Mcdonald's Restaurants in Watford

Over Charged due to app glitch.The staff at the till wouldn't refund me. They said i could get a refund from customer service. Customer service contracted the branch with my receipt and the branch are still refusing to refund me. Wouldn't use this branch again

They get the orders wrong quite a lot.

The order is almost always wrong, the fries are usually less than half full, items missing. Inexplicably you will be 'parked' to wait quite a while for order, even when you are the only one in the drive thru and its just a standard order. Always check order before you go and keep receipt/proof as they often don't believe you that items are missing and rarely apologise.

Drink spilled onto food during transit

The food and the order was cold and it took an hour and a half to be delivered and ordered it at 6 o’clock

No sauces arrived that were ordered. Onions in my sons burger which was requested no onions, ruined his meal. However delivery spot on

This place clearly do not read the reviews. Food arrived. All cold. Absolute shambles. Ronald has a lot to answer for ! On a positive note, nothing was missing from the order this time. Worst Mc’D in the area by a long shot.

rude delivery driver lady. called me and I asked her to press the trade button as everyone knows it works this time of day. especially if yourr delivering! she cut me off and waiting downstairs on abother phone call. our food was cold and we went down to collect it.

Food arrived stone cold and customer service team were not helpful. They gave me £2.70 as CREDIT on my account when I asked it to go back on my card and told me “ Please bear in mind that if you contact us again about this order, we won’t be able to change the outcome or take further action on future replies.” Absolutely disgraceful.

Paid 80p for extra Bacon got one thin strip of fat!!! Properly 2 very small pieces of actual Bacon on it

waiting over the time for the food. constantly changing the times. when it finally turns up there was only drinks. NO FOOD. do people not double check orders anymore. absolutely ridiculous.

The only issue was the double cheeseburger. This was for my daughter and the chilli version was sent so she wasnt able to eat it - so i had to swap my fillet of fish with her chilli burger. Wasnt great

i asked for no egg due to being allergic and it came with egg

I ordered at 10.45 they had 15mins to cook some but they couldn't be bothered because they was closing in 15 minutes so I got my fries and they didn't put nothing in to replace them not happy lazy c u n t s

It's a maccees. You know exactly what you get. Drive thru used more often than not, always ok and prompt with orders.

Missing the hash browns from the breakfast meal. Shouldn't be difficult to put 8 items in a bag, but apparently it is!!

I ordered from Garston mcds..due to it being cheaper than my local mcds that is 2 mins away from my house and we was waiting for a driver for over a hour and then another half hour for food to be delivered and it was cold

all the food was damaged, the whole latte had spilt over everything, the driver even emptied the rest of the coffee outside my door, had to throw it all away

Showed Manager my proof of purchase, he would not help, refused to help in fact, and walked away. Contacted MDs Customer Service, who ‘investigated’ with the branch and have said they can’t help. Out of pocket over £20 - will never return to this branch. Unacceptable ‘service’ from the manager (Saturday 12 October at 6.05pm)

If I could give zero stars, I would - Manager unhelpful, unresponsive and unacceptable. Refused to help with an App order where payment was taken but no order number was given - resulting in me being over £20 down. Manager walked away and would not give my food order to me. Shocking behaviour from a Manager - Saturday 12 October at 6.05pm

Just been given the most disgusting fillet of fish ever. Rock hard and flat. Appalling, had to throw it away as we went straight onto the motorway for home. Never go there again.
