Burger King in Enfield

Over 1.5 hours to deliver. Food cold. When politely questioned as to why it took so long, Driver ignored and walked away

The time kept getting put back and the system said the courier was at the restaurant and then the food was delivered cold. Burger and chips

Delivery time just kept on going up and up. And when the food did finally arrive it was stone cold.

My order which turned was the wrong one so I've had to repay for it to make sure it's the correct order I've selected from the online menu

Was given the wrong order. on the receipt it even said "flat on first floor" and I live in a house. when i mentioned this to the driver he didn't understand me and just drove off in his car.

Burgers were fine, so were the chips. But my criticism is the over price! £3.39 for 15/20 chips, is an absolute disgrace. You guys should at least have a small medium or large option to pick from, rather than just the one portion for almost £4. Until you change this, I’ll simply be getting my fries from McDonald’s.

there was bacon in my food which I did not order

From order to delivery was over an half an hour later than originally stated . The food was cold, not help by packing a cold milkshake next to the hot food

I visited this place yesterday and the food was hot and yum. Overall very good experience. Only 1 things i want to mentioned It would be great if some drinks holder was provided to hold two or three drinks from the drive-thru customers. Sometimes it is difficult to keep a cup in the car, let alone someone who takes two or three meals to take home. Otherwise very good, easy access.

Absolutely disgusted. Arrived 1 hour late, stone cold and missing half the order. Tried ringing Burger King multiple times t chase the order, just rang and rang.

Delivery driver was pleasant but food was cold so admittedly probably not his fault he may of had a few orders to deliver but the food was actually stone cold and I mean very cold all I got was £2.75 refunded in all honesty the whole amount should of been refunded as it was wet and soggy also not happy!

The driver was polite and on time. The food was good quality. I asked for 1 set of onion rings but was given fries instead. The overall experience was positive.

Took one and half hours just to get a burger and chips. When did turn up was cold. Very unpleasant experience. Just eat is no longer what it was fast and good. It is now very slow and rubbish. Time changed 34 times in the hour and half that waited.

Friendly staff, shop looked tired, and terrible food quality. This was by far the worst Burger King food I ever experienced in my entire life (I'm almost 60). Really bad quality, did not even taste like a Burger King.

I wanted to dine in, but they don’t have customer toilets. So I had takeaway. I’m not sure on the legality of this but I’m not impressed and I won’t be returning. Also, I am confused why they charge 30p for a small sachet of mayonnaise but gave me a free sachet of ketchup I didn’t ask for. Poor standard for a place that charges £10-15 for a meal.

A Drive-thru . Small store with limited seating. I went in the evening and at that time was the only customer . Service was slowwwww. Food was good.

I visited this place today and the food was amazing. I've been to so many branches of burger king but honestly this was the best experience ever. The food was piping hot and yum, especially the fries are the best!!! The space inside is a bit tight though but I don't really mind as I didn’t dine in. The front counter ladies were super friendly.

They are very disorganized regarding delivery, but the quality of the food is good.

The delivery driver went for a wander round Cheshunt then thought about heading my way. By the time he found my address the paper bag he was clasping, was soggy and sad and so was the food. It was lukewarm and yet the bottle of drink was red hot. I wouldn’t care but I’d had to remortgage to afford this. Will I order again? Of course I will just hope I win the Euromillions tomorrow.

disgusting ordered for my family of 5 and got a meal for one with no address on it. this is so disgusting. someone got lucky with my order. the receipt has my name and address on which I'm not very comfortable with either!!! would give 1 star if I could.
