McDonald's Telford Forge in Telford and Wrekin

Ordered food at the machine put order in at 10.40am, requested table service. Noticed when we sat down there was a few others waiting for their food to come to their table. Finally after 15 mins wait the food arrived. No cutlery for the pancakes and no syrup, sorry but if you haven't got the items then don't put them up. Worst service ever and I've worked at McDonald's so know what's involved. Hardly any staff. Sorry you need to sort it out. Won't be coming back and will tell all friends and family not to bother.

Worst McDonald's in Telford. My parents ordered 3× £5 meal deals and they were waiting over half an hour to receive their order, they were asking staff members and they just got the same response from all of them "I'll go and take a look" but nothing happened. When their order eventually came, the fries were cold, drinks were flat and one of the cheeseburger buns was stale. I placed an order and just ordered a double cheeseburger and that also took over half an hour to arrive at my table. 30 minutes just for a double cheeseburger is shocking. Yet all the Just Eat and Uber Eats orders were going in and out as quick as a flash. An utterly shocking McDonald's.

I don’t usually complain, however this Must be the slowest “fast food” Restaurant I’ve ever been to! Went at 8:25am whilst taking my daughter to work, Drive thro closed so we went inside. 5 people waiting on food but still never got my daughters McMuffin/Diet Coke until 8:50. Add to this no explanation or interaction whatsoever from the staff (in fact, there was nobody front of house until food needed bringing out) and you’ll understand my frustration. My opinion (not that it matters)? Better training from Management required.

You would hope that they would be better but they are still terrible. Shame there's no other decent places to get takeaway

Very busy as it was between Christmas and New Year. However, as it's now a bigger dining area we were lucky enough to find a table. Service was quite quick and tables tidied & cleared up straight after customers left.

Place is joke people waiting to be serv for over 20 min mess all around staff looks like they dont care

Met my friend here for breakfast on 22/12/24 and whilst the food was as good as a mackies breakfast should be, the customer service was abysmal. The girl who bought our food to the table was that miserable that I can only think she hates working there and would rather have been doing something else. She neither spoke or smiled and walked around the restaurant like she couldn't care less. She wants to be greatful she has a job, and would recommend she has training in customer service

New system that mcdonalds rolled out is terrible no staff to handle your enquiries. Unsure if mcdonalds is classed as a resturant or a fast food chain, because fast food is something you dont get.

Literally next in que to learn they do Till updates can't order for 30 mins+ at 1230, and pull their face when you want to get out of the que they have falsely put you in

2024 great improvement with food being served nice and hot

Waiting time inside over 30 minutes, waste of time

went through the drive thru and half the menu was not available. when we received our food and drinks, we received cold chips, extra crumbs and pieces from other orders in the bottom of the bag and they had given us a banana milkshake instead of the strawberry which was ordered.

I ordered not a lot of food for the 5 of us but the machine was buggy, ordered a hot drink that never came, a bottle of water never came Big Mac was brought out a while after we had our other food I expected more from McDonald’s and I came all the way from market Drayton really upset

40 minutes sat in the drive though at 11pm on a evening. Since when did fast food become slow food!!

Waited over 15 minutes for 2 coffees. Staff were just standing around chatting behind the counter. Most of them seemed clueless about what they were supposed to be doing. By the time we got the coffees they were cold and the cream has melted. Tasted awful too, nothing like the galaxy lattes I've had before.

Probably the worst mcdonalds experience of my life. Ordered on the app for collection at the drive through, the app then took payment, froze, points gone, no food. Went inside, ordered on my wife's app. 30 minute wait for food, only for it to be stone cold. Had my money back and left. Waste of an hour of my time and I was still hungry. Thank goodness Miller and Carter had a table.

It's OK, no issues with the food. Note that the food generally takes longer here to be served so be prepared to wait. Would add that I'm not a fan of the recent refurbishment, just don't know what they were trying to achieve with it.

Came late and cold nearly 2 hours from order to delivery

Nobody can to the drive thru window so ended up going in when I received my food it was cold & had items missing…. Yet again!

Honestly don't know how to do deliveries. Ordered 5 times in the last two months and every time I've had to get a refund because they can't read simple orders. McMuffin with a hash brown and extra hash brown, how about zero hash browns instead? Two medium diet cokes, did you mean one and a water?

Ordered meal at 11.22am and meal did not come until 11.47am and the lad behind the counter just chucked it on the counter and walked off after calling my number,I've never had to wait that long before at any McDonald's and the restaurant wasn't even busy

The drive thru design is awful. Because of the bottle neck, it causes serious congestion on the road daily and the car park is also too small

How can they forget a whole meal every single time it's ridiculous. Missing a share box of cheese dippers which was one persons whole meal. No fixing the issue just a 'refund'. Every single time something is missing, what is wrong with the staff.

my food never arrived. it was ordered at 18:30 & never arrived. then I get an alert advising it was delivered at 22:45. no one called me, nor did anything get delivered.

The slowest McDonald’s I have ever experienced, have to wait in parking bay nearly 90% of the time and the queues at the drive thru are a joke! Think it’s time to use another branch on the way to the retail park.. this one has not improved in the last 12 months I’ve used it.

Ordered at 9pm.. The Big Mac was smaller than a cheese burger & the McTasty.. well!! No bacon on it, the lettuce looked like it had been dipped in cheese and it was stone cold! The fries were rock hard and also cold! Won’t be ordering anything from Maccies again! Five guys from now on

Driver was sound couldn’t fault him, but service from the restraunt was shocking driver was sat there for over 30 mins I called the restaurant and they said they were waiting for a driver once I said no they weren’t he’s at the restaurant she said oh we’re preparing your order… GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT!

Delivery was fine but how hard is it to put dip in a bag ?! McDonald's have a thing for withholding dip

This McDonalds is an absolute disgrace, Me and my dad ordered from McDonalds through deliveroo and when it came, we were missing: a large mctasty, fries, a fanta, a chocolate pie and all sauces. What came was 1 big tasty, fries which were stone cold which wasnt the drivers fault as it came in 10 minutes and we the wrong drink and a mcflurry which we didn't even order. To get most of our order back we had to drive 10 miles to them and wait a while for somebody to come up to the counter as the one staff member to be seen was pretending we werent even there. A girl eventually came up to the counter and we explained how the entire order was wrong. she said she was going to have it remade, 15 minutes later a different girl came back with AGAIN HALF THE ORDER! it has the big tasty in it, the pie and one set of fries leaving the rest of our order out. My dad explained we are missing 2 drinks, another burger and fries. They then got us the rest and my dad explained that we shouldnt have to pay delivery charges for something that was there fault and we didnt want to get the delivery man in trouble as it wasnt his fault, and that somebody here has messed it up so we should get compensation for having to come down here, the girl got really rude and said "well it wasn't me personally" and began to get slightly rude with my dad. During all this no manager had come over to apologize for such a poor experience. after we got out food we sat down pretty much as soon as the food was handed to us and it was all freezing cold.

I’ve always left you great feedback, but this is the third time my chicken share box arrived without sauces?. I know you’re very busy, but a Quick Look at the order and check before you seal the bag would be beneficial. Other than that, spot on as always. 👍

me and my friend georgia went to mcdonald’s while on a cheeky car trip as she had recently passed her test (go queen) and david was such a king he was so sweet made my heart melt so if you go look for david and do not be mean to him as he is an angel sent from the heavens

me and my friend izzy went to mcdonald’s in my car. food was delish. this guy david was very lovely he spoke to us he was very nice id go there just to see him very sweet. if you go say hi to david he is an icon he literally makes the mcdonald’s it would be nothing without him. food decent but they didn’t give us the ketchups we ordered.

Thought the new make over would have improved however staff were busy chatting and laughing behind the counter whilst 12 customers had waited over 30 minutes for food. Drive through staff were running around like mad and getting those out quick but the rest was so poor. One member of staff left a customer's order for 10 minutes on the front then went to take it to the table! When I eventually got my order it was cold, extremely late and nobody available to speak to as they had all now just gone on break. Can't believe the disorganisation here.

I like the new lids for the cups, they will prevent future disasters of spilled drinks, this order was actually pretty good.

I have just had my worst ever, "McDonald's experience". Not only was I left waiting for 20 minutes, but I was also made late to my operation at Shrewsbury hospital. When my food had come, it was missing a cheeseburger, so had to wait again for that. I opened up my sweet chilli crispy chicken wrap, to find inside, a beacon and bbq one. And to top it all off my chips contained no salt. In my eyes this store is a shambles and needs sorting out. I will never be returning.

absolutel joke! I even wrote a note begging to remember the sauces for the nuggets and they didn't even bother!! I will not be ordering from just Eat again I've had a problem with about 90% of my orders😡
