My hole order is missing i got the wrong stuff

Went there and ordered zinger chicken burger and chips. Went to add on some drinks after ordering and they said drinks is less than 5£ and there is a limit for the machine of 5£! So you cannot order drinks! The burger was one of the worst burgers ever. Same taste as the one you buy frozen from the super market. The chips were oil flooding and taste like oil. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

This place is amazing I’ve enjoyed my stay here the staff are amazing the wonderful blonde girl called Chan was very cheerful and Tyler was amazing too he was very funny and made people laugh and there was amazing manager too called angelika thank you for amazing stay for lunch here will deffo be returning hoping to see you guys soon

Went with family to this chip shop.orderd food 51pounds.had to wait 40 mins and when it came fish wasn't cooked properly.gravey like water.floor slippy.table dirty would not be going back there again.gone right down hill .save your hard earned money and go over the road.much better and cleaner.

Worst fish and chips ever had. Re-heated chips. Soggy fish. No heating on Couldn't even get the order right. Ignored as leaving.

nicest chip shop cheeseburger I've ever had, had a chargrilled flavour, it was delicious. husbands fish was lovely light batter and mot dripping in grease.. best local chip shop by far.

lazy driver. couldn't be bothered to deliver my Mrs had to collect from carpark in the frost after I gave him tip. don't ever send him here again

Lovely food and staff. Huge portions. Well worth the money.

Ordered chicken burger and chips which was written on the box but no chips, asked for lettuce on a kebab wrap and was sent with cucumber and no sauce. Unfortunately don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

What kind of kebab is that? It doesn't really taste like the kebab. You have to come to Germany and you'll get a real kebab The fish tastes absolutely amazing Lg

Waited for a hour for them to start preparing the order. Ridiculous amount of time for ‘fast food’. Especially a chippy where everything is deep fried therefore takes several minutes at most to cook. We always give benefit of the doubt as it’s our local chippy and find it a shame to leave a bad review. The quality of the food is often hit and miss - sometimes it’s great, other times it’s stale and chips taste old. However what is consistent is each time, without fail, there’s items missing.

Dry fish batter was dark food was freezing

the staff are rude !! no customer service at all. i’ve seen the way they treat the staff is unbelievable. they need shutting down.

More salad would have really been great as was a very small amount but other than that was fabulous value for money

We have eaten from here before and the food was ok but didn't get the chance this time. Ordered,paid, sat waiting looked at the app and it said delivered which as we were still waiting I found a little strange I phoned the chippy and their attitude was well as far as we are concerned it's showing as delivered so we can't do anything about it we eventually got money back but will not be using them again very poor service

Absolutely 10/10 very friendly staff food was amazing. The decorations in here are worth a trip on their own. I would 1000% recommend

ordered fish and chips and estimated time was within 30 minutes. however 90 minutes later the meal arrived. fish batter had gone soggy and chips were cold.

I enjoyed the food and was nice and hot, I had the option for a free item on my order but it disappeared at the just eat payment page so I wrote a note about it on the order and a very friendly lady from the chip shop phoned me back and asked what free item I’d like,great service will definitely be ordering again

sausage missing from order again and chips were rock hard

The food was lukewarm and the drinks ordered weren’t delivered. When I queried it with the delivery driver all he could say was he wasn’t given them and to take it up with Just eat.

Forgot to give me the sausage i ordered, but cant fault the quality or delivery.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The shop was spotlessly clean and the fish, chips and mushy peas were absolutely delicious! 10/10 👍

Had fish and chips tonight was enough to feed 2! Fast service lovely food the manager is amazing had a lovely meal will be coming back very soon!

The chips were lovely and perfectly seasoned, and the sauces were great. However, the fish was slimy and not fully cooked. We went back and stated this, however they continued to insist that it was cooked. We ended up throwing the fish away. If you go, I would suggest just getting the chips.

Amazing they have high chairs for younger children the staff were really attentative to my child which i love and even gave her some sweets.

Favourite chip shop for miles around! Always lovely and fresh, not greasy and the portions are huge. Lovely to sit outside on the balcony on a sunny day overlooking the river. Staff are always very friendly too.

Went on a little flat walk and stopped by for some lunch. Layla and Chantelle were our servers and honestly couldn’t have had a better experience with them! They were funny, kind and a great team. They allowed us to try the battered chips and they are definitely worth a try. Will be 100% visiting again due to them. Thankyou both 🤍

Gave this place a second chance, and regret ot deeply, once again rude management, two rude foreign lady's, bullying and belittling the staff, the food was OK but awful for how much I paid and how long I waited, honestley the owner needs to sort there managers put cause it's clear by the size of them that they spend all day eating the food, maybe that's why I had to wait so long

Do not get food delivered from here. We waited 3 hours this evening and when it finally arrived after we chased it up it was stone cold. Diabolical service

Put order in with the restaurant at 6.30pm and then our order time got pushed back twice to then not have pur order come at all we even tryed ringing the restaurant 4 times and just kept saying phone line was engaged. I'm not happy and they don't even deserve a 1 star

Me and my business partner visited Ironbridge for a lovely evening unfortunately a incident arrised whilst we was having our visit from Liverpool what is believed to be a short chubby lady that works behind the counter grab and strangle a customer outside the front of the fish and chips shop I have officially reported this to trading standards and also a report to local authorities I was asked by the younger slimmer blonde lady behind the counter not to leave a review because of this so I had to bring myself to scan the review QR code they have on display on the trade counter. As for the food the chips so so but also undercooked and gravy was like water from the river 🌊

Great all round and quick too. First time order here, will definitely order again.

Ordered fries chicken that was pink when I’m pregnant smothered the Donnor meat in sauce when I asked for a small amount in notes rang the restaurant for a refund or food to be sorted to be told to call back ten minutes later so the woman could speak to management and now they are ignoring the phone and refusing to sort the problem

The chips were cold and no salt or vinegar were added, as per instructions. The gravy was watery and not up to it usual standard. Very disappointing as I often use the takeaway

Came here expecting your normal English fish and chips but our order took 25 mins to get ready. Fish was oily and wet. Chips were mushy. The burger was made without gloves on.

Still really fantastic fish and chips!!! Despite the change of ownership... however the sides of mayonnaise ( 20p per tub ) was totally inedible... tasted like wallpaper paste... sides of ketchup ( also 20p per tub ) was also inedible watered down so badly 😢 we will visit again for the delicious food- but we'll bring our own ketchup and mayo... service was friendly and helpful and fantastic.

Although it’s not a huge vegetarian variety, the curry sauce more than makes up for it. Plus the staff are all very friendly

Ten minutes waiting to order so left without food

Talk about slow service, I was 16 stone when I went in and 12 by the time I got my food.

Ate in the dining area for lunch. Had the lunch meal deal with pie, chips, and curry sauce (could have had gravy or peas) for £6.50 and a mug of tea. (£2.40!) Great service but the cheese and onion pie was pretty poor. Mostly pastry with a thin scrape of filling. Chips and sauce were good though.

Really nice balcony to sit out in sunshine, food ok, would just avoid the chips which were old/dry and really not pleasant unfortunately which was a real shame.

Fast delivery easy to order great price and absolutely delicious. An excellent service all round.

Stopped for a quick dinner. Asked for 1/4 chicken and told there wasn’t any. Asked for tea, told there was no milk. Opted for chicken burger and chips. Burger cooked in batter and tasteless. Chips were very, very greasy. Added salt and some dubious looking ketchup which gave them a bit of taste. Wouldn’t go back.

I ordered two cans of diet coke and you sent Dr Pepper. Also it's the second time the food has turned up barely warm. Chips cold and kebab meat warmish. Second time this has happened.

Loved seeing the people coming in early doors for sit down. Used here for take away and sit in. Ffiid always piping hot.

We go every week, food is lovely. But for us, what really makes the whole experience fab, is the staff in particular Chantelle and Tyler, always make us feel welcome, no matter how busy they are, thank you 🙏❤

Visited Ironbridge which was beautiful and thought I would stay for a bite to eat with my disabled uncle. The chip shop adjacent to bridge looked good so popped in. I was met by a very enthusiastic member of staff , Tyler who recommended one of their specials: pie, chips and curry sauce. Tyler was adamant I had to tell him what I thought which I did, sensational. Angelica checked on us and asked if we were enjoying our meal which we were. Thank you all for looking after us.

Put my order in for a mate and myself, i stood back with other people and i waited 45 minutes until my order was ready ( i did order a value box for myself that should contained fish and sausage and chips the guy shouted my order and i had noticed he hadnt put sausage in the box, he said busy day. Im afraid it doesnt wash with me, queue of around 12 people and watching the six or seven members of staff that not one of them knew what they were doing, total shambles. I got my food eventually and did raise my voice saying " what a palava, total dis organised " I will NEVER RETURN HERE

Left out food. Refused to acknowledge that the food had been left out as could hear them arguing in the background saying 3 people had done it. Totally unprofessional. I had to give my child my dinner and they wanted me to go and collect. Said I could have the same food next time I order. Won’t be a next time.

We visited today for a bite to eat while we were in Ironbridge for our daughter’s birthday. The lady who served us was so lovely and welcoming, she noticed the birthday girl’s badge and wished her happy birthday. The food came out quickly, it was all very nice, and we were pleasantly surprised by the price of it too. Once we’d sat out on the balcony for our food, the staff member who served us came back out with a drink and lollipop each for the children, as a special treat. It was really thoughtful of the staff to go the extra mile. We will definitely be back!
