After having food delivered from here several times now and enjoying it every single time I thought I’d come to write a review. I’m surprised by some of the bad reviews as I’ve never had a problem. They always get my orders spot on, exactly how I asked for it. The prices are fair, delivery always within the hour. After placing my order today I thought to myself that I should have ordered some chocolate cake!! I couldn’t believe it when I saw a free slice of chocolate cake In the bag!! Happy days! Thanks

Best kebab bye fare i have the chicken shish kebab with chips is so good every time always consistent would highly recommend if in area great staff great prices great serves friendly staff what more could one need and the milkshakes are amazing.

I will start off saying about the chicken DO NOT BUY IT. Really sad we wasted money on their 'fried' chicken. It was like biting through bricks on the top and then mush in the middle and the chicken itself was okay but oh my, the mush. Whatever they use to glue their batter onto the chicken. It was like paste. Will NEVER order chicken from there again. The prices are abit much for their quality of food but maybe they feel they can up their price as there is not alot to choose from around Newport. The service is quick. The fillet burgers aren't the best but they will do. Doner meat is nice but after opening your box/tray it goes cold within 1.05 seconds! The hot wings - the batter is so thick.. unnecessarily thick. Will not be getting again. When we first started ordering from here it genuinely made us feel sick. Like poorly. But I think they closed down and re opened so I think they've sorted themselves out abit. It's alright, just not that great... It'll do.

Hamza is a very lovely boy and he had amazing service i would go back just for him but the rest i was not pleased with

Been eating from here for the best part of 30 years. The only place in Newport to get a kebab from. Fast, friendly service and delivery is always speedy.

I'm really sad to have to write this review as the food is so nice here....my daughter who is deaf and wears hearing aids has just been into this kebab shop for her weekend treat. The staff were so rude to her...mocked her for her disability. I'm appalled. I will NEVER go into this kebab shop again. This is disgusting and discriminate behaviour. So so sad.

Why say you are open till 11pm and when pull up at 9.50pm and is closed not the 1st time this has happened

my kebab was indeed very spectacular however the french fries were not tasty at all, they tasted like water.

Ordered a meal that I’d been waiting for all day. They didn’t deliver & closed but took the money.

Bought 2 small Doner Kebabs, paid £12, The kebab meat was unedible, I would not even feed it to the dog, got a plate full of scrap ends. Which ended up in bin, Lesson learnt, won't be going back there again.

Ordered a mixed kebab and a vegetarian pizza for our tea tonight whilst staying near by in a holiday park. The food was to a good standard, donner meat was really great compared to a lot of takeaways these days and the pizza was also really good.

Very good. Pizza and burger is very nice. Cheesy chips were aldo very tasty. You also get a free pizza if you order a large pizza. Overall, enjoyed the food!

I have add good kebabs from them but I have add a couple of not so nice kebabs . My advice always keep it fresh and then you'd get 5 star's from me not 3

Great place for pizza in Newport especially with but one get a smaller one free offer. We had burger and chips and it was lovely.

Loverly kebab meat 🍖 and meats on mixed kebab are quality too. Good value given the portion you get.

Been a long time customer and had a lot of issues over the years, new woman that works there is vile, she’s rude, arrogant, disrespectful and just downright horrible! Food often undercooked or burnt to a crisp, often receive days old chips. On my last visit my family was violently sick so we will never be returning and I wish to warn everyone to stay away from this place. I don’t know what’s worse the dad when they had cockroaches or the son who is now in charge with his awful staff who don’t know how to cool food correctly! This place needs shutting down permanently at least taken from this family. Would 0 stars if I could!

Always great food and welcoming staff

We have been a regular customer for years but the last few times we have had food delivered we have had problems cold food missing food long waits so today we decided to try one last time we ordered online and had a collect time off 7.15 when we arrived we were told to wait in the car and they would bring it out half hour latter and after watching lots off people just walk in order and come out I went back in half our order was just sitting on the counter going cold while they could not find the pizza no communication to let me know what was happening until the lady muttered something to the girl and she went to start making to pizza other food still on counter going cold only when I complained did they just put it on the tins off meat a hour after ordering food was given to me got home and it was luke warm will not be using again

Only giving one star as can't give zero! Ordered for the family and was half hour late. Some of the meat in my mixed kebab was way too salty, pitta was stale and it was swimming in grease. Definitely won't be having anything from here again.

Visit Rajas instead. Kebabs overcooked, very charred and chewy. Chips were nice but the meat was terrible. Overseasoned chicken, burnt steak and chewy lamb. Go elsewhere. Awful.

Kebabs are great, when ordering for home delivery beware, their timing can be slightly hit and miss and although website claims free delivery this is not the case.

Poor service! Chips unsalty, they didn't put any sauce in the burger not been asked any of these questions by staff. Almost the worst experience we ever had.

Staff always friendly helpful and efficient. I believe listed on Just eat. My son's favourite takeaway place in Newport Shropshire. If staying within vicinity delivery is free above minimum spend.

Very Poor Delivery Service After It Being 2 Hours Late And The Food Being Completley Stone Cold They Refused A Refund Also Will Never Deliver To Me Again Because I Complained.

Newport Kebab house offers a lovely range of fresh kebabs, pizzas and all your favourite treats. My personal favourite is the shisk kebab with a little bit of mayo and lemon. The staff are always helpful and will recommend you something if not sure.

Have used this kebab shop for many years. Always very good food and service. Has a good reliable local delivery service too.

No ha sido hasta este para llevar ya es mala crítica y el informe de higiene de los alimentos. Llegamos esta noche y era tranquilo y el kebab que tuve fue horrible. Conseguimos casa y parecía que lo llevaba días con al menos 2 niveles de kebab cocinado. Lo tiró lejos como era incomible y como vivimos a 6 millas estaba demasiado lejos para llevar y quejarse. Le dan a este lugar una amplia nacimiento asco Extraño no hay clasificación de higiene de los alimentos en la ventana. Simplemente nos registramos en el sitio Web de shropshire y no sorprende que no han conseguido una pegatina con comida, ya que una clasificación 1 resultado. Este lugar necesita cerrar antes de que alguien consiga enfermo. He dicho suficiente nunca más.
