Chicken cold and brought me wrong drink

Gravy was nearly see through and like water, all 3 tubs of it. The best part of kfc

Your delivery guy rang up saying he needed my post code, then at 13:31 said it has been delivered it is now 14:00 and still no show. I'm never ordering again I've lost my money

Your driver left my meal on the doorstop. By the time I got to it my meal was stone cold. I did not hear him knocking. Very disappointed and did not eat hardly any of the chicken - did not eat fries at all as were not nice cold. This is the second time I have had to complain about an order - there will not be a third.

Delivered in good time and whilst still hot - a vast improvement on a previous experience. All as expected.

The ice cream sundaes are my favourite And had pleasant service today. But otherwise I think KFC has gone really expensive (it is more expensive than 'proper' restaurant food like Hungry Horse where you can buy 2 meals for £12) So I now consider KFC a luxury / treat, rather than something you can eat on a regular basis. Update: I contacted KFC customer services. And the reply I got from them was that 'they believe that their prices represent good value for money' This updated / downgraded 1 star review is in response to the reply I got from KFC customer services for the lack of understanding of their pricing from a customer point of view. Prices of KFC have gone up 60% in the last few years!

Waited for nearly 2 hours couldn't get through on phone and eventually saw my food on the recycle bin it was freezing cold nobdy even knocked on door

It was my first & last visit to this Cheshire Oaks branch of KFC. We purchased a box of 8 mini fillets with 2 portions of fries. We got 8 mini fillets, 2 pieces of chicken & a pot of gravy - no fries. All the chicken mini fillets were overcooked to the point that they were impossible to cut through them. The 2 chicken portions were also inedible as they were overcooked too. The gravy looked as if it had been watered down & tasted just as bad as it looked! I can honestly say that this experience was so bad that it has put me off KFC in future.

don't order on this, it took a little over then a hour and half to arrive and this was at midday so not even busy time. and was stone cold when it did. put a meat prob in and read 24•c so little over room temp all had to go in oven. waste of time

I haven't received my meal as the driver didn't want to deliver it to my door and wanted me to meet him. He drove off with my meal and said it's been delivered. The drivers name is Kashif I've been told from kfc.

We ended up with no Gravy as they didn’t have any which I get but sent us with one coleslaw which we had 2 meals and both wanted gravy and ordered extra gravy gave us extra chips would of rather of had different sides to them and didn’t send us are drinks that we ordered which should of been Pepsi max and tango we got a pure orange and only one so not even enough drinks very disappointed will not be using again

Lynne is an absolute superstar. Working her tail off whilst young people stand around doing nothing. She needs to be paid double. I come here twice a week and she’s always so professional and hard working. Not sure if this is franchise or equity store but she needs looking after and tell your lazy staff to get another job.

Was missing an item, couldn’t report it separately as it was an add on item and wouldn’t allow me to report without saying the whole order was missing, which it wasn’t so kinda stuck

Chicken wasn’t as nice as normal a bit dry. But the delivery was very good

Driver was rude, never listened to instructions. Every time I order through just eat the drivers never listen to the instructions

Ordered 8 piece boneless dipping bucket. My child was looking forward to the dipping sauces you get and it of course arrived without any. Paid for 4 but didn't even get 1. Imagine the disappointment on a child's face. Luckily the rest of the order was correct

We recently tried to get some food after travelling all day so we went through the drive through and we were told they didn’t have what we wanted and after trying to order something else we were again told that they were out of stock, the staff who tried to take our order was incredibly rude. We will not be back again after this horrible experience and i will be telling others about our experience. If i could give it a zero star rating i would.

Ordered and was initially told food would come at 8.10-8.30…. Then it changed to 9.20-9.40… then got a message to say it had been delivered but it didn’t show up at all (we have cameras that show nobody came to the door). Now I have to submit a refund request (which has been refuted before so who knows if it will go through). Most importantly I’m still starving ha.

Food was just left outside, they didn't bother to ring the bell, it was outside for at least 10 minutes before I realised it had been delivered. So of course the food was cold. Absolutely shocking service from just eat delivery driver, they were either dropped their head as a baby or just really crsp at their job.

They missed out my wrap and the lid for the food wasn’t on, not only this but the estimated time kept changing which was really annoying.

missing BBQ wrap and buttermilk dip. it really isn't rocket science to follow an order a child could do it yet that is beyond their staff.

Poor service. I have a blue light card and can only use it at the counter. The staff all were more occupied with drive thru orders. Didnt even turn around to acknowledge us after 10 mins. The lady cleaning was little help. Ordered off the screen without my discount instead. 0stars

We didn't receive our food and spent over £40 nothing to do with the driver but the bag didn't even have a order number on it for him to confirm he had the right bag. Very disappointed and frustrated. Apparently he couldn't even go back to get the right order.

My good friend Josh Byrne (the one with the abhorrently large head) came to this establishment and came out with horrific levels of CHRONIC diarrhoea and I didn't see him for a week (which was a bit mint granted) Rest in peace Byrne family toilet, and kfc, watch yourself. I'm ard.

we recieved no chips with our bucket meal which was to share between 4 people so essentially for 40 quid we had 3 peices of chicken and some corn on the cob, top job!

This place needs to sort itself out! I visit a lot of the KFC’s across the north west and I must say the presentation of food compared to others is very low. Especially with the rice boxes… you usually can’t go that wrong but i’ve been twice recently and felt like I had to leave a review as I won’t be going back. Also there’s only 1 hour parking!

The order arrived hot (considering the drive distance and potential traffic), the original recipe chicken was a leg and a ribcage, what? The hot wings ("hot" referring to the spicy kick) weren't spicy in the slightest and looked sad. On the plus side, the fillets, gravy and chips are banging!

KFC Kinsey Road Ellesmere port. Advertising they close at 9pm but locked the doors and had chairs up on table by 8pm. We arrived just before 8pm and were made to feel very unwelcome

We came at 8:20, the door was lock. We went round the side to the drive through window where we were rudely told that it was drive through only as they now close at 8. Despite it being displayed saying restaurant open till 9 on the door. After speaking to what I assume was a manager (a very unprofessional and rude one at that) she told us that unless we had a car and went through the drive through we could not order. Annoyed and hungry we went through the drive through waiting in a very long queue, when attempting to order we were told they had no gravy and the only sides they had was coleslaw and beans! Pretty disgusting the attitudes of the workers and false advertisement!

The time kept increasing and it looked like the driver was parked on Cheshire Oaks (not by KFC) for ages once it had been collected from KFC!
