Mcdonald's Restaurants in Telford and Wrekin

Waited over 25mins for a breakfast meal and that's with chasing it up. Seem to be prioritising uber eats over visiting customers. I saw several people ask for a refund and walk out. Absolute shambles!

Parking is paid, ordered sauces, but they didn’t put them in the box. Mozzarella sticks are bad, fries are also bad, some weird texture. The wrap is wrapped terribly, falls apart—overall, very disappointed.

This Location has recently been refurbished I like it better now since this has happened seems to be a lot more space unless that's just me very fast service and food was hot and tasty toilets were clean and seemed to be enough space and what you needed would visit again

The wraps was in the wrong packaging lucky it was noticed as who the food was for has a allergy to tomatoes and has a bad reaction so please check your foods in the correct packaging

Need more bands. I've tried to buy as many as I can, and you need to order some more at 10am delivery

Everything was fine with order. Apart from all the dips which were missing! What’s the point in selecting them when they keep being missed off the order?..it’s not the first time this has happened. And you can’t report the dips missing because the app doesn’t give you the options to select “items missing” for them! So how is this ever going to be corrected or reported?

Order not turned up says delivered but it hasn't how can they leave it else where without my code so annoyed

no problems with delivery lady was exceptionally polite but mcdonald's employees need to learn to read and Count as my 20 nuggets for a second time only had 16 nuggets

What a big disappointment with this Macdonalds I order a toffee Coffee & a Hot Apple Pie and they took over half hour to serve me after I asked the supervisor where it was my food so embarrassing I will never go there again the tables chairs where full of rubbish I don’t recommend this Macdonalds Mr. Wig. Didn’t send some of the stuff we ordered so people were left hungry and was extremely cold on arrival.

Left a note saying to refund on shakes, which is a lot better than not leaving anything at all

food was cold as once again, JE drivers are unable to read a map so the driver spent a good 5-10 minutes walking around my streets with my food. why are these guys unable to see the same map thats on the app? ridiculous

Delivery driver was great, however I received the complete wrong order!! Called McDonald’s - they told me to raise it with justeat for a refund. Will not be ordering from here again as this is definitely not the first time it’s happened. How hard is it to give the right order. Just read the number? Now I’m stuck with food and a drink I don’t even like.

Wasn’t to happy with the food. The hash browns we super greasy and stick to the pallet and the muffins were stone cold.

Chips was rubber and warm . horrible experience, I am a child and I went into McDonald's on a Saturday- I appreciate it was busy but they put the wrong order in my bag and then I proceeded to get shouted at, and swore at, by the woman at the front. I appreciate it was busy and not her fault but I very politely told her my order was wrong and was met with shouting and swearing, and I am literally 15. it was horrible

Fries was cold and the banana milkshake well I don’t know what it was cause it didn’t taste like banana and when we opened it up it looked like it was a mixture of banana villa and chocolate so it wasn’t very nice and paid for some dips and didn’t get them

my order never turned up, it says it was delivered but it wasn’t, absolutely shocking to be honest i’ve had a problem with just way quite a few times getting the order wrong or going to the wrong place, if you can’t do things right, don’t start a business simple!

Literally cold,cold fries and cold burger,not the drivers fault because the milkshake was still set and thick,so I’m guessing the fries and burger where already cold when she was handed them,Mc D’s don’t seem to care about quality anymore because they know people will be back regardless

it was overall good, they forgot the fries in the meal which was very frustrating but can’t really complain the meal was still filling&delicious without them.

Absolute shambles, 2 people waiting for food, waited nearly 15 mins for take out order. Ordered hamburger extra onion, when I opened burger there was literally 3 pieces of diced onion, fries were stale, bigmac was cold. Staff are lazy and a complete waste of space, the managers shouldn't even be in a job as all you hear are pathetic excuses. Can't believe the staff actually have a job, being that slow I'd have been sacked on the spot when I worked their. No customer ever waited more than 4 minutes for their meal back then. The PG tips monkeys could run it better. Town centre McDonald's really need to improve in every aspect because what people order is not what they get and you are just ripping people off and it won't be long before you end up as a channel 4 documentary.

Missing half of the order and the stuff that came was cold

Tasty but a little cold delivery person was very kind and polite

I ordered the family bundle with two fillet fish and two double cheeseburgers. Instead, when it got delivered I received the completely wrong order. I would appreciate a refund as I didn't receive anything I ordered and got spicy food instead.

Ordered a maccies breakfast, the driver delivered 4 drinks off the order and not the food, to be told by the driver he has forgot the food bag and that he will be back with the food which at half 12 the food still at half 12 the food still isn’t here!!!! FUMINGGGG

i am missing several items from my order, a mayo chicken and quarter pounder from one of the meal deals, no e of the sauces ordered, a portion of fries. someone either needs to learn to count or pay more attention to what they are doing as this is not acceptable service.

I pre ordered my food for 1830 with over an hours notice. It didn’t arrive until 1720. I was also missing my burger however I believe this has already been refunded. Just the late delivery when I ordered over an hour in advance with children waiting.

Over 45 mins later, watched driver on the map go in the completely wrong direction then pick up another order from another restaurant, when he finally turned up no sorry and didn’t care and food was freezing cold! It’s getting a joke, drivers should not be allowed to pick up more than 1 order at a time unless it’s very close to my location, no care or consideration about customers food! Jokers!

delivery time kept moving backwards so the original time obviously wasn't very accurate and two packs of fries were missing off our order so all we got was burgers and sides quite embarrassing

No Fries?! Food was ordinary McDonald's food, fills the gap and always tasty. We ordered a burger meal as well as a couple sides which were tasty and warranted the 4 stars. Within our order there were supposed to be a Medium and Large fries as well as some sauces which we did not receive... The most basic part of the order.... And we didn't receive it thus 1star deduction for food and 1 star service because when we tried to ring the restaurant they ignored the phone (possibly busy) but then closed the line?! So your phone is going off instead of hoping they may ring back at a quieter time in the shift you instead switch the phone off entirely? Very embarrassing to say the least. Very unhappy!
