Do not go there some of the staff are so rude I got lunch with a friend was cold looked like it had been there for hours with hours we both of us was ill

Big Mac just about warm. Fries just about warm. Limp & not crispy. Ignored by the counter service staff. Steff on restaurant floor seem to lack any customer service training. Restaurant was well presented & had a nice atmosphere.

I would give zero stars if possible—absolute bullshit. I ordered breakfast on the McDonald’s app for collection at 10.50 AM. 10 minutes before breakfast ends. I took an uber to collect it and wasted my money as the manager who can hardly speak a word of English and clearly knows nothing about his job said they didn’t have my food and couldn’t give me a refund either as it was past breakfast time. As if, all the breakfast ingredients aren’t still all in the back. I had my receipt which confirms that I ordered it before 11am and order number (UV61) and travelled all that way for nothing. Worst McDonald’s. Waste of £20. Can’t get the money back allegedly.

Very hard eveeytime ordered something from here it's either kissing or wrong order it's been past 5 years now... Tried again today after long 1 year ordered 5 breakfast dishes 2 missing.. Had to walk all the way again from home to rectify.. I will give it a lobg 5 year gap now

Such a great branch of Mac, food is up to standards, but I must say what most impressed me is the cleanliness of the place including the loo (very clean), something u rarely see in other branches. The staff are super kind and welcoming. This place has become our regular place to go to with our kids. 5 stars for you

I made an order on just eat from McDonald’s Penge and when the food came and I took out one of the sauces, the LID OF THE SAUCE HAD BLOOD ON IT and it WAS NOT MY BLOOD

Missing food solved immediately from a member of staff named eva!! She was very helpful and efficient and polite.

Every time I go into this branch, there is an issue with my order, every time without fail. It doesn't matter what I order.

Online order took over an hour to prepare and deliver and when delivered was cold and missing half the items ordered.

hassan is an absolute legend. i came last night around midnight with my mates and there was a lot of delivery drivers all shouting over one another, calling hassans name and telling him their order number. under all this stress with a constant flow of orders and demand from the drivers, hassan navigated his way around keeping a cool head and getting on with it. he stood out from his other colleagues and flew with flying colours. he didn’t shout at anyone or get rude to anyone, he just simply put his head down and worked fast but efficiently. even when it came with my order, he took the extra step to make sure that everything was right and if i needed anymore sauces, which i’ve almost never encountered before from any other mcdonald’s employee. the food wasn’t exactly amazing but it’s understandable considering the work pressure on the guys preparing the food, but hassan was only serving the till and handing on orders so i blame the man for nothing, am only thankful for him. honestly i was really impressed by him, hassans a real one. please give him a raise, he deserves it. thank you hassan, we appreciate you!

I've been going to McDonald's for 30 years, but this was my best experience of McDonald's by far. The staff are wonderful and it's absolutely spotless clean. I will only eat at this McDonald's in the future. 5 🌟

The Penge High street is the worst McDonald’s. I bought my grandkids Big Mac, nuggets & chicken strips. They were overcooked, dry & stale. I believe they were overheated several times. The Mac had soggy lettuce & one pickle …..l have ordered from them several times & this is the last time.

i ordered my food at 11:30 and was due to arrive at 00:05 it then got to 00:12 and my food still wasnt here so i called up the driver and i wasn’t very satisfied by the way he spoke to me considering i am a customer. when he arrived i politely opened the door and said thankyou for my food and the driver gave me a dirty look and walked off , i am not happy with my service let alone the food i was brought. i ordered a double cheeseburger with no bacon and they put bacon in there when the label on the wrapping specifies that there was no bacon , my fries were freezing cold and soggy aswell as no straw for my drink . this is completely outrageous.

I went in for a coffee , I ordered a so called large cappuccino, when I collected my order the measure seemed short. When I complained I was told "that's the normal serving" .

Waited over 50 minutes to get a simple dine in breakfast order. Only got order once I asked for a refund. Staff obviously prioritise the delivery drivers. It was chaos for those waiting for dine in orders. When ordering in the electronic terminals, they should warn you how long the estimated waiting time is. Remember when McDonald's used to be 'fast food'?

Like all McDonalds now. Not fast food but wait 20 mins at least and staff are about as Rude as rude can be because I asked how long my order would be. Scooter riders driving on pavement take priority not people with only a 30 min lunch break. Vile people with no people skills

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order of the mayo chicken. It was missing the bun, which made the meal unappealing and🤢 The presentation was poor, and the overall experience left much to be desired. I expected better quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again.

Am Diabetes and my hot chocolate was too sweet so I asked for some extra hot water and I was told I couldn't get some hot water.

Mignonne is a fantastic customer experience leader, and was the highlight of our day. She is so lovely and caring, and did everything she could to make me and my husband's experience memorable. The best McDonald's ever!

Leah She was the new manager and she wanted to give us food because we were showing her evidence that we had paid for the food and the machine turned off, we didn't get a ticket and we went to talk to the manager Jay and it didn't appear in the system, I showed them the bank payment and they didn't want to give me food. I left without my son's food and having spent £5 that I have not received back

I've had no complaints from my visit.. the food's good and the staff friendly and restaurant is very clean.. so I was happy 😊 with my visit!

Apple pies are cold, when you take it back to complain you are told they are all the same, No label to tell you when to discard? asking for a Fresh cooked hot Pie you are told these are Fresh cooked, no COLD Apple Pie. If it was fresh it would be Hot.

I ordered via those big screens and waited ages before my order was up as ready to collect. I then waited ages at the collection window with another customer who had come in after me. He complained about the wait along with me and he was given his food while I was told that they had run out of fresh fries! So my food was up as ready to collect when in fact it was not even cooked....After a 20 minute visit without any sign of food I got a refund and left. If you have half a day to waste waiting around for fast food come to Penge where the staff are lazy.

Only popped in to grab the new Philly cheese stack! Ordered it easily enough but as I was waiting for my meal I could hear a customer who had ordered before me complaining to the staff about a wrong order and attitude of the staff who served him. The staff advised him they had spoken to kitchen staff re incorrect orders previously and were trying to sort out issue. thought oh no I hope my order is okay.. low and behold two more complaints were made from other customers who had already ordered before I received my food. Double red flag. Once my number was called I double checked all my food order was correct , collected and left. When I got home I found two long hairs in my burger . Absolutely GRIM and disappointing. I should have heard the complaints and left really … this place has gone downhill even the staff seem fed up. Standards in the bin I’m not sure how they managed to get hair in my food. Anyways, avoid for now until they sort it out.

I'm sure this isnt the norm but I probably picked the worst time to go as the self serving machines weren't issuing collection tickets, the staff were completely overwhelmed by the sheer number of people and the place had a number of very irate (and a couple of unreasonably rude) customers which made for a very hostile time. The manager to his credit, managed the whole situation very well despite taking an awful lot of abuse. Surprised he didn't snap. Well done that man. Other than that, it's a decent McDonald's... just caught it on a bad day.

Popped in for a late lunch (5 of us). Great service from Mailo who greeted us at the door, took us to a table, took our order at the till and presented our food. He was friendly and helpful.

Customer is not good, I guess they need to focus on customer as well instead of flirting with one customer. I have asked multiple times to provide me tissues but after a while I thought to leave.

Just placed an order via the McDonald's app. The delivery driver (uber) was very good, and fast. The issue I have is the person who packed the order. They missed an item of my order. Also the food was not very nice, buns were burnt and very dry.

Absolute shameless in the back can see fries ect sitting under the heat lamp for 20.mins arrived cold and wilted also burger was cold. Asked to exchanged waited another 20 mins absolutely should be checked by food standards . . Something is def wrong in this shop need head office to come down and inspect and spend 3 days in the back . God help we all don't get food poisoning or lack of staff or leadership in this place . Went around 9pm ordered my food with no issue and encountered a very rude lady who seemed to be complaining about everything. Even went to the extent of stopping someone else from getting their food so she could be served first. The staff dealt with her in the nicest and best way they could. Top job. Great value for price

Constantly missing items when ordering online. After complaining, they are saying you can come and pick it up. But if you are ordering delivery in the first place you don't want to dress up and drive 10 minutes to collect a burger they forgot about! Instead you can get a refund through Uber Eats. For some reason the amount of money is smaller then I paid for! It calls flat fee refund!

They were making 1 order per 5 minutes. At a McDonald's. Luckily I only come here as a last resort. * March 2023 update! * Taking 25-30 mins to get your order here with terrible attitude from staff. Likely understaffed as well. GO TO McDonald's Bell Park Retail Park which is FAR better and more efficient. 10 Mins away. Really slow service from apparently bored and un-motivated staff. Lots of visible frustration from customers. Terrible quality food. Overall a terrible McDonald's with low standards.

Very poor this time. The chicken mayo was dreadful..limp lettuce..stale bun..the fries were so so and had to wait ages..seem to prioritise delivery orders. Would have asked for a refund or replacement but didn't have the time as it took so long in the first place.

I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for the past six months no matter how many times you order, you will get the exact same saggy fries with no taste the same big Mac with no taste most of the times your order will be wrong.
