Usual, grey burgers that look nothing like their adverts and are completely tasteless.

Absolutely awful food, chips were stale and cold.

Overcooked burger but chips fresh this time

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Food order's are incorrect and cold on most occasions, and staff look and talk to you like you're an inconvenience to their social lives. Doesn't McDonald's inspect their branches anymore? I'm really not sure how they continue to get away with such poor food and customer service.

Worst meal and customer service ever! Reciepts don't work on the self serve machines and milkshakes unavailable. Food luke warm brought to the table by a miserable member of staff that must not have been able to communicate. x2 Latte's stone cold, staff member returned with x2 hot chocolates ?? Sent back and returned again with x2 cold latte's. Fourth time lucky and we got x2 hot latte's! Desserts brought to table missing a mcflurry and apple pie. Politely told the staff member who argued we hadn't ordered them. Pointed out items on the receipt which was stuck to the tray and asked to speak to a manager. Manager not interested, staff member told us to go to the counter. Proceeded to the counter, the manager hid behind the wall!! 😂 Assistant manager said he would sort it out but no apology. Mcflurry's and apple pie arrived at the table. Recieved x3 mini & x3 normal Terry's chocolate orange mcflurry's. - Actually ordered x3 mini Cadburys carmel, x2 normal Cadburys caramel & x1 normal Terry's chocolate orange mcflurry. Prehaps a family of 9 was too big for the popular fast food restaurant! Needless to say we won't be visiting Winsford Mcdonalds again anytime soon.

Visited the drive through, the order was placed, meals arrived incorrect even though we asked for plain burgers due to allergies, no milkshakes (probably couldnt be bothered to clean the machine) So a very poor experience, We chose the drive through due to being short on time and waited 15 from ordering to receiving the wrong order.

Box of 20 nuggets only had 18 in it. Self service kiosk issued no receipt, it's been like this for months. Finally the source dispensers are fixed after months of not working. Generally not been great here on the last few visits (over a long period of time) with things not working etc.

The wait is to long if you don't use the drive through, also they always have milkshake it always breaks down

Just ordered from their app this morning. Some of our food did not turn up. Went through the app to try and sort it and it said we had to contact the store. Contacted the store and they said we had to either drive to the store with the bag or contact uber eats. Uber eats are not involved as we went through the mcdonalds app so won't do anything. We therefore had to pay a second time for the items, receiving no refund. The woman we spoke to was really rude and not understanding atall. Very poor service.

The staff that brought food to the table were miserable and didn't speak

This mcdonalds is awful, please avoid. We just ordered from the app and had food missing. They don't take any responsibility and say you have to contact uber eats (who cannot help as it is not their app). The woman on the phone was rude and unhelpful telling us we could drive round with the bag. As someone with a disability this is not something I could do. We have received no replacement food or refund for the items missing.

Even fresh food was only luke warm at best, and the service was slow.

Ordered a toasted muffin. With butter and jam, when i opned the bag it had just a cold dry muffin without either butter or jam. What a disgrace Winsford has to be one of the worst performing stores. In the uk

Ive just visited for the first time in a while and well the service and hospitality with a little supervisors help, which he preformed above and beyond, very helpful and understanding with my order request to make me happy (which was massively appreciated) The food was hot, delicious and amazing value for the money. Thanks guys :-) keep up the hard work.

Good old McDonald's, quick and reliable.

I ordered only 2 items for delivery, 20 chicken nuggets and 20 cheese bites..... I only received the chicken nuggets!! 50% of my order missing! I called the restaurant and the customer service was appalling, from the second they answered the phone they were frustrated and unhelpful, told me I had to call uber and deal with them (note, I ordered directly through the Mcdonalds app, and this is in no way related to Uber). I am not one to usually moan, but £17 for some chicken nuggets (that were also cold) is not fair at all, and this isn't the first time I have had troubles with orders! Why offer a delivery service when basics and small orders like this go so terribly wrong! I will not be ordering again!

I went to mcdonalds today with my granddaughter in winsford and it was super busy,,, lots of customers and staff, the staff working really hard,,,, I had a problem with my order, which was understandable with all chaos which was going on, I spoke to Georgia about my issue and she went above and beyond 🙃 she was so professional and my issue was resolved in an instant,,,, Watching Georgia and Faye deal with customers and orders was outstanding, both girls are a credit to mcdonalds winsford Thank you 😊

Just cannot understand all the poor reviews, yes there was a slight delay and yes it was busy but only to be expected if you visit on a lunchtime, considering how hectic it was the staff were courteous and polite, enjoyed our burgers and chips.

Pure greediness of this franchise… how is this operating in delivery and pick up… waited 30mins for a simple meal order just because they had a load of delivery orders to fulfil as well as people ordering in store.

Very slow drivethrough and served by a girl who obviously hates her job and 'whispers' her instructions so you can't hear her whilst sitting in your car. Coke was warm and flat and fries had barely any salt on if any ( and I don't actually like a lot of salt). Burger was enjoyable.

Can't remember every item on a five item order. Can only get certain drinks on delivery. Looks like the burgers are thrown together by kids.

Lunchtime during school holidays I must have been mad. Nonetheless I was hungry and thirsty. Service took nearly 25 minutes, Food was "ok" coffee was better. Kids crying...left soon after.

I am sick and tired of mcdelivery never never never never delivering what was ordered!! So the courier doesn't check and the staff don't either.... They have my money and the don't answer the phone!! Is Winsford the worst???

No customer service skills at all One girl walks around with a cloth while the sauces and napkins are all ran out went to the counters to get sauce no services ended up going behind the counter myself and getting my own before my food went from luke warm to stone cold Uber eats drivers all over the collection counter with there orange bags that have been on the floor at people's front doors and mcdonolds allow them to do it and we wonder why people are getting sick.

Been countless times now that we’re given the wrong food order, this seems to happen so many times and I have tried calling mcdonald’s countless times and somehow no one picked up throughout the past two days, several times i have tried calling. My dad came home from a late shift and decided to buy food for us, he had no food at all to eat and wasted his money and ended up having to cook himself despite him being exhausted. Mcdonald’s in wharton has no care whatsoever anymore and it’s disappointing, this isn’t the first time it’s happened.

We had been out all day and we were looking for a quick bite to eat so we pulled up at the local McDonalds drive thru and at first everything was going just fine until we came to pay, a worker called Wendy was at the pay window and we had to repeat our order 6 times to the absolute dipstick and when I tried to explain from the back of the car Wendy began to throw a Wendy and exclaimed “i can’t hear THAT PERSON in the back” if felt very dehumanised that she called me “that person” then we took our food and left. I’m writing this so hopefully Wendy sees this and learns how to actually treat customers nicely and uses this as a lesson to not be so stupid. Thanks for nothing Wendy.

I drive to Northwich to avoid this place. They pour cold drinks and leave them sitting there for hours while the ice melts. Everything about this Mcdonalds is lazy and garbage. Chips are always cold and unsalted. Not ever have I ever enjoyed food from here. They dont care.

Food was very slow to come. No ketchup dispenser working, hand dryers not working in toilets, long queues of delivery drivers waiting for food which just causes long waits for in store customers.

Food is bad and not enough, McDonalds has limited the extras and portions, and the prices have gone up. That's fine with the customer 😡

We came today to drive trhu Winsford. The Lady her name Wendy. So lovely everytime we come here smile on her face she's a credit for the Team .Ps (The Bald head guy with the grey Van ).

After 2 years I return to this restaurant and I have a completely opposite experience from the last one, heated food and not at all fresh, one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to for dinner.

Lovely bar with lovely staff. Small but with a great atmosphere. The good is great.

Items unavailable, which caused confusion with order, went through drive through, but was busy and items missing had to go inside, which was busy and focus too much on delivery drivers

Orderd through app for pick up got home order is wrong ,missing 4 items on an 10 item order. Contacted customer service through the app (which was hard work) and given a medium meal voucher, but this is less than the value of the items I was missing. It's not the 1st time it's been wrong, but I don't like to complain, so I have let it go a few times, but after a few cockups, I need to say something. It wasn't even busy myself and 1 other car in drive through. **2 weeks later ordered mcdelivery and items missing AGAIN how hard is it to put food in a bag!!**

I went to winsford mc Donald's today and as usual the order was wrong I used the drive through asked for a plain mc crispy medium meal and when I got the payment window I asked if the order was a plain mc crispy and the guy said yes collected it at the second window so I parked up to check if the order was correct guess what it was wrong again this happens all the time absolute joke very very poor service very poorly trained staff.

Delivery came with no dips again, food cold again and Coke Zero flat again! I feel that the staff have been told not to put the dips in deliveries unless you order the 70p ones-appalling service appalling food AGAIN won’t bother now

McDonald's has gone down hill big time. Last night I ordered and the order was wrong. It was also stone cold including the hot chocolate so went to waste. Today thought I'd order and give it another try, I haven't had McDonald's for a long time but today's order all I took off the burger was Onions! There's no sauce (that goes on the burger) and no cheese. Just pickles and the burger🤢🤢I can't eat it without the cheese, I never took that off and it clearly states that on the sticker. It's called a quarter pounder CHEESE burger for a reason!! The fries are again stone cold. Another £12 odd wasted!!! Usually okay for me but this is ridiculous!! Burger was also stone cold and they never listen to sauces!!!

Considering the present covid restrictions and how it effects every day life it's nice to go to McDonald's and still have a great meal, the staff are under great pressure and face some difficulty but still provide a great service and still value for money

Food always good, the only two downsides are the que for the drive through at peek times and the fact that pretty much every time I use the drive through, they always forget to bag the dips that I've asked for. Check your order before leaving.

This has got to be the worst if not one of the worst McDonalds in the country. Ordered food via the app to pick up at drive thru. Not a big order so nice and simple. Sat in the drive through waiting for almost half a hour for food. Home and the order is wrong, it was two items for gods sake! Food always takes forever from here and it’s always a disappointment. I don’t care what the kids say I’m not using this place again. I’d rather drive to the next town, would be quicker

Too many black tracksuit clad kids hanging about, horrible to walk in.

Dirty, disgusting place. Would be shut down if upper management or a health inspector saw some of the things in my brief time here. One such example was a dirty rag being used to wipe a bleeding spot and then used on the tables.

We used the self order screen/order point, our order came fairly quickly, which is good, but the food was warm at best. If we weren’t in a rush I would have complained. There were also a lot of kids running about the place, but that’s more to do with the parents letting them.
