My order was wrong, but was recompensed for the wrong order.

Super fast delivery, and really nice food for a McDonalds

A spacious, clean McDonald's. Staff went above and beyond for a birthday group of about 15 children and their adults!!

Just what you expect from a fast food outlet....even has a small play area for the little ones!

Newly refurbished location. Really nice.

We both got the much anticipated and loved McRib and it was awful. I had two pieces of onion and a fraction of the sauce my wife did. I fear it has been changed to suit a much lower budget.

If I could give zero stars, I would - Manager unhelpful, unresponsive and unacceptable. Refused to help with an App order where payment was taken but no order number was given - resulting in me being over £20 down. Manager walked away and would not give my food order to me. Shocking behaviour from a Manager - Saturday 12 October at 6.05pm

Ordered my families meal on the MD app. App glitched on arrival at this branch but money had been taken. Showed Manager my proof of purchase, he would not help, refused to help in fact, and walked away. Contacted MDs Customer Service, who ‘investigated’ with the branch and have said they can’t help. Out of pocket over £20 - will never return to this branch. Unacceptable ‘service’ from the manager (Saturday 12 October at 6.05pm)

Just been given the most disgusting fillet of fish ever. Rock hard and flat. Appalling, had to throw it away as we went straight onto the motorway for home. Never go there again.

Missed the actual food only delivered drinks poor service

Chips like cardboard, Mc crispy chicken cooked in same fat as a spicy Mc chicken, Large Mc flurry was like a small portion.

1.5 hours after ordering this delivery turned up and stone cold food. Absolutely shocking service tonight! If you are too busy please don't accept the order.

How can you be missing all of the drinks, I even tipped the driver so he missing all my drinks. All she had to say was you can complain, how does that help when I’ve got 3 thirsty kids

My food order wasn’t delivered when it says it was. This should be seen by the fact I didn’t give any sort of code.

Delivery driver handed us the food with the drinks all spilt and soaked, then ran off in his bike! Not happy at all. No sauce for 20 chicken nuggets. Horrible service. The drinks were all over our driveway!!

Why do I keep doing this to myself… McDonalds Garston is useless… they have once again got my order wrong by missing food out and a family member goes without. So frustrating

Chicken in wrap was over done and very chewy. Chips were lukewarm verging on cold - maybe they needed cooking a little longer

Fries were cold and the Philly burger it's surely supposed to have more than just a tiny slice of onion right? Also, where was the sauce in the Philly burger? Only two extremely thin slices of gherkins which for a moment I thought it was just one. So unfortunately, the food was not up to standard and was not as enjoyable as what you are made to pay for it. The staff seemed polite at the two drive thru windows. It was our first time eating here so shame about the first impression we were given at this location.

My food was cold ordered large fries got half a portion .

bit cold but normally is from Mc Ds ect. driver didn't know english numbers so we had to type the code in for him. but a nice man. xxx

My food is not here it has been AN HOUR my kids are hungry and you and your drivers go deliver it to someone else is house.Right now give me back my money I’m already upset and spent money.

Order took over an hour to arrive. Once being delivered watched driver drive 20 mins away then come back. Evidently delivered another order. It’s disgusting service. £35 worth of food for my family down the drain. DON’T ORDER JUST EAT they take no responsibility.

Went thro drive thro this afternoon , ordered two Philly stack meals - latest promotion meal . Waited twenty minutes in a waiting bay for Our food , assistant came over to double check our order . Got home !! Two tiny fillet of fish meals ( kid size ) stone cold and dry , no dips as requested Total cr*p!! Have been trying to get someone to pick up the phone at Garston so I can discuss the error , poor quality of what we recieved and huge overpayment . Nothing !!!! Seriously disappointed - won’t go through Garston again

Never have I had a restaurant where my orders are wrong so often. ALWAYS missing items even on a small order. quality of food lately has been shocking.

Didn’t get my food order and for some reason just eat is useless with it now where you don’t get your food and instantly get denied a refund useless

Maybe the courier should have a little more respect for 930 on a Sunday morning! The very loud base line on his car stereo was NOT welcome and many neighbours complained

Good McDonald's. Staff are friendly but service tends to be chaotic because it is so busy. The takeaway orders always seem to be prioritised over waiting customers. But I suppose that is the way of things today.

when the driver arrived he handed me the food bag then he handed me I very wet and crumbling bag which contained the Coca-Cola classic that had all spilled out so there was no drink I expect a refund for the large Coca-Cola classic

It took my Traveling to weymouth to have mcdonald’s to realise how Unclean and unfresh the food is here, Alway get a extremely upset stomach while eating here and food is always cold but had mcdonald’s else where and completely different experience? no pulling up for tiny orders? actually being being greeted nicely and food being fast and hot. This mcdonald’s in the years of going here has never been good servers and seems to make me and my partner really sick and unwell. obviously hygiene issues in the store that need to be check as well as them making everyone pull up for there orders even when its not busy.

Is a lovely place.I love that is so clean and tidy.The staff is really kind and helpful. I will defiantly come back sometime again. 10/10

Half the food missing and all drinks

Food was very evidently bagged up immediately after ordering but sat waiting almost an hour to be sent out for delivery !!! Food wasn’t even mildly warm ……. It was stone cold !!!! Total waste of money

The drink has spelt everywhere inside the couriers bag

The dammed touch screen menus are a nightmare. I hate them. They are difficult to use. You to use the 'ads more' button to complete your order. Soon they get rid of the humans and go out of business. As computer screens don't eat burgers. McDonald's is an Awful factory farm production line

Chips were like cardboard, 1 large Mcflurry was only half full, no raspberry flavour in other.

Was a little busy, and we used table service. Manager came ask if everything was OK, and went to chase our order, excellent service.

Quick, tasty but no milk , sugar, utensils and Rea spilt everywhere !! I have no milk here so I am now eating with no drink to wash it down with! I also called and called yourselves ( McDonald’s ) nobody answered they still owe me for 2 large classic cokes and large chips so wanted them to refund that back or something as I never get hold of them it’s still ongoing x

Order was missing the coffee, the coke had spilt all over everything rendering the food inedible. Reported to just eat after supplying them with photos they said it’s not their policy to refund me for missing items and in edible caused by them.

The food I received was very nice and hot , however I didn't receive my full order. I was missing large fries which I had ordered and paid for.

fries were half full, and the drink was a little low from the top as it had been spilled, and the liquid through ripped the bag and soaked the napkins and straw.

my order never arrived, over £25 worth of food and he drove straight past us and has submitted it as delivered. quite frankly never ordering again gonna use uber eats from here on out

Went to drive through, put order in, paid at next window, told to proceed to next window. No one attending that window. Sat in my car for ages waiting for someone to appear. Eventually soneone came and handed me someone elses order. Had another long wait for someone to bring my order, no apology for delay. Thankfully food was good and nothing missing except for sauces.

The bacon was all burnt and the bread was all hard so couldn’t eat it had to throw most it away not happy and it was a 60th birthday treat for me mum

Arrived quickly but missing a portion of chips

Unfortunately this restaurant seems to lack competent management. Chips were undercooked and unseasoned. Burgers were chucked together and filling apart. They start preparing meals, when items are not ready so everything gets cold. The restaurant is too focused on Uber eats, etc rather than general consumers.

Just eat driver did not hand over to restaurant our notes, nor were the 9 free nuggets included as advertised by just eat
