Ordered a breakfast meal ( egg/cheese mcmuffin , hash brown and coffee ) at 9.55 am . Not a complicated or large order I would have thought . I appreciate breakfast times are busy and online orders come in regularly , but to have to wait 25 minutes for my food was unacceptable . My mcmuffin and coffee must have both been ready not long after I ordered as both of those were only lukewarm . The hash brown was slightly hotter . I think the company need to look how they can improve, to cater for both online and instore orders . There were also other customers asking staff where their food was , so I wasn't the only person who wasn't happy

Dirty tables, dirty floors. They have gone one better this time though with the usual cold fries they have managed to burn them.

The order was mixed up, and although OK, it wasn't what we ordered.

It a good restaurant for the kids really I did have food I only like a fuw things from there but kids love it and it's got active books ams crayons if ya ask lol and face painting some time's u have to look on website for the days though but it is a good if ya have kids?

The food was very nice however the baby next to me kept staring at me into my soul, also next to me was a dead fly who clearly just wanted food but was killed by someone before I came, rip fly 🙏 However concluding what I have just said the food was very nice. Extra: I think it's safe to say that both humans and flys seem to be welcome here + the flys don't bother u :3 Enjoy 😊

mouldy chips. i wasnt aware that such a popular fast food chain like this would neglect the wellbeing of its customers to such an extreme extent; are you trying to poison us? i am also appaled that a small child next to me was loudly burping all through my meal, and the workers didnt do anything to prioritise the other customers eardrum health. as well as this, i am appaled by the square shape of the fillet o fish. to add, bugs were ruthlessly invading the resturant; i noticed not one but two dead flies during my meal. i also was horrified to witness a hair on the inside of my drink. to conclude, the mouldy chips and workers lack of understanding towards the customers, paired with the sheer lack of hygine means i will certainly not visit here again.

wasn't sure how else to leave this feedback other than here, but today my friend lost her phone. we looked everywhere but knew we'd lost it here. all of the staff that we spoke to were incredibly helpful!!! a special thanks to jess, the security man who we didn't get a chance to get the name of, and rachel (who bless her soul rummaged through the bin to find the phone at the bottom!) thankyou for fixing a very stressful evening, hope both sides of your pillows are cold❤️

Food always takes ages to be prepared. Long waits average food. Is this still considered fast food? Or just a resteraunt?

Not impressed, there is always food missing from these orders, this time i had a big mac missing, so one person was left with no food, just eats answer we are very sorry cannot offer refund on missing item. Will not be ordering again from here as this is happening way too often.

I ordered my food at half 7pm and it turned up and half past 8pm as the delivery guy told me that the workers Prioritised instore orders instead of delivery. I have worked in fast food since I left school so for a few years now. And its never been the case we always made sure that the delivery was done before others. Granted it may have been busy but really this isn't an excuse. The food then turned up basically stone cold and I live about ten minutes from the town centre and the driver made it from town to mine in just over five minutes

I ordered 5 mini Mc Flurries but I only received 4 mini Mc Flurries

McDonald's Telford have not packed all the food ordered...how hard can it be to read an order and pack everything??

Our office regularly orders from this McDonalds and often items are missing. These things happen and usually UberEats just refunds us when this happens. However, today we have ordered breakfast and three of our sic drinks are missing. UberEats say they can't refund or replace the items due to their Refund Policy. When I asked for a copy of this, they said they can't give that to me? So McDonalds/UberEats have taken my money and not given the items purchased, which is theft, so we will no longer be ordering again!

Food was cold meaning chips were soggy and not pleasant to eat. vanilla milkshake has chocolate milkshakes mixed in. Delivery driver came to house and then reported to my daughter food was not for us. i then had to go out to driver who had drove off round the corner. After 10 minutes and proving my order food was finally handed over. Very disappointed children.

I ordered 25 pounds worth of food and received a single medium meal worth 7.69, no response from restaurant and losing majority of my money paid as won't get full refund from just eat, absolutely shocking on all fronts.

Well my food didn't even turn up! I could see the driver on the map trying to find the right house as the numbers are tricky. however he delivered it to completely the wrong address! I was stood at the door wondering why the driver was sitting around the corner and not moving to suddenly see my order change to delivered 😭 Now I have to wait for a refund and order again 😑 or I think I will give up and go to bed, disappointed in your driver Just Eat.

Accidentally ordered to the wrong address and I rang just eat where they confirmed that they had changed my address. The driver still goes to the wrong address and the refuses to deliver to my current address. Very unhappy as have waited ages

I ordered a large double big Mac meal with a large chocolate milkshake, and a medium Big Mac meal with a medium chocolate milkshake, but failed to receive either milkshake. Upon questioning the delivery driver about this, we were told that the milkshake machine at McDonalds was broken, but we doubt that, as it clearly showed the milkshakes on the order receipt that was stapled to the bag.

Everytime I order chicken select McDonald's NEVER put the sauces in the bag! This is an issue with the restaurant not the driver. The driver was 15 minutes earlier than expected and was very pleasant and polite.

The staff are polite, but about 1/2 of the time they missed something in the order. They even cannot give me back a missing BigMac from delivery even I visited their restaurant immediately, ridiculous. You have to remember check your order before leaving and don’t use their delivery service.
