has always been great and food delivered quicker than stated. Kebabs have always been amazing, though last couple of times portion size appears to have been smaller. All I can say is that price is expensive for kebab but due to quality keep ordering from them.

Sent a burger without the ordered burger sauce and chilli sauce. Took them 35 minutes to deliver sauces and so burger was cold by the time it came. Sent the burger back with sauces. They said another burger with the required sauces would require me paying a delivery charge when I live 5 minutes away. This meant that one of my 6 children were left without food for the evening. Very disappointed

super friendly staff and you can park outside for free( you must obtain parking ticket from one of the machines but it's free for half an hour)..

We had a delivary,the pitta bread was delivered separately,usually the kebab is already made up,we couldn't slice the bread open it was too thin,none of the kebabs were labelled,not impressed
