Very slow drivethrough and served by a girl who obviously hates her job and 'whispers' her instructions so you can't hear her whilst sitting in your car. Coke was warm and flat and fries had barely any salt on if any ( and I don't actually like a lot of salt). Burger was enjoyable.

Can't remember every item on a five item order. Can only get certain drinks on delivery. Looks like the burgers are thrown together by kids.

Lunchtime during school holidays I must have been mad. Nonetheless I was hungry and thirsty. Service took nearly 25 minutes, Food was "ok" coffee was better. Kids crying...left soon after.

I am sick and tired of mcdelivery never never never never delivering what was ordered!! So the courier doesn't check and the staff don't either.... They have my money and the don't answer the phone!! Is Winsford the worst???

No customer service skills at all One girl walks around with a cloth while the sauces and napkins are all ran out went to the counters to get sauce no services ended up going behind the counter myself and getting my own before my food went from luke warm to stone cold Uber eats drivers all over the collection counter with there orange bags that have been on the floor at people's front doors and mcdonolds allow them to do it and we wonder why people are getting sick.

Been countless times now that we’re given the wrong food order, this seems to happen so many times and I have tried calling mcdonald’s countless times and somehow no one picked up throughout the past two days, several times i have tried calling. My dad came home from a late shift and decided to buy food for us, he had no food at all to eat and wasted his money and ended up having to cook himself despite him being exhausted. Mcdonald’s in wharton has no care whatsoever anymore and it’s disappointing, this isn’t the first time it’s happened.

My food is either not there or not put on properly u will be sued soon

I drive to Northwich to avoid this place. They pour cold drinks and leave them sitting there for hours while the ice melts. Everything about this Mcdonalds is lazy and garbage. Chips are always cold and unsalted. Not ever have I ever enjoyed food from here. They dont care.

Food was very slow to come. No ketchup dispenser working, hand dryers not working in toilets, long queues of delivery drivers waiting for food which just causes long waits for in store customers.

Food is bad and not enough, McDonalds has limited the extras and portions, and the prices have gone up. That's fine with the customer 😡

We came today to drive trhu Winsford. The Lady her name Wendy. So lovely everytime we come here smile on her face she's a credit for the Team .Ps (The Bald head guy with the grey Van ).

After 2 years I return to this restaurant and I have a completely opposite experience from the last one, heated food and not at all fresh, one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to for dinner.

Drive through a disgrace. Lost order. Total chaos with poor managment control. Concentrating on deliveroo at expense of customers in the restaurant

Items unavailable, which caused confusion with order, went through drive through, but was busy and items missing had to go inside, which was busy and focus too much on delivery drivers

Orderd through app for pick up got home order is wrong ,missing 4 items on an 10 item order. Contacted customer service through the app (which was hard work) and given a medium meal voucher, but this is less than the value of the items I was missing. It's not the 1st time it's been wrong, but I don't like to complain, so I have let it go a few times, but after a few cockups, I need to say something. It wasn't even busy myself and 1 other car in drive through. **2 weeks later ordered mcdelivery and items missing AGAIN how hard is it to put food in a bag!!**

Came to this mcdonalds today 17.06.2024, waited at the drive thru window for 10 mins before anyone woke up, placed my order and was told to wait at the second window, waited at the second window for over 15 mins, so decided to go in and speak to the manager, which was no help, poor service, no customer communication. Takeaway food always wrong and never any milkshakes. Worth the drive out to another town just so the orders are right and you can get what you want.

I went to winsford mc Donald's today and as usual the order was wrong I used the drive through asked for a plain mc crispy medium meal and when I got the payment window I asked if the order was a plain mc crispy and the guy said yes collected it at the second window so I parked up to check if the order was correct guess what it was wrong again this happens all the time absolute joke very very poor service very poorly trained staff.

Delivery came with no dips again, food cold again and Coke Zero flat again! I feel that the staff have been told not to put the dips in deliveries unless you order the 70p ones-appalling service appalling food AGAIN won’t bother now

By far the worst McDonalds you’ll visit, they never have anything made. Definitely not fast food. Especially when you wait 30 mins in drive through queue, then another 15 in parking space, not just on one occasion but twice.

McDonald's has gone down hill big time. Last night I ordered and the order was wrong. It was also stone cold including the hot chocolate so went to waste. Today thought I'd order and give it another try, I haven't had McDonald's for a long time but today's order all I took off the burger was Onions! There's no sauce (that goes on the burger) and no cheese. Just pickles and the burger🤢🤢I can't eat it without the cheese, I never took that off and it clearly states that on the sticker. It's called a quarter pounder CHEESE burger for a reason!! The fries are again stone cold. Another £12 odd wasted!!! Usually okay for me but this is ridiculous!! Burger was also stone cold and they never listen to sauces!!!

Considering the present covid restrictions and how it effects every day life it's nice to go to McDonald's and still have a great meal, the staff are under great pressure and face some difficulty but still provide a great service and still value for money

Too many Deliveroo drivers etc block off parking and cannot get to counter due to them. Won't use this one again

Food always good, the only two downsides are the que for the drive through at peek times and the fact that pretty much every time I use the drive through, they always forget to bag the dips that I've asked for. Check your order before leaving.

This has got to be the worst if not one of the worst McDonalds in the country. Ordered food via the app to pick up at drive thru. Not a big order so nice and simple. Sat in the drive through waiting for almost half a hour for food. Home and the order is wrong, it was two items for gods sake! Food always takes forever from here and it’s always a disappointment. I don’t care what the kids say I’m not using this place again. I’d rather drive to the next town, would be quicker

Dirty, disgusting place. Would be shut down if upper management or a health inspector saw some of the things in my brief time here. One such example was a dirty rag being used to wipe a bleeding spot and then used on the tables.

We used the self order screen/order point, our order came fairly quickly, which is good, but the food was warm at best. If we weren’t in a rush I would have complained. There were also a lot of kids running about the place, but that’s more to do with the parents letting them.

Food ordered at kiosk, no receipts given had to go counter to repeat order, picked up order sat down and it was look warm.

Not freshly cooked was a recycled burger not the usual standard for McDonald's.

I hate leaving bad comments but this is my 4th bad order in a row, chips were stone cold, burger was all over the place not in the bun properly and only part wrapped plus it had half the pattie missing and once again they fail to include the dips, how are we supposed to enjoy our 20 nugget box with no dip!!!!

Terrible non fast food service!Only ordered 2 happy meals and 2 burgers, was asked to park up and wait. Waited for 15 min then went in to see where my order was, Donna told me it was there about to come out to us, I said 15 min for a small order is a bit ridiculous, she said we are busy, I looked around and said this isn't busy she replied with we are busy with delivery orders! No apology until I look at her badge and told her I would be complaining, she then said sorry we are busy! Food was just about warm but didn't take it back in as the kids were hungry and we were in a rush, hence we stopped at a "fast food" place! Terrible!!

Ordered 5 breakfast burgers and was sent to window 2. 11 cars were served behind me and i waited over 20mins. When i asked why my order took so long and so many orders went behind me the staff member laughed and said it was because it was 5 burgers the others were only drinks. I saw what was going out treated like a fool then he shut the window and walked off. So Rude

Absolute rubbish, food cold, no salt on the fries, burgers were like cardboard, rubbish service they had a job smile.

The food and coffee was cold. They forgot to bring us a couple of things that we ordered, but after finding a hair in my salad box, we didn’t want to ask fot the missing items !! Also seeing one of the supervisors push the rubbish down in an outside bin, with his bare hands, put us off further. Needless to say, we will not be returning !!

Picked up a Big Mac Meal with a Strawberry milkshake from the drive through. Food was of the expected quality. The fries were good and hot generally a rarity at the Golden Arches so extra marks for that. Staff were pleasant, polite and efficient, a good experience all round 👍

Food Is always cold and there is always something missing from the order. Looks like whoever is in charge has told the staff to make as much food as possible, as fast as possible and then proceed leave it sitting on a metal table to go cold for half an hour. If you order anything that requires ingredients being added or removed, you will most likely just get given the standard version that has been left to cool for who knows how long. Burgers are poorly put together with the cheese and patties hanging off the side, looks like someone just slapped everything together without looking. Staff clearly do not care about quality…it’s McDonald’s not a fancy restaurant, yet the people working there still fail to produce anything that looks like it hasn’t been thrown at the wall. Absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Northwich is far better, in-fact any other McDonald’s is.

Not often I will rate a McDonald's but this one seems really good. Food was hot and was served really fast even with the customised option. Best bit though was a gentleman who's name I didn't get that came to us and asked if everything was OK and to let us know if we wanted anything to just give him a shout. Also told us to just leave our empty food wrappers on the tray as they would collect them. Never had this before at a McDonald's and it was a nice touch. Well done 👍

Had a drive through here. Usual standard for McDonald's. The staff were friendly and the food was good and hot and ideal as a quick bite whilst journeying. We didn't go inside so cannot comment on the cleanliness or atmosphere inside

Is it half price Friday cos I’ve just paid the full amount and recieved half the food me ice cream is less than half full and me chicken lselects got 4 not 5 and me chicken wrap is missing a piece of Chicken and I ask for plain and they put all the sauces on there it’s like the workers are working with there eyes close punched every single one of my burgers till they are flat the workers have so do not pay full price try get half price cos apparently they don’t give the food you ask for and I would give this a -5 star but it’s doesn’t let me sort yah staff out @mcdonalds it’s like they are all asleep whiles working thank you

It's McDonald's expect a McDonald's experience. Clean, quick, cheap, good WiFi and mediocre but well priced food.

Often at this Drive Thru and order in store, McDonald’s Winsford the service is extremely slow and they often get parts of the order wrong. I’ve often had missing items. Often the food packing area is rammed full of items to the point of overflow.

I've left a negative review in the past because of the amount of times they've not customised an order correctly, usual in regards to leaving it the cheese Today amongst my order I included a double cheeseburger. They got the customisation right, but only put one patty on, so it's not double!? I can go to other chains and never have screw ups, but better it's consistently bad

"Fast food" or so they say.. This is by far the worst mcdonald's I've came across I've been waiting over an hour for my food I've been trying to get through to them on the phone for another 45mins and they keep saying there waiting on a driver 🙃 then waited another 30 mins finally got through again fs to then tell me to come and collect it what a waste of time

Called for lunch on 18th Dec. All tables full. A kind waitress found us a table quickly. The self order unit did not issue a receipt and missed the collection number. A very kind lady on the till found the order and the the first helper delivered the order to the table. Brilliant service-all with a smile! The food was good. The whole place was clean despite being busy. This is one of the best McD’s in the area.

This McDonald’s is dreadful!!! Staff are rude, unbothered and all very very seedy. Food is disgusting. Always cold, chips are soggier than one of the staff in winndow 1’s personality. Always make you wait!!! Even if you ordered a napkin they’d make you sit in bay 3 for about 10 mins until a beast of McDonald’s worker comes out and delievers you your mingling food. Someone needs to take legal action against this McDonald’s and the owner of it. Rubbish rubbish rubbish!! What happend to good old McDonald’s Gross place

Ordered food online, was delivered half a mile away from our location, rang the store, told us to go up to collect. Got there, and refused to replace the order. Assistant manager extremely rude and arrogant.

Food is as per McDonald's standard but service is never great through the drive through. 3 wrap of the day shouldn't mean having to wait 5mins in a parking bay.

Shocking customer service. The way they speak to their customers is just disgusting. Food is alright but they always do it wrong, every single time I’ve ordered form here there was food missing, no straws and no sauces that I paid for. There’s some people there that just don’t know how to speak to other people and they’re just disgusting- (not all of them) when I go McDonald’s all they’re doing is standing around and chatting instead of doing they’re work. Worst place I don’t recommend going here.

Drive through or uber eats orders, items wrong or missing over half the time. If going through the drive through, check items before you drive home!
