What a joke over 1 hour food is cold very cold like it’s been in fridge

I liked the food, the pancakes are great with that syrup and butter, the wrap was delicious. Didn’t get my hash brown though

My Fanta was spilled everywhere in bag the bag and tissues was soaked not happy

they did not give i ice creamos corctly there was no smarties in the mack flury

drinker not doing there job proply and making sure they have all your items

Driver spilt all the food water all on my floor bags was ripped opened this is totally unacceptable and I demand a full refund

Food is okay, but the service is slow. Expect to wait longer than usual, even for a simple order. Not the best McDonald's experience.

Once again, staff aint reading the tickets. I ordered 2 large cappincino but only got the one and it was a regular, not large. The staff really need to read the tickets properly and not just the item. Look at the quantity as well.

Ordered my meal, was asked to park outside and wait. I waited for 57 minutes, everyone around me did get their food. After going back and speaking to an incompetent manager for 15 minutes, I was refused the food I have paid for and refused a refund for the food that I did not receive.

Food was OK but slow. A few of us were eating so it didn't all arrive at once for us to take it away and someone's order took so long others in our group had to eat in the restaurant.

Please check your food if your getting a takeaway from this restaurant, on a number of occasions I’ve left this mc,Donalds and when I’ve checked my food there is something completely different in the bag and the burger sometimes burnt or hard , so please people check your order before you leave.

Last night I went to the drive thru with my disabled child we ordered at the speaker, paid and when we went to the collection window the employee dropped our food on the floor, picked it up and put it in the take away bag and went to give it to me! I was disgusted and when I told her I saw her, her manager came and didn’t give me new food and refused a refund so I binned the food in the car park! I won’t be going there again awful hygiene issues! Awful customer services

The food arrived cold, leaving us disappointed as the dishes lacked the warmth and flavor and was extremely cold we were expecting. To make matters worse, the drinks were spilled during delivery, creating a mess and adding to the frustration. It was far from the experience we had hoped for.

The lids of the coffee cups weren't securely fastened, so they leaked. Over half of the large coffee came out of the cup. This coffee then soaked through the bag with the food in, meaning that the hash browns and flatbread tasted of coffee.

Food was absolutely stone cold, and they gave me 2 quid on a 20 pound order to make up for it. Absolutely appalling

Went to Enfield’s drive-through and was completely disappointed. Firstly you could not place an order at the usual spot. There was no one to explain what was going on and whilst you could Pay By one of the booth the service was very slow and the food was terrible. Hot chocolate tasted as slightly flavoured hot water fillet of fish barely taste of fish. This is the worst meal I’ve ever had from McDonald’s and I won’t be going back in a hurry.
