Donnington mcdonald's still the best in telford in terms of staff, atmosphere and service

They will make you order and let her tell you it’s not available so you have to wait 30 minutes before he gets ready, almost all the time

Fries and burger cold. Prob the most disappointing meal I have ever had at McD’s ever. Hoping for a return to the usual when I go next.

Even though the food was edible the facilities were totally disgusting. First of all pulled up, being a blue badge holder I couldn’t park in the disabled not because they were full with cars but delivery trollers, I mean come on wtf? Secondly, the toilets were disgusting. Enough staff milling around behind the counter, one of you could at least attend to the toilets.

Those kids from there are useless every time i went the drive thru every time was missing food nuggets from happy meal, i paid for triple cheseburger they gave me double cheseburger. Kids if you dont want to work do not mess arround with peoples food. Shame on you mcdonalds for not training staff accordennly with your prestigious name. I will avoid mcdonalds every time i can.

Regular issues with this McDonald’s sadly, orders often wrong both in the restaurant and when ordering for delivery or at the drive through. How difficult can it be to put sauces in the bag or the right number of fries ordered? Customer service regularly poor. Today was an absolute farce. Restaurant empty at 5am ish, ordered on the self serve machine, paid, only to be told the menu had just changed to breakfast and they were not prepared to fulfil the order. On duty manager unable to take responsibility, happy to blame the ‘system’. Why she couldn’t have asked her staff to be aware of customers ordering at the self service kiosks to make them aware of the change over is beyond me. She was just argumentative and clearly out of her depth. Definitely not my favourite McDonald’s!

Inedible fries and restaurant a mess at 1145pm

Long wait for for , got home and my kids burger was missing and mine was the wrong one, they had no ice cream , shakes or dips, would not recommend

I was thinking of posting photos online of what is shown on menus compared to the burger you actually get. Nearly all the time the burger looks like it has been thrown into the box. This visit it actually looked like the menu! Neat tidy and put together with care. The burger was hot too. Arrived to table in exactly 6 minutes from ordering. Couldn't fault it for fast food

This place used to be OK the last 4 or 5 months it has been terrible takes for ever to get your food driving through and when you eventually get it it's stone cold or they park you up to wait even longer only 4 cars in front of me and a long wait and stone cold food disgusting service

Sausage and egg macmuffin meal. What could go wrong you ask, well I think I confused things by asking for brown sauce on the muffin.... they got the brown sauce right but no egg...... no egg.... this particular maccies I would like to bet is the worst in uk. 10% of orders they get right, we are usually surprised if the do get an order right.

I will never go to this place again, it is an absolute shambles. This is the second time I have had a drive through order messed up but this time nothing on the order was right. This place I rated one of the best Macdonalds in Telford 12 months or so ago but they seem to have lost the plot now. They seem to now put all their priority on Just Eat orders & don’t care about the drive through orders. MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO KEEP AWAY

The big selling point of McDonald's is that it's the same wherever you go and this is no exception. I like a McDonald's breakfast, I had a McDonald's breakfast and it was the same as a McDonald's breakfast I'd be served anywhere else. They absolutely delivered what I wanted and what I expected. It was early hours of the morning and the staff were friendly despite it being a very antisocial hour. I have no complaints.

Not the first time I’ve had a not so nice experience when using this particular McDonald’s. I waited 15 mins for someone to take my order through the drive thru. Nobody came so I had to go to the window & wait a further 10 mins for my order to be taken. When I eventually got my food it was cold & had items missing! The staff were very unhelpful & could barely crack a smile!!

Always check your order at the screen and at the collection window as they get it wrong evrytime!!

Frequently gets orders wrong on Drive Thru and deliveries. Never answers phone when you call to rectify. Food is often cold.

Quarter pounder meal, delivered table side quickly, lovely and quiet in the restaurant but the fries I'd been craving since yesterday were like boiled potatoes, I'm supposed they made it to the table.

Disgusting food chips are all cold burger cold too that pick up from drive thou never eat from McDonald's again should be shut done or reported to trading standard for selling cold food

Service was exceptional, I spilt me tea all over myself and my food by mistake they cleaned up the mess quickly and offered a new meal which was deeply appreciated considering I was already having a realy bad day.

I wouldn't bother ordering from there, 3 times in a row they forgot to include ANY sauce and there were other missing parts of the order.

Used the McDonalds at Muxton by the Shell garage. Food was as expected and hot. The IT system works very well, well done Capgemini.

I requested home delivery today.My daughter was waiting for the Happy Meal. The red box was not in the bag.The cheeseburger and the toy were missing.My daughter was disappointed and I got very angry.I drove to the store to complain.I received the missing things, but they were not nice and it was their fault!I had to drive and I paid for delivery! We ate there twice. Then when I took the order, the food was in a bag at the counter. I choose local consumption. They don't put it on a tray. I will not shop at this store again!

Don't send what's ordered for deliveries and no help in rectifying it. Lost just over £10. The workers need to do their job properly

Didn't even have any mcflurries again and had to wait behind a couple other cars for 25 minutes when it was really quite and the service was shocking and i didn't even get anything out of this

Annoyed, ordered a chicken nugget happy meal, only to get home and find a cheese burger one.... Young children don't understand and a melt down ensued!! .... used many times since and order accuracy has greatly improved.... our favourite Maccies in our locality (and we have 5 nearby).

Pretty standard McDonald's. Staff at this particular branch can be a bit unfriendly.

Always missing items from orders or incorrect items. Was left waiting in store trying to rectify a mistake not from my end. Ignored by staff as waiting and served a customer who walked in nearly 10 mins after me instantaneously as they knew who was behind the till. 1 star is not low enough for this poor excuse of a restaurant.

Ordered from McDonald’s today. 4 meals 2 big Mac’s with fries 1 chicken sandwich with fries 1 fillet of fish with fries. When my order come it come cold with 1 missing fries. 1 missing Big Mac 1 Big Mac with just bread NO MEAT? 2 chicken sandwiches ??? Completely incorrect this cost over £20..!! I called the store told them about the issue they said “there’s nothing we can do” There’s nothing they can do yet it was them and there staff that had got the order wrong! Absolutely appalling. They’re lazy. Slopping and do not care about people’s food. Or customer service!!! Donnington McDonald’s Telford is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to when it comes to service!! Absolutely disgraceful. My husband has now had to take the food back to McDonald’s and attempt to get them to change it. Which by the sounds of things they won’t !!! Disgusting wasted our time and money and still had to travel to McDonald’s despite paying for delivery so that we didn’t have to do this!!!!!! McDonald’s Definitely needs to check their management and staff!!! Disgusting.

Service can some times be slow and car park can be dirty

One of the tannoys on the drive thru is very quiet, and the other doesnt appear to be working. However, the staff are super helpful which made up for it.

Regularly get the order wrong. If you're having takeaway make sure that you check what's in your bag before you leave

Came here for the first time this morning, had some breakfast, about 2-3hours later me and my partner started to feel sick and stomach was really hurting, to the point where we was sick. I wouldn’t eat their breakfast or anything.

There’s a number of McDonald’s in the Telford area. I choose to use this one although it’s not the closest. That’s because they rarely if ever mess your order up and the food is normally hot 👍

Drive thorough, made sure not to drive off from the window until Checked the entire order (as there is every time something missing) and it was pooring rain and didn’t fancy running through it whilst my food went cold, god job I did as - as expected something was missing but the person best for this place today was that it was the cheese dip bites share box (the largest box, price and item on the order), plus the girl gave me a dirty look when I told her I was missing something, this is because I stayed at the window and this girl is not used to having to actually speak to customers who have reported a missing item, she probably gets to hide in the back every time it happens. But I guess the joke was on me, because when I opened up the box Double quarter pounder it was a double big Mac chicken?? So please be warned everyone that you’ll have to open up every box that you have to make sure you get the food that you want, None of these employees can be trusted to do the job, even after what you believe, is a trident tested check and see method. The woman who gave me a dirty look for pointing out, her mistake, should’ve given me two dirty looks because there were two mistakes! I beg you, please do something about the service!

Taken 30 minutes as a drive through loads kids talking no rush joke of a place worse mcds ever been ! Kids are there for a free pass as they are rude and slow !

Had to reorder the food at the drive through as they charged someone else for my order. No straws for our drinks or ketchup given with the nuggets, even though I was asked what dips I wanted. Asked for 3 plain cheese burgers, got given 3 plain hamburgers and the Chips were soft and soggy. This place is a disaster, there's always something wrong every time you make an order.

They forgot my cheeseburger and when I let them know, they blamed me for stealing. Absolute shame. I wouldn't return to McDonald's ever again. Even threatening me with checking the camera 😂 I was so shocked that I just left I didn't have time to deal with their bullying. I hope their manger see this.

Ordered via just in. Delivery time was 7.30pm to 7.50pm. At 21.15 message asking g to leave a review on how food was......never delivered. Worse restaurant ever. Live 2 minutes away. How can the restaurant and drivers get it so wrong. And this isn't the 1st time. Last time of ordering

If only I could gove no stars! I cannot express how angry i am this this chain. ALWAYS, not sometimes, but all the time there is something missing with our orders through delivery and the thing is you can even call them up for them to fix it because they never bloody answer the phone. Whether is 1 item like giving us fries but no burger or MULTIPLE items it's just ridiculous! We paid for it and we never get what we paid for! Unfortunately I cannot drive at the moment so delivery is my best option but what's the point when they never get it right. I have kids and someone always never gets their meal and ends up having to share because they never get our meals right. I've put in complaints but never had any reply. I honestly hate how awful it is telling your child they didn't get what wanted when everyone else got theirs.

They always deliver the worst food. When you go there sometimes the food is okay, but every single time I’ve had delivery it was an absolute disaster, missing products, missing sauces, missing cutlery, missing napkins, missing paid sauces and let’s not forget one of the worst never adding ice to your drink … plus all the items delivered are ice cold everytime.

Someone pissed in my coffee and one of the workers try to sell me marijuana and it didn’t even hit that hard, my local Starbucks can sell me harder crack than that.

Tried the McSpicy for the first time & can honestly say it was SPICY & lovely. I'd gone off McDonald's for abit after a couple of disappointing meals, but thought I'd give McSpicy ago. Made me have faith again in MaccyD's.

It's your typical McDonald's. Only 4 screens to order off which is a pain if busy. The restaurant is small. Screens for kids don't all work. Also same story burgers cold and milkshake was rubbish no flavour.

30mins waiting for a walkin takeaway order . There was only 3 people before myself when i ordered . By the time i got my order between 10 and 15 people had been served and gone . To top it all of got the food back home ( 5min drive ) to say the food was cold would be very accurate. Placed under heat lamp in the bag . Would not recommend this McDonald's at this moment in time

Recently this mcdonalds has gone downhill, orders are regularly wrong, young staff all stood about chatting rather than working, management need to step in and sort it out.
