Quick service . Nice coffee and ice creams for kids .

I'm going to be as harsh as possible here because frankly McDonalds and their customer service does not give a damn what we think. People will still go because of the brand and it's cheap. In a nutshell, if you are not lazy, and physically get your legs to walk inside the place, you will be the lowest priority to be served and get your food. The drive thru and gig economy delivery orders get priority and because of this, even the simplest of orders at the usual eating times (you know breakfast/lunch/dinner) can mean you wait between 10-20 minutes for your sitting down or take away orders. Breakfast at weekend is the biggest joke. Several times waiting 15-20 minutes after all the drive thru and delivery orders have been fulfilled. The most recent occasion I had to chase after 15 minutes but the store manager just kept on distracting the staff who was trying to sort my order out. Don't ever expect an apology for the slow service and writing to the survey online is pointless as nothing ever improves in this store. Totally fed up with the mismanagement and the can't give a damn attitude towards customers. If you want further proof, then just look at all the delivery drivers taking up the seats in the store at busy times and paying customers not being able to be seated. As you can tell, totally sick of this joke branch of McDonald's and have taken my business to other branches further away, even if it means travelling further. McDonalds, your new system doesn't work, stop hiding behind the misnomer it's fresh food so you are taking the time. It's because you can't fulfill the drive thru AND delivery orders fast enough. Not expecting any meaningful reply, and I'm sure you will make enough money but please have the decency not to try and delete this truthful review.

On time all in order and still hot on arrival normally I never get my order and chips are cold this time it was perfect

Terrible dry, burnt food. If you really like dry terrible food with the worst service this is the McDonalds you should try !!!

My order is missing some items

I gone back four times to the counter cause something always missed.

Delivery driver gave me the drink on its side causing me to lose half of it through the bag…

It was delayed a whole hour and ontop of that missing half the items

While the delivery was a little late this is not an issue. The problem is we didn't get the quarter pounder and only half box of chips. We were definitely cheated out of a meal!!!!

DELIVERY DRIVER SPLIT MY DRINK ALL OVER THE CORIDORS OF THE BUILDING AND TRY HIDE IT.

Food was made good and notes noted etc but food was stone cold! More to do with courier I suspect.

My delivery time was alright but when it came it was cold and inedible so i couldn’t eat my food so it feels like i wasted my money on food I couldn’t eat can you please give me back to the money to my payment method or could put it on the account credit please and thank you.

2 mayo chicken sandwiches are missing

Yesterday's visit was very disappointing. Whilst I appreciate it was a busy service period, the service and food were poor. Please note at other times I have enjoyed both good food and service, but they maybe a victim of their own success.

- hot chocolate was lukewarm and devoid of any chocolate, tastes of dish water - ordered a happy meal with a ketchup dip and didn’t receive the dip - ordered garlic bread dippers that comes with rich tomato dip as standard, didn’t receive the dip Overall 4/10 experience. Everything needs a dip

arrived 1 hour and a half after first ETA given just eat changed ETA 4 times my food arrived with uncooked oily chips and nuggets and wraps freezing cold have put into oven to heat up after taking out salad not exactly fast food 😔 taste nasty

Third time when i end up with just a few things from what i actually ordered, i sometimes just wanna have mc, but always something is wrong, poor quality, not getting it delivered, or just a part of the order, of course i will end up with NO discount for the poor service, force to also pay minimum 1£ for service and ending up with this .. the time of delivery kept changing. eventually I called mcd and was told my order had been ready for nearly 2hrs but no driver had asked for it. they redid my order and it arrived 20mins later. there was no where on the app to find out what was going on with my order. very disappointed as I usually have excellent service.

Honestly I'm surprised this mc donalds isn't shut down. Food isn't very hot after they make you wait in the carpark for your food. Not to mention the beggers who stand at the intercoms when you place your order. The whole experience is unsettling. I'm starting to see that mc donalds will employ anyone

A regular stop off point en route garden centres, wasn't particularly busy but the staff member wasn't happy taking the offered cash, preferring my partner to go to one of the self service devices and pay by card. She didn't. Whether by accident or design (and sadly after we left) checking the change revealed an 'old' pound coin that was naturally refused at another outlet. It's a busy branch and I treat it as such, but a minimum service level with a degree of understanding goes a long way. Food was ok, coffee was hot...

Absolutely disgusting. At this mcdonals their staff is horrible and packaged my food 2 HOURS before it was sent out. This is honestly the last time I buy food using just eat. I waited 2 HOURS just for my food to come stone cold. The chips just taste like oil. The fanta had been left to sit out to the point where the ice had melted and it tasted watery. If there was a way to report justeat and get people to stop ordering with them, I would do it.
