Food was cold and pizza base was hard like it’s overcooked, threw it away

It is my second time ordering from them and they deliver the quality of food perfectly, Fries are amazing.

Ordered two pieces of chicken & chips plus a pot of beans. The beans was the size of a thimble I went back saying have you charged me £2.00 for this thimble. One word RIP OFF.

the 2 tubs of gravy had gone everywhere, i called to complain and they said they'll deliver another 2 but it never arrived

The beans had been put in the same bag as the chips, upside down and thr lid had come off, the chips were covered in the beans and soggy becuase of it. Chicken was inedible, batter had all come off and was barely cooked, i have pics, cant upload on

Wrap was good, but wings were greasy and tasteless and the chili cheese bites were soggy. Great snickers milkshake though

This is the first time we have had a problem with chicken oz since we have been having it the problems we had were the food wasn’t hot and we had to wait a long time after ringing up once we were told it would be with us within 10 minutes then had too ring a second time after waiting a further 30 mins

Delivery time and food were good but the food was just left outside the house on the path. Thought we must not have heard the door but the ring doorbell motion detector shows the woman just dumped it on the floor without knocking or ringing the bell then drive off in her red car, very odd.

Food arrived really well presented and earlier than expected. Food was hot and tasty, the Doughnuts were fresh and would definitely order again.

Order come 30 mins late and the food was cold!

Usually eat often from here as we enjoy the food but recently had a bad experience. We were missing a can & chips from a burger meal (no big deal i know), we rang them and they said they would send it out. We had nothing. Quite disappointing

I order from Chickenoz every week. Always tastes great and arrives quickly. Now noticed they now use recyclable card/paper based packaging and boxes which are much better than the old boxes of polystyrene.

I ordered from here yesterday 5 cans on Pepsi and they didn’t turn up I have ordered again tonight and my drink has also not turned up I have diabetes and my sugars were low with nothing in to get them up to the right levels hence why I ordered the Pepsi I am absolutely disgusted in this place do not order from here !

I placed an order at about 5 past midnight on a sunday. Fair enough too late. I realised and quickly cancelled the order. It allowed me to place the order on Food hub which it shouldn't have. All of this would have been fine but then I received an angry phone call from ChickenOz piri piri asking me why I placed an order at such a time, the man was confrontational and made me feel stupid. But I only placed it because foodhub allowed me to? I appreciate that it was too late but that was food hubs fault and I didn't deserve a less than pleasant phone call overall not ideal but not sure who to blame really probably both

Food was nice and on time, they did forget the onion rings off the burgers so no point paying extra for that just order as a side.

I get the £9.99 meal deal to pick up which is very tasty. This time I ordered online to deliver (order direct on their website to get the best price). I noticed that they had milkshakes for the first time. I ordered one with my meal and it was absolutely delicious. Saffron had been my go to for milkshakes but for delivery you have to order desserts separately with a minimum of £10. This milkshake is just as good and you can order it as part of your meal. Will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered chicken strips and got drumsticks, they were for a child so she didn't really enjoy them with being chicken on the bone, this is the first order that has been wrong, normally good service,

The issue was the delivery driver, he rang my bell and TOLD me to come down and get my food, I live in a second floor flat and I’m disabled with a child. I clearly state I’m up stairs every time I order. After going down to get my food the driver then told me “ DONT DO STAIRS ME” put my food firmly in my chest and walked off…. I then struggled back up stairs to my child. I’ve never experienced anything like it in my life.

The food was quality , the service and speed was brilliant and the guy who delivered it was a very nice bloke who actually spoke to the customers. And the also added 1 extra piece of chicken Overall 10/10

I hate to complain but this take away was very poor. I asked for garlic mayo to which I got no sauce with my platter (very dry) the salad was hardly salad.. some lettuce and red onion when I asked for ALL salad. The portion sizes were very small compared to other take aways I have ordered from round here. I paid 10.99 in total for my takeaway and I was very disappointed and would not reccomend or order from them ever again. Very disappointed considering what I paid. Didn’t taste fresh and at all.

I have been getting chickenoz for a good few months, best takeaway in northwich we’ve tried most and there overpriced or average food. This place never misses fantastic takeaway with tasty food and fairly priced, i would also highly recommend the peri chicken burger located in chicken platters on the menu 10/10 food
