I went to have some dinner and the lady behind the till was extremely rude and not Helpful when the machine was not working and then proceeded to say that we couldn’t pay at the till Second of all there are flies everywhere meaning we had to cover our food whilst eating and every table was covered in flys and dirt

Fast food?! You're having a laugh! I waited almost 25 minutes for a whopper meal and 6 nuggets. Only saw 3 staff members and the one who served me didn't even give me a hello, please, thanks or enjoy your meal. Poor all round. Only the food compels me to give this 2 stars rather than one.

Overall, everything was as expected.

Can't pay cash for my order seeing they force everyone to use the stupid tablets. I was ignored until I called someone over. It's the same with Mc Donald's just over yards away aswell. It's stupid and I'm pissed off.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever seen—flies and rubbish everywhere. I don’t understand how they even expect people to sit next to such filth. The pictures speak for themselves. I can only imagine what they must be doing inside the kitchen if this is what’s happening outside.

I had a great time with great food, hit the spot, nice staff too. Very satisfied!

Food was cold and very smelly, I’m not happy

Writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your restaurant. The conditions and service I experienced were appalling and unacceptable for any dining establishment. The restaurant was filthy, with rubbish scattered everywhere. I witnessed staff members cleaning their noses in the kitchen and failing to wash their hands afterward. When I requested sanitizer to clean the table for my newborn, I was informed that the restaurant had run out. This raises serious concerns about the cleanliness of the utensils and food preparation areas. There were mice and flies visible throughout the dining area. This level of infestation is not only unhygienic but also poses a health risk. The staff were incredibly rude and inattentive, ignoring customers and conversing in their own language. They displayed a blatant disregard for customer service and the overall dining experience. The entire environment was uninviting and unsanitary, making it impossible to enjoy the meal. The behavior and hygiene practices of the staff were unacceptable and concerning. I will be escalating this matter to the UK Environmental Health Office and pursuing further action with the local council to ensure that the necessary inspections are conducted. The current state of your restaurant is a severe health hazard and should not be serving customers until these issues are addressed. I will also be sharing my experience on various platforms to warn other potential customers about the conditions at your establishment. Immediate action is required to address these concerns. Your restaurant's current state is unacceptable, and I hope that necessary measures will be taken to ensure such issues are rectified promptly.

Atta was a love manager! Very efficient and focused on getting everyone's food on time. Tried to leave him a tip but wouldn't accept it! An asset to this store and deserves a raise:)

Wrote a long review and they deleted straight away any ways worse place ever, dirty, bad customer service and flies all over

Why is it when you order an extra item with a meal you never get it! Paid for chilli cheese bites with BK XL meal and they never send them!

This store is an absolute shambles when it comes to customer service, after seeing staff be rude to multiple customers (not looking at them when speaking, horrendous tone of voice and just a general lack of manners and basic communication skills I decided to mention it to a member of staff. I went to the till to ask for a bag for left over food, the person asked if I had ordered at the kiosk, I said no before I could ask he said you need to order at the kiosk and started talking to the Uber eats delivery driver. I waited for him to finish and before I could speak he again tried to direct me to the till, I told him if he had some patience then I would have just asked for a bag. He very sarcastically said sorry what can I get you before handing me a bag. I very calmly and politely told him that customer service at the store was unacceptable and that it needs to be improved to which he responded “no we’re too busy” and showed me the drive thru screen multiple customers laughed and shook their head and I did the same because it was a ridiculous answer. Plus the fact that they will not take orders from the till even if someone is struggling to use the machine. Chips and chilli cheese bites were hot and seemed freshly cooked but I couldn’t say the same for the burger.

The quality of the food is nice however the proce is ridiculous. Regular chips cost about £2 but for loaded chips with cheese it's more than £3 and is basically the exact same thing with a bit of cheese sauce over it. Som of the staff are very calm and understanding however some are quite rude. There isn't any music so it is quite quiet. Don't waste your time and money here. GO MCDONALD'S INSTEAD ITS ONL ACROSS THE ROAD

Missing items! Driver went to about 3 take away places and picked food up first so it was stone cold

Very delicious. Everything was well cooked and prepared nicely. A nice choice for vegans and vegetarian. Way better than McDonald's.

when someone orders a meal with a drink and the drink is meant to be Coca-Cola you do not sound Capricorn zero when I paid extra money for Coca-Cola and if Coca-Cola would say

I went in at 21:15 they refused to take orders only for takeout ( they close at 23:00 ) they said the place is so dirty the staff are rude they laugh in your face just because u order more than u should

We did not receive 1 complete meal and also the chilli cheese bites after waiting over an hour. When driver arrived, he said another driver took the order and he has to return. So original driver stole the food. I want a full refund for missing items. Not account credit. Refunded to my bank.

Staff very unorganised, giving wrong food out, too busy talking amoug themselves.

It first said delivery at 22.05 which swiftly went up to 22.25 !! So my food had been in his bag on the back of his moped for 20mins! Food was cold such a waste of money..

Waiting time is more than 15 minutes. Missing burgers for 17 pounds. I had to go back to ask for missing items and they told me yes we know that burgers are missing from your orders. Not even say sorry. Terrible customer service. The food was tasty. Never go back.

What you would expect from a Burger King. ie. food much better and tastier than it's main rival but one of us didn't get what we ordered. ( Burger instead of a Chicken Royale) Couldn't be bothered to change it as we were in a hurry.

Order was very cold and missing 2 items from my order

It's advertised as open until 11pm on a Tuesday, I got here at 10:35pm and the doors were closed. I could see one member of staff who only spoke one word of English and this was "closed" The rudeness and arrogance which he managed to convey in that one word was admirable. I'm not a vindictive person but I hope that he has a miserable future full of disappointments and unfulfilled dreams. As his current job is moping the floor, it seems as though he's well on the way to filling my heart with joy when I imagine his sad, pathetic and insignificant life. :) :) :) After wasting my time and petrol coming here, I will never visit this toilet, Burger King, again. F.O.A.D.

Didn't get correct drink with one meal

Clearly need to change their opening hours?? Says 11pm close yet everytime I go there the drive is closed and doors are locked way before 11pm!? Staff clearly want to go home and are not interested in the customers.
