KFC Cheshire Oaks in Cheshire West and Chester

Arrived to find a queue out the door. Turns out whether you are paying cash or card it’s kiosk order only and only 2 we’re working so long wait. After finally ordering I then had to wait again to pay. I’m disabled and in a mobility scooter so waited even longer to just pay as I couldn’t reach up to the pay desk so staff kept me waiting whilst dealing with others that ordered after us. Finally another 20 minutes later a tray was shoved towards me with half the things we ordered missing. Finally got that sorted and then had to struggle to get a tray full of drinks and food to our table whilst trying to manoeuvre my scooter through narrow spaces. Definitely not enough staff. Claim to be disabled friendly but far from. Will be sticking to Maccy’s in future. At least they are genuinely disabled friendly and have table service.

Not full portion of chips x 3. Hot wings instead of original chicken x1 and gravy instead of sweetcorn x1. The usual standard with this KFC. I'll drive to Bromborough from now on.

Staff were extremely polite and helpful when needed. Food was to great standards i would happily recommend to anyone

food was cold and I didn't get my drink, the chicken looked like it had been sat under the heat lamps for atleast and hour and delivered with no napkins.

Parts of the order were overcooked, with other bits cold. Tasted like it was cooked hours ago then reheated

The delivery driver was awesome

But, there was only the Burger & Fries No mini fillet burger (£3.99) or any gravy (£2.99)and you may wonder, why I haven't ordered much lately

Site always says 15-30 mins. Then you get alert saying 45, then it just keeps going up for 30 mins. Useless

Crew member lily helped me with my massive issue when I thought I had accidentally binned my phone . Lily kindly helped look for my phone within the rubbish which isn’t part of her job and didn’t need to do this by all means . Thankyou again so much lily you went above and beyond with your help .

Gravy was spilled all over our food and we were missing half of our order, not good.

KFC as per usual missing items from the box meal. The fact they only get about 2% of their orders right needs to be studied by science.

Delivery time kept changing. Also when the food got here it was very cold and one of the large gravy’s had tipped all over half of the stuff in the bag. So only had one gravy and it was all a mess

friendly and polite driver, unfortunately food was delayed and cold. This has happened on quite a few occasions now and is deterring us from using just eat.

Everything arrived, delivery was on time. All round good experience.

order was missing an items and the bag was open, clearly the item had been taken out. can even contact the restaurant to correct it

Staff didn’t know what they were doing, was jumping from order to order. Staff wasn’t wearing hair nets. Staff seen scratching heads, licking fingers in front of customers and continued handling food. Waited 25 minutes for an order of mash, gravy and ice cream then when I asked if our 3 items were nearly ready it then took 4 members of staff to realise they hadn’t even put the mash on to cook and told me it would then be another 15/20 minutes. When I asked for a refund a member of staff from the back came with kfc crumbs all down her dirty T-shirt. She gave me a handful of coins without a word spoken.

Only received one drink instead of two and even that was wrong! Can't see how hard it is to read an order and pit the correct items in a bag, mind blowing guys honestly...

Everything came cold except from the gravy chips were freezing and soggy

Order says it's been delivered but didn't arrive. Very poor service from just eat.

No gravy - again. 5th time of trying to order. Never ever have this product. Spend money at McDonald’s and Burger King every time you don’t have gravy. Estimating you’ve lost £150 in 4 weeks.

the original delivery was 10 to 25 minutes this pushed back gradually till i had waited over an hour, the food arrived stone cold. Last chance wont be ordering through just eat again. Not worth the wait or the money.

Collected an order via the drive through and was told to park up and order would be delivered to the car. Once home discovered I had been given completely the wrong order. Contacted the store which took nearly an hour as they kept hanging up on me. Once through no apology and absolutely no effort to correct the issue. The food that had been provided was also not fit to eat wouldn’t even give it to the dog.

First time at KFC since I was a kid. First drive through took about 15 mins (wasn’t busy) - order was wrong when I got home, food was stone cold. Shocking really as if it was a small chain they’d go out of business quickly. Definitely won’t be returning.

One star because if you are meant to be open till 10pm then serve till 10pm and then close. Don't switch everything off and clean up at half past nine and then play dumb because someone comes in at the last minute.

Absolutely filthy counter and tables. Got my order wrong and was funny with me when my wife complained. Never again

Absolute thick kids behind the counter. Haven't got a clue. Ordered 4 piece meal, no drumsticks, fries and gravy. Drives home. NO FRIES, 3 DRUMSTICKS AND BEANS!! Drive back and was then given attitude by greasy little boy behind counter. Twice in a week they've managed to mess the order up. Never again at this one

I ordered at about 8.55 delivery time was 9.10, I did not receive order until 9.55 most of the food was cold and I received beans instead of the gravy that I had ordered

This kfc always gets the food right, quick, hot and tasty. However the toilets are ghastly, crap all over the walls and a vile smell. Its disturbing.

Surprisingly the prices are different for this center, same item was £2 more for this center compared to Altrincham branch. It took ages to get the item. Not that it was too crowded but possibly delivery orders might be there as it was only 30% occupied. Planned dine in but after 30 mins of wait I decided to takeaway as I didn't have much time left.

Drive thru deal on chicken strips is good value. Just spoiled it with having to park and wait for the food. Order taker did a good job of interpreting what I was after. Service with a smile there.

The quickest trip and best KFC I've ever had! Thank you Id like to update my review, popped in drive through again on Tuesday, 13.51 pulled in to order again very quick and very hot food, pulled up to eat 13.52 But the best part was the very happy server at window 1, she was so polite it was lovely! Shame my local stores in Telford suck.

The chicken was not coated it was basically deep fried chicken but only found out when I got home but as I live in chester it was too late to back so I will just never go to this kfc ever again it was Sunday 22nd of September 2024 🤬🤬

Great Service but ended up not finishing the second wrap. Far too much pickled slaw on both wraps made it undesirable to finish off. Strongly recommend dialing it down in that regard.
