While I realise it’s an estimated time for delivery, being over 90 minutes late it ridiculous. We had our food delivered after 11 o’clock when we ordered it at 9:10pm.

Didn’t get food, driver rang me as couldn’t find me, asked for code to leave at the door so I could get it come down no food there and driver gone.

Order missing loads!!! No fries with any meals, missing chicken from share box!! No dips. And McFlurry melted and half full!!

Waited by till for an hour on 14th may around 5pm to sort an issue. Seems like delivery is obviously a priority in this store. Ordered food and refused to give me my order and wanted me to pay twice for food I had ordered. Said I ordered to wrong place even though I had proof of receipt. Wouldn't even listen to explanation of what happened and didn't even smile. Really awful service. Been going here as a local for years. Definitely need to sack the lot of them and replace the team if they are leaving customers ignored and making sure their delivery guys get their free drinks and orders fast. Absolute joke. Redhead manager was the one who couldn't sort it out. Looked at us like it was a scam and I've already eaten it. Horrible service. Employ proper employees who can provide satisfying service

I had been waiting ages for two drinks due to the busy atmosphere but I believe she said her name was lynn? Came over and asked what I was waiting for and brought them to me like an angel. Amber at the counter seemed lovely too so all in all, great customer service.

yet again you forgot half our order! I mean how hard is it to put food into a bag?! its nit rocket science. either hire staff who can manage to read and pack a bag or stop offering the service.

I krderd 2 breakfast wraps and 2 breakfast rolls and i recieved a mcflurry 2 drinks and cucumber sticks!

In total shock this evening. It’s very rare I get shocked by the service from McDonald’s, I received SAUCE! STRAWS an added extra straw even NAPKINS guys But wait this one had me almost on the floor, my chips came fresh and hot!… there’s more it’s seems like McDonald’s also don’t like to disappoint though, got to keep up the rep I suppose! My Big Mac and husbands quarter pounder was stone cold! Guessing we can’t have it all.

Really disappointed with this McDonald's. Even though it was practically empty when we arrived, it still took ages to get our food. On top of that, the restaurant is tucked away in a locked-off section where you need a car park ticket just to access it — and they won't even validate or stamp your parking! So you're forced to pay just for the "privilege" of getting a McDonald's. Honestly, it's not worth the hassle. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you’re after a quick and easy meal.

order correct and warm, delivery man polite and friendly and arrived at earlier then estimate which was appreciated as ordered for asap and felt like it was much quicker then other times I've ordered

food came, both chips were half empty and solid/freezing cold asif they were cooked hours ago,drinks were also near enough half empty, burgers were burnt and squashed.

On the two burgers with no egg you didn’t add bacon it was just 4 sausage

what's going on with the happy meals having an autistic child despicable me 4 toys went ages ago meant to be Minecraft last 3 times was masked singer now despicable me 4 again are McDonald's trying to get rid of there old stock or something very unhappy children

only thing is my baby's happy meals one book one toy but was meant to be mine craft movie but got 2 toys for the masked singer ? proper confused and they put one small fries which should of been in the feed the family of 4 meal in one of the happy meals and put the apple slices separately but nice and warm delicious and everything is there once sorting it all out lol
