Very long wait. No napkins No cutlery

Same mcdonalds food but the service and location is terrible Staff are very slow and is recommend you check your food before you drive away Due to the location it can also take ages to get into the car park/drive through not necessarily mcdonalds fault but poor planning on the retail estate. Would recommend going to another branch

McDonald's is McDonald's, you get what you order. My mine review isn't the restaurant but the delivery guys filling the waiting area inside the restaurant which hinders everyone trying to collect their order and their parking in Disabled parking places. Often we have difficulties parking near the entrance and on occasions we've challenged them and we either get "I don't understand" of "I'll only be 5 mins" neither help us. We have spoken to the manager and they say "There's not alot they can do" or "They understand our problem and will speak to them later. This hole situation needs looking at by upper management to find an answer. Possibly they use the drive through they all have cars, and those on bikes can come in and queue like the rest of us. Hope this finds the right eyes and is acted on.

It’s a McDonald’s so the food is never excellent. It was very busy and rather slow. I saw a bunch of people get food ahead of me that shouldn’t have as I waited for a specific item.

Called to Drive Thru for a quick burger takeaway. Only one car in front of us, but we were in queue, after ordering, more than 20 minutes just waiting to pay. The car in front was having issues with payment, but instead of asking them to sort it outside of the queue, everyone had to wait while 4 different people waved various handsets at the phone being used. The issue wasn't resolved, and the car in front was eventually moved to a different area. By this time the queue was very long behind us. When we finally were served the food was cold and congealed. It had been prepared at the time of our order but had been standing for all the time that we were waiting. It's a shame that a bit of common sense wasn't used sooner to get the queue moving again. We often call to Drive Thru for a quick, convenient snack, but I'm afraid we will now think twice before doing so.

Slowest McDonald’s in the world, definitely not fast food.

This the worst MCD in Telford. Never order at the end when breakfast menu changes. Ordered 4 hash and 2 coffees. Waited 40 min just to be told they don't have hash anymore. Substituted for chips that were gross

Always busy so can be a wait for food. Plenty of parking, good range of shops near it. On the plus side it has a book area with bean bags for the kids, so they can sit and look at the books, this was encouraging to see!

To be fair the service is slow..just eat orders are manic I the store. However when you get the food it's usually fresh and hot

Food is good as per all McDonald's, however terrible drive thru service! So many things have been missed out on my order each time I visit that I have to check my bag fully each time I collect. This does not happen at any other branch I have visited. Currently writing this while waiting for about 15 minutes in a side bay waiting for my breakfast order... If you want a McDonald's, go to another restaurant! Not reliable at all. UPDATE: Just been given the wrong order again! Do Not leave without checking your order first. Every other McDonald's I've been to in my life has never gotten an order wrong. There is something seriously wrong with this branch ..

Whenever I buy food from here it never comes as I want it, always items missing or wrong items or cold food or chips half filled etc. it’s not good enough when someone is paying with her hard worked money to be served by about a 16 year old who doesn’t see it as a job and just a social place. The staff members are always so rude and just dying to get back to their mates to carry on messing about with them. It isn’t hard to get the right items in the bag, especially when you’re getting paid for it. Maybe they should employee more mature workers to ensure the service is how it should be. Do better because I will not be coming back until it has changed.

Constantly getting orders wrong and very poor hygiene

Just couldn’t get my order right. The worker didn’t even know what was on their menu and didn’t listen to my order. Too busy trying to tell me I’d ordered a side and not a main. Had a drive through but it was so slow.

I waited until i got home to have my food to find my cappuccino was only half full and one of my pancake looked like it had a bite from it. The wait wasn’t too bad and a lady was kind enough to ask if we needed help which was nice of her.

Young lady on the till can’t fault her very polite thank you. The promise from the 3 rd window that my chips were fresh & ‘just coming off the line’ promise was nonsense. Why pull the wool over people’s eyes… This is what makes mcds a naff experience. The 2nd lot you gave me I’m convinced you just splashed in the fryer for 30 seconds… not returning. Be more honest next time 👍

Came for breakfast, but ypu have to get here early. If you come after 9am it is way too busy with delivery drivers. The priority is then online orders and restaurant customers have to wait so long to get their food.

Not a good experience. Saw some people come in and order early morning on Saturday 22nd June at the screens. Once order was ready, a server was “shouting” the reference number to a nearly empty store, and when no response was given tossing the food into the hot bit. The customers weren’t happy with this not knowing whose food it was, and it turned out the order was asked for “Table Service” so the customer wasn’t expecting to collect the food from the counter so didn’t make note of the reference number, understandably. Not professional service at all. Will not return.

Worst maci we've been in, 25 mins waiting for food , some was missing, what came was cold, apart from the coke that was warm.. the delivery's have taken over, meant to be fast food, never go there again! We were a party of 10 !

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's around. I ordered two coffees with no food whatsoever and it took thirty-five minutes to get my drinks. I wouldn't mind if it was a one off but this is happened to me and my missus five times here. When we got the drinks. Our coffees were just milk and water. That's a joke. The staff seem disconnected and altogether not bothered. Fast food - yeah right! In thirty-five minutes I could make a fresh cheeseburger at home so what's the point in this place existing!

Absolutely revolting, had to wait outside ages, then the order was wrong. And the food is rubbery and stone cold!!! Seems to be a McDonald's thing though now!!!

If you want a full order and warm food… this is not the place for you. 3 orders have now been missing food with 1 order with 11 items only arrived with 3. The last order with their popularly promoted Made For Sharing 2 burgers meal, only one burger arrived and the food was colder then a polar bears left testicle. Absolutely no aftercare even though people have missed out on meals and all MacDonalds say is “it’s Uber or Just Eats fault” even though the MacDonalds workers pack the bags of food and seal them before they hand them over. I understand it’s a busy work environment, but we’ve managed to train dogs to speak using push buttons - reading an itemised order shouldn’t be classed as rocket science. Avoid at all costs.

Drive-through was at a standstill. We went inside, ordered two breakfasts, and waited 23 minutes for food. Management is getting food ready without food hygiene protection, long hair down, and without gloves. We were constantly told they were short staffed but sat in the restaurant were 4 members of staff on their breaks. Breaks are essential Yes, but 4 at one time caused the issues.

Ordered via screen with table number sat and waited for 15min and nothing asked about my order and was told maybe 25mins more when got to till the manager could not care less about my order so asked for refund which in turn she went to check if order had been start Sent someone else back to do refund when asked why don't you display wait time was told not my problem I'm not it .so if looking for fast food go somewhere else as you not getting here

Complete joke I know they do work hard at every McDonalds but waiting over 1 hours 5 minutes and having to ask 4 times were my food it to get on the mother way then I asked for a refund was refused then got my food cold with missing items I don't like wrighting bad reviews but day they just need to stop taking orders when its to much stress health is more important

A very long wait for food (relatively when compared to other McDonalds/fast food). A solid 15 minutes+ when the restaurant was quiet at 10pm. It seemed the external Just Eat orders were being preferred over the food ordered in store. We’d only ordered Big Mac meals. Poor.

We were in the area and decided to get something to eat from here on our way past the area. We ordered via the app, and waited in the car. The food didn't take overly long to come out. The food was ok, typical McDonald's quality and standard. The car park was an ok size.

Your staff name Ricky is very rude and unprofessional, please train her how to talk to customers, 2nd often short inventory issues I have not got muffin and breakfasts yesterday, they were out of stock, please improve customer services in this branch, overall it was average experience.

Must of waited 30minutes for a big mac and a plain double cheeseburger the come cold and to come with the wrong order. Was missing chips and was missing cheese of the bigmac and the “plain” double cheeseburger didnt come plain. Not the only time this has happened. Wouldnt recommending the drive threw as the food always comes out cold and always get told to pull up and wait for ages then you eat in or take out and you get things missing from your order. To top thing off when you order the drinks on uber or just eats they come without straws. Overall the place is to a terrible standard as theres food always scattered on the tables along with the cold food and waiting times. Toilets a filthy. Wouldn’t recommend visiting this place needs closing down.

Parking tight. Looks like most the people from the gym park on there. Hardly ever got any frappes. Other than that it's your standard McDonald's.

A hopeless branch of McDonalds, fast food it certainly isn’t here. Every time I am persuaded by my children to go here I am immediately reminded why i don’t go here. No mater what you order however big or small theres a wait for food, so its the norm to be asked to go and park up, whilst this time earlier today they were waiting for fries, a pretty stable part of the McDonalds menu you might think. Anyway after having waited 15 minutes and all the other cars behind us have been served and left I go and ask where is ours. No surprise the staff are not interested, why aren’t people served in order. Easily the worst branch of McDonalds in Shropshire. The only thing they have a plentiful supply of is apathy and when they can be bothered excuses of why the service is so so slow …….useless !

Been working in dothill for around a year now and come to this Mcdonalds every time I go in the drive thru I have to park up whatever I order just a cheese burger or a meal

Such a joke! Ordered through just eat at 9:16pm. Estimated delivery: 9:40 - 9:50, when it comes to 9:40, it changes again to a longer time.. Called the restaurant to be told that my order hadn’t been received and not printed (even though it said my order was confirmed, how bizarre??). Started to become later, tried calling again (phone line busy, what a surprise). Spent £20 for nothing to be delivered, and the app is still telling me that it’s being made ( currently 23:36pm) So angry, don’t order from this place 😡

Basically useless as McDonald's franchises go. Food is not as it looks in the adverts, quite often not served hot. I always have to park up and wait, I've had better and quicker food service in Weatherspoons. Can hardly be called a 'fast food Restaurant'

AVOID!! were shut down twice recently for rats and cockroaches! opened up again but not trustworthy at all. drive thru was always constantly backed up and no matter how small your order you were parked up for upwards of 20-30 minutes.

Huge respect and thank you to all the wonderful staffs there for their brilliant work and the food is awesome☺️ But we had to walk out yesterday because of the rude behaviour of a cleaning staff to our 6 yr old son.She was unacceptably rude with her action and words to our child.She could have dealt in a better way especially with kids. I really doubt will she be that rude to every other child or just us. Spoiled a good day.

Ordered a large cappuccino, and though it was served in a large cup, but the quantity inside was only a medium🤷‍♀️.. one area has now been covered and converted into a dedicated place for take aways, so it looks smaller for the eating in customers and also feels a bit closed compared to the previous, as previously there was one entire glass wall with a view of the outside which I personally liked better.

Always missing our sauces from our drive thru order. If we eat in, it's a 15-20 minute wait. See picture for our two "medium" fries. Will travel further to another restaurant from now on.

It was ok, clean and tidy, the tables were quickly cleared when people had finished. It's been a long time since I had a "Big Mac" this time was somewhat disappointing, it didn't seem as big or of the same quality as I remember. Saying that, what we had still represented pretty good value for money.

Purchased on the app, turn up to a shut restaurant.... having to try and sort a refund. Apparently the Mcd app is done by JustEat and have to phone them.... pointing out that the contract was with McD resulted in a refund.....

The staff were so rude. No politeness at the talking screen or windows. We were asked to park up to wait for our food which is fair enough but the man who brought it out just threw it through our open window

We have just had the most disgusting visit to a macdonalds in a long time we went in to eat and there was plenty of seating available but I had to ask for a table to be wiped and the attendant walked away so I had to wipe the table myself then after waiting 15 minutes for the fast food the whole order turned up stone cold so I took it back including the milkshake which was the wrong flavour when I got my order the second time the burger was not customised as I always do when I finished my meal and started my kit kat mcflurry it had hazelnut flavouring in it (thank god I am not allergic to nuts)! The floor was covered in food and the tables had still not been wiped when I left !! And yes there was 2 floor attendants just walking round chatting safe to say if I could give minus stars I would have and NO I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK FOR A VERY LONG TIME!!

Waited 40 mins for my food because apparently thats how long it takes when you have a mcplant on your order, paid for an extra patty on the mcplant only to find once home that the extra patty was missing. Arrived around 2.35. restaurant very busy with deliveries, drive through and sit in customers. Waited almost 25 mins for look-warm food to be delivered to the table. Staff did apologise about the wait but so think that 25 mins for fast food is a bit excessive. As it's a McDonald's, I'm sure that won't put people off visiting again.

45 minute wait!! Asked to park up after paying in the drive thru, had to try get the staff members attention who seemed clueless on what she was doing or how to deal with my situation. Asked where my food was which was a single large burger meal with a coffee. After going to check she came back and said it won't be long and it was due to being busy......this was definitely not the case as I'd watch many many cars after me also park up and get their orders before mine and go. I asked for the manager as this was purely lies, either my food was given to someone else or not done at all....now to be told if have to go inside if I wanted to speak to the manager as they won't come out to me, bare in mind I have my 1 year old in the back getting impatient. I refused to this request and asked yet again for the manager and to sort my food...how hard can this be???? Finally the 'manager came out' with an order check he said was what they had for me which was clearly more than what I ordered, after telling him what I ordered there didn't seem to be any feedback on what went wrong but sure enough at this point he sorted my meal quite quickly. I'm not returning to this mcdonalds restaurant as this was poor management, poor service and would recommend people to stay away and go else where. What a disappointment to what I thought would've been a quick visit

The service I received tonight from Lois at the drive thru was amazing. I've had a terrible day and hadn't eaten since breakfast. Lois greeted me with a huge, beautiful smile and said "Good evening Sir, how are you? Are you looking forward to your food?", honestly I could have cried. Thank you Lois for brightening my day and being a shining star during a very difficult day.
