Great deal I loved it. Very soft and tasty. Only issue was that food was a bit cold and I didn’t get the Pepsi can. Overall, good food 😘

Order a large 14”. You’ll get a medium 12”. Go uni Kebab literally 30 sec walk up the road. This happened cos they tried to charge me couple £ more and I very politely said something. Heard many story’s about these.

Got alot better...the folded shish kebab is nice

Got the order wrong. Ordered three kebabs only two delivered. Food cold and phoned the restaurant. Said sent three But wrong. Plus the food we had was awful. Will not use them again. Very poor service.

Great service really tasty fresh donner kebab

The order was a lot smaller than last week it came in a large foil container the one today came in a small box and a lot less meat

burger wasn't the best, specified no tomato in the salad imagine my suprise went I bit into a huge tomato, luckily not allergic and just a dislike for me. chicken was dry and chips were soggy.

Went to get a takeaway, boyfriend was on the phone with me. Ordered the calzone deal 1 which was more expensive than what is stated online; staff can’t understand basic requests, completely wrong order. Was made to believe we would get more food than we did. Rang back to explain that we had the wrong food we got nothing but abuse and got called liars. It’s a shame for them because their competitors uni kebab are 100yards up the road who are much kinder and more professional.

Pizza was lacking spice, chips were rock hard and thin, pepsi was warm, not good.

I ordered the 10’ pizza deal with 3 toppings and one of the toppings was wrong as it was ham. Instead it was pineapple.

I have ordered from here hundreds of times- and EVERY SINGLE TIME the food is fresh hot tasty and good portion size- so many others send warmed up chips re heated donee meat etc- NEVER the case here… DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Been ordering from here for the last year and usually get the burger deal with other thing burger always filling and cooked really well the fries that come with it is either a hit or miss fries are better when there crispy very solid place to get a take out if you can’t be bothered cooking will continue to order from here

Donner meat wrap was soggy!. Was awful.

Food was delivered on time which is great but fast delivery time is negated by the items that where delivered. One of the chicken burgers that was sent where inedible due to it being massively undercooked and had to go straight in the bin as it was still pink and both orders of chips are burnt as well.

The pizzas were lovely and cooked perfectly too. The fries reminded us of McDonalds fries which we absolutely loved, the beans weren’t so nice as they were very watery, but we will definitely be coming back for more pizza again :) (very reasonably priced too)

When ordering chicken shish kebab, the menu only states “chicken kebab” or “shish kebab “. I wanted 4 x chicken shish kebabs but I actually got 4 x lamb shish. It’s not clear on the menu if the “chicken kebab” is chicken doner or chicken shish. This needs addressing. Also, the “regular shish kebab” was tiny, hardly any lamb and was chewy and overbooked. Pita was dry and salad almost non existent. Delivery guy was lovely. Overall, disappointed in this order.

Waited nearly 2 hours for my food to be delivered. Kept asking for updates and kept being told it was on its way…… nothing was ever delivered…. Very disappointing

I have called the restaurant and they said my order was cancelled but the app is still saying it’s on its way. I want my money back and compensation for this information not being passed to me and the fact my money has not been refunded to me A.S.A.P.

Awful services, waited 2 hours for food to be delivered on a sunday night when it should be quieter . Staff were rude when we called up to ask where it was and just tried to tell us it was out for delivered without bein knowing what our order was.

Avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered food at 7.50pm on a Sunday night. Took over two hours to arrive. This is completely unacceptable but this is not even the worst part. After an hour and a half we phoned up to check where our food was and how long it would be. It took 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone and when they did the man on the other end rudely asked for our postcode and then said : “it’s out for delivery”. We told the man how we were unhappy that it had been so long waiting and his reply was incredibly rude. Disgusting customer service which is a shame as the food was nice when it eventually arrived. Please do not bother ordering from here.

Food wasn’t very nice, chips weren’t full cooked and the donner meat was partially cold. Drink and onion rings were very nice and the onion rings were crispy. Salad was fresh and had a variety of flavours which complimented one another.

Our go to place was shut so tried here, glad we did it was delicious and arrived early and hot, an absolute bonus with 40% off 👌

Tried to order food twice and it got cancelled within 5 minutes. When I rang up to enquire why they made a story up about how the driver got there and someone was rude to them and sent them away. Seeing the slew of bad reviews recently it's clearly some strange strategy to reduce the workload they take on.

everything but the kebab felt/tasted wrong! I'm guessing the oil needed changing - all the fried stuff we ordered when straight in the bin. it was all dark and a tasted odd. pizza toppings all stuck to the lid too. kabab was good.

restaurant ccepted my order, then never bothered to deliver it or call me when I waited over 2 hours. Nobody answered the phone either when I tried to ring for an update.
