Oz Royal Kebab in Enfield

Took two hours for the food to be delivered 10 mins down the road. Numerous calls to the restaurant to be told ‘5 mins, 5 mins’ every time - it was never 5 mins. No real attempts from the restaurant to rectify the issues they were clearly having fulfilling orders that day and no attempts to apologise for said issues. Food was cold and was nothing to write home about so will happily try an alternative restaurant next time instead of waiting the 2 hours.

I ordered Donner meat and chips and they brought me no chips! Absolute joke. No just eat are saying they won’t do anything after speaking to the restaurant. So the restaurant clearly lied about giving me them. What they did send was ok, nothing to rave about. The delivery was really quick

As much as I like the food here it’s very disappointing that you alway forget something your drinks are nearly £2 each and you always forget to bring them just check your orders before sending them out and also it’s weather is extremely cold now so the food needs to be wrapped up properly so it at least says warm everything in my order last night was cold.

The juice was missing from the order.

Always buy a family platter for here great value for money and always on time if not before arrives piping hot highly recommend

Placed an order on Just Eat and the food never turned up. Called restaurant constantly and they kept saying they’re busy. Don’t accept an order if you can’t commit to it. Will never be ordering from here again.

I’m really surprised to see bad reviews for this place. We’ve been using Oz Royal for years and have never had a bad meal, we always look forward to the Shish kebabs!

food appalling , cold and grease all over the bag . chips soggy and salad brown. why send food out that way sorry but won't order from here again.used to be good ..not anymore !

Delivery was late so called the restaurant who said they were busy so my order was sitting there, when it arrived it was cold, some products were burnt and greasy. And the chips were below poor quality.

I forgot to change the delivery address and called the restaurant. They were great and sorted it out so easily. lovely tasty hot food was delivered by an excellent driver.

Won’t be ordering from here again. Generous meat portions but very greasy and so were the chips, as well as being under cooked.

Food good but they might consider adding on Just Eat that the burger meal deal comes with chips - I now buy separately more chips fyi - They ring when they have questions very important to me :-)

Lots of burnt bits of chicken in the doner kebab; like they scrapped up the last bits off the grill. My first and last time ordering. Plus delivery driver was rude and unfriendly.

Me and my boyfriend were on a hunt for some food at around 1 am last night and stumbled across this place and I’m very happy we did. We ordered the lamb ribs with chips and a chicken doner with rice and they were amazing. The service was great, very nice people and food was given quickly. Will definitely be coming back :))

Can honestly say one of the best kebabs I’ve had delivered in some time. My donner had a good amount of meat and was nice and fresh and my wife’s chicken shish was enjoyed too. The chips were ok but overall very happy and will order again. Thanks

Fabulous food again really hot & fresh

No delivery was made, door number 95 was forgotten to given during placing the order. Waited outside saw the driver but the driver drove away.

I ordered mixed platter family thing for £24.99. The portion was excellent and all the meat was so tasty! Nicest doner I’ve had in the surrounding area, it tastes homemade! The meat all seasoned lovely including the Adana kofte. This will be my go to place as it’s quality. Lovely soft pitta and a big pot of sauce. Salad was a little small though. Bit more salad and it would be perfect as I mainly got red cabbage. Thank you guys. 😊

If I could give 0 star I would. Ordered 2 donner kebabs, when opened they both looked completely different, like one was old and the other one was yellow and smelled like tandoori. My kebab had more skin then meat. I never ever in my life had such a disgusting food like this. AWFUL!! AND giving one small salad for two people when paying for 2 won't make you save any money!! Never ever ordering from here again

Ordered chicken doner but as it was late it was all gone so they let us know & offered us an alternative which was good. The overall food quality was average, very greasy and very stingy on the salad compsred to other kebab places. Not sure if we will order again from here.

I placed online order ¼ cheese burger with kebab meat and chips which came to £9.00. When I opened the burger I was disgustingly shocked they hardly put any kebab meat on the burger. They piled the chips on and the cabbage to disguise the measly portion of kebab meat on the burger. I won't be ordering from here ever again. Fair enough if they wanted extra money for the kebab meat I'dhad beenhappyto give, but atleast give me what I ordered rather than pulling out these petty penny saving stunts. Wish I could give zero stars.

Very fast delivery by a very polite delivery man. The food was also well cooked and well packaged (maybe the salad could have been fresher instead of being cut earlier in the day). Otherwise excellent and highly recommended.

I made clear instructions on the delivery, not to knock on my door as my family is asleep and need to wake up early, but they was ignored and banged on my door waking up everyone and them being furious, just to open the door and see it left by the door anyways, I kept my eye on the tracker to see no updates not even that the food is preparing and the delivery happened before it was even updated, I'm annoyed because I enjoy the food here but at multiple occasions my delivery instructions have been ignored. so I'm no longer gonna order food from this restaurant because the delivery service is beyond frustrating.

was disappointed with the order today it felt like it had been rushed .All the boxes were squashed, the garlic bread with cheese was squashed and stuck together and the large portion of chips was small and squashed. The food it's self was very good just a shame about the rest of it

the kebab was good but the chicken wings were really overdone and taste like they were not freshly made, and I'm not understanding the containers.

Surprised to see the low reviews, we always eat in at Ozy’s. The service they provide is impeccable. The Doners are always fresh and the quantity is on point without compromising the quality. Kudos to team Ozy’s.

Food was cold chips seemed refried and burger bun was hard ontology and soggy underneath not usually like this but was bad had to say something

Dead food , I asked for chop sis the meat is all oily and fatty , my friend asked for ciyer wrap they mixed fatty lamb pieces in there too and as for the chips he charged me full price I got home and the box of chips was half full. Avoid this place only good for the mafia not real customers

Ordered a large doner and small chicken shish. Made a mistake and forgot to order chilli sauce. I phoned and the chap said there was no chilli sauce on the order. I apologised and he sent me the chilli sauce anyway. Excellent attitude and still the best kebabs in town thank you. AJ.
