We came here for a treat whilst in Blackburn. Ordered a few dishes but wasn't overly impressed with any. Maybe it's just my taste and nothing wrong with the way it was cooked but I just didn't find any of the dishes appealing. Service was fine.

Their original burger was soft and succulent, glorious grape fizzy drink was superb, really nice atmosphere.

Just delicious 😋😋😋. Staff are really polite and helpful. We had a selection of desserts - waffles, shakes, smoothies. Will definitely be returning!

Really good quality food and unlimited drinks

Used to order regularly from here but now they have started using a third party call centre to take collection and delivery orders the people on the phones barely know English properly 9/10 times my order is incorrect wrong sauces can’t follow basic instructions It’s a shame as the food is good just the phone order issue is letting this place down

The service was terrible. Had us waiting for 40min just for 3 milkshakes. They was more interested in deliveroo/Uber eat orders in stead of serving the people in-store 1st. Price on the menu for reg milkshake is £4.99 at the till the price is higher. With no notices stating prices have increased. The milkshakes were good, but way too thick and had to wait ages for it to melt down .

Nice place, nice decor, the wagyu pastrami was more or less identical to Malik butchers so overall it was a good experience.

Went with one of my friends to eat, the inside aesthetic was lovely and staff were also nice but the food was a major letdown due to its poor quality and extremely high prices. We ordered the lamb wham toastie which was horrendous, lamb tasted of tuna and also smelt of tuna so it was probably tuna very disappointing cheesy fries were also very poor quality not what they are presented to be. Don’t be fooled by the TikTok reviews and google reviews it may be aesthetically pleasing but the food isn’t worth the money they ask for!!

We have ordered food from kings castle quite a few times & i really like the pizza & loaded fries. The waffles are really nice you get 2 small ones with any toppings of your choice. Love there mystery blue drink its always a favourite. Really nice fresh food

We travelled a long way to eat here as it was recommended. We went to have the pastrami toastie primarily. We were not disappointed. The food was excellent. Also, the service provided by Muhammad Umar was brilliant. He looked after us and was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this place. It was worth the travel!

Came all the way from Kent for the pastrami toastie. Honestly the best I’ve had. The food and service was on another level. Many thanks to Muhammad Umar who took great care of us. Sandwoch was awesome.

Overpriced and over charged!! after being over charged the first time by the lady at the till she then makes the same stupid mistake the second time.. with an awful response “it’s not that much”.. needs to work on customer service skills.. avoid at all costs!! After mistake identified it still wasn’t corrected..

The only issue is that the burgers always seems sloppy.. It's not something u would want to eat without a table and a way to wash your hands after. But it's very tasty.. And the shakes are fantastic.

Took the kids for a meal and I was super impressed. There were 10 of us and everyone enjoyed their meal. Food was tasty and freash. Staff were really helpful, especially Adam, even though the shop was heaving with customers.

Excellent range of Burgers, we had the peri peri wings, the fire smash burger and fillet on Fire burger. For chips we had the cheesy chips and gazebo chips. Really friendly staff, very welcoming and assisted us through the menu (our first time). Special thanks to Adam and Vanessa great customer service from the both of them, both are an asset to the business. Should ever a promotion come up they should definitely be considered for it. Would recommend it to our friends and family and if I’m ever I’m in Blackburn I will definitely visit this place again

Had a really bad experience at kings castle which is a shame because the food is actually decent. But when you're gonna leave my 5 year old in tears because you're refusing to sell me another toy that came in my older daughters happy meal, you're always gonna get a single star review I'm afraid. No offence but you guys might want to Invest in some competent staff that know how to take orders without being perplexed. It's our second visit today, we travelled from Manchester. We will NOT be visiting again!

Really tasty food and the decor is great.. A variety of meals to chose from so even if you are a picky eater like myself there is bound to have something for you. The only downside, was the belly buster burger. The staff member i spoke to said they dont usually come as a meal e.g burger and a side of fries and a drink. She explained she can just put the order through as a meal for us. What wasnt mentioned was that we would be charged full price as if we had order them on their own. But still we had a lovely time and would still go again :D

Been a happy customer since this place opened but tonight I got a fire smash burger for £8.99 and it was absolutely tiny like a micro burger not even the size of a kids burger shocking for £8.99 that is just the burger no fries or drink!!! Won't be coming here again

Such a fun place to visit. My kids loved taking pictures in the car. The food was hot and delicious especially the belly buster burger (according to my husband). You could also get free refills on your drinks too. The staff were lovely, they were always smiling and spoke to us with respect! A point to mention the ladies toilets were very clean and there was a bidet in the toilet which was amazing. I am already planning another visit soon! Thank you for your service.

When i first stepped in , I was bewildered with what I saw, the atmosphere and the interior was brilliant. As I looked at the menu there were a lot of options to choose from but I chose the original smash burger and The staff were very friendly and they were quick to take my order. The food came quickly and it smelt and tasted amazing , the sensations in the burger was unmatched , I would recommend

I've visited that place short time after opening and food was delicious. Now is rubbish! Kids received another Pizza than we've ordered (waiting 15 min for that) then we asked to change it and had to waiting another 15 minutes without any "sorry". Sub chicken is disgusting and should be eaten with fork. Overpriced rubbish.

Fantastic burgers a must go to place

Nice food. Free refills on fizzy pop. Okay price. Got the Belly buster, which is a make your own burger, the chicken was a bit tough, unsure if it was over cooked or they used frozen chicken. The family got a few different things. The dirty fries are nice.

Food was fresh and everything was Brilliant, the staff member called Rumaisa was very helpful in picking from the menu, the Blazing cheesy Chick Burger was really nice.

The service is so bad, you have to wait for you food for so long because all the women there and stood gossiping and making jokes. They’re so irresponsible, rude and useless. The food is good, props to the chef but all the women standing there are useless. Probably never coming here again. The staff was playing with random kids instead of actually doing their job? It was irritating because the child was so loud and I’ll mannered too.

The service here I have always found exceptional, there is one lady who works here and takes the orders and her mannerism is awesome, always a smile, asks the right questions, and makes sure everything is correct. She was super helpful on the latest visit sorting enough space for all 15+ of us. Will definitely be asking for her name next time. When you attend with over 15 family members and not a single item is incorrect is impressive. Food is always very nice and zero complaints. Overall, I am happy to keep coming back for the service.

Ordered to collect yesterday, service good as usual, pick up time spot on. Everything was hot on collection, but one thing has got to me... Brioche buns?! Noooo! Please go back to your usual sesame top burger buns, the brioche is too sweet and just doesn't compliment the burger well. Really disappointed when we unwrapped our burgers last night 😔

We came here for one thing, and that was the pastrami sandwich from the headlines. It's an interesting thing, and while I would recommend trying it, there was a bit of a problem with consistency. The first time we had it, the meat was all stuck together and all seemed to be of the same type. It didn't taste extraordinary or special. To be frank, it was quite tough and chewy. The second time we had it, it was amazing. There were different cuts of meat with different textures, and it was tender and juicy. That was when I felt it was worth the asking price. The third time it was somewhere between the first two. Kinda stuck together and not the best texture. The pastrami sandwich is very, very filling, but I would advise getting one between two and supplementing it with smashed burgers and pizzas (which have been consistently really good). We tried the Philly cheese steak sandwich as well, but it wasn't really a Philly cheese steak. It was more of a keema sandwich, still quite nice, but not a Philly. Bottomless drinks are always nice to have (although you can end up having far too much) and the fries are decent too. Service is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff, and the interior decor is unique and sets this place apart. Overall, I'd recommend checking it out, it's definitely worth a try if you haven't already.

Food here is amazing! A real gourmet treat. The Burgers and Pizzas are delicious, I would recommend this place for a nice family meal out together. Very spacious and clean, Everything seems to be freshly prepared. Staff were generally very friendly too!

Visited King's Castle a number of times, the food has always been spot on, drinks are fantastic. Its always a clean place on all our visits. Milkshakes and ice cream are the best! Top 5*

Ordered food via uber eats. Food arrived on specified time however burgers were soggy and squashed up due to wrapped up in kitchen foil. Not suitable and recommended for delivery

The pizzas were very tasty. We ordered chicken wraps and they were quite nice. My only issue with this place is the lack of seats avaliable to dine in. I find it quite ridiculous to stick a big pink cadallic in the restaurant taking most of its space. The seating arrangement needs to be looked at as it is quite poorly done. It can get really busy and you're just left standing waiting for people to finish their food. We finally got a table and after awhile we was still eating, a young man who works there came to us said quite rudely how long you guys going to be we got people waiting. Firstly I thought it was incredible rude to say that especially when we was still eating our food. I think the workers need to learn about how to be more polite and give better customer services.

I have phoned for an order a few times really enjoy the pizza, on a few occasions the phone manner of some of the males is shocking like they are being forced to take the order very blunt very rude, i phoned a few days ago and the male on the phone was too be blunt not worth talking too i think he thought he was from the ghetto rude gangsta not from the bronx but originated from punjab like myself and i thought never again, today i thought one last try and my order was taken by the nicest most polite individual it was a pleasure having my order taken by him, maybe some training in manners and customer service would help, on another occasion i was stood at the counter for at least 4 mins whilst the girl at the counter was too busy to take my order until she had finished flirting across the shop with a male customer winking and smiling with not a second thought on somebody is waiting to make an order but the pizzas are nice after this rant i really dont know if i will be going back.

Went here multiple times I love the food and I definitely recommend the "normal chick" burger it'd really good and the curly fries and my dad loves the cotton candy ice-cream his favourite used to be vanilla (before visiting this amazing place) now it's cotton candy also the waffle pops are like heaven

Such a nice place we stopped by to eat at after a session at Planet Ice. The atmosphere decor interior design and colour Scheme was really impressive. All the staff were super, excellent service all were very helpful and all were smiling that's wonderful 😊. Ordered a fillet on fire, a bellybuster which is burger you can build yourself 🤓, and a sub I think it was called a philadelphi 😵‍💫. Soft drinks they give you a cup and refill as many times as you like 😊. All the food was well presented and tasted great. As tasty as the sub tasted it was like an extra long hotdog bun filled with all this yummy meat, the only thing is I found it a difficult to hold and eat and it kind of kept falling apart 😵‍💫. But besides that we would defo go again 🤓👍

Tried this place a few times and recently they have massively levelled up with their products from Malik Butchers. Their food is delicious from toasted to loaded fries to the smash burgers, definitely one of the best places I’ve visited. Lastly the place is beautiful

Used to love there hotdogs, recently they’ve changed it and now the actual hotdog is disgusting. It’s so hard to get halal hotdog in Blackburn. These were the only place that was decent but the recent change 😞🤮

Below average. Got my order wrong on multiple occasions.... couldn't believe it. Food is extremely below standard for the price. Dodge this place.

Worst service by far, was put on hold and the takeaway was acting like a call center. When food arrived, after a whole hour and an additional 10 minutes on the phone to the takeaway, items were missing and one of the chicken strips were uncooked! Then, had to ring again to get them to send over the missing food. Very, very disappointed, won't be ordering from here again. Their service has never been like this.

Had the pastrami sandwich and it’s not nice at all. I wouldn’t buy that for fiver. Must have paid the food reviewers a lot, to lie about it.

Got the pastrami sandwich was a good size portion (150g) presented nicely. Pastrami was really nice. You can taste the quality but it was a tad dry i guess that's expected with this. The philly steak sandwich was one of the worst I've ever had and I'm well travelled when it comes to these it's so bad seriously should just do everyone a favour and take it off the menu. Service was good and decor and space was good. Will be back one day to try the burgers. Good luck to the business plenty of potential for this place to do really good.

As a driver it’s very bad they don’t close the drink lids and they end up leaking in the car and it messes everything up absolutely rubbish they should sort this out

Came down on Sunday night from Liverpool Bootle Merseyside after Everton fc game we lost one nil to Arsenal Everton FC 1 Arsenal 0 we were awful. We can’t be playing like this anymore or we will be relegated to the championship. That will be awful. If we get relegated next season will be in the new bromley, more Stadium 2024 2025 season 😎😎😎😎 we need to pray to staying up in the Premier League. Awesome E F C forever King Castle Blackburn, burgers and hotdogs are beautiful and tasty and yummy. Awesome. Recommend it for anyone.

Food and drinks from here are sublime. The staff were kind and helpful in accommodating our requests with our order and giving us extra condiments. The vibe of the place with the lights colours and Cadillac booth (which we managed to pinch) was super cool!

Started off well however based on the past two visits, there is change. During my last visit, the tables were not clean, nor the toilets. My food had hair in it too but this was corrected during the time.

One of the staff member apologised for giving the incorrect milkshake, however 1 of the female staff members had a really bad attitude when she came to see which milkshake had been given, I found her to be quiet rude actually , she clearly has no customer service and she did not seem to care or appreciate the importance of getting the order right especially when a child has food allergies! she lets your team down 1⭐️ service

Very disappointed with service food and customer service.I went first time and ask for help order chicken burger but got double beef and chicken one then over charged, food was cold and they declined to help me , will never recommend anyone neither will go back again totally disappointed

Real hidden gem This place has good quality food, nice and clean inside and pretty decent prices The burgers were very good, the spicy chicken one was legit. Only downside was packet sauces and the fountain drinks weren't great, but didn't take away from the food being 10/10 100% will come again

Came in for a meal the other day with my siblings. I got a beef burger with chicken fillet. Burger was good. Everyone enjoyed their food. I did ask for the burger to be spicy, but instead they loaded it with green chillies. Service was okay, the lady who took my order was slouching and kept looking down on the counter at her phone. In overall I would’ve given a rating of 5, but the burger being overloaded with loads of green chillies and the service of the lady who took my order brought it down to a four.

Ordered food from here last night since we drove up from birmingham. The customer service was fantastic they even helped us to our hotel with food as we couldn't carry it all. The burger was amazing. I loved the sauce they put on it. The chicken wrap was nice, and the milkshakes tasted very fresh.I would highly recommend this food place to sit in and eat.
