Do not recommend ordering from this restaurant. Food took over 2 hours to get here. When requested a refund the restaurant said NO and then proceeded to not answer the phone when I tried to ring several times. Very bad customer service

A part of my order was missing I thought it was my fault but looked at order and. I did pay for it. Chicken was very chewy

Didn’t get my food until 7:20, app said 7:00 and I was waiting in the restaurant for at least 15mins as I arrived after the app said it was ready. Food quality wasn’t its normal quality tonight either

We're usually regulars here, but I'm sorry tonight's meal was not edible. The fish was like rubber, the chicken balls were tough, the onion rings were mushy and the nuggets were soggy. The sausage was missing. The only thing edible was the chips. Nothing tested freshly cooked. Very disappointed tonight.

Good chippy. Excellent Chinese food. Delivery available. Cash only! It's usually pretty easy to park outside but if not there's a huge car park a 2 minute walk away.

Chips were really undercooked and cold

The prawn crackers were stale,rice was bland and the sweet sour sauce had to taste Salt and pepper chicken was nice tho husband wasn't impressed with his meal either

i honestly hate leaving bad reviews but won't be ordering from here again was muck. cost 40 pound for it to go in bin. fish was under cooked, noodles were dry the beef meal had 2 slices of beef in. only good thing was that the chips were edible maybe they were having a bad night the delivery driver was great and arrived earlier than thought. quality just wasn't worth the money.

Only issue was the chips - they were awful .like they had been warmed up several times .dried out

Food cold, and waited half hour more than the estimated time. Absolute joke

Food was well wrapped but was cold when opened. Over cooked fried rice and chicken too was too dry in chicken fried rice. Skewers also barely Luke warm so was worried eating them if be ok. Only had half and threw rest rice. Chips and fish were ok. Just too much grease.

Love this chippy for years all my food was lovely except for the chips cheese and gravy the chips are clearly reheated from lunch time not good when I got them delivered for 7pm I also asked for lots of salt on chips and these were so bland not good I’ve been a loyal customer for years will still order but please read notes thankyou

Ordered chicken curry ended up with more like an onion 🧅 curry and they forgot to deliver the can of Coke I ordered too, also left the shop at 18:10 and got to me at 18:45. Venue was the best in town slowly going down hill

My egg fried rice was missing and the just eat app makes it really hard to complain about this so leaving a review instead.

Chips were amazing, but the rest of the meal wasn't too good....rice had a funny taste to it, sweet n sour pork the sauce was bland & pork was quite dry as for the char sui rolls only 2 had any char sui in them :(

This is our go to Chinese but the last 2 times my dish has lacked in flavour. The crispy chilli chicken is normally very sweet and spicy but this time it was tasteless. My wife's Singapore chow mein was very good.

They made an excuse they called my phone but my phone has zero missed calls and did not ring

It’s ok the salt and pepper chips were far to salty and hardly done they weren’t up to standard the first time I came here it was decent now it’s slacked I also had the soup and that was far too watery I probably won’t be coming back

My go to chippy always have good value meals I got the fish dinner the cod was nice however but disappointed chips weren’t nice they were the afternoons re cooked again so not the nicest really but the meals are usually good here do nice Chinese food too

Fantastic food and ultra fast delivery

The food is normally spot on but this evening the peas were like bullets, chips were extremely greasy and the gravy like glue. We've never had a bad meal from here before this evening. Hopefully it was just a one off bad day

Wouldn't eat here even if you paid me Not even a mention of my money back poor poor poor . Don't eat here
