The icecreans was melted but it wasn't the large size medium I hope these icecream taste is OK made of carton milk I hope date on carton fr machine to curl the icecrream

3 times till now I have been missing items from my orders. Is it that hard to make sure 6 items are placed in a bag. If it was a one off I wouldn't mind but 3 times and that's just to me I can imagine the other people, but when you have children waiting for the order to come THIS IS NOT RIGHT. If you call to complain they tell you to excuses and to come in-store, if I was able to come in-store I would not need to pay to have my items delivered. IF YOU CANT COPE WITH DELIVERY THEM DONT OFFER IT,

We placed our order at about 3.20am only for it to turn up at amost 5.20am it was disgustingly late considering getting home late from work and I wanted something quick and easy to eat. They are usually very good but this time was horrifically let down an nowhere was a i able to contact anyone to find out where my order was so me and my husband had to sit around and wait for 2 HOURS waiting for our meal to turn up!!!

24hour drive thru only, absolute piss poor service, kept me waiting for for ages so I cancelled the order as I didn’t have time to wait any longer.

This McDonald’s apparently operates in 2022 and 2025 at the same time! THEY ALSO SELL KIDS!

when you place the order it tells you usually will be delivered between 15 and 25 mins but once I had paid for it I was given 50 mins. not ideal when my lunch is 45 mins. it came eventually!

Driver turned up with the wrong order as I could tell it wasn't mine as it was a small bag clearly no happy meals or drinks in there, said she would return with the correct one, still waiting. Very disappointing.

Typical McDonald's. The attention is quite scarce, and the amount of people there can be makes you feel overwhelmed. It's okay to get by, but don't expect much more. I would return if I have the need, but it would not be my first choice in the area.

The service is crap food is cold there are piles of food waiting to be served! This is a picture of the men’s toilets as my partner went in there and it was like this it’s dirty.

Fries were cold, burgers lukewarm. Apple pie was okay. Dont know why as was notified the courier was waiting while the order was prepared

Delivery guy went round Southbury leisure centre car park for ages and then up and down Sketty Road, when he gave me food the chips were mushy and I refused delivery and said the order needs to be re supplied. I did NOT give the code to driver and now notice your app says delivered! The whole order was not received as I was not prepared to accept in edible food that’s been on bike for over 25 minutes!!!! If this is not re supplied I will be speaking with my bank.

I love this McDonald. Parking space makes family like mine easy to access. Also they have a great customer service. My 1 year old baby spilt whole milk from Happy meal and I was so embarrassed but the kind staff there made sure it was OK and cleaned it for me and she gave me new milk. I was so thankful for her kindness and her big heart. She was not grumpy at all even in busy time. I am still so thankful.

Decent food, does its job The car park is usally full of teens, first car experience and all that i guess lol But no trouble just teens being teens Sometimes service is slow but its a busy place ans food is always hot so thats a plus

I haven't received my delivery. How was it delivered?

Some of my food was missing. The orange and I got 2 burgers instead of 3. And a 3 select meal instead of 5

food and hot chocolate arrived Luke warm and hot chocolate had a funny taste. threw the drink away

1. The food says was made 10.38 and delivery was 11.32. Breakfast stops being made at 11 so food is stone cold. 2. Delivery time was originally 10.55. 3. The driver pulls up with my cold food and the bag torn as the drink has spilled and has dropped all in front of my door. Absolutely appalled!

I asked staff if the pancakes contained eggs. They said no, then I placed the order and found out they did contain eggs. As I am a strict vegetarian, this was unacceptable.

Came on 16th Feb. It was busy inside and out. Food was overcooked and cold. Waited 25 mins for the food to come to us. Came again on 17th, food was bit better, but still cold.

Delivery time was okay. I ordered few drinks including coffees and when it arrived and driver opened his box to pull out the packets even he was shocked as it was soaking wet. The glass tipped over and drink was all over, no drink left to drink. Not sure who’s fault it is, but we got no drinks glasses were all empty it’s all spilled

I ordered around 15:45 and I received my order an 1 hr later. If I went myself I could get the food around the same time. The ETA kept going up and up and I didn’t even receive a reason why or an apology. Unacceptable!

Delivery orders always missing item. I really don’t know how difficult it is to count to 5. 5 items on order, so you send 4. Who is checking this ? How can this happen 4 times out of5 deliveries. 4 out of 5 deliveries item missing. What a joke

Cold food driver rang buzzer for so long at 1am

Very poor service. They do turn off the self check kiosks in late nights, and the staffs won't attend customers. Food is okay like other McDonald's.

Staff very rude unhelpful, cold food tastless, asked fir pepper given one asked again given one had to ask again that I like to have black pepper on my food and was refused. What's happening with this chain accept they want to cut costs but if you cannot supply what ybe customer wants why you operate as a restaurant. I am very dissappinyted with the service needless to say I not visit again
