Standard maccies badly laid out

took a lifetime and a half for my food, don’t even live in chester so by time i got home and checked my food noticed my cheeseburger that i paid an extra 40p for cheese was missing. photo included of said missing cheeseburger

Once again I order snd yiu send me the wrong food!!! I orderd £30 worth of items and get one chilli cheese burger delivered........ are you for real!!!! I didn't even order a chilli cheese burger

The worst McDonald’s I have ever had! Bag with drinks soaking wet all spilt all over chips cold and like cardboard only one patty in my Big Mac. Absolute disgrace will never return to this McDonald’s £25 down the drain rip off I would like a refund

Driver did not follow delivery instructions and my food bags were open and was rude when arrived

After one hour ten mins None of our burgers arrived / no fries / no donuts.... Just our coffee and mcflurry in soaking damp bags (about two thirds of the coffee had spilled over everything else) Literally about as bad as it can be. Really Poor.

Everything was wrong and it’s an absolute joke how the driver spoke to us, and I ordered burgers and meals and drinks and got 2 packs of cold fries and some cheese bites wow this is terrible

Late while driver sits there making no attempt to find us or call! Again and same driver! If you are lost just call don’t sit there while peoples food gets cold! We can actually see you on the tracker!

terrible uber delivery everyone that delivers user lately are so lazy that they expect me to come out my property and walk down the road to collect the food, refused to deliver to my door claiming to not be able to walk yet was on a bike and walked to the wrong property this is every time I order and its becoming a joke now so rude

Have not received my order, saw the just eat scooter pass, upon checking the tracking, it says that it has been delivered. was not delivered to my address and trying to contact to sort it out the only option is through a small selection of options, no contact us so it can be resolved, now I am without food and did not even get a full refund. NOT HAPPY

when the McDonalds pack foods it needs to be the right order and not missing items, should be more focused

Several orders now have been attempted to be delivered to the wrong address near by despite me putting additional information on the orders to assist the drivers. I'm increasingly frustrated over the drivers obviously not reading my directions

Ordered at 6:30 giving an original delivery time of 7:10:7:30pm arrived 8:50pm with stone cold food.

The food is good enough but the price isn't entirely good. The McDonald's itself is normally quite dirty and doesn't have much energy.

Always seem to forget something, this time was only the dips but still not great. Food that arrived was nice

I actually asked for two pieces of chicken in my salad yet somehow it came with no chicken. after ringing Mac Donald's I was informed it was a just eat issue. why on earth would I ask for an extra piece of chicken and then it magic comes through as no 2 pieces of chicken??? make that make sense ??!! first and last time I will use this app. it's a flipping joke on new year's day!!!!!

orders 2 burgers and 2 milkshakes for Xmas eve tea. was delivered 2 cold burgers and 1 milkshake and a coke.

Only half our order received only delivered burgers no McFlurry or Oreo ice cream . No apology no offer to redeliver so is at fault McDonalds or just eat ????

food arrived in a great time, sealed properly, no issues with delivery, but food was mildly warm and fries stale

always forget something. it's so easy to check a order theses guys just always fail to do this

I'm appaled by my recent order we have a busy week ahead of us as a family and wanted to order a mcdonald which was £60 and the delivery driver only bought £30 worth of my order I'm very unhappy about this and would like it resvoled.

My order was missing a fries and a birthday cake donut

Half of the order is missing. Questioned the driver 3 times who said everything is there. Definitely not

the issue is The Sat Nav sometimes point to the wrong address, he calls me up , saying, I sent him the wrong way. I explain politely, go back the way you came you will see the big white hotel, I am 2 doors past it. The driver went to two other destinations before I had to come out in my bare feet. He said where this white building? I said it's behind you.
