Mcdonald's Restaurants in Telford and Wrekin

Orderd food from just eat at 9:30pm. Said it was being prepared for over two hours no one answers the phone so I decided to drive there. Very rude manager told me it's not being made as the store closes at 11pm. Bare in mind I ordered at 9:30!!! Then have to wait a week for a refund joke.

Ordered through Just eat and after waiting over an hour called the restaurant as suggested by Just Eat to be blatantly lied to by the member of staff who told us that the courier has just left with the food. No sooner did we put the phone down the order was cancelled by the restaurant. Why not just tell us instead of cowardly behaviour by lying. God only knows why I bothered trying order from here again after numerous failed/incorrect orders from this particular restaurant.

The food is cold and unappetising when asked for fresh hot food they look at you as if you're a freak. I've eaten fresher tastier McDonalds in third world countries. You're a disgrace.

Bit of a wait but the food was good. Definitely recommend the chilli cheeseburger.

My food was cold and missing drinks and egg McMuffin

Easy to order as Kids 🧒 knew what they wanted . The "At Table Service " could be improved for both Guests and Staff's experience . The table number could be input into order terminal , and the "Numbered Marker " dispensed with . The extra space in the refitted Restaurant is a great improvement to a popular place . Kids pester power rules.

My food was cold and Aston I asked a double sausage and egg muffin and only got sausage

wasn't the drivers fault! ordered my food and it took about 2 hours to arrive! tried ringing mcdonalds but put the phone down on me after ringing out for so long!

Not one part of my order was correct. No hash browns. Wrap was specially ordered with NO ketchup, and guess what, soaked in ketchup! Absolutely terrible.

This order took over 2 hours from ordering to being delivered. The delivery time kept increasing. Due to the amount of time I had to feed the kids a different meal. Not happy

I called up McDonalds because my order was late by 2 hours and they said the deliveries tablet is not working so now I’ve paid the money but got no food

Ordered 2 big tasty, 2 cheeseburger, 1 Filet o fish, 1 double cheeseburger,2 wraps and as usual I got less than ordered, this time double cheeseburger and 1 wrap missing

Specifically asked for no tomato on the burger. The packaging on said burger even stated no tomato, Yet STILL tomato on the burger so now can not enjoy my food.

Waited half hour extra for this food only for it to be freezing cold and missing the chips to the family deal, no straws to the drinks either. delivery driver was very rude too

Took over an hour to come, missing jam for toasted muffin, so a plain muffin, breakfast wrap and hash brown were cold and taste like they were just sat there for the whole time, and no straw for my drink..

Delivery didn’t come. Was preparing for 2 hours and then changed to say it had been delivered an hour ago however

I was very disappointed the food was cold.they forgot to put a ketchup in and also there was no straws not impressed.

The poor driver was at the restaurant 30 minutes waiting for our order and when it arrived it was stone cold, not good enough.

shocking the brought me someone else's food. tried to tell the driver all he could say was contact just eat

the food and delivery time was great but I got to the door and got asked the pin and then I said hold on I'm just going to get my phone (for the pin) I accidentally knocked the drink over and the guy sharply said "that's the drinks in there, your gonna try blame me for that" but its ok, maybe he was just having a hard day, everyone has off days xx

I gave 1 star for quality and that’s just because our meals were cold which wasnt drivers fault was McDonald’s fault

It turned up freezing cold and there were only a few chips in each portion not good enough for the price.

Whole order was cold. I was only refunding £7 when the order was £35. Everything was freezing cold!

I was always led to believe that orders were delivered one at a time. When tracking where my order was the driver was actually doing a delivery before ours, resulting in our order being stone cold!

The delivery arrived and everything had fallen out of a ripped open bag. The driver said it was the restaurants fault. Everything was soggy and wet due to spilled drink also. We order every time hoping there won’t be an issue but there always is.

Good cold, wasn’t delivered in an insulated bag. Driver walked round with the bags of food for 4 minutes before delivering to the house. Asked him about the bag and he denied walking around the street with the food getting cold. It was all on camera!

Missing both double quarter pounder burgers

Asked for 5.15pm it was half hour late and my cold was completely cold

No issues, food arrived at an adequate temperature considering the distance for delivery

Took nearly an hour to get to us when it arrived there were no hot drinks which we have been told we still have to pay for

The time constantly changes. So who’s know how long they actually had the food for. My chips and burgers for both meal were cold. Better off ordering off the restaurants actual websites. Not just eat.

Enjoyed our visit nice meal always have the big tasty when available yummy 😋

Food tastes like been in microwave before delivery. Especially chips you could taste not freshness of them. Disappointed with order.

Everything else in order was fine except for the fact I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal and received a fish finger happy meal for my child who doesn't like fish so the whole meal ended up going to waste. Never had an issue before when ordering.

Ordered 2x quarter pounder meals and 9 nuggets charged £26 and only received 9 nuggets after waiting 1.5 hours disgraceful service and will not order delivery again

Half of my food was missing no chicken on my chicken sandwhuch meal just a bun and mayo! Chips was rock hard with one looked half eaten! No saice that I asked for and only 3 nuggets in one of the happy meals

Decided to have an early lunch (11.30am) to avoid the crowds as the place had recently opened following a full refurb. My wife has to order as I'm going blind and have mobility issues, consequently we always order the same meal. When the server read the order back to my wife it was wrong, so she repeated what we always have. While we were waiting we were told that the hot drinks machine was broken so we had to have cold drinks. When the meal turned up there were no fries, so we had to order those separately despite having asked for a medium meal each. Obviously we had to start eating the food that had been supplied and when the fries turned up they were only lukewarm. The place was filling up rapidly so we decided to eat most of what there was and leave as quickly as possible. We'll be eating elsewhere for the foreseeable future.

Driver friendly arrived on time but missing lots of food
