Normally a steady bang average kebab, decent value for money and OK food. Just had a kebab that was pathetic in portion and taste, really wish I'd made a sandwich.

The way the staff spoke to us my partner and my child with special needs said the doner meat tasted off so I sold to Them and got hurl of abuse and said Was going to charge us for fresh absolutely disgusting behaviour

the chips were really bland and dry and so were the chicken nuggets. both had no flavour at all either. the burgers were really nice though.

Awful services, waited 2 hours for food to be delivered on a sunday night when it should be quieter . Staff were rude when we called up to ask where it was and just tried to tell us it was out for delivered without bein knowing what our order was.

Avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered food at 7.50pm on a Sunday night. Took over two hours to arrive. This is completely unacceptable but this is not even the worst part. After an hour and a half we phoned up to check where our food was and how long it would be. It took 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone and when they did the man on the other end rudely asked for our postcode and then said : “it’s out for delivery”. We told the man how we were unhappy that it had been so long waiting and his reply was incredibly rude. Disgusting customer service which is a shame as the food was nice when it eventually arrived. Please do not bother ordering from here.

Excellent food and delivered very fast

Food wasn’t very nice, chips weren’t full cooked and the donner meat was partially cold. Drink and onion rings were very nice and the onion rings were crispy. Salad was fresh and had a variety of flavours which complimented one another.

Chips were soggy from condensation and the garlic bread was burnt. Also waited an hour and 15 minutes. Awful service

Our go to place was shut so tried here, glad we did it was delicious and arrived early and hot, an absolute bonus with 40% off 👌

Tried to order food twice and it got cancelled within 5 minutes. When I rang up to enquire why they made a story up about how the driver got there and someone was rude to them and sent them away. Seeing the slew of bad reviews recently it's clearly some strange strategy to reduce the workload they take on.

everything but the kebab felt/tasted wrong! I'm guessing the oil needed changing - all the fried stuff we ordered when straight in the bin. it was all dark and a tasted odd. pizza toppings all stuck to the lid too. kabab was good.

restaurant ccepted my order, then never bothered to deliver it or call me when I waited over 2 hours. Nobody answered the phone either when I tried to ring for an update.

Ordered for delivery on just eat food took forever to turn up when I rang up the take away they argued, got abusive, denied receiving any order and refused to deliver my food, arguing and being rude to customers isn't a good way to make money. Will never order from these bitchy little c***s again!

Very good I ordered a kebab and pizza when I noticed they sent the wrong one I rang them and straight away they sorted it and sent a can of pop also for the inconvenience we order from here regularly and never have a problem with the food it's always tasty and well presented

Waited 1hr 45 minutes for food. Wrong meal came was given kids chicken nuggets instead of strips. Food was cold and £3.99 vanilla ice cream was one scoop of ice cream. Wont be ordering from here again, poor quality

The pizza late, cold and I had ordered 2 extra mushroom toppings that were not on the pizza when compared to the other toppings.

Where do I begin... Ordered food on a Wednesday night for two people. I'm in disbelief about how poor the service was. I've never dealt with a more incompetent delivery driver. We get a call from the delivery driver saying we didn't answer our door so he's driven off and we will have to go to the shop instead. During this phone call the driver made sure to pop to the petrol station as we hear him pay for fuel while trying to find out where he was. We had no knock at the door and we have two dogs so we'd definitely not miss it. After coming to the conclusion he didn't go to the right address he said he'd be at ours in 6 minutes. After 10 minutes of waiting we called again...he went BACK to the wrong house again! We decided to call the restaurant to figure out why they hired someone who doesn't know how to use Google Maps and they said they'd resend more food since our food would be cold. Eventually we got our food but guess what? It was cold. I've never experienced anything so ridiculous and will never ever order from here again!

First time ordering from here and very disappointed.Order arrived stone cold , pizza was a double pepperoni. Had about 3 pieces on , chicken was burnt and the kofta kebab was burnt on the outside and undercooked in the middle . Definitely won’t be ordering from here again . I ordered a doner pizza and it came without any doner meat on it! It just doesn't get any worse than that really! It's like ordering an Italian asking for spaghetti bolognese and only receiving the spaghetti! Can't knock the speediness of said pizza but without half the ingredients on it i suppose it was prepped and cooked in half the time! Charged over 13 pound for a 10 inch which in fairness was with 2 extra toppings! Just as well really otherwise it would have just been plain margarita! Poor!

Kind of agree with the other many negative reviews on here first the guy starts stressing because my card is not a touch and go so I have to enter my pin the old fashioned & may I add safer way (which is by choice) then I had to tell him to put extra donner meat on my "large" very skinny shallow looking tray if I'd of wanted a small one I would of ordered one.. Seriously what is wrong with some of the kebab shops in this town they need to step their game up lower their bad attitude & definitely lower their rip off prices I can get twice as much from my local kebab shop in Manchester better Quality better price and friendly service I mean at the end of the day it's me the customer who is spending the money 🤷🏻‍♂️

Average pizza, supposed to be 14 inch, but 12 inch arrived. Estimated delivery time was 90 minutes arrived after 45 which was better. Daughter started eating pizza before she realised wrong size arrived. VERY expensive a single garlic margheritta to be deliverd costing £15.98. I would not order again as it was simply too much money for howe little she got
