Delivery time kept getting pushed back later and later - which has happened a few times recently with this Burger King. The driver struggled to find our house, which we’ve never experienced with a JustEat driver before. Some of the food was burnt.

Delivery time kept moving back but was 15mins after original latest time. Food was stone cold on arrival.

Staff is very rude specially with delivery driver long time wait food is ready but nobody bather always ignore delivery driver

Asked for plain burgers and came with sauce and Salad and when ring up they dont answer and aborger time they firgot the drink not happy

You’d think with the lack of customers they get in store and overpriced food they wouldn’t forget a whole meal… because what else can they be doing with their time other than make SURE an order is correct… 0.9m away is bburn college to re do their English as staff “CLEARLY” can’t read😑

The food was good. The staff on the counter were not very nice, and could he hear swearing at each other when children were sitting in there

All food was cold, chips were slightly undercooked. Bacon double cheeseburgers were laughably small, cold, dry and bread seemed a bit stale. Paid extra for loaded fries and got a very stingy portion with barely a smattering of topping. Wasn't expecting greatness but overall was pretty abysmal.

Fries hot and tasty… burger could have been warmer but tasty… having classic Coca Cola available was a bonus. Served quickly.

Almost 2 hours late, all the food was cold and went straight in the bin! Drinks were missing too. The delivery driver told me he was waiting over an hour in the restaurant and the manager was very rude and wouldn’t cancel the order.

The chips was cold and the burger had a bun missing

All very good, everyone who had burgers enjoyed them. I was disappointed the dip for the cheese side was missing as it was one persons meal and very dry.

Main Burger(Whopper) from a meal deal was missing so I only had fries & some chilli cheese bites to eat.

I haven't been to burger king for A while but I was rushing around and thought I'd try a quick order well I wasn't disappointed the service was absolutely amazing quick service fast food very clean environment and all in all I walked away very happy and will definitely be returning

spent £55.40 that was 18 items. what arrived was 6 of the 18 items. absolutely ridiculous, tried to ring up and complain they are closed. so rather they have missed most of my order or the driver has stole it all for himself which they have said before is a issue

Food was spot on. The delivery driver must have got lost which isnt the end of the world as the food was still pretty warm when it got here. Not had a whopper for years, was thoroughly enjoyed

The restaurant kept changing the delivery time but that’s the only complaint I have. It was all hot, seemed to be cooked fresh and nothing was missing… a massive upgrade on certain other mainstream restaurants in the area!

I was served by a white gentleman with a beard. Very friendly and helpful, I’d ordered the wrong mayo and he changed it for me :). Seating area clean, staff very friendly, food really good. Would highly recommend

Can remember burger king in the states a few years ago..which were great ... so thought i would give it a try.. over priced Terrible nothing like pics... also no salad on burger dry meat patty that was just awful to eat. Never go back.

Food was cold, the bottle of coke was warmer than the food, Ordered a Blackcurrant Capri for my daughter received an orange one. One of the major fast food companies in the UK and received poor quality food, it's a shame because normally I would offer 4 or 5 stars 🙁

Ordered £40 pounds of food from Burger King , order accepted, delivered 2 chips and three drinks out the full order saying they’d ring out of burgers !!!! Order should have been declined , 1 hour later , 40 pound lighter and starving kids ! Shocking service

Cheese bites sent instead of onion rings, sauces missing when payed for them and no cheese on the burger when payed extra for it to be added.

Very quick service,its a really clean restaurant area,I don't usually sit in because fast food restaurants are usually unclean,dirty tables,floor ect,but this one is super clean,will enjoy coming again.

time kept changing and when it arrived the chips were soggy and not crispy and cold , the lettuce had gone soggy and brown ive never had a burger King like that before . The order needs to be done once courier arrives to guarantee the food os of a better quality when arriving very disappointed

It was the first time I've been to this Burger King in a while as I'm not local to the area, however the food was made relatively quickly with everything I ordered tasting good, the staff we're polite and the restaurant was clean. I would definitely come back if I was in this area again. The only thing I will mention is that they make you order your meal through the Kiosk Screen rather than at a till which personally wasn't an issue for me, however to some people that may be considered inconvenient or impersonal.

We did the drive through and a young lady called paige served us and what a delight so polite Macdonalds could learn a thing or two from this young lady. Service with a smile and a cheerful attitude. Well done young lady from the Coopers

Excellent service from the staff. Very friendly and helpful when asked me to use the kiosk to place my order.

I rang the restaurant and asked if they could send me the missing items to avoid waiting for refunds this justeat app is beyond a joke these days. The missing items were for a child i dont have transport to go to the branch, hence why we order online. The guy from the restaurant was not helpful at all, was rude, and none of it was our mistake! I tried to reason with him asked to speak to the manager he refused. This is the 3rd time this has happened now where i have spent a significant amount of money an not received what i ordered. Absolute shambles!!!!

Absolutely shocking, half the order missing. How is it so difficult to put the correct items in a bag? Paid £30 and got about £10 worth of it delivered.

This order was so disappointing... I didn't receive the Ben & Jerry's ice-cream that I paid over £6.00 for the food was very expensive which was Not reflected in the quality at all. The burger was pitiful in both size and taste... I called the restaurant to tell them about the missing ice cream and got an answer machine saying no one was available to to my call, so I left a polite message explaining with my contact details and no one got back to me. I will never order from Burger king again!

Saw at least 3 rats whilst parked up on the ice rink car park eating my meal, noticed all your bin lids were open as the bins were so full so no wonder there were rats. I know it’s inevitable there will be rats around every restaurant due to food waste but surely having the bins wide open doesn’t help. Just wanted to make you aware. They’re living in the grass bank that separates the ice rink car park from the drive through, perhaps cutting back the bushes and grass would help a lot as it’s very overgrown.

Wrong items, no sharer box no chicken burger, different drinks. Regular fries instead of topped ones. Rang store no answer. Think they've just filled the bag with everything and not told us they were missing items
