KFC Cheshire Oaks in Cheshire West and Chester

Ate inside. Lovely service from the team, saw that we had 3 young children so brought our order over to us. Even came back to check the kids' ice creams hadn't melted before they'd got to them. Well done guys and thank you!

Food was cold and the time of delivery kept changing, should have walked to pick it up.

Missing bits on the order again. 4 mini fillets and the dips we ordered. Always the same with the Cheshire Oaks KFC. It’s like the try to fiddle you all the time so staff get free food shocking

the whole point of a boneless banquet is for the chicken to be BONELESS. come to find that I open the box, and there's chicken on the bone. if I had kids and they were unaware. KFC could have been responsible for my non existent child's death. watch those bones boys.

Bit noisy with music but otherwise a reasonable experience.

Came in around 7.50pm tonight and ordered family wicked bucket and BBQ burger meal. Service was fantastic all the staff made our meal quickly and having a laugh and was very organised. Food was great fresh. Thanks peeps enjoyed 5* service and food went well while watching Liverpool.

Bought a family bucket this evening, it took over an hour and thirty minutes to arrive when it first said thirty minutes, everything in the meal was as cold as if it had just come out of a fridge and parts of the order were wrong, chicken was over salted as well

Such a shame as KFC is the better option for a take away but Ellesmere Port is a joke. Orders are never correct, I ordered 3 chicken wings and got 33 (jackpot), but many drive through orders are missing items discovered when you get home. The reason I left this review is because yesterday I got home to find no top bread bun. Whoever made this knew that this was missing, what’s the point of a Zinger Burger when it’s not complete. Absolute joke of a store.

I would not recommend eating at this kfc as afterwards I finished my chicken I was constantly being sick as the chicken had a weird taste to it and the the other member of my party fell unwell and after going to see a doctor I was told I had food poisoning and I have also noticed rats near the building and staff members smoking outside and not wearing gloves in the restaurant. Worst kfc I have ever had and will not return as the care squad will not continue my complaint as I’ve not got my receipt but they have a transaction receipt on there till.

Food never arrived. Tracker was stuck at the Preparing Meal / Driver at restaurant stage for hours. Next day when I checked again it was marked as delivered. No food was ever delivered at any time. This is not the first time that this has happened.

Arrived to find a queue out the door. Turns out whether you are paying cash or card it’s kiosk order only and only 2 we’re working so long wait. After finally ordering I then had to wait again to pay. I’m disabled and in a mobility scooter so waited even longer to just pay as I couldn’t reach up to the pay desk so staff kept me waiting whilst dealing with others that ordered after us. Finally another 20 minutes later a tray was shoved towards me with half the things we ordered missing. Finally got that sorted and then had to struggle to get a tray full of drinks and food to our table whilst trying to manoeuvre my scooter through narrow spaces. Definitely not enough staff. Claim to be disabled friendly but far from. Will be sticking to Maccy’s in future. At least they are genuinely disabled friendly and have table service.

Not full portion of chips x 3. Hot wings instead of original chicken x1 and gravy instead of sweetcorn x1. The usual standard with this KFC. I'll drive to Bromborough from now on.

Site always says 15-30 mins. Then you get alert saying 45, then it just keeps going up for 30 mins. Useless

But, there was only the Burger & Fries No mini fillet burger (£3.99) or any gravy (£2.99)and you may wonder, why I haven't ordered much lately

Crew member lily helped me with my massive issue when I thought I had accidentally binned my phone . Lily kindly helped look for my phone within the rubbish which isn’t part of her job and didn’t need to do this by all means . Thankyou again so much lily you went above and beyond with your help .

Delivery time kept changing. Also when the food got here it was very cold and one of the large gravy’s had tipped all over half of the stuff in the bag. So only had one gravy and it was all a mess

Staff didn’t know what they were doing, was jumping from order to order. Staff wasn’t wearing hair nets. Staff seen scratching heads, licking fingers in front of customers and continued handling food. Waited 25 minutes for an order of mash, gravy and ice cream then when I asked if our 3 items were nearly ready it then took 4 members of staff to realise they hadn’t even put the mash on to cook and told me it would then be another 15/20 minutes. When I asked for a refund a member of staff from the back came with kfc crumbs all down her dirty T-shirt. She gave me a handful of coins without a word spoken.

Only received one drink instead of two and even that was wrong! Can't see how hard it is to read an order and pit the correct items in a bag, mind blowing guys honestly...
