Usually eat often from here as we enjoy the food but recently had a bad experience. We were missing a can & chips from a burger meal (no big deal i know), we rang them and they said they would send it out. We had nothing. Quite disappointing

I ordered from here yesterday 5 cans on Pepsi and they didn’t turn up I have ordered again tonight and my drink has also not turned up I have diabetes and my sugars were low with nothing in to get them up to the right levels hence why I ordered the Pepsi I am absolutely disgusted in this place do not order from here !

Absolutely Amazing food Milkshakes and donuts are a recent thing and they are absolutely delicious best in town. Plus Fast delivery as always And Always very friendly staff Highly recommended Wouldn’t go anywhere else 💙

I placed an order at about 5 past midnight on a sunday. Fair enough too late. I realised and quickly cancelled the order. It allowed me to place the order on Food hub which it shouldn't have. All of this would have been fine but then I received an angry phone call from ChickenOz piri piri asking me why I placed an order at such a time, the man was confrontational and made me feel stupid. But I only placed it because foodhub allowed me to? I appreciate that it was too late but that was food hubs fault and I didn't deserve a less than pleasant phone call overall not ideal but not sure who to blame really probably both

Chickenoz is delicious, I love chicken and Chineckonoz is prime chicken, if you love chicken, come here!

I get the £9.99 meal deal to pick up which is very tasty. This time I ordered online to deliver (order direct on their website to get the best price). I noticed that they had milkshakes for the first time. I ordered one with my meal and it was absolutely delicious. Saffron had been my go to for milkshakes but for delivery you have to order desserts separately with a minimum of £10. This milkshake is just as good and you can order it as part of your meal. Will definitely be ordering again.

Just ordered large shwarma for £7.99 and this what I got... What is big is the actual rip off!!! For this money you can have 1.5 kg of chicken. I actually put it on a scale as I could not believe my eyes. It measured 300g for a large portion, and that included the actual box it came in!! Can you imagine what a regular or small portion is... an empty box? Absolutely disgusting behaviour. We are all feeling the pinch these days but to rip off hard working people is not how to stay in business. For somebody who has pumped so much money to day into your business, this is almost personal. Thank you for ruining our dinner!

Really disappointed with the service tonight, charged us £15 delivery to Cuddington after saying it would be £5. The money came out of my account yet made us pay cash saying the money would go back into my account. After this we didn’t receive the sauce we ordered with our meal. Bad communication with the shop and drivers as we were being told several different things, overall bad customer service.

We order from Chickenoz quite regularly as the food is great and the delivery time always as indicated. Would be 5 stars but we do quite frequently get something missed off the order!

This fast food place used to be really good but every order I've made over the passed 6 months the food turns up cold or there's food missing and now they've increased the prices to an unaffordable rate im probably not gonna be able to afford to use anymore really don't know how they can justify the food price doubling

Very good food, but their recent price increase forced me to start ordering from other places. What was once £10-12 order is now £15-16 which I can no longer justify.

Used to use these regularly until a few months ago, thought I’d give them another try and now I remember why I stopped. Absolutely disgusting food and items missing, never ever again.

First time ordering this evening and my husband ended up pulling a Long Blonde Hair out of his mouth from the food (chips). He rang them up and they didn't care expected all the food back, if we wanted a replacement. Which is ridiculous when we've had the food for 10 minutes. We didn't want a replacement due to the food being discussing. Asked for a refund as we only ate the chip and couple of bites of the chicken from the Boneless bucket as the chicken was dry. No apology from the person on the phone. Food went right into the bin.

I wouldn’t even give theses a 1 they don’t even deserve a 1 more like a 0 they took the money out of my bank told me it was on its way and then told me it was cancelled and then told me it was coming and l waited till 1:30 in the morning for it to come as they said it was on the way but then no one picked up so l was left in the dark and unhappy as l still haven’t got my money back l can tell you this now l won’t and will never be ordering food here again no communication with the customers and no good customers services!

Good service, friendly staff, good food, just had part of my order wrong but was corrected straight away with no fuss, on the rare occasion things are wrong they are on it straight away.

Been going to this place for awhile now, and never been so disgusted at the lack of quality control. There was a pool of grease flooding out of it and onto my hands before I even opened it, then upon opening the grease was highlighted quite clearly as they missed half of my order. I don't mean half of what I ordered was missing, I mean half of the tray was completely empty (apart from a pool of grease, I mean). It was lukewarm and bland. Also had multiple hairs in it for added flavour I would assume... All that was on 1 item, the other item ordered was bad too, but because it was cold, and bland. I would recommend staying away from this place, as this experience made it clear they don't really care about what they are feeding to the customer.

Supported this takeaway through all the problems in the past but the last 3 deliveries have been wrong, mostly missing items so decided not to order again. Gave in and ordered again tonight because the food is actually ok but again, rice missing, gravey missing, coleslaw missing, all after putting a note on the order to please check it is correct before delivering! We got salad and fries we didn't order so no doubt someone is missing these items from their order tonight.

The food was largely inedible. The chicken strips and gravy both had a heavy clove taste that took over everything. Only got a second star because the fatayer was actually nice.

We have just enjoyed some food from here for the first time. The food was excellent, the portion sizes were just right and the delivery time was exactly when it said. Will definitely be eating from here again and highly recommend to others. We had the Chicken wrap meal and the three piece chicken box meal. Great value too.

Unreal takeaway!! I have been here a few times and the food quality is always supreme! Service is always good and staff are very friendly. I have had delivery and gone in to the shop and every time it has been great. Would massively recommend this place to anyone in northwich or who need a good bit of chicken at the end of a night

Their Piri Piri chicken tasted authentic and very similar to the Piri Piri chicken I had in Mozambique. Excellent taste!! Will be ordering from them again.

Before the lockdown, I made a telephone order to be delivered! It was delivered in the time schedule arranged! Upon opening the food, some of the food ordered and paid for was missing....... I immediately rang the shop back again and was told to have it re delivered would be 40 mins approximately. I explained this was not acceptable as the rest of the family will have eaten their food! I did not find this acceptable and was told by a staff member he would credit my account for next time I ordered! They accepted liability.i rang today and was told they couldn’t honour the promise as it was 8 weeks ago, apparently they have been open during the lockdown????? I should have made an order then! No refund can be given. I should have spoken to the manager!!!! I asked for the manager at the time of the problem and was told to ask for him when I next rang..... I find out today he is not. A manager!!! These people are liars and are quite happy to take your money but not deliver the goods! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! Be warned!!!

Delicious food made very well. Our first order ever and I can say it was fantastic. We decided to try their Fatayas being curious of what they were. We made a good choice, the meat and rhe ingredients were next to none, far from the processed rubbish which you tend to pick up from alot of Fast Food providers. Their Cheesey sticks were tasty also. To top it off we also had Garlic Mushrooms and tubs of Ben & Jerry's (fairly priced). Will be ordering again indefinitely. Tuesdays have special offers so take advantage of them

Had the famous Chicken Noz to my house, could not fault the food as always. Delivery driver had struggled to find us, had a women calling him suspicious and a angry driver beep at him, he was great, dead friendly. All he was doing was his job. it's a shame people are so rude.

Ordered a boneless bucket. Chips were ok but went cold quick. Nuggets tasted a little 'antiseptic', popcorn chicken was overcooked & some chicken strips were chewy & hard. Quick delivery, probably due to everything being heated in the microwave. Pepsi was warm & tiny slice of cheesecake, that was £2.49, was frozen. I will stick to curries in future!

Everytime I have ever had any chicken from here, I always go for the largest amount of wings, peri peri or fried, and it is always my favourite chicken place to go to. Furthermore, I love the fact the pizza used actual fresh ingredients and not manky old meat cubes like the other local placed do. Quality. Cheap. Professional. Fast. Best place around in Northwich in a long long time.

I have to say that was one of the worst takeaway experiences i've ever had. The food was 75 minutes to arrive after i placed the order. I called your shop and i was advised the driver left ages ago. However he blamed the traffic (which i checked wasn't that bad), therefore the food was cold when it arrived. I ordered a kids variety box and just got popcorn chicken and chips. Where was the chicken strip? I added peppers to one of the pizzas for an extra 60p charge, yet they were missing. The pizzas were way too greasy and the popcorn chicken tasted like it had been left out for hours. Considering you have so many good reviews on google, i was not expecting that! We won't be returning.
