Very disappointing, never an issue even when late but everything was cold and could not eat the pizza, rock hard, had to microwave it so taste was not the same, last week was amazing. Stop sending delivery drivers with multiple orders

Never arrived no one to call went straight to messaging system

Pizza was dreadful, ordered Double pepperoni and cheese with anchovies and pinapple. No anchovies made it to the pizza and the pinapple was chopped so small it was like finding a diamond in the Sahara

Food was nice 8/10, delivery took over an hour on a Monday and chips were luke warm and some slightly undercooked but still edible.. But it was a late night order, so it's understandable. Other than that everything else was really nice and delicious, good value for money with just eat discounts. Would definitely order from here again. Thanks

Ordered an animal burger and chips and other bits. Ordered more than ten times in 4 months. Every single time the food has been excellent. Good service and friendly people. Probably the best burger joint in Telford . Keep it up.

was just a little disappointed with the portion of the donner meat. considering it was £9.99 for it the box was barely half full and that was mostly chips. when prices went doesn't mean that portion sizes get smaller

Food is definitely a 10/10. First time ordering from here. The animal fries are delicious and full of flavour and there is a large portion. The mixed kebab box was filled to the brim… Peri peri wings were also delicious, covered in spicy seasoning which adds great flavour. Staff were very accommodating when amending our order. Last time we tasted a kebab this nice as when we were in Türkiye! Recommend to any locals, think we’ve found our new favourite takeout. Try it, u won’t be disappointed!

I will not be ordering from here on principle because despite a big notice on my front door and letter box saying 'No junk mail, no leaflets, no menus', they insist on delivering me menus!!!

Cheese naan was missing from the order.

Burger was greasy, poor quality ingredients, very soggy. Loaded fries were bland and missing some toppings. Everything tasted the same, like a fryer that hasn't been cleaned recently. The delivery charge and service charge were also extortionate.

The two kebabs we ordered were not nice & was so disappointing when they arrived due to the size of the meal, the chips were hard & the chicken was so tiny & looked like it had been blended, not great taste & overall not a pleasant experience & I definitely wouldn’t order or eat anything from sizzlers again

Was late so called them asking where it was and they said he'd left a while ago and should be delivered by now- nope. I asked for salad - no salad. Food was cold by the time it finally arrived 20 minutes late and 40 minutes from getting the notification saying it was on its way. gutted.

Ordered food, got the out for delivery notification, food arrives 40 minutes late, stone cold and missing an item. Called the restaurant who admits sending the drivers on 3+ deliveries at the same time. Was rudely told to take it up with just eat to get a refund. Never again. Useless.

We always order with sizzlers fantastic food good quality food. One item was missing this time I rang the restaurant and without fault they sent the missing item it did take Half an hour to come but they rectified the issue which many places wouldn’t have. Great customer service. Unfortunate that it was missed but top quality customer service for dealing with it and making it ok.

Delivered hot, another random takeaway. Working away, did not disappoint. Tasty, great quality will order next time im back down here.

They got the order completely wrong n then I called them to ask for a refund or if they could replace it with what I actually ordered and the staff where so rude n said to sort it out with just eat bcs the restaurant can’t apparently help me but just eat said they can’t help me and im getting nowhere with this because nobody is listening. This is the worst restaurant u could possibly order from. the just eat supervisor who spoke to me was so nice. I hope sending this will help speed it the process

It’s such a shame that a restaurant has started to care more about the money than the quality&making sure food is fully cooked before sending out. I waited for over 2hours for delivery after they delivered to wrong address so when I did eventually get my food it was warm,very very uncooked I really can’t be bothered to argue with the restaurant anymore they just don’t care keep my money means more to you than it does me! But I can assure you I won’t be ordering again others will soon follow

The food was freezing cold, ended up straight in the bin. Its gone midnight and i cant wait for another delivery, waste of £20.... Not a happy customer.... Drinks were cold i suppose, I think the kebab kept them cold.

We do not usually do reviews BUT... This place is amazing, we buy 4-5 times a week and we always get what we ask for as our order is very specific.
