food was terrible, hardly any meat no salad!

large kebab wasn't even what I'd call a small asked for salad and mayo got a few slices of lettuce .sausage missing from meal also, poor service today for the price of the order.

Was amazing start to finish. Everything tasted perfect. Very happy.

Ordered 2 Pizzas,Both tasted Odd,both had Pineapple on them,The Pineapple tasted like soap,no other way to explain it and was clearly off.I contacted justeat who won't refund me based on the way something tastes?Even if it's off.Ive Ordered from here for ages now and never had an issue but won't be ordering again after this,literally money just gone in the bin

Food was great but the young lady who works in there should keep her opinions to herself so as I was ordering my food a man came in who said he had just been kicked out and has become homeless and asked her if they had a spare few chips or a small cone the lady responded no we can't do that so I offered to pay for his food As I walked out the chippy she saidd really loud and in a sarcastic voice " I ain't fooled by that as many walk in saying there homeless " and then started slating the man off as I was walking out this member of staff made me feel like a right mug and had an attitude to be honest it's not the first time her attitude stinks the way she slag of customers as they walk out the door this lady was yound with dark hair and very skinny there are actual homeless people out there but there was no need for the way u responded

I have been coming to this chippy since the 1980s, and it has always been our first choice for fish and chips in the area. Really, nice, pizza and kebabs .And friendly staff. Located on Sutton Hill Estate. But lots of people from the wider area use this chippy. Definitely, a good ,reliable place .Good prices and you can pay by card

Nothing about this order was anywhere near fresh. Looked horrid and tasted how it looked

Waste of money, Dry well Overcooked dark crunchy chips that tasted stale/ reheated couldn’t even bite into majority of them, had to be thrown

Ordered 2 pizza both came all upside down and a mess,looks as though they have been thrown around. Disappointing as usually the food is spot on.

pizza's are yummy, the curry sauce is so tasty nice and thick, the battered chips are lovely too :-D

First time ordering from Stanwyck and very impressed by the quality. Nice healthy selection of salad in the kebab, maybe cabbage would be good (lettuce a bit soggy). Will be ordering from here again.

Chips were black and horrible the chicken had been deep fat fried that long is was burnt and and really dry I could t even eat it. Sausage and fish were fine though

Both kababs were cold. We had to warm it up in the microwave to which them wrecked the food. You expect it to be hot

Lovely food as always,They sent the wrong pizza so I called them,they apologised and said they would send another one,it was there within half an hour.

Food was sublime, kabab was loaded really good value for money good size portions they read my notes arrived pipping hot and onetime forgot mayo on the kabab though but who really cares we have it in the fridge and the fish was divine could tell they clean there oil the batter was clean and crispy highly recommend

Big portions and please don't ever change the garlic pizza that's the best of the order

The food was barely warm on arrival the meal was for 3 of us and none of us enjoyed it at all very disappointing compared to when we have had from here on a few occasions

Can't fault these guys, on time and fresh, forgot one item but it was promptly bought to us with no hassle, good value for money, battered burgers are a must! 👌

Good food and great service. Just atmosphere isn't the best as there is chavvy youths loitering around the place and in cars playing stupidly loud music

Curry sauce was missing and the portion of chips was very small for a “large”

Meal didn’t even turn up! Called up for them to say it got sent to a different address and couldn’t send another meal out for my family and refused to even refund me even though the lady they delivered it to called up to say it wasn’t their order.. so basically left them with my food order although they got told it wasn’t their order. Place I ordered from had nothing good to say other than take it up with just eat Disgusting!!

Both pizzas were ruined in transit. The whole top of the pizzas were off at the side of the box. Making it inedible

Order was an hour early which was perfect as we was hungry. Food was lovely and service great too as we was phoned to ask if we'd like it early

Food ordered an hour and a half ago. Rang restaurant and was told driver delivered to wrong address. Delivery driver not answering his phone. Called restaurant again for an update. Then getting questioned if the food definitely didn’t arrive 😂…longest waiting time for a chippy I’ve ever had. What a joke.delivery address is on your system and you still mess up

Stanwyks normally provide good quality food- today though was the worst quality chips that we have ever had- EVER! they seemed like they were reheated, with lots of hard bits and not nice. The mince beef and onion pie was hard and cold on delivery- I had to reheat it. Kebab was luke warm, again seemed like reheated food. on todays delivery would not recommend Stanwycks.

By 15 mins due to lot of orders according to delivery driver.

The order was incorrect but didn't get a refund for missing items.

Food is great only downside now is the replacement boxes there horrible doesn't keep food hot I'm not sure about anyone else but I thought they had a strange smell to them kinda put me off I would prefer it just wrapped in the paper with the parchment 🙄

Was a big order everything was nice hot and tasty and arrived earlier than time stated only down fall was missing 1 can of pop but I ordered a big bottle so didn’t really make a difference definitely worth an order!

I think I got the wrong order because I ordered a 12inch and got 2 ten inches.

Food was cold and didn't come with all the meats on the mix kebab

some of the kebab meat had red marks on it so i didnt eat those bits also i got lots of mayonnaise instead of chilly sauce which i had to scape of. first time ive been disappointed food is usually superb

Food was lovely and arrived hot and on time. One point I did order 2 x Coca Cola, but only received the one ?

They made a mistake on my order then when I phoned the woman thought I was making an order even though I was clearly describing what happened. Then the second woman said she’ll only make new food and can’t give a refund if not paid by card. I ordered a chips and scallop. Waited at least 5 minutes while other orders were done and know I had the last scallop so I wasn’t wanting to wait around for another to be cooked. To then go home again.

I do not recommend the buy a large chips as I brought some ibhad barley any chips and was like a small medium bag

Kebab was fine although only got salad on one, unfortunately the chips were inedible as were totally undercooked. Normally have no complaints but disappointed today.

Good food as always,delivery is always very good.

The Chips were covered in grease and were as white as a ghost didn’t look or taste very nice at all.. sausages were ok partner wasn’t keen on the kebab as salad didn’t taste fresh. This is our usual go to chippy but this isn’t the first time and from now on will be finding else where to order from

We were very disappointed. We ordered the same meal as last week. It was cold and soggy. Last week's meal was hot and crispy. Perhaps they have a different fryer on a Tuesday to a Wednesday.

Been ordering from here for years but just lately the chips are dripping in oil and taste weird .

There was thingsmissing and it was cold a big fish cut in half on two lunch boxs no sauce on one and it was cold

Food was very greasy and no salt and vinegar on any of food wasn’t impressed

Kebab meat was dripping in oil went everywhere which was off putting and one of the meats on pizza didn’t taste right…

Everytime I eat here there’s something missing or wrong.. last order I had a half a pot of curry sauce half an eaten chicken nugget.. the drink was 2 hours late and I got no apology. A few times before this drinks and sauces have been missing or food is cold.. I love the food so it’s a shame!! Please sort it out or apologise for your mistakes!

Walked here tonight for our tee. I orderd the lunch box.. mini fish sausage chips and curry sauce... walked home to realise they hadnt put any curry sauce on. So i rang up. The lady was quite rude. Saying well you seen how busy we was... They said they would bring the curry sauce and i did ask if it would be now or with the next order. They said right away... so i waited 30 mins (the chip shop is on the same estate i live. Hence why i walked there) later someone turned up with curry sauce. I told him. No good now my dinners cold. Experience and attitude from staff was terrible .. Mine and the staff advuce is. If you want proper service. Go when its not busy 🤣

Really disappointing they appear to have halved the portion sizes. Kebabs nowhere near as good as they used to be :(

Excellent food, chips were lush as always. But I did have to go back and get my chips as they forgot them, but definitely worth the wait. Definitely my go to place.
