Food wasn't great cold and waited 20 minutes

I said no onions on my burger because I’m allergic and they still put onions on it. The cheese was halfway of the burger. The chips were cold

Staff ,especially one girl,were very helpful,very polite, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for an enjoyable visit.

Fast food for lots of people. Does the job well for industrial scale feeding they are the best. Don't expect an intimate exclusive atmosphere

A man dropped his drink and without hesitation the staff came and cleaned it up, and offered to replace the cuppa for him. can't beat genuine people who are just honest, don't think I would have got that at my local MacDonalds.

I've visited this restaurant many, many times over the years and I've watched several things change about it and not for the better unfortunately. In the past few visits it's had a weird atmosphere about it (in the evening) and I've even seen people starting arguments and having to be calmed down by security. They close off the upstairs in the evenings so everyone is forced to eat downstairs, and it gets quite busy. Because the upstairs is closed, there is always a big queue for the single downstairs disabled bathroom which in itself, isn't a pleasant space to visit. It also appears to be a convenience regularly frequented by people who haven't actually bought anything from the restaurant so could be in better condition as it is clealy overused. In other McDonalds I've been in, they give a code out on your receipt for the bathrooms, so I would highly recommend that McDonalds Chester adopt this system. When we visited last night it was full of teenagers - they looked between 14-16 years old - and a lot of them were vaping INSIDE the restaurant. Just casually sitting there at tables in big groups - not all of which were eating - and vaping away like it was fine. You could see that they were trying to be surrepticious about it but if I noticed them, then someone who worked there should have. They were definitely too young to be vaping and they definitely shouldn't have been doing it inside the building around other customers. I was appalled. Who knows what they are vaping, could be anything and it could have serious health implications for other customers with asthma and children of course, who should not be breathing that in etc. I did wonder why the smoke alarms hadn't gone off. There was a member of staff walking around cleaning but I never saw anyone go up to any of them and tell them to stop or ask them to leave, when they absolutely should have. In all fairness though, I think they should have security on hand at all times in the evening and ask anyone seen vaping to leave. There should also be signs on the doors advising people not to vape, or they should keep an eye on the cameras and make an announcement on the tannoy system when they spot someone vaping and they should soon get the message that they are being monitored and hopefully refrain from doing it. Obviously this would involve McDonalds hiring additional members of staff, but as this place is a hotspot for teenagers, I think it's imperative that someone makes strides towards teaching them respect for other people as it is just not acceptable to treat any place like a doss-house at the expense of other people's health and right to enjoy their meals without worrying for their health. To put it bluntly, yesterday's visit was a glimpse in to the degredation of respect in society, and I was not impressed. The food was fine though, on the plus side!

Needed something quick to eat, so McDonald's would do the trick. Had two cheeseburgers. Reasonable price. Wanted a Chocolate milkshake but not available. Disappointing. Restaurant was very busy (Saturday lunchtime) and was not very clean. Things on the floor, tables not wiped. Poor.

Not very quick for fast food lol big Mac wasn't the hottest

Macdonalds is very spasmodic, some restaurants are above average, some very poor, no consistency, most of the time what they all have in common is the food is cold.

No signal to log into app. WiFi not working. Slow service and it was empty. Upstairs blocked off. Breakfast muffin looked slapped together. Not a good Maccies.

The menus are confusing, and sometimes you have to settle for what they offer instead of what you really want.

Dreadful. We had to wait over 10 mins for our ,pretty standard order, and it was cold when we picked it up from the collection point.

Yet again items missing the last 5 times ive ordered from here ive been missing items and when i try to get the missing items or a return im told its not there problem im sick to death of losing out on money because incompetent people cant put a full order together without missing something every time and usually its the most expensive item, will not be ordering again and i strongly suggest people steer clear of this restaurant, utter useless brain dead people

The fries were disgusting,they weren't cooked still looked like white potatoes. Milkshake was totally just a pink blob, burgers were a total mess ,what's going on with McDonald's, I think we'll be trying burger king.

I have not received my delivery from McDonalds. I have waited over 10 minutes when the app has said it has been delivered and still not received anything.

Drinks spilt everywhere, food cold and falling apart

Waited over 15mins for just a cheese burger and when I got it it was cold

Came in late and witnessed a drunk customer drop several bottles of alcohol on the floor. Manager cleaned it up quick and made sure he didnt cause any more trouble, great service for the end of the night.

Lovely driver- awful food again

Staff are not very helpful and very argumentative. Manager just as bad. I had a simple complaint and expected a sympathetic ear, not a chance of that in this place, We will be giving this place a miss in future, and I advise you to do the same.

Very happy with the food and on time delivery however am unhappy with the service I spoke to the driver said hi thank you so much as he handed me the bag he didn’t speak or look at me which I find rude I don’t expect a full conversation with your very busy delivery drivers but I do expect good manners and common courtesy .. I would like to stress this is unusual I have never found this to be the case with any other drivers.

Awful order. And JustEats complaint system is poor too!! Coke was flat, chips were cold, some items had the wrong dip, some items (like mozzarella bites had no dip - why would you get them without dip!). Altogether not great.

I asked for chicken selects not chicken nuggets. Which are more expensive.

I did put a complaint in before I received this order. It said originally it would be with me at 11.05 and it got to me at 11.35. I was ment to in work for 11.45 so I was late. I tried cancelling the order but couldn’t get to do it. I did already send a complaint on the day but not heard anything back.

Burgers was cold , ordered large fries got small, ordered large milkshake , received half a cup , absolute joke and waste of money. Coles had no ice , it’s like they couldn’t be bothered.
