Mcdonald's Restaurants in Watford

I had to reorder as my first order was wrong, and the second one came without sauces.

Pay extra for Minecraft meals and no toys arrived

Ordered 2 happy meals but they arrived without any chips. So many orders have been wrong.

My food and drink were spilt that the bag was damaged the driver handed the stuff over to me to put down individually. I also lost half of my drink which also fell into my McFlurry.

One drink had spilt all over the bag leaving everything else soggy. 2 Minecraft meals with no figures. Usual disappointment...I'm unsure why I am a repeat customer

No minecraft toy or sauces with 9 nugget meal

The restaurant had packed the hot drinks poorly - when the driver handed over the drinks the hot chocolate had leaked unbeknownst to us, so as we walked into the house the bag disintegrated and the hot drinks spilt all over the floor - so breakfast paid and no hot drinks !

Shocking as always. The usual cold food and with the added bonus of courier delivering to the wrong address. Will I ever learn?

missing a burger which was the main bit of the meal, and the pancake didn't come with the syrup which is again pretty important. Garston McDonald's always forget something

What was meant to be hot was cold and what was meant to be cold was melted. Must’ve been busy today items missing from order too.

cold . hot food and cold food in same bag.... melted ice-cream and cold burgers...

Never ever pack my sauces but fast to take my money

Cheeseburger & double cheeseburger had no onion but I asked for extra. No tomato sauce either

Warm food for a change, everything was delivered as it was ordered and expected

don't advertise the free Minecraft figure if you are not going to send it

Constantly missing items dont get why it’s so hard to check ALL items are in the bag. Just east are terrible & do not refund missing items either so not only are you being charged extra for items that do arrive you pay for the ones that don’t.

absolutely furious my order has not been deliverd but says it has!!!! I want a full refund taking my money and not delivering any food

Delivery time stated 10-20mins when it actually took 1hr 15mins. Asked the driver what was the delay and was ignored. Half the drink was spilled in the bag and over my McFlurry. Burger and fries stone cold.

The food is cold and there is pickles in my food that I did ask to be removed appalling

ordered family of 4 only got 2 double cheese burger 4 chips and a coke

Food hot, order correct including the dips and quickly arrived

We was delivered with the wrong item. It was meant for somebody else and we are not satisfied.

The delivery woman was very polite

Food late for over an hour, stone cold, and the drink bag was all wet from the previous delivery drink being spilled, and he claimed that it was the steam. Joke

After ordered was informed 20/30 mins delivery, received 1.5hrs later everything stone cold,watched courier get totally lost on map. No apology just shrugged his shoulders. Awful service, will never use again!

Absolutely shocking ONCE AGAIN can’t tell you how many times this has happened either food not arrived or missing items or someone else’s order SHOCKING last time ok be using this app HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE

The moped guy handed me drinks that was leaking soaked my whole floor and he was aware of it and said nothing ! MIGHT ASWELL OF WALKED THERE

The food was cold and the fries were squashed by the 2 BBQ sauces. I had to reheat the meal in the microwave

Ordered a Big Mac with NO cheese I have an allergy and lo and behold has cheese ! Luckily I checked before eating

Order was wrong - which is common from this McDonald’s. They missed 3 items which is annoying when you are ordering as a Friday treat for your children.

My whole order arrived completely drenched in coke. The driver could not hand over the order and had to take his delivery bag and empty my burger and fries into my sink as it was dripping all over floor on arrival

I haven't received my order! He didn't turn up or ring me obviously.

Driver was late, food turned up late and one drink completely empty as it leaked through the bag, now have a mess all over the floor

Didn’t add the McFlurry was left with half of a box of chips aswell.

The fries were cold the burger had NN onion fries, this not what I expect from Mc Donald’s, sorry for this bad review but you need to get your act together

This man was inappropriate he was asking to come in asked for my number when it’s a nursery I got this order delivered to I demand a refund I felt uncomfortable a colleague had to step in !!!

cold food. this time the delivery said sorry drink spilt as lid was jot on properly. not delivery driver fault. it was all over all the food. another order was missing an item. not sure why we bother with this location. They are terrible

No wonder my order was delivered early, it turned up with no Banana Milkshake, No Sweet Curry Dips, No Garlic Mayo Dips, about 8 drinking straws for 2 drinks (should have been three). The kids and I said that it was delivered too quickly and were taking bets on what would missing? They couldn't have been that busy then! They stick the items ordered on the delivery bag! Obviously they don't bother to read it and double check the items before it's sent out. Appalling service again & again!!

driver fine but food was awful and chips made me throw up

didn't arrive, your company is now a joke, messaged the driver to say where the flats where and he marked it as delivered and drove off this is the 4th time this has now

was a little cold but still good. everything ordered came even my dips 😋

They always forget to put the dips in which makes chicken selects etc very dry without them and they have been paid for

Delivery driver was extremely rude, hung up the phone when I was helping direct him and then left my food on the floor!

Terrible! We waited 40 minutes, we saw the driver enter the bottom of our road, make a u turn and leave. Then 'delivered' appeared on our notifications. Disgraceful service.

Quick delivery yet the food was cold!

40 minutes to get to me I could go and get it and be back before they have left think I may do just that next time

I could walk and pick it up in 15 minutes but it was delivered just inside one hour.Will never order again

McDonald's left out two of the 3 children's drinks and Just Eat said they have decided they won't be refunding for them and assumed in advance I'd be understanding. But understandably I am not. I have a contract with Just Eat to fulfil the full order paid for, or refund the items that were unavailable.

Delivery was great driver was very kind but had half empty fries

Wasn't too happy with courier delivering the food whilst smoking a cigarette on my doorstep.

Food is freezing cold , the driver obviously dropped something else first and then went back on himself, part the restaurant to take long way here , mine and my child’s food is freezing !

Food was cold, only live 3 mins from restaurant. Driver had 3 other orders in his bag!!

The delivery driver refused to come up to my front door; he called me and just kept saying he was outside in his car. I had to come down out of my flat and wait outside; he wasn’t outside my address. I had to call him back and say that he was not outside my address. I selected delivery to my door and was charged a delivery fee for this - had I been physically unable to leave my address, this would have been even more problematic.

Has to be worst McDonald's in the area, everytime I go something missed from order.

it was 2 hours and 30 mins that i waited i have tried suggesti a refund it also come cold with 2 drink spilt everywhere i cannot deal with screaming kids over a mcdonalds they waited 2 hours for it is an utter a joke.

My drink was empty by the time it arrived and was all spilt all on the doorstep.
