By far the best for all the kebabs and top notch Doner Meat as stated by other people who have made reviews. Burgers are the best around here too, lashings of doner meat on the doner burgers. Only weakness is the pizzas which I have ordered time and again hoping for a decent one but rarely get. Irony is the free garlic cheese pizza you get for ordering over a certain threshold is actually decent

Careful ordering from here if you owns pets as the delivery driver has been seen on numerous occasions abusing people’s animals on his deliveries.

Everything I asked for was catered for. Three Southern Fried Chicken 🐔 and small 🍟 chips, all 'well cooked' + put into a cardboard boxes, (keeps everything crisper for longer) +their own garlic mayo dip..... Just Perfect!

1 item of my food order was wrong called up to return and have my order replaced and was rudly told "we can't resell it, it would have to go in the bin and that's money out of our pocket and we aren't loosing money". I explained that I was pregnant and couldn't eat the so called 'chicken' and was told "well that's not our problem" I was willing to drive back to the restaurant to return the food but.i was told not to come back and went I said "so it's OK for a customer to lose money?" And they responded with "well that's not out problem"

Ordered 2 kebabs over 1½ hours ago online and took my money, and still no delivery. Won't answer the phone or even respond to messages to explain. Online service is now closed even though advertised until 2am. Horrendous service and even worse customer service. Can't comment on the quality of the food as you don't recieve it!!!! DO NOT USE!!

Never again will i be ordering from here!! I pay for cheese on my chips and for them to come burnt to a crisp and i get cheese on like 1 of the chips!! I take a bite of my burger thought it tasted abit weird so had my partner look to find mold spotted around hiden under the mayo on the bottom of the burger bun and the burger was not even cooked still red pure meat half way through!! I am so disgusted in this and cant even ring because u have just shut!! I know its closing time but no need to rush my food and bring it out in such a disgrace i wont even be given it to my dog it was that bad!! Never been so annoyed... take more care will use could of really made me ill for goodness sake !!

Spent over £30 for the food to arrive cold, and tasted abysmal. Rang up to complain to be met with the very rude and aggressive manager. One of the staff then posted about me on Facebook. Awful. Avoid.

About 10 years ago my friends and I would always end a night out at the pub with a Yalpa. Large chicken kebab in naan bread, nearly every single week. They truly used to be the best kebabs. Succulent pieces of chicken and a lovely soft, warm naan bread with mayo and a little hot chilli sauce. Well...it would seem that things have changed. I dont know if the place has changed hands I’ve the years, but I’ve been twice over the last couple of weeks and both times, the kebabs have been awful. The chicken tastes burnt, most probably because they cut the pieces of chicken and force them down onto a dirty griddle, to cook quicker I guess. The naan bread is stiff and cold and tastes like it was cooked yesterday. It cracks when you try and roll the kebab. I even mentioned it when I rang before...but still this one was the same. The pizzas aren’t up to much either as well as the chipsTake the “Best Kebab” sign down because they’re not a patch on what they used to be. I’ll be looking for a new kebab house, see ya...

A bit of random meat in the vegetable kebab. Vegetables not even chopped up properly. I've been a regular customer for years but after the last couple of orders I will never be back.

Nit only are the staff very rude, who also tried to shirt change me, but the hygiene in this place is obviously very bad. The staff looked dirty, unwashed hands and the entire place was dirty. I can't really comment on the actual food as I threw it in the bin after leaving as I didn't fancy an evening in the bathroom or worse

kofte kebab was far too over cooked. the donner was dry and tasteless. chips were freezing cold and soggy. the pizza was not too bad. garlic bread was tasteless. garlic mayo on kebab was tiny little squirt. overall the worst we have had from there. never again

Food was good but was about 30 mins late pretty annoying to be honest.

Food was cold and fish was really dried out. More than half the food was thrown away. Had a note to say the food was en route & 25 minutes later called to check where the food was, because we were worried it would be cold and they said it had just left. 10 minutes later it arrived and it was cold!

The delivery time had 30mins added but it then got delivered 30 early lol! The food was cold in places no freebie my order was £18 my small chicken kebab wouldn't fill a child I had 4 tiny pieces of chicken and a mountain of salad yuck 🤢No chips either for the Luce there should have been chips! my husbands food came and parts of his mixed kebab were ice cold! I ordered spicy chicken wings and onion rings! Never again the onion rings were burnt I only ate them because I was so hungry after my kebab .... all in all a discusting takeaway didn't fill me and it was cold 😡😡😡

Both pizzas were dry, the sausages were cold due to being in the same bag as the cold drinks and had to wait a long time

I normally can't fault Yalpa, we regularly order grilled chicken kebabs as a Friday night treat. but this week the chicken was rubbery and some pieces undercooked and pink. I was mortified, and when we rang to let them know they just put the phone down and didn't answer again when we tried to ring again :( really disappointed!

Food was late. I ordered a burger meal but got no chips. We waited that long for food since ordering that by the time it came i was too tired to phone an complain. Burger was wet an sloppy an partners chips were rock hard. Awful food and awful service. Wont be ordering from here again. The last few times we've ordered we have noticed a slip but tonight's meal was the worst.

Never had a problem with the food before, however after eating half of my donner burger I came across what can be described as a piece of black wire about 4 inch long, no happy, and no free garlic bread either even though it says on the page with orders over £15
