food missing,cold, and the food that did turn up was very poor. will never be eating there again. don't even deserve 1 star

DIDNT EVEN TURN UP, Driven to the restaurant and hadn’t even made a start on my order.

Arrived stone cold and no bacon on the burger

It took over an hour for order to be prepared!!! Far too long

double whopper was great, but driver drove half mile PAST my house to deliver a different order before coming back, so everything was pretty cold.

Been to this Burger King a few times now, the food is always nice and it tends to be cheaper than McDonald’s. The play area inside and outside never seem to be open which is disappointing.

Food was decent quality and what I would expect from Burgerking. Delivery time was atrocious! It probably won’t show as late mainly because to avoid this you just keep increasing the time of delivery. However if you advertising that something will take 30-45 mins to arrive and it’s in fact takes 1 hour and 30 mins to arrive that is late so this meal was in fact 45 mins late arriving and if it had the correct timescales advised I would have gone to collect it myself and not paid the JE extortions

Fabulous food and great delivery

they have delivered wrong drinks, in the app there is not even an option too claim it back. you can only complain about the food. crazy

well it was warm, not hot but warm. order was correct also. not much else to say but well done for a change.

Standard Burger King when your at the Outlet shopping and looking for a quick meal. Ice machine wasn't working when we went.

Food is what you expect from these places. The service is slower here at the times of our visits as only 1 member of staff on the counter and they are not in a rush to do much, the food is at a child's temperature to be eaten straight away, not great for adults though even the hot drinks are drinkable straight away not like other ourlets. Can't say this is anywhere near my top outlet to use, both children's areas are not in use, the restaurant part can be untidy at times which is extremely off putting, this is due to inconsiderate patrons and understaffing.

Food cold, they couldn't get the order right and tables messy. Waste of money.

went here for a quick lunch got waited to order for like 10 mins but when I recived the food it was good , fries were hot and fresh and spicy sauce winning and there was like 3 staff they seem to be training properbly and also you cant use app to pay cash on kiosk ok but overall thanks guys

Currently in the shop as I’m writing. Restaurant hasn’t had anymore than 10 customers inside at any time so practically empty compared to other nearby restaurants. Waited 14 minutes for 2 large chips and 2 hamburgers. All other burger kings whether busy or quiet get this order done in under 5 on average Staff act like lazy teenagers and are highly disrespectful. Asked for salt was given 2 sachets. Asked for ketchup and was given 1 sachet. Not only cheap and stingy but just idiotic. McDonald’s is almost directly opposite on the other side of the car park. Even if you prefer Burger King I’d suggest going there. If franchise owner or manager wishes to reply feel free as I’d like to hear back about the disrespect, long wait and stinginess I encountered at the restaurant.

Service from Burger king more than Just Eat. correct receipt on the bag with the wrong food in. visited the branch to rectify the issue and was met with a blame instantly put on Just eat for burgerknigs mistake. followed by very poor attitude from what I can only assume was a member of management

When received the items. Only had 3 chilli cheese bites despite paying for 6 and took ages to prepare it

Absolute teste, Burger king is King of Burger. You will get unlimited option and very good friendly behaviour from Staff and also nice environment. I have visited there so many time and waiting to visit next time.☺️ Angus, crispy chicken, Chilli Jam royal /whopper, chilli bites 😊😊😊😊

The food was delivered on this cold night by a guy on a push bike so it was cold on arrival. The bin on my chicken royale was burnt and so all I could taste was burnt toast, had to eat it without the bread. Very disappointing

Ordered 3 chicken royal meals and a smoked cheddar and a bacon meal with bacon fries. The soft drinks dispenser was empty and fries were not properly cooked. Would never go back to this burger king

While I understand that Burger King is a budget, fast food establishment. My visit was disappointing for a number of reasons. 1. The food was warm at best. 2. The place itself was cold, and people were eating with coats on. 3. The children's outdoor play area was closed for maintenance and looked like it had been in disrepair for a long time. 4. The indoor soft play area was also closed for maintenance. 5. The theme of the whole place was that it required maintenance with things like broken windows. But if you don't have kids, like to wear shorts in the winter and hate waiting for your food to cool down, this is the place for you!.

Ordered food for 9pm came at 10pm and stone cold spend £70 on this order won’t do that again

I could see from the maps the driver stopped at two more places before setting off from the location. The food is cold as it has been sat in his bag for over half an hour

Does anyone read those reviews at all?Don't know where to start but everything was mentioned before. We use to go there because kids had some fun inside on playground as one outside it's not open for last 4 years or so. But they closed inside one as well. Inside looks dirty deffo ,drink machines 🤢 awful . Food itself deserves 2 stars but you will taste yourself. Good luck 🤞

Wow when I found out this is the lowest rated Burger King in the United Kingdom I was in disbelief! Other than the dirty floors, disabled screens, limited food and drink options, the broken drink machine, broken chairs, dirty bathroom, I had a 5 star experience!

Well over priced! Paid for a large fries and received a small amount and when I questioned it the staff were very rude! But I made sure they topped them up. Drink machine was filthy and coke was flat and tasted disgusting.

Everything was cold my partner had to put it in the microwave

My burger & fries were OK but I was seriously concerned about food hygiene. There were cold chips on the food counter in front of the servers for 15 minutes before they were cleared. There was rubbish on lots of tables and under lots of tables. The window sills had lots of rubbish on them including food waste. There was food & empty food packages between the drinks machines. We were there 35 minutes and not once was anything cleaned up. It was appalling. I've never seen a worse fast food restaurant for a lack of cleanliness. It wasn't overly busy so that was not an excuse. The staff just didn't seem to care at all. I don't think I'll be going back to this location again.

At 4.20 I placed the order for 5pm. The time kept creeping up and up til 45 minutes late. Driver parked on drive, was very rude and walked off talking to someone on his phone. No thanks no nothing. Will not use Burger King again

The manager was miserable and rude. Workers slow. The drinks machine pouring water and only one working. . Food missing. No sauces with meals. Wanted £0.40 a sachet. More worried about the just eat drivers

Ordered through the app before we got there..but had to wait over 20 mins to get our food. The staff looked miserable. Clean enough place.. parking outside. Drive through.

Depressing. I have no idea how this place is still open. Two Coke Freestyle machines, one broken, the other serving flat drinks with no ice. No air conditioning in the restaurant. Everything looked grubby and old. The kids play area inside has the doors taped shut. Food was average but if you like yourself you’ll walk two minutes to Starbucks or five to a whole row of restaurants.

i ordered food, i was missing fries, a drink, and i bought a £6.49 large ben and jerrys ice cream and they gave me a small one worth £2.99, really not happy and the food was stone cold, £40 order just to recive £20 worth of it.

Staff was really quick with my order, the food was very hot and Tom, Ellie and Sophie was really smiley and happy to help me and make my experience really pleasant 😁 definitely recommend this place..

it was disgusting. i walked in to chips and food on the floor. it all looked dirty. staff didn’t look professional. the tabs where you order was horrendous, if you added something the whole cart would delete. i will not be coming again. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Technically my food arrived “on time”… because the estimated delivery time kept getting pushed back. The order took an hour from me ordering it to its arrival which is crazy for one burger and fries, and when it did arrive, it was stone cold. Poor.
