says large cookie dough ice-cream and a small one was delivered

The time kept changing, was over an hour late & was cold.

Time kept getting moved after order accepted - the chips were far too salty

Over all quality of food was pretty poor. Couldn’t eat the nuggets or onion rings as tasted vile. Burger was ok if I didn’t look at the patties.

Burgers cold, the blond girl ( worker) with messy hair, not tied. Unacceptable when you work with food

I went there and i enjoyed the it until i saw the kitchen. Its a mess . And the worst thing i have to say about is that the food is disgusting. When i ate there was ants in my food

Completely wrong order and half hour late

Over an hour late. Receipt states food was cooked almost an hour before delivered and everything was freezing cold.

Driver picked up a second order from mcdonalds and waited 5mins there then proceeded to drive past my hour to deliver the mcdonalds so when my food arrived it was cold

wrong meal completely and no response on phone or message.

they gave me the wrong amount of money, messed up my burger, took around 10 minutes for my order to come and didn’t give me the correct drink and the upstairs seating area was not very clean.

All items were luke warm, probably the worst takeaway We've had in a long time

Please put drinks in separate bag because they are always warm when they arrive.

food was good but took over an hour to get to us when we only live 16 minutes away

this is a third time i'm sick of this disgusting service. the owner keep saying i will passed your msg to my team they do better in future but then after that nothing . this massage is directly to the owner or the manager of this store watch you staff carefully because they are not doing there job properly .

I've been coming to this Burger King since I was very young, and it has never missed. And the staff are just as nice as the food - I was served by June today and she was so kind and pleasant to deal with that I finally wanted to write a review for this place after 28 years of living here. Great stuff.

Disgusting, 🤢 made me sick on the table to the sight of mould growing on my beef burger, chips were literally raw, overly salted and foul, food took 20 minutes and the 'Kids eat free offer for £8 turned out to be £10, get a grip Burger King, this place should be taken down, and in a kids meal, you cant be serving the kids mouldy burgers. What a Disgrace, deserves 0 stars, the staff were fairly nice but come on what a awful place, if you are planning on coming here, there is a McDonald's a few minutes away, or the M&S Cafe and Foodhall. Not to mention the filthy toilets and tables, chairs and even the advertisement cardboard stands were brown... Unless you want to come see the mould, don't visit.

Great food and brilliant staff. However, the tables were not clean. The toilets were not clean at all. The hand dryer did not work.

Absolute joke spent £75 missing a whole meal and can't do anything about it as it was through just eat, voicemail box is full can't get an answer from just eat or bk joke absolutely awful service from both really isn't hard to check if missing items

Not happy at all, first order said it never existed and so I put it through again. I have now received two lots of food and have been charged twice. Only one order/order number was active on my account. I would like to be contacted for a refund.

My order was missing the Aberdeen Angus burger and the onion rings. What was delivered was so cold it was inedible. I wish I'd just driven into town. I won't order burger king from here again.

Popped in after a bad day at work to get some food and relax, and my day was made 10x better by being served by the wonderful Eve! So polite and professional, made my day.

Wow, I love the new revamp! SO beautifully done. Was also served by a worker named Eve who gave me my food quick and promptly. Would definitetly reccomend coming here, especially with the kind workers and new great interior.
