McDonald's Telford Forge in Telford and Wrekin

A lady named caz was on the drive thru this morning and was so lovely and kind to me her service was more than 5 star! Thank you for such a pleasant drive thru experience caz!

Went for breakfast inside the restaurant, food took ages to come as they prioritise the drive-through orders first.

The longest wait to be served. Food took forever and was freezing cold.

Came here for a "quick" maccies, but the service was slow and then the food when we got it was just slapped together with no care. Parking here can be a right pain as well.

Ordered from here took nearly two hours and despite the order numbers being the same on the bags they didn’t even send a single thing that we ordered and we definitely lost out on money due to this tried to call multiple times but no answer

I waited 45 minutes and they didn't bring my order, when I went to ask they said they couldn't find me which was a blatant lie as nobody came by our table the entire time. The food was already cold by that point and the icecream was melted. Not to mention they missed items off my order like they have the last 2 times. All they offered to do was remake the ice-cream. It's an absolute joke and every time I've been here it's been stressful. I'm not going to this one again as the service is dreadful

Ordered the adult minecraft happy meal 9 nugget via just eat and they forgot the toy for my little brother and upon trying to call the resturant the number is invalid

Absolutely awful service and food basic order of 2x burgers 1x strawberry milkshake 1x galaxy mc flurry food received 1x burger +fries 1 x biscoff mc flurry 1 x blackcurrant juice. How can such a basic order be so wrong. Food was not hot juice, and mcflurry tipped away. Rang, no answer couldn't be bothered to drive the 2 miles back to complain. All I will say is try harder, guys, and try upping your service. Oh, if I had the option, you would be getting minus 5 stars, not the 1 you got

It's a McDonald's no frills food. Fast? Not really but handy if your peckish

food quality presentation was extremely poor, missing items but delivery great

30 minutes from star to finish for over priced food that turned out to be not worth it. Hadn't been to McDonald's for ages (I don't get food from McDonald's now but the kids like it) because of an identical experience. I should've stuck to my convictions. It would honestly be quicker making it yourself and it would be correct. Deliveroo and just eat have a lot to answer for.

Everytime I order , they forget stuff, this time it was food and his toy , nearly 9 quid for the Minecraft meal for my son. Absolute joke.

Waited 20 mins in Drive Thru, ordered with Drive Thru. Got told to wait in the parking bay and wait for my order to be brought to me. Waited another 25 minutes. Called up, they had forgot my order. Placed the order again over the phone (still sat in parking bay) waited another 10 minutes. Had to call up AGAIN! They then took my order for a third time, eventually it arrived and not a single apology from anyone.

Delivery time said 15-20 mins so ordered for the kids, waited that long ended up having to make them something so order was no good by the time received it. Yesterday ordered the minecraft meal as my g/son wanted the collectible and just food arrived

when the order left the restaurant the driver drove past our house to drop off another order then came to drop ours off when dropping our order off first would of made more sense and our food would not of turned up stone cold

No sources, even though I put a reminder on the sources the big Mac had no Mac sauce on it no onion no lettuce even though I asked for extra it was missing 20 chicken nuggets and it was missing a cheeseburger. I don’t know why I keep ordering from McDonald’s. They are absolutely shocking.

Absolutely horrific, please avoid them at all costs if ordering online. The food arrives not in the best shape, and the orders are always incomplete, to the point they only sent 4 items of a list of about 10 ordered. To top it up, they are not only incompetent but also lying and blaming the delivery people for their failures. We received those orders, the bags are sealed when we get them - it's pointless to blame the drivers... I think this is the most upsetting, actually, because if they're incapable of recognising they have a problem, then it will never be solved. Oh, yes... and if going to ask for what was not delivered, you'll be asked to just order again and get your refund from Uber... cause why should they care about their customers?

Went recently and it was a disaster. Had to wait almost an hour for food. Staff were all moaning and bickering and had just given up.

Just had delivery from the forge telford. Driver said they had forgot about my order and when arrived the food was stone cold and milkshakes were warm and no straws. Not happy

They gave me no fries and the order was late. The poor driver said he was waiting an hour at the restaurant. This is happening every time I order from here and they know they can get away with it because you are not holding them accountable.

It's not 24 hours, I couldn't get food at 11.30, so I don't know what time they actually close as people were still in there. They must have been cleaning up ready to shut

Preferred muffin deal, the property did call and say they had no muffins and we could have rolls. Incorrect sauce after asking for brown. No hash browns. Went in bin!

Not happy! Could have got over the fact it took almost and hour due to it being late in the evening but for both fries and 1 of the burgers to be missing has miffed me right off!

Great service, all food there apart from curry sauce for nuggets. Friendly courier, service with a smile. Thank you!

Food exactly what we ordered and the driver was friendly, polite and ensured our code was correct

Ordered food via the app whilst in the restaurant, the app decided I was in another restaurant and ordered the food there, even though the app said I was at the restaurant I was in. So, 30 mins later, no food, out of pocket because the app took my money. Manager somehow made out this was my fault and refused to sort it out. I had to contact the head office to try to get a refund, still don't know if I will get one. Edit: I did get a refund, it took a few days. However, be careful when using the app as I have had it change stores several times between starting my order and the checkout, luckily I've caught it before paying.

Was told delivery time was 20-45 mins, had to wait an hour. Food was cold.

Didn’t even get my food and no phone call of the driver becoming a joke now always forgetting something off my order and now it’s been delivered to the wrong house jokes, funny how taxis have no problem finding my house but i always have trouble

Loads of food. More than need for 1. Great price. Best to warm it up for 30 secs in microwave when it arrives. Not for longer.

Originally delivery time was estimated then it kept getting later and later to almost an hour past the order time, when the food did get here it was barely warm and inedible

We waited over one hour for my childs food. It came we had one happy meal and fruit shoot, the rest was not there. I have tryed and tryed to complain but no easy option and i have tryed to ring the mcdonalds but no answer, as soon as i rang them the status changed to being delivered so i waitied until it was and theyvhave messed the order up? My children are 3 & 4!

Says it was delivered at 2:30 AM yet it isn’t even 2:30 am yet and I also ordered at 11:26pm

Poor experience, missing items. Plain cheeseburger came with everyhing on it, no sauces even tho requested. Order needs to be read properly before sending out

ordered for 1pm, got moved to 1:35 delivery time, turned up at 1:18 as the driver didnt go to the correct place where I was stood in plain sight

This place is always really busy, so it takes a while to get served at the drive thru. What is worse, they can never get an order right. How difficult is it to read a screen?

Ordered bbq sauce and no sauce in order-purchased strawberry milkshake and no straw. But I’ve come to expect this.
