Food arrived. Driver forgot bottle was ordered and went back to get no problem. In mean time the food was cold. Chips were barely warm and special chow mein was cold in spots. Prawns seemed cold so did t eat, ended up picking through and left it

Food was burnt and horrible, collection said 18.05 got it 15 minutes later, chips were only thing that was nice

Was there early to collect but still had to wait past my collection time. And when I got home there was missing items

Order cancelled, wont order from venue again.

cold , soggy chips stoggy curry

Ordered cod fish meal for five for a 1.15 afternoon collection. We found the cod had thick batter that was drenched in oil, the same for the chips. The mushy peas were not "mushy". The only nice things was the gravy and curry sauce. Really disappointed as was recommended by friends. Come on Venue, you can do better.

I asked for salt and pepper chips instead of noodles (says you can pay £1.80 extra for noodles or salt and pepper chips but no option to click for chips so I asked for them in the notes) and received noodles. my soup was gloopy and inedible.

Overall the food was nice but the restaurant forgot one of the portions of rice.

I ordered some food from here for myself and my partner. My partner ordered a chicken omelet which we believed was just chicken and eggs however when it arrived it had onions in it. My partner has an intolerance to onions and although it is a rare intolerance I feel like ingredients in a dish should be listed so people are aware of what they are ordering.

The food was delicious and still piping hot on arrival. Would only ever use Venue for a Chip shop meal, they never fail to provide the best food.

Food was freezing. Curry was like water an chicken was like rubber, took 2 hours to deliver an we live 5 mins away. £40 wasted. Wont use again.

Absolute apauling service. Called shop after delivery window because hadn’t received my order. Rang in excess of 30 times no answer. Drove to the shop to not receive my order but to turn up a further 20 minutes later stone cold.

Amazing as always. Its the 1st time my partner has eaten from here and she has said it was the best cod fish shes had.

Best egg fried rice ever. But only the large portion for some reason they don’t put spring onions in the small portion??

Delivered 20 mins early. BBQ sauce on ribs was very gloopy. Pineapple fritters were quite nice.

You need to put or meat in your Special Curry dish, there's hardly any in it.

Didn’t mind the delivery early as we were all quite hungry!

Very greasy, also had special fried rice and the prawns had gone off and were absolutely rotten binned the lot, this was my 3rd time ordering the very first order I had was lovely but has got progressively worse. Won’t be ordering again after tonight’s.

we normally love there food and order from here all the time but tonight the food was cold,the chips were hard and the kebab meat didn't taste right so couldn't eat any of it so disappointed ☹️. Hopefully next time it's better.

Amazing order we had: 1/4 duck with spring onion and cucumber and hoisin sauce, S&P chips, spring rolls, egg fried rice, crispy beef, bbq sauce, chop suey roll. Everything was amazing and lovely and hot. Thank you so much.

Do not recommend ordering from this restaurant. Food took over 2 hours to get here. When requested a refund the restaurant said NO and then proceeded to not answer the phone when I tried to ring several times. Very bad customer service

A part of my order was missing I thought it was my fault but looked at order and. I did pay for it. Chicken was very chewy

Didn’t get my food until 7:20, app said 7:00 and I was waiting in the restaurant for at least 15mins as I arrived after the app said it was ready. Food quality wasn’t its normal quality tonight either

We're usually regulars here, but I'm sorry tonight's meal was not edible. The fish was like rubber, the chicken balls were tough, the onion rings were mushy and the nuggets were soggy. The sausage was missing. The only thing edible was the chips. Nothing tested freshly cooked. Very disappointed tonight.

Good chippy. Excellent Chinese food. Delivery available. Cash only! It's usually pretty easy to park outside but if not there's a huge car park a 2 minute walk away.

i honestly hate leaving bad reviews but won't be ordering from here again was muck. cost 40 pound for it to go in bin. fish was under cooked, noodles were dry the beef meal had 2 slices of beef in. only good thing was that the chips were edible maybe they were having a bad night the delivery driver was great and arrived earlier than thought. quality just wasn't worth the money.

Only issue was the chips - they were awful .like they had been warmed up several times .dried out

Food cold, and waited half hour more than the estimated time. Absolute joke

Food was well wrapped but was cold when opened. Over cooked fried rice and chicken too was too dry in chicken fried rice. Skewers also barely Luke warm so was worried eating them if be ok. Only had half and threw rest rice. Chips and fish were ok. Just too much grease.
