The ice creams had completely melted and the drinks were warm. The burgers had fallen apart the only thing that was good was the fries and chilli cheese bites

Said it was delivered but nothing is here

collected at 14:05 got it at 14:13 i live less than a mile away, 3 roads.

One of the burgers were left off of the order so we had to go to the restaurant and get this meaning one of our foods were cold.

Stone cold with half the order missing. No one answers the phone either so impossible to fix the problem without driving there, which makes using just-eat totally pointless. Will not bother again

they bring wrong orden for other people meal for 1 we are 3 thanks....totally unacceptable

I ordered 2 kings fries one with bacon one without to go with my plant based burger, and both came with bacon which meant the vegetarian didn’t have any fries. The receipt had the correct order on it.

Food arrived hot and tasted great. One downfall is that halloumi fries were overcooked and most peices hard and not easy to eat or not eaten coz of it, that would be full 5 stars

Double bacon cheeseburger meal was just right and hot. extra portion of cheesy bacon loaded fries disappointing. half portion and no bacon. but warm and they were ok. requested a refund

Food was really good, had no issues at all. Just the drink was really hot so i was unable to drink it. A coke with ice was what i expected.

Completely inaccessible for wheelchair users. Disgraceful that a large corporation could be so exclusionary in 2024.... The mcdonalds next door isn't though so I'll be going there 😊

I am very disappointed with the delivery time of my order as I have a certain amount of time allocated for lunch and the most frustrating thing is that the delivery time keeps adjusting more and more for this order. The location from the restaurant to my location is not even 5 minutes!! I am very dissatisfied. On top of waiting for the delivery for the food to also arrive cold was even more disappointing then ever. Not had a good lunch at all today.

My food did not get delivered directly to my door I had to walk for 5 minutes to locate the driver. My Items was also missing. I need a full refund ASAP.

Would put zero stars if I could, we ordered 2 separate meals, one containing no meat due to one of us being vegetarian and the other with no mayonnaise due to allergies, we received the completely wrong order which contained both of the items we can not eat! Leaving us hungry and fed up. The service is appalling and the driver is incompetent! Clearly needs to go back to school and learn what a door number is?! Embarrassing and everything that’s wrong with this country!

None of the staff wear gloves when handling you're food not very hygienic. I was violently ill afterwards. Maybe it was a coincidence 🤔 but wouldn't buy from here again...

shockingly poor customer service. Said 'Preparing Order' for 60 minutes and arrived 55 minutes late. Food barely edible

the drinks from burger king are never cold. please invest in a refrigeration unit. would give 5 starts, but drinks are always warm. it's so annoying.

Burgers very small with cold fries

I usually order 20 chicken fries boxes from other Burger Kings and get given a choice of 2 sauce dips however at this store I order 2 boxes of a chicken fries and a portion of halloumi fries. I was not offered any dips for the chicken fries and when I asked if I can have some I was told I don't get sauces with the chicken fries which is very different to other Burger Kings. Was disappointed with that as I'm used to having spicy mayo with it and I've spent £22.

Good food, all items received, good quality although receive better portion sizes in other burger kings.

Drive thru mainly. No toilets available and the small space for sitting has a very limited number of chairs. They got my order wrong but after I went back it was rectified.

I watched driver sitting outside BK 8 minutes after time of delivery then delivery time changed twice while I watched- All drivers ignoring instructions last one could speak or read English Just Eat removed my review. Drinks kept next to food so food cold and drinks warm even when I leave a note not to do it.Driver just shrugged Why don't you hold your drivers to account?

I visited this place today and the food of this burger king tasted the best. I've been to so many branches of burger king but honestly this was the best experience ever. The food was piping hot and yum, especially the fries are the best!!! The space inside is a bit tight though but I don't really mind as I didn’t dine in. The lady who served me was really nice & friendly (don't remember the name).

I gave clear instructions how to find me - I watched your delivery driver go to two different addresses When she eventually arrived it turned out she neither reads or speaks English so I couldn't even talk to her about it, it's important drivers can speak at least some English and read the language .. She also carried the drink with the food so it was cold and the drink warm

Delivery was perfect but this is insane, how can you forget the main part of my meal. I’ve had so many problems with other places on just eat but burger king hasn’t been an issue until now, it’s ridiculous, i pay for food and you provide it, use your brain and do your job. Next door Macdonald's was rammed, but this Burger King had just a few customers and nobody queuing. I found out why. The service was like I had insulted the server and she was super cross. The burger was flavourless. I didn't get any sauces or salt - it's been a long time. Maybe you have to pay for those now? The fancy fries were anaemic. It was an utterly soulless eat.

although the food was within the delivery period stated, the driver drove past my house to deliver somewhere else - as my delivery was first scheduled for 15:10. By the time the driver sat through traffic, my food had been on the road for 30 minuted and was cold on arrival, with a warm drink. I mentioned the lateness to the driver and she just shrugged her shoulders, no apology...

Was a good and would order again, but they don't deliver to Enfield anymore and the only other one is Southgate.... too far for hot food imo.

The delivery was great but the food was not so great. I ordered Burger King, food arrived cold and taste like old rubber, even the chicken nuggets were terrible. I will not be ordering from them again.
