Driver on time and quick. Unfortunately McDonald’s took ages prep our food. Couldn’t fault driver :)

Twice had McDonald’s in less than a week now and multiple items missing

loads of food missing, furious.

I had the wrong wrap but it was only grilled not crispy not that deep but would've loved the crispy, the chips were cold just about able to swallow without my mouth going dry but my correct milkshake was good my sister could agree about the chips but her food and drinks was good but the wait looonnnggg but I appreciate the fact I got my food so thank you for your time 👍🏼

I was put off by the fact that one of the staff had long dread locks that were dragging across the cups and it didn’t look the cleanest I thought it was law to where a hair net.

Always a huge wait, food often cold, if they ask you if you're okay to park up, just say no because you'll be there forever.

Ordering by app is not working and had to order at the till. Lady was very helpful but if they know it's an issue they should put up a notice to save people time. Food is fine although seems to take longer to arrive. Would add that I'm not a fan of the recent refurbishment, just don't know what they were trying to achieve with it.

Missing items, sent drinks and fries but no wraps, ridiculous

I ordered a big mac burger with no pickles and a medium coke zero sugar. I had to wait half an hour and when I received my meal the sticker said no pickles. But when I opened my burger, there were pickles inside, I could have been allergic to them and they probably wouldn't care. Do not recommend this place to eat.

It’s the first time I’ve used McDonald’s online. Add to my great disappointment it will be my last. Not only did the food arrive cold the sweet and sour sauce I ordered was not enclosed. I was shocked to find that I was charged 99p for small order £1.29 for delivery plus £2.99 for quicker delivery and £1.26 for service charge which practically doubled my order.… My £9 order turned into £16. I do not consider this to be good value.

Ordered at 17.17 Food arrived at my table 17:27 but was cold. Double Cheeseburger was a mess inside the wrapping, most of the cheese wasn't on the burger. Disappointing as usual but I guess you get what you pay for.

Ordered food at the machine put order in at 10.40am, requested table service. Noticed when we sat down there was a few others waiting for their food to come to their table. Finally after 15 mins wait the food arrived. No cutlery for the pancakes and no syrup, sorry but if you haven't got the items then don't put them up. Worst service ever and I've worked at McDonald's so know what's involved. Hardly any staff. Sorry you need to sort it out. Won't be coming back and will tell all friends and family not to bother.

I don’t usually complain, however this Must be the slowest “fast food” Restaurant I’ve ever been to! Went at 8:25am whilst taking my daughter to work, Drive thro closed so we went inside. 5 people waiting on food but still never got my daughters McMuffin/Diet Coke until 8:50. Add to this no explanation or interaction whatsoever from the staff (in fact, there was nobody front of house until food needed bringing out) and you’ll understand my frustration. My opinion (not that it matters)? Better training from Management required.

Worst McDonald's in Telford. My parents ordered 3× £5 meal deals and they were waiting over half an hour to receive their order, they were asking staff members and they just got the same response from all of them "I'll go and take a look" but nothing happened. When their order eventually came, the fries were cold, drinks were flat and one of the cheeseburger buns was stale. I placed an order and just ordered a double cheeseburger and that also took over half an hour to arrive at my table. 30 minutes just for a double cheeseburger is shocking. Yet all the Just Eat and Uber Eats orders were going in and out as quick as a flash. An utterly shocking McDonald's.

Very busy as it was between Christmas and New Year. However, as it's now a bigger dining area we were lucky enough to find a table. Service was quite quick and tables tidied & cleared up straight after customers left.

New system that mcdonalds rolled out is terrible no staff to handle your enquiries. Unsure if mcdonalds is classed as a resturant or a fast food chain, because fast food is something you dont get.

Met my friend here for breakfast on 22/12/24 and whilst the food was as good as a mackies breakfast should be, the customer service was abysmal. The girl who bought our food to the table was that miserable that I can only think she hates working there and would rather have been doing something else. She neither spoke or smiled and walked around the restaurant like she couldn't care less. She wants to be greatful she has a job, and would recommend she has training in customer service
