missing my son's drink with his meal food was cold

Order was wrong as per usual and they never send any dips even though you ask for them

My order never showed up I phoned the driver he said I put the wrong address in when I had not it was the right address and post code and then ended up hanging the phone up and me and I never got my order I have recently been receiving bad customer service from you

I ordered several dips, none arrived with my order. That included 3 complementary dips for the 9 chicken selects box ordered and 3 additional bbq dips that I actually paid for. The food was dry and underwhelming as a result. I would not have ordered if I had known that the dips would not arrive with the food. Disappointing.

3 times in a row there has been an issue with my orders. The first time I was missing a shamrock shake, next I never got my cheese dippers and today all the drinks were missing and we received something else. Not happy about this at all.

Very inconsistent quality here. Two items were missing from latest order, food was lukewarm, no straw for drink. Other times have been brilliant though.

Great McDonald's Location Fast Service with the food location wasn't overly busy at the time i visited so maybe when busy could be different but based on my experience it was ok plenty of seating available when I visited and also believe they have upstairs seating also but I could be wrong have visited a few times and always been fine will visit again next time I'm in Chester most likely friendly staff and decent food

ordered the deluxe duo deal with mcSpicy and McCrispy but the McCrispy burger was missing from the order. it's disappointing. tried to initiate a refund which shows the refund for the all deluxe duo deal.

Order took so long to arrive. Spoke to driver multiple times and he didn’t know where he was going. He sat in the next road for over half an hour. Rang him 11 times. When food arrived it was freezing cold so refused it.

am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred at your store., I was subjected to harassment by another customer while inside the store. The staff acted promptly and removed the individual from the premises. However, shortly after, I was confronted again by the same person outside the store. This individual proceeded to throw a flurry at me and subjected me to verbal abuse. I am deeply disturbed by this experience and feel unsafe. I request that appropriate action be taken to prevent such incidents from happening in the future, as well as any necessary steps to ensure my safety and well-being in your store. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

I had to order all this food as was missing off a first order about half an hour before so I would like a full refund as when I rung McDonalds they were no help at all and couldn’t do anything about our missing items

Pub and bar hopping around this part of the city my twin brother and I decided to drop by this McDonald's outlet, been here before, always had a positive experience and so it proved on our latest visit to here. A decent enough McDonald's, interior is light and airy, typical McDonald's decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options, it's just a great fast food restaurant. We ordered a double cheeseburger, fries and cola, service was quick and surprisingly pleasant, we grabbed a table were we munched through our burger meals which were totally delicious and just what we needed to set us up for a good few hours. We really enjoyed our burger meals in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to this McDonald's we had a great time. This McDonald's is easy to locate along Foregate Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Friday, 5am till 11pm. Saturday, 24 hours. Sunday, 5am till 11pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the mood for a sneaky burger meal.
