McDonald's in Enfield

Never received my large fries 😕

Opened my gate and left with it wide open wind smashing it back and forth. Delivered wet food and spilt drink in an unopened mcdonalds packet.

The food was cold and the drinks was all over the bag

So disappointed the guy came and obviously I fell asleep so he marked it down as delivered and took my order and ate it which I’m not happy and I want my refund back

They always keep forgetting to put items in, it’s very annoying and disappointing as I only order for the children kmt

My order was not delivered! As the driver Couldent find my adress! How is it possible for a driver to mark as delivered without me giving any code!

No syrup for the pancakes with syrup. Burnt and cold, which is quite an achievement. Just poor in general. Guaranteed they won’t take on board any of this or other reviews so what’s the point?!? So just a heads up for those that may read this in time - steer clear of the pancakes today

Ice cream was all over the bag. Same thing happened last time I had ordered coffee. McDonald’s need to improve on packaging of such items

The guy contacted me and called like 8 times requesting a code since he was at the wrong address (23 minutes away) and when realising didn’t respond but began coming with the cold food. I asked him why he didn’t get new food as it was on the way to my house but he just apologised he was nice but this isn’t good enough when I’m paying a lot of money. Really upset with the unprofessional delivery.

kept on going back to 12 minute delivery.Took well over an hour to arrive and stone cold.Got £5 credit on a £ 24 order.Totally disgusted.Will not use again.. !

Food was a mess and stone cold as well as bet20 minutes late! Definitely would not recommend using these to anyone, you should be ashamed of yourself sending food out stone cold and a complete mess.

I appreciate the fact that the lady who delivered the food dressed smartly and neat. However, the rider was not regular on your radar before arrival. Generally, it was a good one.

on This occasion the restaurant didn't give the best service my order had missing items and it took more than the estimated delivery time over 45 minutes.

The food here is never fresh always looks like it's been sitting. The orders are always wrong The chips are never full and and always cold the drinks are also 3/4 full regardless of size drive an extra 5 minutes up the A10 and go to Bullsmoore Lane McDonalds you'll see the difference in food quality.

All the food was cold. The mc plant was dry and cold and falling apart.

Delivery man damped food on the floor and in the bin, gave no reason and just drove off after taking the pin for the food order. it feels insane and has really got me frightened.

it was 30 minutes Late extremely cold my burger had a bite taken from jt there was only 2 chips and a drink was missing

Drive through (US: thru) was quick and easy, having pre-ordered in the app. Able to add extras - loving the current (currant?) Raspberry and cream pie! Note this becomes an additional order, so don't forget to pick up BOTH orders from the second window, before you drive off!

Due to inability to get out of the house I ordered 2 Minecraft big mac meals. When they arrived they were barely luke warm and neither came with the Minecraft toys. Spending over £20 for a treat for my girls I will never ever waste my time or money again. Uber eats said it wasn't the problem as they arrived in good time and told me to contact McDonald's. Auto system was useless and tried ringing but got hung up on.

Perfect delivery, followed instructions.

Took too long to get my order. The shops busy and staff are casually talking to friends, that's not on when the shop is busy. To make matters worse I ordered a medium double quarter meal and the burgers were very dry, not nice. Recently I have noticed that I am always getting dry burgers from McDonald's. I'm done. Going Burger King from now one, at least I don't get dry burgers their. Sort it out McDonald's.

They print all receipts together after that they keep waiting the delivery driver.
