Burger King in South Somerset

Order my item in buger king had to long time , not very busy, women stand up by till doing nothing dream in space what a joke, got my buger and chips no drink food was rubbish just cold and dry put in the bin 🚮

they are 5 minutes away i thoiught i would treat myself , food was cold , and what is the 0.99 service charge ? please expolain what service after i pay a delivery fee , but most important it was cold , never again , thanks

Absolute joke spent £75 missing a whole meal and can't do anything about it as it was through just eat, voicemail box is full can't get an answer from just eat or bk joke absolutely awful service from both really isn't hard to check if missing items

Our was wrong due to be steak house angus but had 1 angus and 1 chicken burger

I specified an order time almost 2 hours before and it still managed to turn up late again. Happens every time!

Not happy at all, first order said it never existed and so I put it through again. I have now received two lots of food and have been charged twice. Only one order/order number was active on my account. I would like to be contacted for a refund.

burger king did their job properly but just eat had the order in the car for an hour and a half before it was delivered, stone cold

I waited nearly 2 hours for my food to arrive as the time was repeatedly pushed back and when the food arrived it was stone cold and i had to microwave the burger and bin the fries because they were too soggy to even trying heating up to make edible

My order was missing the Aberdeen Angus burger and the onion rings. What was delivered was so cold it was inedible. I wish I'd just driven into town. I won't order burger king from here again.

I recently have been into Burger King and was provided excellent service by Eve- super polite and very welcoming, she’s an asset to the company.

Was having a very bad day at work and decided I wanted to get some food here- Was served by a lovely worker called Eve who cheered up my day and was extremely helpful and kind.

Abysmal. Order got rescheduled repeatedly until it arrived stone cold and two hours late. You need to do better.

I had some amazing customer service from Emily she did an amazing job and was so polite some of the best service I have had in a wile.my food was delivered in quick succession and considering I haven’t Burger King in a long time it went beyond my expectations. Safe to say Emily did an amazing job and I’ll 100% be coming back

Me and my maiden went in too dine and the kings lounge. It was scrumptious food, the knights of the round table would be jealous of our feast. Service was impeccable.. I believe a young squire called charlie chadbone helped us with a quest.... His manners were some of the best I've ever graced... what a lovely gentleman! toodaloo!

I went in and was going to order the queso, but they were turned off. I went to the counter and right away this young woman named Emily served me, took my order, and I paid - probably quicker than the queso. The food was good and the frozen Fanta drinks were amazing. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

Every time I have been the food has been amazing. Recently when I've been in I had a slight problem with my fries being cold I spoke to one of the workers her name was Emily I believe. She sorted it out straight away for me and was absolutely perfect didn't have any issue what so ever

Our server Emily was amazing in helping me and my grandmother out with the new machines. She was patient and kind with us when we had not a clue what to do. We even have the same name 😂😂

just short of two hours to get my food, when it arrived stone cold inedible.

Ordered at 6:30 arrived 8:40 and the cold drinks had heated up and were hotter than the food which unfortunately was stone cold. I don’t blame the restaurant as we have never had this problem before but waiting 2 hours for stone cold food is just depressing. Not happy and hoping for a refund.

Ordered on the App twice. Had to go up twice as number came up then dissapeared. Double Cheesburger and Bacon was so small ordered another as it was on the offer.

Ordered LOADED fries was not even enough sauce to cover 3 chips and the tiniest bit of bacon they are suppose to be loaded not even the first or second or third time this has happened paying a fiver for not even a handful of cold chips with that waste of money don’t even bother.

I’ve given this a second chance but once again Burger King has failed us so I won’t be ordering from here again missing items on delivery from the meal deal not good we pay alot to order from Burger King and could have used elsewhere , I wish we had now as money wasted that we can’t afford :(

Got totally the wrong order but was too tired to change.

Fast food can be hit and miss, but this BK in Yeovil was definitely a miss. Had to wait 30 mins despite it being relatively quiet (3pm), an item was missed from the order and the chicken royale ordered with no lettuce had lots of lettuce. The food was also not particularly warm due to it being sat waiting for such a long time. Perhaps they were understaffed? Either way, this was not a great experience.

Awful, tried ringing the restaurant but no answer. Supposed to arrive 19.15-19.30 and it’s just turned up, over 2 hrs. Also, the receipt says collect 19:49, where have they been?Oh and it’s stone cold. We expect something back as this is shocking! O*

I always enjoy a burger king and have visited many different sites. This one has a very convenient location if walking around town. Plenty of seating upstairs but limited downstairs which is difficult when you have a pram. No staff cleaning and when customers are lazy to take their rubbish to the bin is not very good. Tables are left dirty and untidy. With this in mind the food was good and the service was reasonably quick even though it was very busy.

It's inconceivable that you can't enter Burger King with your dog... as if we were at Carlo Cracco's 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ but it's better this way... my dogs are undoubtedly cleaner than the floor they should have been lying on.

Missing items from order and arrived cold

On the app it said between 20-40mins and it took an hour and 20mins to arrive, unacceptable.

The place was dirty there was wrappings everywhere and there was old food on the ground when i came here . I wouldn't reccomend going here . The only decent thing Is that it doesn't take longer then 10 minutes to get your meal . But when you enter you can see into the kitchen and occasionally they leave a fry for hours for it to get cold and then they serve it to people .

Food is all cold delivery time kept on being pushed back tryed ringing 6 times to come and collect as it was taking so long but no answer very very poor service would not recommend what so ever spending over £72 for cold food. who in there right mind packs cold drinks with cooked food that's supposed to be warm/hot. there are more chips in a small chips than there is in the cheese and bacon chips for twice the price!
