Since you had just eat mcdonalds has gone really bad. Slow service. Deliverys wrong or don't turn up at all. Quality has gone down hill. AND it takes forever to get a refund.

Abhorrent behaviour from the so called staff at this establishment, rude, entitled and down right thick. Scanned my vouchers. Didn't provide me with the food and basically robbed me all because they don't know how to use the system. More training needed. Sack the manager aswell rude rude rude

Definitely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and I've been to some in far flung countries! Wait times are ridiculously bad, even if preordered. Staff mooch about and don't seem to care about customer service. A lady walked around telling everyone to expect a half hour wait for food - in a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT! Needs overhauling fast.

We don't use fast food that often but this was a lovely treat, friendly people, clean premises and good hot food, cheers.

We’ve tried dining in, taking away, and even the drive-through, but the result is always the same: waiting, waiting, and more waiting. It’s like they’ve turned “fast food” into an oxymoron. When the food finally does make its grand entrance, it’s a game of culinary roulette. Will it be all there? Will it be lukewarm? Who knows! It’s a mystery every time. My advice? Save yourself the frustration and head over to Five Guys across the road. Sure, it might cost a bit more, but it’s ten times better and worth every penny!

Poor value for money decreases as the years go buy I mean big mac. Come on. Little mac more like it

40 plus minutes for food that is cold

Really bad service and shockingly bad waiting times for food. Visited last week and one burger came only half made but it was busy and mistakes happen, visited again today and been stood here far too long waiting for the simplest of orders. Needs a manager here that can organise their staff better because what ever is going on now ain’t working !! 8/24

This has got to be up there with the worst drive-through. Literally, no matter what time you go, they make you park up, and it's like a 20 min wait! They prioritise the just eat orders over customers in store or drive through. They very rarely get the full order out to you, usually missing at least one part of the meal and rarelt warm. By the time the food turns up the drinks are gone. We avoid this mcdonalds at all costs. Wouldn't recommend

Not enough seating in there most the time for you to eat in. But it is always busy.

Waiting time is ridiculous. You can order 1 cheeseburger and still will be sent to wait for at least 15min. Service to take and prepare orders extremely slow. Mixing yo orders, forgetting items. And this isn't one off experience.

Hadn't fast food to wait for 20 minutes, the fries were cold.

Service is normally great. Food belt stopped working but no communication with the paid customers waiting for food. Also not a big fan of the new buns they use for hamburgers.

We alway have plant based burgers they are lovely

The online ordering system clearly wasn't working properly, I had a 25 minute wait (not very fast food) and everyone was having issues with their orders. By the time I got my food it was cold and far from fresh and there were so many hungry kids and disgruntled adults that the atmosphere was terrible. The car park was diabolical because of the ridiculous drive thru queue, the bin was overflowing and they seemed to be prioritising the delivery orders over any part of the restaurant. Definitely won't be returning.

Usual fayre but clean tidy and organised

Recently renovated, with a much more minimalist design. No longer have to see the kitchen chaos! Service good. McFlurry came slightly empty but other than that can’t complain. Better than the slow one down the road!

delivery guy was great, on time. The food was ok except the dessert which had an expired time on it.

Food was 1.5 hours late and cold

Never had any issues with this McDonalds location until they redid the interior, since then it’s gone downhill. The wait times are crazy, the occasional staff member who wanders past has no sense of urgency and is just kind of milling about looking spaced out. Other people in the queue were getting frustrated about the fact that there were no staff at the counter at all so no service. I saw a girl spill a pot of sauce on the counter and all over the card machine and she just walked away from the mess, it should have been her that cleaned it yes, but that sauce stayed on the machine for the entirety of my time waiting and eating (my cold food) there because no staff were coming to the counter. Very strange atmosphere tbh.

All food was very cold to the point we put it in the bin

Waited 25 mins for two cold cheeseburgers and an apple pie, Kept coming with same excuses. Also lots of flies in the restaurant area.

Cold fries, not the fault of the driver as this the other food was warm. None of the dips including the one I paid more for (garlic mayo) and my burger had all the ingredients I requested to leave out

Went to get “fast food” and ended up waiting 30 minutes without getting food with a family which ordered a good 10 minutes after us getting their food. Enquired what happened and they claimed they had lost the order even though food doesn’t have fricking legs. Shocking service

Order got pushed back over an hour. It was then never delivered. We had no call from the driver or response from the shop. Would not recommend!!!!

cold soggy food, no straws for the drinks, no dips for the chicken strips, no sauces, drinks looked like brown watter as ice melted in the coke. You need to retrain your staff, I really don't know how this place is still open! it's a shockingly bad restaurant.

The meanu is not big. Staff always forget things from the order. The tables are always dirty, waiting time ia long, and no tables to sit in most of the times.

Since the new refurbish this place has gone down hill, I don’t know if it’s a change of management but i have constant issues any time I have been, long wait times on small orders and the staff are all clearly straight out of school and have no idea how to do their jobs, I was in there tonight and with them having technical issues they weren’t accepting orders and it took a staff member to tell us this after 15 minutes waiting, also a reoccurring issue is the coke tastes dreadful now, as if the syrup isn’t being mixed in properly, it’s a real shame as this used to be my favourite one.

It was all cold, I was missing dips, straws and was missing a happy meal, I am not very happy as I was feeding my family as a treat and I was missing things.

Absoultey awful waited over 40mins for food nobody to talk to. Too busy on uber eats orders and drive thru orders but not on customers that order inside. Food finally arrived, half the big mac missing just slapped together. Fries stone cold. Refused to eat it and had a refund no apologies just down right rude. I'd avoid I won't be going back.

Due to a high volume of drive-thru customers, there was a delay with the order and when it was brought out to the car, the food was cold and the order was incomplete. The overall process took 50 minutes from when the order was placed.

Food was cold, I assume the driver wanted to collect more jobs as he also gave me someone else's drink that had a mcflurry with it that I didn't order and that was melted also
