On a good Friday limited staff, waited 45 mins for food . A staff member said they weren't expecting it to be busy lol . It was GOOD FRIDAY what do you expect

Open but unable to take card payments, so could not order food. Restaurant was empty and drive through was turning virtually all customers away. Not their fault but a sign outside would have been helpful.

Didn't even give me the right bun shocking 😒

Me and my family stopped for a quick breakfast at the drive thru. And everyone who spoke to us were lovely. Especially the lady who gave us our food, Soph. She was so lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. We said we would put in a good word for her as she was probably the nicest McDonald’s employee we had ever met.🫶🏼

Food cold, music to loud, order wrong. Ridiculous.

Need to get the speakers sorted out but good overall

States that you are open 24/7 I arrive doors are locked car park is coned off and staff hiding. I ordered on the app and no one came to unlock the door!!!

Apparently they are not 24h, it is the second time this happens to me get here between 2-3 am and they are close, but there is workers inside and all lights on

Parking is extremely limited, not what I’d expect from a McDonalds on a very traffic heavy route. The restaurant wasn’t clean, the food order was wrong and it was generally a very poor experience

Occasionally it is great that I like the veggie stuff COFFEEE IS MY FAVOURITE

Good prices and clean so a relief after a long drive.

They do a good coffee here, and not expensive. Great for a stop off whilst riding my mat black 1999 Triumph Tiger 885i.

Doesn't matter what time you come to this McDonald's. Service is always slow, drive-through cameras don't work correctly. I regret stopping for food everytime. When will we learn. The current stop has been 45 and still no sign of food. They are short staff, which I sympathise with, but simple communication goes a long way.

The staff here are great, makes a visit better to have friendly helpful staff.

Stopped off for a quick breakfast before heading West. Muffins were a little on the dry side, but the rest of the fare was great. Plenty of parking available when we stopped at about 8am and the drive-thru was open, though we ordered inside.

Just brought a chocolate milkshake, what has McDonald’s done to them!! Tasted so horrible (odd taste) I throw it away. Not even a thick shake as they used to be. Waste of money and a disappointment . No McDonald’s for me again!!

Not a lot to say, i did a drive through. But it was a nice services.

Not open 24hrs. I visit on 27th Feb at 9pm. It was closed. Then thee car park barrier shut and I was trapped. I was also fined £100 for overstay while I waited for the restaurant to open, which it never did. If it was open, staff should be visible. The car park should not close. The complaints procedure is not possible via website.

The smallest medium fries ever received in the 49 years I used McD , less that a kids happy meal. A take away rip off, as impractical to return and ask for more due to queue of cars. Only plus was very chatty order taken, a young man with glasses who had worked late last night and began again fir this lunch shift.

So this is supposed to be a 24 hrs but after detoring we arrive to find road blocked with bollards so called store staff answered shortly after to inform us of a 6am opening time which would be fine but if you have staff and advertise as 24 you should be open 24

Very straightforward place. impersonal, as no need to contact the staff. One uses a screen to order and then your bag is placed on a sideboard. However the the member of staff I spoke to was helpful and friendly. Warning it closes at 10 pm though the external lights

The service was quick, the restaurant and toilets were clean and tidy. Normal McDonald's food available.

Decent branch of McDonald's never had any issues here

I’ve just driven 200 miles with my 12 year old really needed a coffee and my son was hungry it’s 3.48am and we weren’t allowed to order a coffee or any food because we were in a motor home so couldn’t drive through the drive through as our vehicle was too big but we weren’t allowed to walk through either because it’s a road and we might get run over!!!!! THE PLACE WAS LIKE A CEMETERY AT THIS TIME OF NIGHT Tried to appeal to their better nature but was told if we didn’t leave the road (EMPTY DRIVE THROUGH) they would call the police ??? The staff insisted we went to the fuel station for coffee that was fuel only no coffee, The rest of the staff stood about on their phones gawping as if I was being unreasonable Very disappointed pure laziness and computer says no attitude Is there no common sense any more it was easier to say no than try to help NOW WHERE ARE THISE MATCH STICKS TO KEEP MY EYES OPEN

It's a Macdonald's. Food is as expected. Only issue is sometimes there are college/sixth form kids in there refusing to order but causing a fuss and using the seats. It's quite threatening.

Cold coffee manageress disinterested simply said machine makes it not her. Refused refund.

Best McDonald's in the UK..whenever I visit the West Country I always stop here...the food is always excellent and the staff are always extremely friendly and polite..5 stars

Sucker for punishment keep buying their hot chocolate disappointed everytime tastes very watery chips are always awful burgers ok same great taste I guess!

Popped in for a bite to eat super late at 2:15am. The first guy I spoke to at the drive thru was incredibly nice and friendly. And then Connie who was on the last window was fantastic, full of energy and super friendly. Made the visit a pleasure especially at that time of the night. Food was great too!

This is a typical McDonald's restaurant. Unfortunately my order was messed up slightly (because I asked for no gherkins and my double cheeseburger arrived with one in it) but no big deal. That's not a big deal the member of staff was really kind and appropriately apologetic. As I was very hungry I popped in so I am grateful it was there.

For a quick snack it's hard to beat....

Never in my life I have ever reviewed a McDonalds, but this one was the cleanest and tidiest I have ever seen at the time of my visit. The staff was super helpful and nice as well.

Honestly if you can avoid this McDonald's, I've had to complain at least 10+ times to head office or the manager about the below standard food and above average wait times and wrong orders. Really not the standard McDonald's should be. Very very disappointed. Will not be returning to this specific one

Food is quite often messy and you have to wait longer than in other places for your food. The facilities are pretty sound and the little playground area outdoor is epic on the summer.

As someone who works night shift at regular intervals, this restaurant certainly is not open 24 hours a day. This is advertised on McDonalds UK website as well as google. I drove to the restaurant to find a car park blocked off with cones and when I investigated further, found the doors were locked.

It's a McDonald's, can't comment on the atmos as we used the Drive-Thru.

The only reason for visiting was for the EV charger. Ordered breakfast items while we waited for the charge. Despite the sophisticated system, one main item was served incorrectly. The music was way too loud making conversation difficult. Staff routinely mark orders as ready a good minute before they are - I'm guessing to cheat a timing system. I do best not to use these places.

Advertised online as open 24 hrs. Arrived at 22.50. Road side lights on with massive sign stating open 24 hrs. Shut. Asked at the service station and they told me they are often shut. Need to change the advertising and road signage

There are not many places available along the A303 until you get past Stonehenge, but this is one of them. Very typical for a McDonald’s and therefore, you get what you expect. The car park is often very busy, but with a little patience, a space comes free quickly enough. They keep the restaurant and toilets clean and I haven't had any issues with food on the visits I've made.

Visited multiple times when they should be open but they’re not. Go to a different McDonalds if you don’t want to arrive there and have it be closed.

This drive-through was a pit stop on our way home from Devon it was what you would expect from a mcdonalds fast food on the go. We actually sat inside and ate our meal as needed the toilet, which I have to say just about fits a small child for space 😅 so would give 2 stars for that one

This is a very good location to stop when we go to London. This won't be happening again. We stopped on Sunday morning for breakfast, the service was very slow and when the food, pancakes and sausage. finally arrived it was tough and inedible. We won't be using this outlet again

Quick service despite peak half term traffic. Got my teenagers and their friends their meals without any hitches or glitches. Reflected on whether I was raising them properly. Remembered I ate a lot of McDonald's when I was young. Questioned the meaning of life, debated inwardly why I was in a fast food chain on a Saturday lunchtime, looked at the other adults there and got a strong sense they were doing the same. You don't go to McDonald's for the atmosphere, so no score there.

Absolutely terrible. Driving home from late night work, come out of my way specifically to come to McDonald’s as it’s advertised as 24 hour, and has a 24 hour sign next to it- get there and it’s coned off and shut but staff are still inside. If it’s not 24 hour; then change the status of the shop on Google and get rid of the 24 hour sign that’s right outside of it- REALLY annoying

Advertised as open 24/7 been here several times during the hours of 1-5am and it has never been open

Lackluster food, at least McDonald's is consistent in producing poorly made food no matter where in the country you are. Still, filled a hole.

quick wait, lovely service. some lovely woman with dark curly hair gave me a free sausage nd egg mcmuffin and for that i will be forever grateful. if i lived closer, i would go back everyday and give her my gratitude 😁😁😁😁

Stopped for a drive through breakfast, sausage and egg mcmuffin. Was given the bag and set off. About a mile later on the A303 and unable to turn around I looked in the bag only to find two hash browns, no mcmuffin!! How can you forget the mcmuffin in a mcmuffin breakfast?!?

A timely toilet break and breakfast whilst travelling back from South Cornwall. It was busy, but the service was fast, friendly, and efficient. A member of staff was continually cleaning up after customers as they left.

Had the misfortune of arriving here at a what seemed relatively busy time. Ordered a drive through breakfast from the app in the queue and by the time we were served had to have brunch/lunch option. Then waited a further half an hour on forecourt for food to brought to us. Fast food this wasn't!

I ordered a free vege deluxe and it never came, i wasted so many hard earned points. One came and it had spunk like substance on the box. Horrifying

We love this Maccys. We always stop here on the way down to Cornwall. It's very busy and the staff are always so nice. We will be back in Sept.

Came here for dinner ordered a big tasty spicy burger however they lied that’s burnt all my taste buds and I don’t think I will be able to taste anything again should removed from the menu 🤣

Avoid the drive thru and park and go in. Way quicker than the drive thru. I pass here every week and it's the most diabolical McDonald's for service I've encountered.

As usual, disorganised, ordering screens, not giving receipts, this has been a problem for months. Delivery orders given priority, you can be the only one in there and still have a long wait.

NEVER open early morning. Nonsense that it’s 24 hours. No success on more than one occasion or 5am or 6am. Stop advertising as 24 hours and causing unnecessary delay to travellers.

Sat in the drive through with no one answering while the other side sailed through, eventually drove to the window and placed my order. Asked to wait for food, waited 15 minutes went to see what was going on only to be stopped from entering as they had closed but assured me my food would be coming. After another 15 minutes eventually spoke to the manager who confirmed my food had been given to someone else and gave me a cash refund when I paid by card. An hour wasted.

Popped in at 19:30 for dinner en route to Cornwall. Drive thru tailed back as expected so went in and sat down to order from table service. Place was packed and orders were trickling out. Just wanted to say Cheers to Robert. Really helpful with a forgotten order and I didn’t see him stop working once in the space of 40 minutes or so. If he wasn’t taking orders out he was cleaning tables and emptying bins. People like that don’t get enough appreciation so just wanted to say thanks. I hope the manager of this branch sees this and gives Robert a personal thank you and he feels like he’s earned it. Keep up the top work

Advertises as 24hrs but twice I've done app order and go to collect and its closed.

3 apple pies and 3 cheeseburgers, the basic ones, had to park up, waited 20mins, they were cold and dried up burgers, so I took them back in, never known a Macdonalds Apple pie to be cold either, they said they would redo the order, 24 mins items later, I’m driving away with nothing ….. it wasn’t even busy ….. If this is your franchise, it needs some attention.

In general this is a gd place to eat. But when it's says it's open then when you drive there after work in the morning it should be open. It's not the first time I've been after work

Ordered on the mcdonalds app where it said it was 24hrs, turned up to the carparkbeing closed. Walked around, saw staff inside who then ignored me. So drove 20miles for no reason and had to drive further to go to a different location. Ridiculous.

Visited during the busy lunchtime period, friendly staff coped well. McD have fast food sorted, good choice, quality and service.

Best Maccas chips and freshest burger rolls. Even the soft drinks were perfectly fizzy!

The Sparkford McDonald's has been a regular haunt of mine over the years. The staff, hard working and dependable, can be relied upon to deliver the delectable delights for which McDonald's is loved. Sparkford is occasionally let down by a lack of Mcflurries and chicken products, but the underlying fundamentals of well stocked chip pouches, juicy burgers and ice cold sprites sets a high standard. Sparkford should look to shore up their supply chain in future to ensure Mcflurries and chicken is not gapped in future. I believe by taking on this advice Sparkford has the potential to provide the very highest standard of fast food.

Drive through can get busy at the weekend for breakfast.

Boxing Day evening stop over , greeted and ordered with Louise, thanks for great advice on menu choice, super speedy ordering, hot coffees and served to us with pride, thanks Louise - made the journey much better !

It's one of those fast food chains. I rarely eat from this particular brand but stopped here to get a breakfast muffin for the boy.

Poor car park. No straws. No ketchup. People missing parts of orders. Queues. But kids were happy enough.
