I was served by a white gentleman with a beard. Very friendly and helpful, I’d ordered the wrong mayo and he changed it for me :). Seating area clean, staff very friendly, food really good. Would highly recommend

Can remember burger king in the states a few years ago..which were great ... so thought i would give it a try.. over priced Terrible nothing like pics... also no salad on burger dry meat patty that was just awful to eat. Never go back.

Food was cold, the bottle of coke was warmer than the food, Ordered a Blackcurrant Capri for my daughter received an orange one. One of the major fast food companies in the UK and received poor quality food, it's a shame because normally I would offer 4 or 5 stars 🙁

Ordered £40 pounds of food from Burger King , order accepted, delivered 2 chips and three drinks out the full order saying they’d ring out of burgers !!!! Order should have been declined , 1 hour later , 40 pound lighter and starving kids ! Shocking service

Cheese bites sent instead of onion rings, sauces missing when payed for them and no cheese on the burger when payed extra for it to be added.

Very quick service,its a really clean restaurant area,I don't usually sit in because fast food restaurants are usually unclean,dirty tables,floor ect,but this one is super clean,will enjoy coming again.

time kept changing and when it arrived the chips were soggy and not crispy and cold , the lettuce had gone soggy and brown ive never had a burger King like that before . The order needs to be done once courier arrives to guarantee the food os of a better quality when arriving very disappointed

It was the first time I've been to this Burger King in a while as I'm not local to the area, however the food was made relatively quickly with everything I ordered tasting good, the staff we're polite and the restaurant was clean. I would definitely come back if I was in this area again. The only thing I will mention is that they make you order your meal through the Kiosk Screen rather than at a till which personally wasn't an issue for me, however to some people that may be considered inconvenient or impersonal.

All freezing cold and dips missing that I payed for.

We did the drive through and a young lady called paige served us and what a delight so polite Macdonalds could learn a thing or two from this young lady. Service with a smile and a cheerful attitude. Well done young lady from the Coopers

I rang the restaurant and asked if they could send me the missing items to avoid waiting for refunds this justeat app is beyond a joke these days. The missing items were for a child i dont have transport to go to the branch, hence why we order online. The guy from the restaurant was not helpful at all, was rude, and none of it was our mistake! I tried to reason with him asked to speak to the manager he refused. This is the 3rd time this has happened now where i have spent a significant amount of money an not received what i ordered. Absolute shambles!!!!

Absolutely shocking, half the order missing. How is it so difficult to put the correct items in a bag? Paid £30 and got about £10 worth of it delivered.

This order was so disappointing... I didn't receive the Ben & Jerry's ice-cream that I paid over £6.00 for the food was very expensive which was Not reflected in the quality at all. The burger was pitiful in both size and taste... I called the restaurant to tell them about the missing ice cream and got an answer machine saying no one was available to to my call, so I left a polite message explaining with my contact details and no one got back to me. I will never order from Burger king again!

I ordered a cheese and bacon burger meal and onion rings I got the onion rings and the drink but no cheese and bacon meal

Wrong items, no sharer box no chicken burger, different drinks. Regular fries instead of topped ones. Rang store no answer. Think they've just filled the bag with everything and not told us they were missing items

Saw at least 3 rats whilst parked up on the ice rink car park eating my meal, noticed all your bin lids were open as the bins were so full so no wonder there were rats. I know it’s inevitable there will be rats around every restaurant due to food waste but surely having the bins wide open doesn’t help. Just wanted to make you aware. They’re living in the grass bank that separates the ice rink car park from the drive through, perhaps cutting back the bushes and grass would help a lot as it’s very overgrown.

Food was late, then got the wrong food anyway. Immensely disappointed.

Came here last night was quite busy. However the food was spot on, the service from James and Courtney was excellent. Would highly recommend this place.

Genuinely had the best service tonight, never had service like it before. Benjamin was such a nice guy, made sure I had everything I needed, chatted a little. Told him the same thing, shook his hand and said thank you as this sort of service is so unusual in this day and age. Food was good as always, bit pricey now though.

Ordered 17:30 delivered 19:30 This order took 2 hours to be delivered and when it finally was the food was barely warm. If there was a lack of drivers the restaurant should have called or cancelled the order. This is ridiculous and has put us off ordering from Burger King again

Tables and floor were full of left overs and not cleaned up quick enough for new diners entering. Looked all over for a clean table only for the floor to be wet through with spilled drink. Finally seated and ordered but was disappointed with the food only being luke warm. Not what you expect from £11 burgers.

Only got the burgers and fries no sides

Would give zero stars if possible. We spent £40 on a delivery and only received half the order,called multiple times to request our items just to go unanswered with only 45minutes before closing time. No answer and no burgers,just chips and drinks for £40 lol,absolute joke. Three times never got my money back and two off them wasn’t my fault

Ordered a mostly plain plant whopper but it came with vegan mayo. There is no option to remove vegan mayo from the plant whopper. They also sent the wrong drink. Please add the option to remove mayo from the plant whopper so I can order from here in the future.

We were recognised by male server who took our order from a visit a couple of weeks ago at the counter and he then informed us to sit down and he would carry it to us

First of all, I went through the takeaway so can't comment on the atmosphere but it was great in my car ! The food was hot, quick and very tasty. The staff were very welcoming and cheerful even though they were busy. What else can I say other than 100% better than 'that other fast food burger chain'

The staff here are friendly, and the food is good too. My only small issue is the speed of service can be slow, no fault of the staff, just can get busy and unable to handle the many orders being thrown at them at a time.

Had high hopes but the quality was shockingly bad, for a huge brand claiming to have the best burgers they were awful low quality smushie meat, honestly I'd rather McDonald's burger meat atleast it tastes meaty and individually tasting, won't be going again, probably high time BK hang its hat far too much competition out doing them.

Just said waiting for a driver for a really long time when initially said would be delivered between 30-40 minutes. Turned up an hour and half later.

The burgers were just ok, nothing special, not very tasty, toppings poor, just very bland. Disappointed, especially with the cost.

Clean, quick service, food was OK, my daughter got the double bacon cheeseburger that looked nothing like was advertised on the board. The bacon on the board looked cooked on the grill, but the bacon she received was lucky to have seen a microwave. Poor. Kids mouthing off, foul language, yet even though there were young children in there they didn't seem to want to tell them to stop being disrespectful. My daughter is 14, but there was a child in there about 5 years old. Seriously, you need to say something to make it a comfortable place to eat. You've got your your money, you don't care.

Burgers are always cold, such a shame, because they are loads better than any of the other fast food burgers. Place is always quite untidy! Staff are always nice. They are trying to charge 30p for sauce lol
