Chicken 2 Go in Cheshire West and Chester

How the hell can the place think they can cook a pizza in less than 2 minutes never had such a raw and horrendous tasting pizza in my entire life avoid at all cost used to be good but clearly gone massively down hill

Don't even bother ordering from this place; the reviews are 100% legit, sadly I'm seeing this late, ordered for chicken shawarma with chips and got served 95% chips and 3% sprinkled salad and 2% chicken. Waste of funds

food always lovely it's my go to favourite.got curry chips..was nice just not enuff curry on chips..was mainly on one corner.otherwise great food.👍👍

Kebabs were very nice however the chicken strips & chips were not nice at all, the chicken strips tasted like cardboard and the chips were dry and stale .

Order and eat here all the time the chicken burgers are my favorite around, orders always correct and often I get an extra soda or two. Highly recommend, I absolutely love these guys

Went last night if you want cold food rude staff. This is the place. If not go elsewhere best thing about it is the bin outside to lash it in. Been here b4 and it was great not sure what's happened

Bad man behind that till “ ALI “ order 2 kebabs there paid for it then tried to change us for sauce . Ended up saying no . Eating my kebab man there decides to get hold off my kebab and chuck it in the bin while I’m half way through it and chucked the empty box at my face . Other lad had the same issue Ali chucked a full kebab at him leaving chicken kebab all over the shop I won’t be back ever again

They don't make any effort. I didn't like the beef, it's okay in a pinch

Chicken in Shawarma was burnt and very hard in both mine and my partner's. Tomatoes were definitely old and sour, uneatable. My partner also had bad stomach night after having it. Won't reccomend.

I have ordered Chicken shawrma but unfortunately the Onion inside the wrap is more than chicken, they also dont know how to tight the wrap when u try to. Open it all will be falll. Down

This place used to be great !! I don't know what's happened there now though 😕. We ordered two lots of boneless chicken & both lots were completely inedible- completely burned .....I'm not talking a bit overdone, I'm mean black ! Won't be returning !

Just ordered two large boxes of chicken shawarma meat with salad and sauce and been charged £12 for meal supposed to cost £9 per meal. When started to eat discovered most of my box was salad. I was quite regular customer but after this evening not recommended for anybody, disappointed.

Did you think I was drunk when you ordered at night? The networks money from customers during the day is the same at night! Give equal service. I received my order for a chicken doner and fries exactly 5 minutes ago. I only wanted salad on top. It arrived with 3 pieces of onion, very little lettuce, and 3 pieces of inedible tomatoes. The quality of chicken meat is disgraceful. dry flavorless and lots of fries! I cannot accept that this order, for which I paid £13, is this disgraceful. I already had my doubts when ordering and you did not mislead me. If you have trouble cutting fresh chicken doner during quiet hours, close your shop! We want our money's worth. It's not a disgraceful meal.

Ordered a chicken burger, got home and it was raw! Phoned and got told to come back for a free burger only to be told to leave and that the person who served me wasn’t on the till? Hygiene 4! Should be a 1!

Not to be a stickler but I was not impressed at the fact my food was dumped outside of the store on the floor next to a homeless man who was fair to say snooping through my food I’m in my right mind for a refund because the food got put in the bin

Everything we ordered was very well prepared. And they are very attentive in their service.

I used to eat great shawarma from here in the previous years, but I was not in Chester for nearly 2 years and when I went there on 13.04.24 around 6 in the evening to get the taste I missed, I ate a grumpy person and a very bad chicken wrap and I lost it never to come back. I took my friend there too I had the same opinion, I'm sorry about this situation.

ordered tonight on deliveroo, ordering large kebab and chips meal. i have ordered from here before and it was decent, the last time i did the kebab and chips came in two separate boxes and it was a good size serving, however this time was NOT the case. this time the order we received, was a lot smaller, there was a small amount of kebab and chips were under the kebab with no pitta bread at all. i am very disappointed with this order, will not be getting from here again and would very much like a refund

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this place! Very rude people, kept forgetting my order, took over 30 mins to get them to actually complete my order. Been twice now and same every time. I won't be going back.

Fries tasted like dirty frozen water. Swarma didn't taste good, there was a strange smell in it. Ketchup was sour. Just terrible.

I’ve had food from here before and I very much loved it. But served by a guy with a man bun tonight, I came in started looking at the menu and he kept asking every 10 seconds if I was ready to order, I told him I would tell him when I’m ready because he kept asking. I ordered a mixed meat wrap, I saw him make it and I was confused, I was going to ask where the rest of the meat was but felt I would wait until I was home. I have attached a photo of my wrap below, this was £9, it was worth £3, he then made fun of me for ordering Diet Coke because he said it’s not diet it’s fake. Really strange man, I would like a refund

Very poor schwarma. Meat had clearly sat around for hours. I couldn’t finish the wrap because of the taste when normally I can eat a whole wrap easily. Feel unwell the following day from eating this. Would not return.

Food came late, was almost stone cold. Then only to find a 'chicken bone' in my Calzone pizza... Pretty shocking. I was too tired and hungry to call them back but phoned the following day only to be told sorry they can't do anything and that I should have phoned straight away. Which is sort of fair enough in that respect. Taste was ok though.

Let me just start I don’t usually make reviews on food but this pizza I had was something else the crust was amazing the base was nice and the toppings didn’t all just slide off like the pizzas do at other places round chester all together I give this place a good 9/10

Awful, food arrived cold. Sent it back and sent a replacement and was cold again. Called and the restaurant was so rude saying not there problem! And nothing they can do about cold food. Man was screaming down the phone to me. Absolutely disgusting customer service!

The guy inside was careless. Not a usual Chester trader around. The shawarma we ate was so so.

Changed the recipe for hot wings recently. Way to salty. Made me physical cringe like eating a lemon the salt was that strong. Only ate one 1/4 boxes as it was that strong. Please go back to old recipe:). I loved that one and I’m a regular customer.

NOTICE TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS!! The pizza meal deal 2 does not include 2 pizzas as advertised and the restaurant do nothing to compensate those mislead by the menu. Frankly given the mediocre food and service, you're better off going somewhere else

Decent value and very enjoyable chicken shawarma. I prefer my kebabs to come wrapped up ready to eat with your hands and there was a bit of fork admin required, but once I'd done that and got it wrapped I really enjoyed it.

We are on holiday in chester and previous guests reccomended this place, it did not disappoint the chicken shawarmas where so tasty and so filling, kids meal was great to real chicken nuggets and not processed frozen ones like some places.

The food quality was bad, chips with donner were soggy and of very bad quality, they tasted horrible. Also the meat pizza dough looked old, there was pungent or sour smell from the pizza when u try to eat, I have to leave the pizza !! I have had pizza and donner & Chips in so many places, this was the worst ever. I mean when you charged so much of money you must provide good quality of food !!
