Always miss items off the order if you order for delivery or collection. And how the hell do you mix up cheese bites with chicken selects??

Over 30 mins wait on food. Burger box was open and burger had came apart in bag. Worse service ever experienced. Restaurant dirty. Needs to stop claiming to be a fast food Restaurant

What is wrong with this McDonald's? Why can they not make it work? I don't understand, they have a new 'restaurant' but they just mess up the orders far too many times. Half the time they don't have items available and when they do it comes out cold or wrong! Such a shame. Oh and the staff! They honestly do not want to be there, they don't really care enough to get it right! I know it's "only McDonald's" but come on, get a grip guys, it's not rocket science! The McDonald's model has been going for a very long, so they should have it right by now. Edit: I have now taken this McDonald's down to 1 star, just for the simple fact of all of the above with the additional, rude staff. I thought I would give this place another try, and my god, it is abysmal. It has got worse, if that could even be possible. Its as though they have put the rudest, most arrogant people they could find and put them in charge! They couldn't pay me to go back here. Not even for a coffee as they can't even get that right! What an absolute dive! My advice, drive that little further across town and visit the only McDonald's that really should be in Yeovil on lysander road. They actually care about good service. Unlike flussing meadow, that deserves the name, as it should be flushed away! 😳

Asked for a receipt because one didn't come with the food and was told I'd have to give them an exact amount before they could reprint.... I had only just got my food... Come on... It can't be that hard!! Had to go online and check my pending card payments so I could tell them the precise amount so as to get a receipt... Bit pathetic.

The slowest MacDonalds ever, and staff rude

Ordered 2 large meals for me and my daughter. Resturant had about 4 people in. Waited 25min. Watched about 20 cars go through and 4 staff get their meals and go for breaks. Asked for money back and left. Quicker to go to Petrol station which we did. Not fast food unless your in the drive through.

No coke , no milkshakes and no ice cream , no apple pies , worst macdonalds ever, and always told the park up and wait and wait , sort it out whoever owns this one

Shame I had to do 1 star wouldn’t give them that.. joke beyond belief.. poor quality can’t even deliver to you.. but take you money of if didn’t finish so late wouldn’t eat there

Food same as always . Clean and tidy, but took my three year old Grandson who needed to use the toilet. When I came back our food and drink had been cleared away. The young lad apologised but made no attempt to offer us another fruit bag or drinks plus the odd chip that he had cleared away. One of those things I suppose . I didn't make a big deal out of it , he was only doing his job, but on this occasion he did it a bit early and took well.

A lot of the staff here are rude and miserable and clearly don't want to be here and tonight definitely felt like my husband and I weren't welcome. Food is cold, today I had a cold mcchicken and last time I had a cold quarter pounder that I had asked for simply with no onion but received no onion and no cheese and a cold apple pie. They don't know how long to keep the food warm. They literally haven't had ice in the drinks for a year at least. This restaurant is still relatively new and it isn't managed well, and we will just go to other Mcdonald's from now on until they improve and also employ people that want to be there.

I ordered online via JustEat. It kept adding 5 mins to the delivery time, so I decided to ring up and find out what was happening. Whoever answered at about 8:35pm on 30/03 are a complete legend. As soon as I called asked for my order number, reordered without charging and about 5 minutes later it was delivered. Everything there, still warm, obviously an issue with JustEat. Thankyou so much, to one hungry customer 👌👌👌

Food cold and missing part of order

Just avoid this MacDonalds & go to the one on Lysander Road instead. Almost every time I've made the mistake of going to this one they get the order wrong, miss items, don't have stock of basic things or the wait is horrendous. Genuinely don't understand how they manage to be so consistently incompetent!

Food cold, order incomplete again,

The food was lukewarm, French fries looked like they had been thrown in the bag upside down as they were all over the bottom of the bag. Not impressed.

Staff seem happy and were trying to keep it clean as much as possible

Worst branch of McDonalds in Yeovil. This is the 4th time we have been to this branch and every single time, we NEVER get what we ordered. And by the time you realise it, it’s a choice of ruining your entire meal to go back. Today, we did not get a cheeseburger with our cheeseburger meal, we also paid for a white chocolate raspberry pie and that was not included either. We also selected to have balsamic vinegar with a side salad which was not included either. Don’t waste your time or money going here as they take a ridiculously long time to prepare and give you your food and you only ever leave totally disappointed.

Usually missing something but workers are mostly kind and caring and will sort anything you need. except a couple managers who iv seen be rude to staff a couple times now I think her name was Lucy but not sure

Slow drive thru 2 options weren't available and missed something off my order. If you go in store service is quick and is but extremely busy

The new venue in Yeovil never gives us the complete order it's always missing items. Got a voucher and couldn't even use it which is quite disappointing.

Had to wait 46mins for a system up date passed me off again

Nearly 15 mins for 2 small breakfast orders this morning. Only about 5 people in front. Way too slow unfortunately!

Its McDonald's. You get what you pay for. The food is consistently better and fresher than the Lysander Road one. Service can be slow.

Food is what you expect from a McDonald's but the friendly staff and service you get at Wincanton is second to none ... Felicity and Andy are always so cheerful and approachable.

Useless on all counts, food missing and freezing cold, no condiments or straws for drinks, took ages to turn up….never had a good experience 🙄

Not a great deal to shout about, but when you're on the go, its handy to have. If you drive through, check your food before leaving the window! Its usually loud/busy inside. Staff are always nice

The restaurant was extremely busy when we arrived, and seemed very short of staff. This meant that, we had to clear rubbish from the tables to sit down, the bins were overflowing, and there was a very long wait for food.

Had a reasonable meal here although the fries could have been hotter, staff were happy and pleasant. Atmosphere was typical McD so all in all a reasonable place to grab a meal.

Staff very inexperienced, even managers don't know what there doing. Always a long wait in the drive thru even when therse only a couple cars. Worst McDonald's in the UK without a doubt.

Look it McDonalds so you know what you're getting, but recently it has been much cleaner so if the mess put you off maybe give it another try.

Waited 2h for my uber eats order! What a joke

One of the best Maccies I’ve been to and it’s quite new. The only thing that lets it down and stops me giving 5 stars is the lack of parking… but staff also did cope well when it was busy

35 minutes later got food no one to help at front counter and being dyslexic was almost impossible to use the machines to order food tried to get help instead to busy talking to other staff members that work there on their day off been using this McDonald's since opened the standards has gone from eight out of 10 to 1 out of 10

Rude staff and very unhelpful,, politely asked if they could possibly put sugar in before the cream on a latte and was spoken to like dirt,, when every other McDonald’s will happily do it so as to not waste the cream that’s added by steering after,, absolutely disgusted with the attitude and will be making a complaint about how rude the man was,, won’t ever use them again,, advise people to stay well clear of the place..

Ordered 3 large meals, got home (20 min drive) no chips in the bag for any of the meals and two of the burgers are missing the bacon. It’s written on a screen in front of the kids in charge! It’s not difficult is it?

Service was appallingly slow despite the fact several staff members were just stood around talking.

I work the night shift so I want to McDonald's at 12am because delivery stop and it was closed the 24 hour place was closed

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Second visit a year apart and it's no where near as good as it was. Food took 30 mins (4pm on a Saturday) and chips were stone cold. Used female toilets which should have been closed as they were a hygiene risk, faeces around x2 toilets with no loo roll. Third toilet had faeces on the cubical door so decided not to use any of them! Loo roll in sink and again human excrement in sink furthest away and on the floor - will report to environmental health agency as this IS DISGUSTING!!!!! Will not be returning. Place should be shut down or a new manager put in place.

I have been to this McDonald's quite a bit to dine in and take away. Therefore, my rating is based on that. In my opinion, the staff members can be quite obnoxious, lack mannerisms, and tend not to be interested in service to their customers nor the order(s) itself. I've had my orders incomplete, run through the till incorrectly, albeit shown a receipt, and they have a problem with providing the dips/sauces that go alongside the order. Sometimes, the food can be poorly made and gives me an upset stomach. This being my closest one out of 3 can also be my most avoided McDonald's, to say the least.

Ordered a breakfast roll and Tea got to my coach to have before I hit the road, Tea was warm and there was no sugar milk and spoon, won’t be going there again

It's McDonald's it's pretty standard sometimes the service is slow and quite often there are no milkshakes available

I go to MacDonalds for 2 things.... frappe and flurries. 8 out of 10 times this year they don't have them. Incredibly frustrating when you have queued through the drive thru, usually due to very limited parking. This seems to be a common problem across most of Somerset not just the 2 in Yeovil

This is the second order they have made wrong. Not only that, they tried to charg3 me for someone else's meal claiming it was mine. Poor service

Grandkids always happy to be taken out for a McDonalds but it's not the bargain it used to be

Ordered through drive through and then have to park in the car park for your order! So bloody slow!!! Slow, awful service. Returned our food as it looked half eaten. Staff need extra training, customer service was bad. Have used this one a few times and bad everytime. Still bloody bad on our latest visit. Won't be going again. 25 minute wait for click and collect.

Not sure which is worse – the customers or the staff! Customers don’t hold doors open for each other, and instead, let the door slam in each other’s faces. Meanwhile, Management seem to ensure almost everything is out of stock at all times. Such as McFlurry for example. It is a bit like a war zone in here at all times.

Drive through was slow and our happy meal was missing a book with no explanation. Food was altogether though.

Great service Quick and staff really polite

Clean store, it took ages to get our order they seem to prioritise the drive through. Staff are friendly and the order was correct.

Why oh why do I always get COLD burgers and half cups of coffee? Ok so the fries amazingly are always red hot so that a massive bonus but unfortunately burgers never come hot. To the point that the cheese doesn't even melt and also a large latte or toffee latte fills half a cup and when complaint went in I'm told it's the machine? Get a grip and sort it out

Another example of shocking service. Used drive through. They left out 2 things from the order. Rang them. Told no refunds as I should have checked the order.... Yet they didn't say that when giving me the food. It's literally 2 quid..... And all your doing is stealing from the public and giving it to a multi million pound company... With no benefit to yourself whatsoever. There's a reason your working in Macdonald's as you must be thick as a ditch. Nothing but a robot. You need to get a clue "mate". I'm not your mate. I'm an OVERpaying customer. You should just refund it. I'll leave your name out but your Josh's next most qualified staff member/manager/whatever your role is at 11.45am 13/09/23.

Check your order for tomorrow a lot of mistakes

Never ever use flushing meadows McDs and definitely not via mcdelivery/uber eats. Always wrong order, if you even get the whole order, no way to get a refund. Takes forever in the restaurant, staff ignore customers, place is filthy. Awful. Just go to Lysander.

Awful McDonald's. Order was really slow and when it arrived it wasn't correct. Missing a drink and fries were incorrect size. I have no idea what drinks were in the cups either - but they absolutely did not taste anything like coke zero... which seems to be a recurring theme with this place.

A regular McDonalds with the usual facilities. Noisy kitchen with more alarms going off than a bank being robbed, and bustling staff looking busy. You know what you're gonna get when visiting this fast food chain.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Slowest "fast food" I've ever experienced, and when it did come the moron serving read out my number upside down resulting in further delays and cold food. About a thousand numbers on the board showing as "ready to collect" with not a single order sitting there. Staff couldn't give a f, all chatting and laughing and having a great time while all the customers stand there getting increasingly frustrated.

As you would expect, however there was quite a long wait with the whole board filled up.

Ordered a big mac meal large meal as well, big mac came with no BURGERS IN IT. Spoke to the manager who passed a number that lead to automated service because even though she said no refunds even they made the mistake. My order is 380cd and was made on 22/08/2023 at 12:54:56. Whoever made this is a stupid, also the manager didn't even care. A waste of money and a waste time, so not go to mcdonalds and go to Lidl instead. Biggest joke when it comes to a restaurant chain. Incompetent and unreliable staff. Hope they all get sacked.

It is what it is, ....... and cheerful used to be cheap and cheerful but it's not cheap anymore.

It's a maccas your going to get quick n dirty food

3 stars for the toilet facilities as I had a turtle head knocking on the back door and it was very comfortable. Huge skidders down the porcelain before I got in there and a gap in the door big enough to wave at people washing their hands, hence the 3 stars. Took a further 13 minutes for my double cheeseburger to arrive so back down to 2 stars.

Possibly the slowest and worst service in a McDonalds restaurant. Fast Food this isn't. Terrible slow service if you eat in, with no acknowledgement you may be waiting. I thought my ten minute wait might at least mean I got hot food. But my burger was cold. So one wonders why it wasn't served much earlier.

Table wasn't wiped down, toilet wasn't clean (poo up the back of the toilet and it smelled) and burger was cold 😞

I waited over half an hour for my food and then complained. I was told that they forgot my order and would start making it now. When my order came there was egg shells in my mcmuffin, the pancakes were too dry and the drinks were missing for my family. Only one member of staff apologised and asked how she could assist us. The other staff were miserable and a bit rude.

Fast delivery of food. Clean restaurant. Did have to remind staff to provide the drink we paid for, but all in all,a friendly, nice McDo's.Well done team, we'll be back 👍

Food was disgusting and no taste like a normal maccers, fries where over cooked and looked like refrys, burgers were barely warm and drinks had no flavour. We waited 20 mins for food after several people were served meals who ordered well after us and the place looked boring and plain compaired to most other places with only 1 main screen so you couldnt see the menu properly, the table we went to wasnt overly clean. Ill avoid and go to the other one from now on

Although we were at a wake. Food and service were good. Thought it definitely needs a face lift.

Slowest mcdonalds I've ever been to even though there was only 1 order before mine, they prioritise drive through and not the customers inside, i cant imagine how lkng the wait would be during the lunch rush. manager walking round kitchen doing not much of anything and yawning. Absolutely shocking restaurant. The food took over 30 minutes for 2 breakfast meals to arrive and it wasn't even busy. No one seemed to be pulling there weight and just happy chatting with each other. The customer service was non existent. This seems to be the way most Mcdonald restaurants have gone now. Its rapidly going down hill as it seems to employ people that just don't care or dont want to work...

It's the smallest McDonald's I have ever seen. The kitchen looked very unusual and inneficient for a McDonald's.

The order was missing half the food and was cold asked for a refund for the missing items and was refused one such poor service.

Poor presentation of burger - squashed bun reason for 3 stars on the food. I can't see how anyone making a burger, seeing a damaged bun and thinking that'll do why that would be OK. It's always the last 10% that makes the difference.

How you gonna make a double Big Mac bacon but forget the bacon. And the chips were about as warm as the ice in my freezer. And I’ve tasted more salt in a bag of sugar than I did on those chips. And I’ve seen more milkshake in a bottle of water than I did in my large chocolate shake that was filled up about half way

Worst ever! Drive though you sit there while they serve 4 cars even had to reverse out and into another lane and was served straightaway. Can’t manage the drive through can’t manage counter service. It’s truly awful

Waited ages, my meal didn’t get called, left on the side, so food cold. Asked for extra ketchup and told no ( The lady had put 1in already) disappointed. No McFlurry available.

Slow service and as mcdonalds goes, wouldn't be my choice to visit this one.
