any colder it would of been frozen

Food just warm and missing a burger with fries neither just eat or burger king would help with this

food was only lukewarm but tasty after heating it up in the microwave

Didn’t receive the fries I ordered

cold food had to reheat rude staff no code no food awful

Good food, Delivery was delayed by 30 minutes

Had to go down the road to get my order

Absolute joke spent £75 missing a whole meal and can't do anything about it as it was through just eat, voicemail box is full can't get an answer from just eat or bk joke absolutely awful service from both really isn't hard to check if missing items

Not happy at all, first order said it never existed and so I put it through again. I have now received two lots of food and have been charged twice. Only one order/order number was active on my account. I would like to be contacted for a refund.

I specified an order time almost 2 hours before and it still managed to turn up late again. Happens every time!

I waited nearly 2 hours for my food to arrive as the time was repeatedly pushed back and when the food arrived it was stone cold and i had to microwave the burger and bin the fries because they were too soggy to even trying heating up to make edible

burger king did their job properly but just eat had the order in the car for an hour and a half before it was delivered, stone cold

My order was missing the Aberdeen Angus burger and the onion rings. What was delivered was so cold it was inedible. I wish I'd just driven into town. I won't order burger king from here again.

I had some amazing customer service from Emily she did an amazing job and was so polite some of the best service I have had in a wile.my food was delivered in quick succession and considering I haven’t Burger King in a long time it went beyond my expectations. Safe to say Emily did an amazing job and I’ll 100% be coming back

Me and my maiden went in too dine and the kings lounge. It was scrumptious food, the knights of the round table would be jealous of our feast. Service was impeccable.. I believe a young squire called charlie chadbone helped us with a quest.... His manners were some of the best I've ever graced... what a lovely gentleman! toodaloo!

Our server Emily was amazing in helping me and my grandmother out with the new machines. She was patient and kind with us when we had not a clue what to do. We even have the same name 😂😂

Every time I have been the food has been amazing. Recently when I've been in I had a slight problem with my fries being cold I spoke to one of the workers her name was Emily I believe. She sorted it out straight away for me and was absolutely perfect didn't have any issue what so ever

I went in and was going to order the queso, but they were turned off. I went to the counter and right away this young woman named Emily served me, took my order, and I paid - probably quicker than the queso. The food was good and the frozen Fanta drinks were amazing. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

just short of two hours to get my food, when it arrived stone cold inedible.

Ordered at 6:30 arrived 8:40 and the cold drinks had heated up and were hotter than the food which unfortunately was stone cold. I don’t blame the restaurant as we have never had this problem before but waiting 2 hours for stone cold food is just depressing. Not happy and hoping for a refund.

Ordered LOADED fries was not even enough sauce to cover 3 chips and the tiniest bit of bacon they are suppose to be loaded not even the first or second or third time this has happened paying a fiver for not even a handful of cold chips with that waste of money don’t even bother.

Got totally the wrong order but was too tired to change.

Fast food can be hit and miss, but this BK in Yeovil was definitely a miss. Had to wait 30 mins despite it being relatively quiet (3pm), an item was missed from the order and the chicken royale ordered with no lettuce had lots of lettuce. The food was also not particularly warm due to it being sat waiting for such a long time. Perhaps they were understaffed? Either way, this was not a great experience.

Awful, tried ringing the restaurant but no answer. Supposed to arrive 19.15-19.30 and it’s just turned up, over 2 hrs. Also, the receipt says collect 19:49, where have they been?Oh and it’s stone cold. We expect something back as this is shocking! O*

I always enjoy a burger king and have visited many different sites. This one has a very convenient location if walking around town. Plenty of seating upstairs but limited downstairs which is difficult when you have a pram. No staff cleaning and when customers are lazy to take their rubbish to the bin is not very good. Tables are left dirty and untidy. With this in mind the food was good and the service was reasonably quick even though it was very busy.
