The employees are so lost . They run around the kitchen like headless chickens . They have no idea who’s orders who’s . And they tried giving me someone’s order . Even the manager don’t know to do his job . So annoying.

Served very quickly, good perfectly cooked, hot and tasty

Food was cold they i ask for change it they were very very rude to me. staff are uneducated unprofessional.never ever going this McDonald. Manager needs to give proper training aswell. Very disappointed.

I always use this McDonalds as everytime I go, the drive thru is quick and easy. Food orders are always correct too

I use to work in this McDonald's over a year ago, and there was a very rude manager called Tanvier who would never put a hair net on while working in the kitchen and never puts on his name tag during his shifts. while the top manager is away, all Tanvier does is walks around the restaurant not doing anything acting busy, and whenever I got a drink during my shift, he would throw it in the bin and when I ask him why he did that, he ignores me and walks off and so ide always keep getting another one right after he does that. He use to call me Stefan even though I told him many times that isn't my name. One time Tanvier kept me extra 2hrs after my 10hr shift (so 12hrs) for extra work time even though 45min is legally the most a manager could keep you working after your shift. After I did my laser eye surgery I had a letter from my doctor (which I gave to Tanvier) saying that I couldn't go on the grill for 2 weeks, during the 2 weeks Tanvier would keep telling me to go on the grill even though I told him I couldn't. His communication skills was also very rude and aggressive to all employees.on the 23rd march I was walking my dog and I saw Tanvier staring at me aggressively across the road, I looked at him then looked away but when I looked back at him, he was still staring at me and gave me the middle finger. I didn't want problems and knew he was trying to get in my head so I turned my head down and walked away. He is the most disgusting person I've ever met, but when I quit, I didn't get a chance to tell the top manager everything I had to deal with but I do hope he looks at this and understands what I got put through for me to come to work daily frustrated hoping tanvier wouldnt be there and I'm sure many left that work place because of Tanvier.

Terrible service for walk in customers. 30 min wait for porridge while deliveroo drivers were prioritised.

Would like to share my amazing experience in McDonald's Bulsmore Lane Drive Through especially. Very welcome customer service from young man Eray, very fresh and hot food and always 100% availability. Had to drive from Waltham abbey where half of my order are not available and for refund I've been asked to hand my bank card to the back of the shop by assistant manager Holly. Surely it is illegal to ask customers bank card and walk around with it. Once again, Bulsmor Lane branch I highly recommend.

Worse place to eat, to start with is not halal and yet I see so many Muslim children and parents around!!

Ordered 3 mighty muffins breakfast this morning for delivery and received 2 cheese muffin duos someone else's order. This store is the worse and their delivery drivers are equally useless. A mix up with my order and the drive thru/collection point which was admittedly my error however when I explained to staff what had gone on they seemed unable to understand the situation saying there was no order placed even though I showed them my app and bank account. After several stressful conversations they found my order where I had suggested it might be some 15 minutes before. Shocking customer service, I won't use the app again. If restaurants can't cope with walk in customers and Uber deliveries maybe open up satellite kitchen for delivery orders, that way staff might be able to deliver an acceptable level of customer service.

Food is always cold and never get any shakes/flurries deserts not up to standards

I was waiting more then a hours. And the restaurant it's 5 maximum 10 min away. No even trafic this time. I was order from them because they bring faster then any of the others. They was leave me hungry pluss 5am i must wake up because my diploma exam. And now almost 3am. This is not fair. They always do many misstakes. Late, the food was cold, missing items or they bring a wrong items. But this what they just do now it's nonsense. Terrible!!

On Thurday 28th November I ordered from this macdonalds and the food took over an hour to arrive. Me and my aquantances were absolutely famished and starving after having to wait what felt like a century for food that was rock hard and stone cold (we don't live in the stone age or live in a cave). When i opened the low quality paper bag with a great big 'm' on the middle I was frightened to my core as to what was standing before me (or should I say flopping as it was all soggy). I frantically sprinted to the closest air fryer before anyone else could see the monstrosity I just whitness. I placed the food inside the machine and pressed 'play'. I waited for the beep it normally plays when starting up. Standing there with a cold sweat and a grand shiver down my bony spine, i anticipated the beep. Instantaneously FIRE. MY HOUSE WAS ON FIRE. MY MACDONALDS WAS HAUNTED AND HAD BLOWN UP A FAMILY HOME. 'Wee ooo wee ooo wee ooo' is all I heard my acquaintances has called the fire brigade after hearing a load boom and seeing me shell shocked like a soldier in war. The date now is 30/11/24 and I still am in a state as is everyone who was with me during the tragic accident. I am pleased to announce that we all thankfully made it out alive with no fatalities or injury and will never be ordering from bulls more McDonals EVER AGAIN...

Drive through full of drug addicts begging for money and food…food stone cold been cooked for ages. Chips worst we have ever had Will not ever be returning

You've made the restaurant tiny and your app just hangs, for god's sake keep staff on the floor to assist people who are struggling with the total ineptitude of your choices.

I'm a lorry driver and visit many mac ds all around the country and this is probably the worst i live local so i use it for convenience. Beggers all-around the place hidden. Can't remember getting my food from the window allways have to wait in a bay if you can find one not occupied sometimes with delivery motorcycles and they also ride in and out like maniacs putting children at risk where is the MANAGER???

Great restaurant, quick and friendly service. Food was great and hot too. The latté was one of the best I've had from a McDonald's. The roads getting in and out were extremely busy on my visit. Overall excellent.

Ridiculous online menu shows sugar donut available but gets there and no donut everything is unavailable also the contacted is crap also should have condiments in customer area not hiding behind counter

A staff member was very rude and unhelpful. The saving grace was Riskan, who was very helpful and is a credit to the restaurant. Hopefully the offending staff member was reprimanded

Visited the McDonald's drive-thru bullsmoor. They have two counters for ordering and one counter for paying and delivering. During peak hours, the traffic queue can get quite long, causing some delays. The staff was friendly, and the food quality was as expected, but the wait time was a bit frustrating. Could benefit from better traffic management to improve the overall experience.

Ordered a delivery to my flat tonight. Ordered a Double Big Mac with bacon meal and various other burgers fries and shake. Everything turned up but without the Double Big Mac with bacon burger. Order 94074. Spoke to uber. They will refund £2:86. Burger costs £6.79 Rather pissed of, confused and upset!😡

This place is ridiculous. Cant get an order wright even if I wrote it down for them. Ordered large chips might as well just for medium. Completely missed the chips in my daughter’s happy meal!!!!!! Got the stupid toy though. Missing sauces that we paid for. Every time we order from this place it’s wrong. Don’t bother going to this McDonald’s.

Okay until someone getting they were 'disrespected' and started kicking off. Language, threats to staff, etc. resulted in alarms going off, video being taken and security called. Not a relaxing quick meal after all. Oh and why does no one here respect disabled parking bays? Not the finest McDonald's franchise location. Staff were nice. Clientele not so much.

If your food arrives with everything as should then your lucky but chances are it will be cold, I don’t know how thick you need to be to work at McDonald’s but this place lowers the bar

Rude Staff: Ama - Bullsmoor Lane McDonalds Good afternoon Id like to report a Very Rude and Obnoxious Staff As her service wasn't the kindest and the intent was with micro aggressions/Malice Her service involved twisting your words, racist Micro Aggression, Implying she doesnt like the way you Look/Appear And also by the End of the service she Was very ignorant and did NOT Reciprocate my friendly gesture/approach Instead she was Terrible and Didnt acknowledged any kind gestures

We used drive thru today around 430 pm. Staff who was taking order on drive thru was rude - waited too long in our side while the satff kept serving opposite side and on questioning response was rude.

We arrived late at night. Assistant couldn’t hear/understand what we were ordering. My friend had a problem using her code on her app. When we got our food my friends fries were cold so we went round again.

Youth drive through to water breakfast ask for a breakfast roll with extra sausage didn't receive any sausage ask for a toffee latte large received a regular coffee. This is the fourth time it's happened in a row. Realise when I was halfway down the motorway. Tried calling the store on each occasion and nobody answers

Was made to wait in the que for 10mins in the drive thru, people behind me were served before me, made me feel very frustrated

Honestly one of the better ones around my area that I would drive past brimsdown just to go here. Everytime I come here to the drive through I by the time I pay and drive around to collect my food there is no wait and I receive the food straight away.

Given up fast food for 2 weeks Given up dairy and chocolate Wheat and MSG My skins cleared up and I feel more energetic I gone back to the gym and started looking more alive ,,,guys cut out this junk food it’s literally killing us ..and destroying our kids bodies

The service is horrendous, took an hour and a half to make a few nuggets and some chips! Tried to ring their phone number which nobody answers?! I thought working in McDonald’s was one of the easiest jobs going hence why children are allowed to work there but clearly it’s too difficult for their unprofessional little minds to figure out how to make a basic order then maybe consider a new career 👏👏

Went through the drive thru last weekend in the evening and while the place was packed, staff were friendly and patient. Our order took longer than usual to arrive so staff gave us an extra 2 medium chips as compensation for our time :)

I am sick and tired of this restaurant. Whenever I order for delivery it either comes from here or Waltham Abbey. I always sigh when I see bullsmoor have picked it up as they simply struggle to put EVERYTHING I ORDERED AND PAID FOR IN A BAG!!! I have had enough. If you cannot offer the service properly do not offer it. I am sick of having to get in my car to go there to shout and be met with a manager who wants to tell me the order wasn’t from the restaurant WHEN IT WAS!!!! I am taking this further. Enough is enough. I can’t eat a burger without fries again or fries with no burger or two burgers with no fries 🤣 I am not done with this restaurant

You can come by car; there are plenty of free parking spaces. There are also plenty of places inside, so you can come with a large group.

When you are in a car, to order food, after receiving the food, you have to turn right again and enter the parking lot, and sometimes it is very crowded. I think it’s better to make separate road for drive-through left side 👍🏻
