McDonald's in Cheshire West and Chester

Every single time I make an order from this McDonald’s there is always something wrong the order. Either food missing and/or cold food. That was my last time ordering from them.

half the one coke was in the bag leaked out and they didn't deliver the second coke

Cold, cold, cold. For a multimillion company, you'd think they would have worked out how to serve thier food hot, or at least warm

I was missing one for my burgers is the double deal and it was cold

Ordered 20 chicken nuggets only received 16 disappointed apart from that meal was nice

We were supposed to get sauces with our order but we never got any.

I was told when I ordered it would be with me at 17:40 but we didn’t get it till 18:20. The moving back. It would of been quicker to drive there myself

I couldn't receive my order the time kept going up and up by 10 minutes so had to get in touch with driver and send it back

Because the McDonalds near us Sealand Road was not in stock of milkshakes and Flurries we had to go to the one in Chester city centre therefore the fries ,nuggets and Big Mac were cold so in all disappointing

I’m disgusted that I’ve spent my hard earned money on this freezing cold food this isn’t even the first time I’ve ordered it and it’s come cold this keeps happening over and over again I’m fed up it’s suppose to be fast food I’ve waited nearly an hour for it to come cold and I’m literally round the corner I’m rly fed up and I will not be ordering from here again

Food was good, drink was Coke Zero not full fat and McFlurry was only half the size and not full

Don’t even know what to say, food came over a hour late and was ice cold, the sauce on my food had gone hard and strange as if it had been sat there for ages, not happy

Highly recommended if you want to wait 30 minutes for your food to arrive cold. When we asked for it to be replaced it was still barely tepid. Worst McDonald's I've been to.

It was over a hour and half late and drink was half full

When placing order delivery time qas 20-30mins this soon changed to over an hours wait...and then food arrived stone cold! Will never order delivery again!

The food quality was terrible. I have never had such a bad bacon sandwich - the bacon was barely cooked and cold and really unpleasant to eat. I had to try and pull some meat away from the flobby fat. The hash browns were incredibly greasy and not crisped up at all and also cold

Probably the best Just Eat driver ever…I stupidly put the wrong address on my order and messaged to say the driver could keep it. Instead he asked for my address and delivered it to me anyway. Faith in humanity restored after having a rubbish morning - thank you!

Garlic and ketchups are missing

Food was hot on arrival actually got everything we ordered this time nothing was missing. Delivery was on time and delivery driver was friendly and helpful.

From the original proposed delivery time it ended up being almost an hour later. When it arrived it was cold. Not impressed

delivery time kept changing later and later. Got food an hour after order. Breakfast was freezing when arrived.

Ordered food. Delivery driver went 10 mins in the opposite direction when he reached that location he stayed there for over 30 minutes (Just eat i have many screen grabs). When he finally got moving again he phoned me to say he had no Internet for the delay. I told him to not deliver the food as it would be stone cold. He apologised and sent me a message saying I would be refunded (again i hahave it screen grabbed) . Still Just Eat said deliver anyway over 1 hour late. Waiting for a refund.

Slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. Repeatedly takes at least 15 minutes for a small order even when the place is dead. Staff literally move around like sedated sloths and coffee is always cold

It was freezing cold, the app wasn't working, missing items, delivery driver had no clue where he was going had to go out and talk to him, he had a doffernt code with the wrong number SERIOUSLY UNHAPPY

Cold by the time it arrived and had to chase them down the street to even get it at this time 10 minutes after latest estimated delivery time.

I ordered a medium meal with banana milk shake and received a banana milk that you get with a happy meal how can staff get that wrong.

How hard is it to put into a bag what the customer ordered. This is ridiculous missing items again, this order was placed for 3 people & only 2 got their food. Not Good enough.

I Couldn't believe the response I got from "Molly" at this restaurant when I rang to report missing items from my order. I based the order on the new Philly Cheese Stack, that I did NOT receive. I was told that they were extremely busy & trying the best that they could ( How hard is it to put food from a list in a bag) & If I wanted to get my money back to contact Just-Eat. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Its not hard, Appalling Customer Service & Rude Staff.

What a joy this order was for me, and I would seriously recommend you give praise to the delivery driver who delivered the food here! Kind to customers, perfect timing, and most of all, asked for the code, this was wonderful for me to hear, as the code can make sure the order wasn’t delivered to the wrong place, gave it to him, and all was well, and most wonderfully, the food was piping hot! A wonderful treat this was and I hope it gets better from here on out with people like him. 10/10!

Drink has exploded over everything. Even items in the other bag were drenched.

Ordered 2 burgers without ketchup, onions, dill pickle and mustard. THEY PUT EVERYTHING IN IT. We ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies they sent a box of chicken nuggets. No wonder this place has such a bad reputation! GET WORKERS THAT CAN READ!!!

Neither of the drinks had been secured so most of my drinks were in the bag and my McFlurry not the cups, and soaked into my rug. They sent me a burger that was covered in ketchup which I can’t eat with only a single burger and no cheese when I ordered a plain double cheeseburger. The only thing that I could eat were the nuggets luckily there’s not much they can do to get that wrong.

I had substantial amounts of egg shell in my egg. Not happy. It cut my mouth and I think it’s a serious health and safety issue.

I think McDonald's Foregate st, Chester has a separate fryer for the fries they send out for delivery, so they can make sure they are so undercooked that they are almost translucent and flacid AF. we also received a happy meal portion of fries instead of the medium fries we ordered. got diet coke instead of regular and were missing 2 chicken nuggets. McDonald's Foregate street should win an award for being the most consistently awful fast food workers on just eat.

The guy who delivered my food was very polite and smiley

Staff ,especially one girl,were very helpful,very polite, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for an enjoyable visit.

It’s my first time ordering McDonald’s delivery and although the burger was ok the fries definitely don’t travel well 😢
