Mcdonald's Restaurants in Enfield

On Thurday 28th November I ordered from this macdonalds and the food took over an hour to arrive. Me and my aquantances were absolutely famished and starving after having to wait what felt like a century for food that was rock hard and stone cold (we don't live in the stone age or live in a cave). When i opened the low quality paper bag with a great big 'm' on the middle I was frightened to my core as to what was standing before me (or should I say flopping as it was all soggy). I frantically sprinted to the closest air fryer before anyone else could see the monstrosity I just whitness. I placed the food inside the machine and pressed 'play'. I waited for the beep it normally plays when starting up. Standing there with a cold sweat and a grand shiver down my bony spine, i anticipated the beep. Instantaneously FIRE. MY HOUSE WAS ON FIRE. MY MACDONALDS WAS HAUNTED AND HAD BLOWN UP A FAMILY HOME. 'Wee ooo wee ooo wee ooo' is all I heard my acquaintances has called the fire brigade after hearing a load boom and seeing me shell shocked like a soldier in war. The date now is 30/11/24 and I still am in a state as is everyone who was with me during the tragic accident. I am pleased to announce that we all thankfully made it out alive with no fatalities or injury and will never be ordering from bulls more McDonals EVER AGAIN...

You've made the restaurant tiny and your app just hangs, for god's sake keep staff on the floor to assist people who are struggling with the total ineptitude of your choices.

I'm a lorry driver and visit many mac ds all around the country and this is probably the worst i live local so i use it for convenience. Beggers all-around the place hidden. Can't remember getting my food from the window allways have to wait in a bay if you can find one not occupied sometimes with delivery motorcycles and they also ride in and out like maniacs putting children at risk where is the MANAGER???

Slow Motion. Waiting 20 mins for my food to come, even if i was the only person în The restaurant They didn't bother to prepare my order, just women talking too much and doesn't care about costumers. Please avoid.

Great restaurant, quick and friendly service. Food was great and hot too. The latté was one of the best I've had from a McDonald's. The roads getting in and out were extremely busy on my visit. Overall excellent.

Ridiculous online menu shows sugar donut available but gets there and no donut everything is unavailable also the contacted is crap also should have condiments in customer area not hiding behind counter

A staff member was very rude and unhelpful. The saving grace was Riskan, who was very helpful and is a credit to the restaurant. Hopefully the offending staff member was reprimanded

These guys are the best they always get the order right and they are very nice.

Don’t order Uber eats, order a large fries but the amount they put in doesn’t make it over the lip. Ordered 4, so basically get 3.

Absolutely joke of service here, EVERY single time we order from this place we end up with food missing and loosing money…I mean REALLY! What sort of person must you be if you can’t even get a burger order correct, still that’s what happens when you shop at places like this I suppose 😡😡😡

Ordered a quarter pounder meal with no pickles. Burger came with pickles and the wrong type of onions in.

Visited the McDonald's drive-thru bullsmoor. They have two counters for ordering and one counter for paying and delivering. During peak hours, the traffic queue can get quite long, causing some delays. The staff was friendly, and the food quality was as expected, but the wait time was a bit frustrating. Could benefit from better traffic management to improve the overall experience.

McDonald's for what it is. Drive thru, but they forgot the fries but was corrected.

Ordered a delivery to my flat tonight. Ordered a Double Big Mac with bacon meal and various other burgers fries and shake. Everything turned up but without the Double Big Mac with bacon burger. Order 94074. Spoke to uber. They will refund £2:86. Burger costs £6.79 Rather pissed of, confused and upset!😡

This place is ridiculous. Cant get an order wright even if I wrote it down for them. Ordered large chips might as well just for medium. Completely missed the chips in my daughter’s happy meal!!!!!! Got the stupid toy though. Missing sauces that we paid for. Every time we order from this place it’s wrong. Don’t bother going to this McDonald’s.

Okay until someone getting they were 'disrespected' and started kicking off. Language, threats to staff, etc. resulted in alarms going off, video being taken and security called. Not a relaxing quick meal after all. Oh and why does no one here respect disabled parking bays? Not the finest McDonald's franchise location. Staff were nice. Clientele not so much.

This like all other Maccy Dee's. Which is very good, you know that the quality and good service is gaurenteed.

Ordered a McPickle, and only got one extra pickle </3 other than that pretty average maccies. Nothing extraordinary.

Went for breakfast. Very clean and service was prompt. Keep up the good standards 👌

I been there with my kids and their friends one of staff , najmeh , help me to sort out my table and manage kids , she was so friendly and professional

Was very loud, toilets were dirty and broken like most McDonald's. Never rate the food but it was last minute and needed something basic

Order 4 meals through drive threw When i got through collection they were confused with the order.had to tell them again what we order .surely it should be shown on the receipt when I got home 2 meals was missing Had to go back .useless .

I go in quite a bit coffee addiction lol and the dog loves a ice cream the staff are pleasant the delivery ppl love watching the dog have her ice cream

Update: also don't include food when you order on the app, and you CANNOT get a refund from anyone. Original: Closed before it says it should do. Turned up at 11:23pm when it should be open till midnight. Management need to keep store open when it says it's open. Pretty basic concept if you ask me 🙄

If your food arrives with everything as should then your lucky but chances are it will be cold, I don’t know how thick you need to be to work at McDonald’s but this place lowers the bar

Rude Staff: Ama - Bullsmoor Lane McDonalds Good afternoon Id like to report a Very Rude and Obnoxious Staff As her service wasn't the kindest and the intent was with micro aggressions/Malice Her service involved twisting your words, racist Micro Aggression, Implying she doesnt like the way you Look/Appear And also by the End of the service she Was very ignorant and did NOT Reciprocate my friendly gesture/approach Instead she was Terrible and Didnt acknowledged any kind gestures

We used drive thru today around 430 pm. Staff who was taking order on drive thru was rude - waited too long in our side while the satff kept serving opposite side and on questioning response was rude.

We arrived late at night. Assistant couldn’t hear/understand what we were ordering. My friend had a problem using her code on her app. When we got our food my friends fries were cold so we went round again.

Personal is completly lazy !!!

Youth drive through to water breakfast ask for a breakfast roll with extra sausage didn't receive any sausage ask for a toffee latte large received a regular coffee. This is the fourth time it's happened in a row. Realise when I was halfway down the motorway. Tried calling the store on each occasion and nobody answers

Was made to wait in the que for 10mins in the drive thru, people behind me were served before me, made me feel very frustrated

Given up fast food for 2 weeks Given up dairy and chocolate Wheat and MSG My skins cleared up and I feel more energetic I gone back to the gym and started looking more alive ,,,guys cut out this junk food it’s literally killing us ..and destroying our kids bodies

Honestly one of the better ones around my area that I would drive past brimsdown just to go here. Everytime I come here to the drive through I by the time I pay and drive around to collect my food there is no wait and I receive the food straight away.

Nonchalant staff! Just a hint of sauce in the sandwiches, everything is dry.

The service is horrendous, took an hour and a half to make a few nuggets and some chips! Tried to ring their phone number which nobody answers?! I thought working in McDonald’s was one of the easiest jobs going hence why children are allowed to work there but clearly it’s too difficult for their unprofessional little minds to figure out how to make a basic order then maybe consider a new career 👏👏

Best McDonald’s we actually had in such a long time food was good normally we so disappointed with the food and they actually give you a full cup of coke here amazing

Came in for my grandauthers 10th birthday didn't have any beef products so had to have chicken which was the worst I think I've ever had will not be going back to bullsmore Lane mc Donald's again

Went through the drive thru last weekend in the evening and while the place was packed, staff were friendly and patient. Our order took longer than usual to arrive so staff gave us an extra 2 medium chips as compensation for our time :)

I am sick and tired of this restaurant. Whenever I order for delivery it either comes from here or Waltham Abbey. I always sigh when I see bullsmoor have picked it up as they simply struggle to put EVERYTHING I ORDERED AND PAID FOR IN A BAG!!! I have had enough. If you cannot offer the service properly do not offer it. I am sick of having to get in my car to go there to shout and be met with a manager who wants to tell me the order wasn’t from the restaurant WHEN IT WAS!!!! I am taking this further. Enough is enough. I can’t eat a burger without fries again or fries with no burger or two burgers with no fries 🤣 I am not done with this restaurant

You can come by car; there are plenty of free parking spaces. There are also plenty of places inside, so you can come with a large group.

Pick up order. Food good as usual but received diet coke instead of regular coke, which I paid extra for and wrong dip.

When you are in a car, to order food, after receiving the food, you have to turn right again and enter the parking lot, and sometimes it is very crowded. I think it’s better to make separate road for drive-through left side 👍🏻

Standard mcdonalds experience, lack of parking but is most likely bound by the size of the land, high traffic area means queues can be long at peak times.

Standard McDonald's really but nice enough

We all know what's the food in McDonalds is like. Aside from that, I find this McDonald's always has reliably clean restrooms so if you are on the go, and need to go. Go here I also need to add to this review, this mcdonalds is always very busy, BUT they cope with the demand very well. When using the drive thru I have rarely been kept waiting and when ordering to eat in they also have table service which is a huge plus for me.

Experience spoilt by chips that were soggy, they weren't crisp, slightly undercooked and limp. Went through drive through and hard to communicate/understand.

What can you say it's McDonald's love it

I went to Mcdonalds and I done take out then I checked my food and saw that half of the food was missing such as my nuggets and my burger was horrifically messy all over the big mac box the meat and salad was falling out of the buns. Afterwards I went back there and I told them why is my food like this and missing, they didn't care and they gave me an attitude while I was speaking to them they we're ignoring what I was saying. very bad customer service and very "Rude" staff and didn't respect me at all it felt like I was invisible or something they just looked away and stared at me then turned away then walked away with an attitude. This was very disrespectful and I felt offended towards what they done.

9pm only me and 3 others there, but still managed to give me the wrong drink, I ordered oasis and got a coke (which I hate) and no receipt as the self service machine is out of paper... Again (arnt they always)

Ordered at the drive through 3 happy meals a big tasty and a Caesar wrap One happy meal was suppose to be a hamburger extra pickles and was given nuggets Caesar wrap was meant to have no xesar dressing and it has it in it. Everything cold incorrect amount of stickers on boxes for monopoly and tried to call but no answer. Absolutely disgusting service

The manager, shoaib is prejudiced, doesn't let Delivery collect, he mistreats everyone! I don't accept anyone to speak with him
