Everything was good apart from the fries that was barely even warm.

Warm drinks, cold food says it all

it took 2 hours to arrive and the food was cold, lettuce had gone brown it had been sat so long. I tried to cancel it, but couldn't without losing all my money so had to wait. Awful. if you can't deliver for 2 hours allow it to be cancelled. The receipt showed it was printed at 1.10 so I can only guess it was cooked then, and delivered at nearly 3pm.

Excellent place to eat, some of the friendliest staff. Will be visiting again

Food was cold and dry, seemed like it was sitting where ever for a long period of time. Half of the order was missing and they refused to do anything about it. Rubbish service and rubbish food. Will not be going there again!

The savers menu had some excellent food, and the rest was good as well, but Americano coffee was discussing almost like urine... No choice of any dessert except ice cream, no ice drinks, no milkshakes... how sad for BK. I did tell this to the Manager. The rest was okay, not bad.

Stale Chips, Cold Nuggets, Half Filled Drinks, but at least the Burger was halfway decent. The time kept changing for expected delivery, it started at 20 but ended up being about 45 but it did keep going up, so who knows if that’s classed as late or not. But yeah, wouldn’t order again I don’t think. Not at £45 for 2 burgers, fries, drinks and nuggets.

Delivery time constantly kept increasing. Frozen items put in the same bag as hot items.

delivery scheduled for 130pm then kept changing the time. When the food arrived it was luke warm at best.

The staff are very friendly and the food is all ways to a high standard,my order has not been wrong in years,One of my favourite fast food restronts.

Took nearly 1 hour to arrive! Stated between 20-30 minutes when ordered.Not impressed as it was stone cold , not the drivers fault as stated no driver available for over half hour! Obviously was made when the restaurant received the order at 18.37pm arrived 19.28pm ! Bad service!

APPALLED...... Entered the premises and the first thing we saw was an empty restaurant. At least 30% of the tables/floor had food debris on top or underneath with a child seat absolutely covered in remnants of a meal. We started using an automated screen to order but had an issue. When we asked a staff member if we could pay at the counter we were told that we could not do this and they could not take payment at the counter. The staff member could see we were struggling but didn't even offer to help. There were 5 or 6 staff in the store and they were all out of sight behind the front of house serving area, laughing and joking among themselves. Two workers then came into the restaurant and started clearing a table themselves with napkins. I approached the counter and called "Excuse me" I called loud enough to be heard and could see the employee but was ignored, so I called much louder and asked for the manager's name. The employee never called for the manager. So, I explained that I would be reporting the store for the mess and lack of service. The response of "OK" startled me as even then there was no further interaction from the staff or appearance by the manager. The restaurant started to fill up and a family came in. The youngest was around 5 and even she made a comment "Urgh, it's dirty" referring to the chips on the floor. There was no offer to clean our table when the food arrived and it was 15 minutes before a staff member started to tidy up. Unfortunately this situation is not unique to the Blackburn outlet but is clearly an 'across the board' problem. My issue with this particular store was the staff response to an issue being raised.

Waited nearly an hour in total. When the order arrived the chips from both meals were missing. Rang restaurant to be told they didn’t have any chips…? Had i known i would have cancelled the order. The manager i spoke to on the phone was very nice and really apologetic but its just not good enough especially for the price. To just send the orders without chips because you’ve ran out is poor,

The delivery driver was on time and the driver, very polite. However the food was cold, I assume that was due to the cold bottles of drink being placed in the same bag as the hot food at the restaurant. Once re-heated, the food was good.

the food was cold not even a little bit warm it was stone cold. the delivery driver made two stops before delivering my order as well on stratcliffe street and Dalton close the food was uneatable and for it to come cold and missing items for over 30 quid is unreal

I'm not sure how they managed to add cheese to a hamburger we ordered as my daughter has a bad dairy allergy but we ended up with cheese and not only that they also missed my daughter's drink and my chicken fries won't be ordering from here again.

all food very good except for onion rings which were inedible it's no wonder they were free but believe me they wasn't worth giving away ..... and why ask if food was late it's impossible because they just keep changing delivery time

Not the best Burger King. Long wait for food which would be ok if it was fresh, but fries were just kept warm and not crispy. Burgers looked like a 5 year old had made them with mustard smeared everywhere.

Absolute shambles, the restaurant is absolutely bloody freezing especially on a very cold day !!! food received luke warm and basically a vast waste of money. Place dirty and had to clean my table before use. Are these managers not putting heat on to save money !!!!! Please don’t go and waste your money there as there are better place to eat where they are clean, warm and owners are cost cutting by not warming their restaurant for their customers. Very poor customer experience. It would score a big fat 0 if this was available as a score

Entire order was stone cold and the bun on one of the burgers was stale to rhe point it was rock hard. For the money you pay, its an absolute joke. Dont waste your money

absolutely terrible, ordered food at 16.14 told me it would arrive between 16.50 and 17.10 finally arrived at 17.42 food is stone cold and I will be wanting a refund, not good behaviour from a well known "fast food" restaurant.

Asked for delivery at a specific time, not ‘ASAP’ or the earliest available slots. They kept pushing delivery back further and further, so I can’t technically say it was late. It was then delivered in the last minute of the eventual delivery window; 59 minutes later than it should have been. Really frustrating, and not the first time this has happened with this specific restaurant.

Had a bit of trouble ordering on the machine, a member of staff not only helped me through my order, but recommended a few of the new items,which I'm glad I chose. All the staff were friendly and had great rapport.. It was quiet inside so can't really mark its atmosphere, but the food was fast and cooked perfectly.. can't fault the place and will definitely go back.

Again great service, cannot fault the two staff behind the counter polite and very professional well done. Food had the double whooper with bacon cooked to perfection and looked like the photo on the advent. The restaurant was clean table had been wiped. A massive well done Blackburn.

Delivery time kept getting pushed back later and later - which has happened a few times recently with this Burger King. The driver struggled to find our house, which we’ve never experienced with a JustEat driver before. Some of the food was burnt.

All food was cold, chips were slightly undercooked. Bacon double cheeseburgers were laughably small, cold, dry and bread seemed a bit stale. Paid extra for loaded fries and got a very stingy portion with barely a smattering of topping. Wasn't expecting greatness but overall was pretty abysmal.

Almost 2 hours late, all the food was cold and went straight in the bin! Drinks were missing too. The delivery driver told me he was waiting over an hour in the restaurant and the manager was very rude and wouldn’t cancel the order.
