Burger King in Croydon

Bought a double Whopper with cheese meal got it home open the package marked as Double Whopper with cheese meal found a single whopper with cheese. Lesson to learn check your takeaway before you leave make sure you get what you ordered

Good service and helpful, just need get few more staff so they can help each others rather then 2 people doing everything and making the person in front counter to go clean outside and people are waiting for they order to be done.

Went there ordered on the kiosk screen for it to fail got the lady to come over she took us to another screen we had to wait long so I said can we order at the front then she said no, yes you can you just can’t be bothered to, so then she kept speaking over me, said sorry no then left, lazy staff and a dirty restaurant takes 10 years to get your food.

Food was ok. The tables were dirty. You can’t walk up to the counter anymore to get served. Rude staff. No paper in the self service machines. Only two machines working. It was warmer outside. Differently has gone down hill.

Coldest day of the year and no heating on. Shocking.

This is the worst BK I’ve ever been in! I wish I had seen the reviews before visiting! The food was ok but it was filthy and it’s not that busy , staff standing around when they could be clearing tables etc! On top of this children runnning around the restaurant like it’s a playground and the staff ignoring it ……

5 Stars! Burger King Valley Park - Marianne Makes it Magical! I recently visited the Burger King at Unit 1 Valley Park in Croydon and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Marianne! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Marianne truly embodies excellent customer service and deserves all the praise! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious – exactly what you want from Burger King. This location is clean, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Used to love Burger King. Walked in to this place and was filthy! Surely one member of staff could have cleaned the tables? There were no customers other than myself and husband. We cleaned the table ourselves, as there were food debris everywhere. Floor , tables , chair. I even swapped a chair as it was covered in burger sauce! The guy behind the counter had his bare arms leaning on the burger heater where the burgers sit before they get to us customers. Overfilled bin. I wish I took pictures. never again.

My meal has been misdeliverd. The issue could have been picked u by the driver as the postcode and address doesnt match. If the driver had asked for the code upon delivery he would have realised the mistake.

My drive thru experience, first off it is really unclear as to where you place your order, I was next to a menu and then heard a voice coming from it. I had to shout my order because the person couldn't hear me, useful. I ordered my meal and was not asked what drink I wanted, so I had to make sure to let them know what drink I wanted prior to moving to the next window. The lady at the counter didn't greet me with a hello or even a smile, she gave me a scrunched up bag with my food in and my drink after I had paid. I then proceeded to ask for sauces and was told '30p' 30p for one tiny sauce pot?? This should come as a complementary part of the meal no? Like every other fast food chain, you ask for sauce and you're given sauce in abundance! I was charged an extra 60p for sauce, of which I handed over the exact change and was left waiting whilst it was counted. I mean come on, just give me the sauce and let me be on my way. The ladies long nails had broken through the gloves, I'm hoping she just stayed on tills and wasn't actually handling food because that was hugely unhygienic. Anyway I take my food and park up as was waiting for my son to finish at his party. I open the bag to see no straw, which I'm guessing is to go with the drink that I nearly didn't get but had to remind them was part of my meal, no bother I'll drink it from the cup. I go to take out my burger and it's stone cold... so disappointing, when I'm spending £10+ of MY well earned money I would expect some level of standards but this place has none. Never again.

Food was delicious, delivered on time and with care. Only issue was that the drinks were warm from being in the same bag as the food.

Fpod was amazing as every burger king . Staff was very helpfull and co-operative.definitely recommend to go again and again rather than other burger king.

Every time I come into this restaurant it's clean and standards is always a 10 but most of all the service is even better and I have to give thanks to Urvashi and her excellent service not to just me as I was in a queue and she is just able to handle the people in front and multitask with others at the drive-thru and seeing that showed that you need more people like that in fast food chains.👌🏾⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It deserves a 0 star but unfortunately I have to choose a star before giving a review, about 4 staff members looking at eachothers face and watching the costumers ordering in the self service screen instead to cleaning the filthy place. Never again will I go to this. Instead of looking at eachother please work which is what you was meant to be doing, clean some tablets and empty the bins which is almost over flowing. Disgusting

I went to have some dinner and the lady behind the till was extremely rude and not Helpful when the machine was not working and then proceeded to say that we couldn’t pay at the till Second of all there are flies everywhere meaning we had to cover our food whilst eating and every table was covered in flys and dirt

Fast food?! You're having a laugh! I waited almost 25 minutes for a whopper meal and 6 nuggets. Only saw 3 staff members and the one who served me didn't even give me a hello, please, thanks or enjoy your meal. Poor all round. Only the food compels me to give this 2 stars rather than one.

Overall, everything was as expected.

Can't pay cash for my order seeing they force everyone to use the stupid tablets. I was ignored until I called someone over. It's the same with Mc Donald's just over yards away aswell. It's stupid and I'm pissed off.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever seen—flies and rubbish everywhere. I don’t understand how they even expect people to sit next to such filth. The pictures speak for themselves. I can only imagine what they must be doing inside the kitchen if this is what’s happening outside.

Writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your restaurant. The conditions and service I experienced were appalling and unacceptable for any dining establishment. The restaurant was filthy, with rubbish scattered everywhere. I witnessed staff members cleaning their noses in the kitchen and failing to wash their hands afterward. When I requested sanitizer to clean the table for my newborn, I was informed that the restaurant had run out. This raises serious concerns about the cleanliness of the utensils and food preparation areas. There were mice and flies visible throughout the dining area. This level of infestation is not only unhygienic but also poses a health risk. The staff were incredibly rude and inattentive, ignoring customers and conversing in their own language. They displayed a blatant disregard for customer service and the overall dining experience. The entire environment was uninviting and unsanitary, making it impossible to enjoy the meal. The behavior and hygiene practices of the staff were unacceptable and concerning. I will be escalating this matter to the UK Environmental Health Office and pursuing further action with the local council to ensure that the necessary inspections are conducted. The current state of your restaurant is a severe health hazard and should not be serving customers until these issues are addressed. I will also be sharing my experience on various platforms to warn other potential customers about the conditions at your establishment. Immediate action is required to address these concerns. Your restaurant's current state is unacceptable, and I hope that necessary measures will be taken to ensure such issues are rectified promptly.

Atta was a love manager! Very efficient and focused on getting everyone's food on time. Tried to leave him a tip but wouldn't accept it! An asset to this store and deserves a raise:)

The quality of the food is nice however the proce is ridiculous. Regular chips cost about £2 but for loaded chips with cheese it's more than £3 and is basically the exact same thing with a bit of cheese sauce over it. Som of the staff are very calm and understanding however some are quite rude. There isn't any music so it is quite quiet. Don't waste your time and money here. GO MCDONALD'S INSTEAD ITS ONL ACROSS THE ROAD

This store is an absolute shambles when it comes to customer service, after seeing staff be rude to multiple customers (not looking at them when speaking, horrendous tone of voice and just a general lack of manners and basic communication skills I decided to mention it to a member of staff. I went to the till to ask for a bag for left over food, the person asked if I had ordered at the kiosk, I said no before I could ask he said you need to order at the kiosk and started talking to the Uber eats delivery driver. I waited for him to finish and before I could speak he again tried to direct me to the till, I told him if he had some patience then I would have just asked for a bag. He very sarcastically said sorry what can I get you before handing me a bag. I very calmly and politely told him that customer service at the store was unacceptable and that it needs to be improved to which he responded “no we’re too busy” and showed me the drive thru screen multiple customers laughed and shook their head and I did the same because it was a ridiculous answer. Plus the fact that they will not take orders from the till even if someone is struggling to use the machine. Chips and chilli cheese bites were hot and seemed freshly cooked but I couldn’t say the same for the burger.

Really good food but £28 + for 2 meals and a large Diet Coke no ice 🫣🫣🫣 is ridiculous. Drive through experience rubbish with staff that struggle with basic English.
