Mcdonald's Restaurants in Enfield

The most consistently bad McDonalds. I live right next to it so sometimes I’m tempted to visit this branch and every time I’m reminded why I don’t. Food is always cold, half cooked, chips burnt and or drowned in so much salt they’re inedible. Please get new people in the kitchen

Order big mac meal on uber, food came extremely cold even thought there was no delays in delivery so this tells me that the food was prepared long time ago I inspected my food and saw the meat has been burnt and scraped to make it look like it’s not burnt. The chips was dry. I also have a friend who was the next employee and he begs me not to eat from McDonald’s because I’ve seen how things are prepared. Please don’t feed your yourself and kids this rubbish fake food

Waiting about 45-50 mins and still didn't get served. The system was down and was offered free meals but they decided to change their minds because someone else said no. Would not recommend this MacDonalds!

The best McDonald's i ever tasted in London . Food always is warm and the taste much better compared to the other McDonald's . I do recommend 100%

Absolute dive. Don't waste your money, order from the retail park instead. The last 2 times I've ordered from this ridiculous excuse for a restaurant, I've been cancelled on because they're lazy. They do not like to cancel on you straight away though... no, they'll leave you waiting for a half an hour before they do. Because, everyone has all the time in the world, right?

Came for a breakfast on a Saturday morning. Pre-ordered before I arrived and took a seat, then confirmed i had arrived. Food was prepared and arrived in good time. Great stuff

I went with my kids and they were all HAPPY 😊

I ordered a bbq bacon chicken one wrap (only without lettuce and tomatoes), medium fries, medium sprite, a bbq dip and a sweet curry dip. My order did not come with the dips so I basically paid 20p for air, the chicken in the wrap was undercooked, and there was no bacon. Additionally, the fries were outrageously cold and stale, not fresh at all, as if it had been left out for days. The service was very poor and slow and the staff were very unprofessional. I also noticed a car that had been waiting in the drive thru for as long as I awaited my order which was almost 15 mins. The atmosphere was quite unclean and it seemed as if it hadn’t been clean for days. I called a few times and there was no answer. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

Past 3 orders online with Uber eats. 3 times missing item/s very poor customer service. The worst thing if you are ordering with someone and splitting the bill and that person didn't get an order/s. 👍👍👍

As is always the case with McDonald's, it was a quick visit using the drive thru. The ordering to collection was a speedy process, and the staff were polite and professional.

By far the worst McDonald’s on Uber eats. An hour wait and only a 5 minute drive away.

I can't comment on atmosphere, as I've only used the drive thru at this restaurant and apart from service being a little slow due to severe understaffing, the food is always fresh and piping hot, which for a fast food chain, is not the norm. I've tried both breakfasts and lunches here and the food is always the same.... freshly prepared and hot

No matter how small your order is- even if it is just one drink- expect to wait for at least 10-15 minutes for it. Staff have no urgency or respect for your time whatsoever

I ordered from Uber eats and it was ice cold and not fresh. My stomach started hurting 10 minutes after eating it.

May the management answer this simple question- why on bloody earth can’t I come in and grab a coffee and I mean just a coffee past 11pm, without queuing in my car for 10mins on average???????????? So annoying and so not eco friendly!!

I recently used the drive-through, and I was appalled to see that the lady at the second window serving the food and drinks had filthy nails. This made me throw away the food and drink immediately. It's unacceptable, McDonald’s. Don't you have any hygiene standards in place?

food stone cold took a hour from when delivery driver arrived there

I guess they got held up by the railway station. However speed is essential with McD fries otherwise you end up with cold sticks. The Double Big Mac was bland and poorly put together. Hardly any lettuce, burger sauce and just a tiny sprinkling of onions. The Spicy Burger was even worse, it was like biting into cardboard. It was dry even with the extra sauce requested. The coating tasted weird... once again, not a pleasurable culinary experience.

There was no order that was sent to my address , as I was outside talking to friends for over a hour . And we have a video recording camera .

Driver was lost, shouting on the phone saying open door but he wasn't at the door, then walked outside for 5 minutes looking for him, he then moaned his map wasn't working, food was cold 👀 large chips was half filled.

quality was horrendous. brown limp lettuce,, drinks spilt everywhere leaving a wet bag and half empty drinks.

It's nice and quieter than other branches. It's much cleaner. I noticed a staff name Kati ( maybe name is spelling wrong, she is blond hair and around 50s old ) she was cleaning the tables and floor. I noticed that she didn't stop cleaning the eating area, I almost spent an hour with my children, had lunch then ice cream then she brings some colouring to my children. She was really nice and helpful but I was so surprised that she keeps cleaning the area non-stop and hardworking. I also mentioned to her say thank you about caring the children and looking after the place I also mentioned to manager thank you very much for to have hardworking and kind staff. I do appreciate it.

The people that work at McDonald’s must just be thick ! Every time I order from here or dearsly they get it wrong. Do they deliberately offer jobs to people who can’t read a little order . Two large meals with mediums fries for extra. What do I get two medium fries and one large. How? HOWWWWWWW ITS SO SIMPLE

first of all just eat needs to stop doing multiple drops as food was cold upon arrival. secondly what have McDonald's done with the chocolate milkshakes as it didn't taste like chocolate tasted more like artificial flavourings. thirdly do better this is people's food you're working with.

This is the second time they gave me only 1 burger the big mac and no fries or the sceond burger and fries ridiculous the order is not complicated and it is a meal so how can you forget the rest fo the stuff and give just one burger

We got a spicy chicken burger instead of a normal chicken burger, chips was missing in one of the meals.

Food did not arrive. I tried to hail him from the window since delivery driver could not find our apartment. Delivery driver marked it delivered after going the completely wrong direction.

Brimsdown McDonald seems to think it is ok not to provide sources again when I have requested them in notes. And on Monday they did the same thing when I added the request as required with a 20 box nuggets. Sometimes I don't even get staws or napkins with my meals, I think this is unacceptable service that really needs to be addressed.

I ordered literally about 10 dips to go with selects and nuggets and they didn’t give me ANY!!! Also didn’t give straws or napkins or anything so was just a bit trash tbh

This branch has no iota of what a good service is. How can you sell your burgers without ketchup??? Ketchup supposed to be the first thing you put before another thing. Always put meals without ketchup, I bought 3 burgers meal and none had ketchup, this is ridiculous!!!

I never had such an awful McDonalds!!! The order was wrong , the food was cold , chips soggy undercooked, the burgers..burnt and dry with one burger with out its fillings (i only asked for no pickle!!) the milkshake certainly wasn't banana more chocolate with hint of banana!

Went to drive thru on Sunday. The 1st girl at order/pay window was really polite. But the other girl I received the food from at drive thru window was really rude. She threw my food at me at my car. (She had a bad day?) I said thank you but no smile back. After my meal. I opened the peel sticker on my fries won a free medium sized milkshake of my choice. I went to the tills to redeem my free milkshake. All the staff/manager saw me stood waiting for a good 10 minutes no one said how can I help you with you’re order. (As usually McDonald's I’ve been to staff would usually say (May I take your order upon arrival) I noticed they were extremely busy so I waited patiently didn’t want to disturb. Until I had to go over to a staff member after 15 minutes waiting at the till with loads of other customers the only 1 free staff member doing nothing was chatting with their friends at the till the whole time they were ignoring all customers took no notice and were completely clueless at the till. The staff/manager at the back laughing together and all said haha look at all those customers! Saying where’s my food! The staff in this store really need some training how to work on customer service and how to deal with customers! I’ve never felt so humiliated. I was happy getting a free milkshake but it left me feeling uneasy after that day. So I’m going to make a complaint.

For a McDonald's one of the better ones. The chicken was crispy ,the fries were firm and not oily unlike a majority of McDonald's.
