the food is very cold and not suitable for eating

Food cold ,food damage ,a lot food missing !!!!!

I was missing 2 items from my order, the philly cheese stack and chicken selects and dips were missing. I've messaged asking for a refund and heard nothing.

we only had one burger in there but delivery driver was brilliant

Food was dry,badly packed and my milkshake was the wrong flavour

Was told it would arrive by 8pm, when ordered at 7:15pm. It arrived an entire hour late at 9pm. The warm food was cold, and the McFlurry was melted. Was also missing a sauce/dip.

time kept getting later as they changed it. otherwise great food

Nearly 2 hours late on a £43 pound order which arrived stone cold. Payment was taken and i now have to take it back and get this reordered or a refund which is time out of my day. I should charge you now

Milkshake was just like they have shoved milk in the maccie and wasn’t the normal thickness the flavour was to much no salt on the fries like usually no straw for milkshake but amazing how the staff make the food but forgot about everything else (management give your staff a kicking up the ass to actually do the order to the correct standards you guys have set at and stop having your staff being lazy at 23:30 cocking up half the order…)

Got the order right which is a plus, considering how bad the Lysander one is at forgetting stuff. Delivery driver polite and on time.

The food was cold and didn’t taste fresh!

Unfortunately do expect missing items, sometimes rude service or the occasional cold food. Definitely could do with some Improvements. Receipt machines never work so fixing orders hard for customers. But missing orders is definitely biggest issue in my experience and plz fix your receipt machines. Customers can’t go through customer service without it. Just makes it all so much worse. We can’t get money back and so on. It’s really frustrating

They forgot my two sausage and egg muffins, butter and syrup, honestly I order every Sunday, this is probably the 2nd time happened

They focus too much on driving thru customers and not enough on other guests!

Late - 3 hours late plus no chicken nuggets

I ordered 2 pancakes and sausage but I found there was no sausage in both of the meals so sadly…

McFlurry had leaked all in the bag but good other than that

Terrible service I ordered a salad meal I got no fork no dressing and no chicken I complained so thay said I could have a replacement so the next day I went back through the drive through and got my order again was told to wait in bay 1 20 minutes later I had to phone the manager and explain I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes 5 minutes later food came out again no fork no dressing and not much salad so I put it in the bin and went home the staff are all young kids messing about being loud throwing food together and it shows in quality avoid at all cost 👎

I waited so long I paid for it an hour and a half ago and it’s stone cold unacceptable

Don’t expect to get any of the sauces you ask for. The chicken share box comes with 4 sauces, we chose 4 different sauces but only got the one sauce

Average McDonald's. Could do with tables cleaning a bit quicker

How many system updates do you have, seems to be one everyday at this point. Always unable to take orders, seems that you just don’t want to because you’re on your own in there

25 minutes for a double cheeseburger. Ran by clowns with care in the community staff. Absolute joke this place.

It's McDonald's, not as cheap anymore, but similar quality throughout the UK. I think the chips (fries) could have been cooked a bit longer. After not having it for so long it filled a craving. The Galaxy hot chocolate was nice.

Delivery Man was so nice and considerate

Not the best in terms of fast service bless them. We've used the drive thru twice and the interior of the service department appeared chaotic. Our servers were friendly though to be fair.

If you walking and order a breakfast make sure you get a seat and a prepared for a long wait. It appears the sole priority of staff is to service the Drive Thru customers and ignore walk in clients. I don't understand how my order took an age yet drive thru's were served within minutes....

Very good place for fast food and service standards are great with ample parking and clean compound.

I order my food. Get my order delivered to home and half of it was missing No chance to get money back.

The food is generally good but they do occasionally make mistakes with orders suck as wrong drinks, sizes and missing food but they generally make up for these mistakes with customer service.

Better than the other one in Yeovil but still pretty crap overall.

can't fault the delivery today at all, was super quick and food was still piping hot! I will be using this Maccys from now on Not Lysander road because they are awful compared to sherbourne road

Any McDonald's that give me a chocolate milkshake that only has chocolate flavour in it and I don't have to ask for another 5 times, deserves 4 stars

I thought about dragging this review out by explaining my whole visit, but then I realised it wasn't worth my time on the last day of my holiday. So the long and short of it is don't go here I went once and left with food poisoning, I will say, they were very efficient at poisoning me so can't knock the service to much.

2nd time in a week order took so so long I even called the restaurant and the food was sat waiting if just eat doesn’t have enough couriers stop taking orders food last week freezing and inedible and out of £21 order had a ridiculous £3.30 refund this time it’s barely warm and checked infront of the courier not happy with just eat service will not recommend to anyone no customer service to actually contact poor very poor service

food was late, took over 10 minutes for the driver to depart from the restaurant arrived stone cold.

Me and my partner ordered food we had to wait over an hour for it to come when it arrived it was stone cold i’m not very happy

Rude staff, terrible manners and the worst service experienced for a long time, cars horns beeping in the drive through and 22 minutes to wait for breakfast.. terrible 😔

Slow to take drive through order with no one else waiting!

My order never arrived and they still took out money. We were never updated or told they were not able to deliver, 3 hours after order placed the status simply changed to “delivered” when we had NEVER received it.

order at 13.11. arrived after 15:00. had to go to McDonald's to buy it again and just eat are refusing to refund the cost of the faulty goods.

My food was delivered at 15.35 I ordered it for my lunch expected it around 2.30 chips were hot burger was cold second time it’s been super late I won’t bother again, I don’t know what’s happening to the place the other McDonald’s is always spot on

It was over 2 hours late originally said 25 minutes it is just round the corner wanted for work lunch arrived near end of my shift and had to microwave as cold kept changing delivery time this is not acceptable

Disappointed today with my delivery. The food was cold when it arrived and poor quality. I ordered two cheeseburgers and both didn’t have any toppings and were very dry. The fries were stone cold and the nuggets had no dip. Overall, very disappointing.

Never turned up after over 2 hours. Have been charged. Even when trying to cancel many times over. Called the store directly and they wanted nothing to do with my order. Just eat loop of doom of never getting the help you want or cancel. RUBBISH!

We have always had nice food here and find the staff pleasant and cheery. Have used this branch since it opened, and it has never disappointed. Keep it up guys. Well done, nice one.

Got my order wrong, after a long wait in drive through then the food was slapped together and cold .

Every order I made through this branch Ive had missing food and have to wait 10 days for my money back or go to store , I will never use this branch again and I would advise anyone that wants a complete order to go elsewhere or just not use McDonald's full stop

Ordered on app - item out of stock, but not notified. Staff seem disinterested/discontent. Numerous staff - not attentive/bored. Food presentation embarrassing. Toilet facilities poor. Poor general management. On another visit, tables and floor were covered in left overs. Bins were full and service was really slow. We'll be avoiding this location, as the concept of fast food & efficient service seems to have alluded them completely

My food is cold and I’m not very happy

When I walk in at 08:30 for their breakfast and have to wait 15mins for my order, despite being the only customer??? There's a lot of chatting between staff and lots of waiting around, not much of anything else, certainly not serving customers. They often get the order wrong, with items missing and much of the time, it is thrown together: a wrap that is not wrapped, a burger with the party literally out of the bun. And today, a customer walked in 10mins after me and was given his order first. All I ordered was a breakfast roll meal,

they got my order wrong and when I got home I took a bite of my big mac and no exaggeration it tasted and smelled like vomit I nearly threw up myself. I checked the burger and it stank of vomit too and it stunk out my room I was fully convinced someone had put vomit in my burger but after going on Google I learned that it was just the big mac sauce that had gone off. They served me a big mac with gone off sauce. Safe to say I threw the rest of my food away and will not be eating maccies again. 😂

Order arrived cold and missing a portion of chips which has happened on my last 2 orders. Shame as previous order was fine.

Empty tables left dirty, we were forced to choose a table based on how ‘clean’ it was. We had to ask a member of stafff behind the counter to clean the table before use. Floors dirty everywhere, no napkins in the only dispenser in the restaurant. Burgers arrived cold and had to be sent back. Used the toilet and found the cubicle is an awful state. Also I noticed the red mop bucket, in the kitchen area, which as I understand is for toilet use, NOT kitchen! I don't expect much from any Mac Donald’s restaurant but this is the worst I have visited

chips a bit cold but was a bit of temperature left in the burgers. Nice chocolate milkshake was lush too.

Absolutely shocking mcdonalds! Left out a mcdouble, all the sauces for our meals. All the fries. Get BETTER STAFF. Go to the one at lysander road much better.

It's is what it is a fast food shop it's not a restaurant to be fair but my grandchildren like it. Food is usually lukewarm or cold. On th positive side you will never burn yourself on a meal

wrong delivery to my house when my wife said to the driver she got told just to take it and complain and ask for a refund. this doesn't just make you guys look like absolute idiots it also makes mc donalds look incompetent. I had to drive down to mc donalds to sort this out my self I got my order the manager was really upset about the issue. should I add that your drivers need some customs service and paying cheap for your drivers don't always work. you pay peanuts you get chimps.

Daughter had a cheeseburger meal with nuggets, was throwing up all night and the next day.
