Subway was a treat but it's become very expensive and the quality of the ingredients seems to have dropped.

Someone I know did applied to work then they recieved call to attended interview which they did but the interviewer as soon as he realised the candidate is color person he already decided outcome, the full interview it does took less than 2 mins full interview with out asking anything important questions its a joke , he should have not waste the person time even he find someone he should call or cancel the rest interview or smthg. he should have give equal opportunities to all candidates give equal chance we are 21 century discrimination is absolutely un acceptable.

delivered all of our subs toasted when asked for not toasted and will not answer the phone when calling.

Found a hair in my food Stale bread Salad was soggy No sauce Not toasted

Put in an orderder on uber eats for family came to 70£+ they sent this small bag with one sandwich and drink missing everything else tried to call no answer cutoff avoid never have issues with other branches

Popped in here on a whim as we had a number of family members calling round and I wanted to get a sandwich platter. Easy to order and it was ready in no time at all. Staff here really friendly and happy to help. Definitely be back again. Thanks.

Very clean place took grandkids they loved their sandwich and cookie

I bet you £100 my next order is wrong. From missing items to the my sandwich not being toasted or forgetting to put my sauce with my crispers. But because subway is my go too Friday dinner meal I keep ordering and they keep getting it wrong

Staff were friendly when serving. The food was good, and typical for a Subway. The indoor seating area was pretty big.

Helpful staff and great tasting food

Lady that was working in there was rude and didn't give good customer service, my sandwich had been left on the side to go cold while she made another sandwich for a just eat order who wasn't even at the shop yet. She was also moody with her colleagues which I don't think is very professional infront of customers.

Went into subway , there was no other customers in shop , was asked to wait whilst they made a just eat order ! I only had 10 mins to grab lunch , eat and get back to work , the girl who served me was very rude saying we do have other order to make ie Uber eats , I'm sorry but the customers in the shop shud be priority not the order that just came in and has a 1 hour delivery slot !!! Ridiculous !!! Terrible attitude by the big girl making cookies

I use this outlet on a regular basis and have always found the staff to be extremely helpful and good at what they do. As an indication of my commitment to Subway and this store in particular I have accrued 3995 loyalty points as I save my points up for when I visit London. Anyway I have just received an email which states all Sunday stores are closing at 5pm today for reasons related to the COVID-19 pandemic. I would therefore like to thank all of the staff who have ever served me at Subway in Darwen and I really do hope that they will not be massively affected by this situation. Let’s hope that once we are out of the other side that people who work in the food sector are given more respect than what we have given to them before. Good luck Darwen Subway staff and thanks.

You get what you expect from a Subway and this is the same. Not cheap and lukewarm service. But better than some!

It’s a really good place, food is perfect, service is fast and easy and the staff are polite and take notice of what you say. I think the place could be bigger, only a suggestion maybe to get more sales, but not everyone stops in there and eats.

No bread rolls at 3:00pm in the afternoon.

I needed to pick up something to eat that was available, nutritious, tasty and not high in calories.The Turkey sub met the criteria and even the place wasn't far off closing, I was met with a pleasant welcome and that my order really was not any trouble for them.The fillings were still fresh, the full range of breads were available and the price for this filling eat did not break the bank.Would I go again? Certainly... without a moment's hesitation.There is ample parking either at the front, the car park opposite or the smaller rear car park...all free car parking!

This is an excellent place to grab your lunch on the go. The prices are good and the sizes of meals are filling. Its great for meal deals and they have daily offers.

Always a large variety of ingrediants to make the perfect sandwich the shop is very clean and i think the staff are wonderful and they are always very friendly with plenty of advice about the different sandwich fillings

Called in while at work for some dinner the place had gone down , the two people who were serving were more interested in chatting about their recent night out I had to keep telling them what I wanted as they didn't ask me , and the way the sandwich was made up was rubbish , far to many olives, pickles and jalapeño , I like all three but it was overkill the amount on it also to much sauce when I came to eat it it was a soggy mess

Hosco, casi grosero. Ella terminó arrojando algunos yo yo en el paquete infantil cuando yo pedí las patatas fritas en lugar de por segunda vez.Zona donde nos sentamos a la mesa estaba limpia, tenía obviamente habían limpiado, pero el suelo estaba sucio y lleno de comida.Volvería? Eaten at Darwen subway many, many times. Never had a bad one yet. Staff are friendly & courteous, place is always clean.

I love subway one because there food is always good and two you get just what you want , if you don't like they won't put it on ,there salads are very good too but not that well advertised it seems to be all about the subs

the sandwiches from are here are quite nice but nothing special .the staff are always friendly and polite which is not always the case in a lot of other subway branches.you would be much better off visiting one of the many locally owned independent cafes or sandwich shops in town.

I absolutely love the care and dedication they take in creating each sandwich!, my favourite is chicken tikka on a hearty italian bread, cheese melted and toasted. To complement these flavours i have peppers, onions, mayo & some ketchup #heavenonbread

Not a huge fan of this subway. Due to working early I sometimes go just after opening time. I do get a largish order approx 5 for me and my work collegues. Now if your open your open it shouldn't matter what time I go in I should still get good service. Instead its a rolled eyes and bad attitude. And nothing can be toasted if you can not handle customer s so early don't open so early. Other than that yeah there a good shop. I think the subway salad are not advertised well enough when they are very good.
