I ordered chicken big mac meal with no cheese and pickels and no ice in coke l collect meal from drive through Garston When igothome and open the big mac chicken burger There was pickels and cheese and ice in im coke I think they don't reade the order I was vary disappointed with food I think they don't care about orders

It has completely gone down hill! Never get an order right, missing food but still charged, never get the dips with cheese dippers, staff don’t know what they are doing and everything is just hassle!

Don't order pancakes and sausage meal!! The meat is cold and the pancakes were made of leather- couldn't cut the pancakes. They were not fresh!!

Drive through lady threw our food at us.

A nice clean McDonald's with friendly helpful staff and a small play zone for the kids as well as tables designed to use laptops and ample free parking, lots of seating 👍👍🍟🍔

Food and service is okay but please change the music you play all the time I hear piano and classic music please change that because it’s depressing Thank you

Does this place u derstand what a drive through is? You are often left ignored for ages when trying to place order. And when you do finally go to collection window it is NEVER ready. Please go and park and wIr. When the food finally Rrives the burgers are squashed, the fries are undercooked and the portion sizes are pathetic. My last visit two days ago, the cup of coke had a split in it so leaked all over the car. Oh, I will use a napkin to dry that. NOPE! wasn't given any. This place used to be busy, not any more. And I cN see why. Terrible food, terrible management and total disregard to the customers. Don't bother, go somewhere else.

I love McDonalds. Service is mixed, it sometimes arrives cold but most of the time it's fine.

Used the drive thru. When I placed my order was informed there was no hot chocolate drink available. I placed my order - a Big Mac meal and a drink(no modifications to the order) and was asked to pull up into a parking bay and my order would be delivered to my car. It took nearly 10 minutes for it to arrive.

DT was very busy, they needed more staff

Sugar ring donuts has no sugar on in whatsoever so dry now whats going on

McDonald's North Watford it's been refurbished recently so looks good.

Unbelievable, these guys don’t know the difference between takeaway and eating in. I believe the workers here are only here for a social gathering not working.

Unfortunately yet again, we have had a very unpleasant experience in the same McDonald's. I am not a fan of negative reviews as I understand that things happen sometimes. But this is not the first time, we ( me my husband and two of our kids) have experienced poor service and a massive lack of organisation and time keeping. We have given this place the benefit of a doubt, but sadly nothing has changed. At the start of the drive through, a girl speaks to you like not only that she doesn't want to be there, but she also doesn't want YOU to be there. When we paid, we were yet again asked to park and wait. After a very long wait, we had to ask where is our order ! Can you actually believe it?! They would have never approached us , because we were told that they don't have that order , that they can't find the receipt. The manager wouldn't even care to sort it. I could see that this youth working there, gave our order to someone else. Because we ended up getting someone's order, we had to point out that it's not hours, and again wait for ages. We finally got the order, and when we got home we realised that they did give us our drinks. Kids were really upset. We paid for it! Card was charged, and we were spoken to like were asking for free food. It was really bad 😭 I didn't even want to go back to ask for my drinks. Just left it, and will never go back there again.

If you need disabled user parking you'll struggle as the spaces are taken up by the deliveroo/just eat drivers who care very little about disabled folk who are trying to park near the entrance.

Worst food I’ve had from a McDonald’s. Triple cheeseburger had one slice on cheese on, burger was grey !! Ew

Order chocolate milkshake and get given different flavour with no option

Best McDonald branch ever. Overall Clean, plenty of space inside and in the car park and last but no least it plays classic music.😁

Takeaway order. Lately the fillet of fish has shrunken in size. I discovered this time there was only HALF the usual square cheese - only noticable when you lift the fillet. Things that McD do to save money - they even cut the cheese in half! 🙄

Good service quick just what I needed

Staff continually asked to fill out feedback, even tried to fill out feedback themself in attempt to make themself look good. Amazing food but I just wanted to chill.

We came here for a quick dinner before going out. Went through the drive thru, lady got half the order wrong with wrong sizes. Got asked to pull up which is pretty standard for mcdonalds but with no drinks. Gave full fat instead of diet coke with ice did ask for none. Food warm at best, no sauces for anything that was ordered :( Wouldn't come back here tbh.

Popped into McDonald's Garston on Friday night ,was running late as caught up in a accident tailback,Went through the drive through.Ordered three of the new Big & Cheesy Christmas burgers. Two meals without bacon and one without( burger only ) What a disgusting food offering One burger contained chunks of thick raw red onion - inedible!! Burger was stone cold and lettice limp and warm Bread buns on the other two were so dry and stale We all know our burgers look nothing like the advertising and posters , but these meals were chucked together . Totally disgusting!!! Give this McDonald's and these festive burgers a miss

Friday night , heavy traffic ,cold and hungry pulled in to the local drive through. Not overly busy Ordered two of the new Big & Cheesey Christmas meals without bacon and one of the same burgers but with bacon. What can I say fit for the bin!! Bread baps was dry and stale One burger had so much raw red onion is was vile ,plus the onion was thick chunks Contents of all three burgers looked like slops Chips were pale and undercooked Complete and utter waste of time & money Would not recommend orbuy again These new added Christmas burgers are the same old slops just renamed Shame on you Garston team would you let your family eat the rubbish you serve up ?

I ordered from this restaurant often however in the last 4 times there was something missing from the securely sealed bag. The 1. time was mozzarella dippers share box, the 2. time was a triple cheeseburger, the 3. times was a medium fries and also they sent a small fanta instead of the medium size I ordered. And the 4. times which is today, the galaxy caramel pie was missing. I traveled to the restaurant where I talked to the manager or supervisor, who couldn’t help me at all, kept repeating herself to contact the delivery company. I explained to her it’s not the driver’s fault if the restaurant misplaced the food as all bags arrived sealed. No solution or compensation for the money I paid for something I never received. Very disappointing.

Disappointing, even the manager/supervisor has no problem solving skills. Can’t deal with customer queries, she has no idea and no common sense either to solve problems.

Typical McDonald's carpark is a bit on the small side

Very slow service, 3 times ordered here and waited 25, 16 and 18 minutes respectively. Very clean and interesting choice of music (usually classical)

The food is typical McDonald’s so don’t expect anything special but the service is excellent at this branch with friendly staff.

Slightly smaller than most mcdonalds however clean inside, service is fast as usual at a mcdonalds and very busy also, with tjay also comes a lot of noise so don't use this one if you want a quiet coffee, has drive through option also, facilities were also clean

Had difficulty ordering my food but a manager noticed, dealt with the issue, apologised and then explained that my server was new to the role.

Pretty normal for a maccys. I only get breakfast from there cos i dont really rate too much of their daytime menu. Food came out fast and hot. Hash browns were decent and not dripping in grease. And the milkshake machines were on as a bonus!

Food is always cold and overpriced, and there are lots of mistakes. Missing items or wrong items. Better of going elsewhere for the price and quality.

Every time some food is missing same goes for dips we are never given any. You can’t even call them to complain because no one answers the phone. The Big Mac’s look like the double cheeseburgers and the only good thing is the fast delivery

Quick, friendly service, and my mayo chicken didn't feel dry.

i ordered food off uber eats on this restaurant and when we got it delivered, it was the wrong order. the uber driver warned us that it might not be the right order as he double checked and the manager said it was the right order. uber is not to blame here, that manager obviously didnt care. my friend wants a refund or our correct food.

I stopped off for a quick drive thru. Watched the cashier have a good old chat with his mate whilst I'm waiting to pay. My toffee latte came with no cream and no syrup and I was served a stale apple pie Thanks but won't be coming back here in a hurry

my experience at this macdonalds was awful. to start off, once i had placed my order they didnt print out a reciept so how am i supposed to remember what order number i am (this is important because of later events) then secondly it is so crowded that i think there were more people stood waiting for a meal then the amount of people in the shopping centre on the other side of the road. i was visiting with 3 other friends. Me and a friend each recieved the right order after about 40-50 minutes of waiting. But my other 2 friends who ordered at the same time had to wait about 1hr and 30mins to revcieve a meal that wasnt even the thing they ordered. The lady who was at the customer service bit was very impolite and impateint. She rolled her eyes at me multiple times when i told them they hadnt even put the order number on the preparing list which is reasonable to complain about after waiting for just under an hour. She said she was unable to find the order, which had been paid for as you could see on the banking app, but after telling her what the order was she ripped a new reciept out of the reciept printer thing and handed it too my friend very arrogantly. like dont be being rude when you work in a mcdonalds. it then took another half an hour for the order number on the reciept to be called and for the order to not even be the right thing. I fully understand that it mightve been stressfull having that many people in the restuarant, but if your making people wait an hour and a half for a fast food meal which probably isnt even real meat, at least close the doors for 15 minutes so you can catcj up on a few orders. Overall this experience was horrendous and i would not reccomend this macdonalds. Service was awful and employees were rude.

i ordered my food on one of the screens however it didn’t give me my order number and didn’t print a receipt ,after waiting for 20 mins at the front asking if any of them were my order i asked a worker if i could get my number they gave me a receipt with a order number which didn’t get called for 40 mins. my friend who had the same problem got another receipt and when that number finally got called it wasn’t even our order, tired and hungry we took it anyways and ate are food, a lot of people around me had the same problem, i understand the environment must be very hard to work in but anyone who tried to get there food was told “i’ll go get it” and then never received it, what was meant to be a quick mcdonald’s trip turned into a 2 hour disaster. p.s sorry for whoever’s order we stole.

The weekly take away is always good from this McDonald's...food is always warm. Just check before leaving if you have the items ordered in the bag

One of the better Macdonalds franchises by far!

Came on a very busy day, staff incredibly friendly and a staff member even helped with a problem the car was having. Quality service.

Nice place but unfortunately many Muslims eat here and don’t know that McDonalds isn’t halal. They have the Filet o Fish and Veggie burger but they don’t change the oil of the food. They cook beef with the same oil as the Veggie and Filet o Fish. Stay aware and let other fellow Muslims know.

Worst McDonald's I've been to. They were rude and made me feel like I was being a pain when asking for help. They also mucked up my order and wasn't able to have a refund ! 😕

Service was abismally slow. We went inside and there were us (2), then 3 other people waiting for single orders. We waited for 10 minutes for 2 flatbreads, 2 hash browns, and a McMuffin. There were about 7-8 staff on. Two members of staff came into work and ordered on the screen and were served before the waiting customers. Food was fine as you'd expect.

It’s a McDonalds. We come here regularly after Watford Open athletics sessions and it’s perfectly adequate as most McDonalds tend to be.

Used the drive through. Ordered chicken selects. When we received the food there weren't any dips or serviettes. Had to go into the restaurant to get them. Staff did not even apologise. On the plus side the food was hot.

Enjoyed by children as well as adults.

Ben is an asset to the company was very helpful when order got messed up.

Made an order on Uber East - food came quick but stone cold , all in mess , fries undone and pale white , bacon just a piece like someone’s leftover …. Absolute disaster ! Wrote to Uber - they are not bothered !!! Complete waste of money ! That branch is absolute rubbish and never again !

Disgusting costumer service and unhygienic food. I drove through the drive through and order a McFlurry. Parked up and discovered a hair, went inside and the manager replaced it. Went eating the second one I discovered another hair. I was appalled. Went back inside and the manger turned us away and told us to get out. Extremely rude. It’s disgusting to assume that I would purposely put a hair in my own McFlurry. This establishment need to have a hygiene check. I feel bad for anyone who was unaware of a hair in theirs. This manger needs so serious costumer service training. I will not be returning.

We went through the drive thru order McFlurrys and a few meals one of them had a hair in we went in and she kindly replaced it with another then second time there was another hair the manager shouted across the room at us to get out and didn’t give us a chance to explain that there was a hair not once but twice extremely poor customer service from the manager and I won’t be returning after the hygiene quality.

Well I won't be going back I used the drive through and parked up as requested . 15 mins asked a member of staff to check my order nothing happened 30 mins complained to manager finally got food and told that she was not on shift when I placed my order . My opinion don't use the drive through either go in the store or use the click and collect they seem to employ a lot of idiots . The store seems to be overrun at peak times staff stood around doing nothing car park an accident waiting to happen - avoid .

Basic food but nice fast food restaurant with really good service. You can see the difference in cleanliness, service, customers, manners, etc once you're outside big cities.

One of the nicer ones, good kids play area. Very clean compared to others in Watford. Milkshake machine was working 👍👍

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. 5 MISSING ITEMS FROM OUR ORDER AND NO REFUND OFFERED BY THE RESTAURANT. THEY HAVE EFFECTIVELY ROBBED US. THEY CANT GET AWAY WITH IT. I WILL BE TAKING THIS MUCH FURTHER.

Needs better staff as they often serve you incorrect meals orders . They sometimes serve you cold and old food .

Order of 1 McCrispy meal, banana shake, halloumi dippers. Received vanilla shake and no dip for dippers. Asked to wait and food took a bit to come out as well. No napkins in take away bag. Poor.

Drive thru. Chips hardly cooked. Not a single crispy one. Inedible. Burgers ok. It was very busy, but still… would never go to this one again unless desperate.

Was quite busy when I went but service was quick and food was hot. Place always pretty clean as staff are always tiding tables or cleaning the floor!

Easily the slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. Waited 20 minutes for a 1/4lb and a happy meal. Always try to go to other sites if I can as this isn't the first time this has occurred. McDonald's Garston - Taking the fast right out of fast food.

Lovely place. The kids enjoyed it. Each of them had tablets to themselves .So, well entertained.

Kept me waiting at order point for several minutes while I could hear some issue being sorted. No comms with me. Then had to park up while a standard Big Mac was cooked! Eventually turned up with cold fries. Won't be visiting again.

Shocking, the food gets slapped together and hardly any lettuce, relish and no onions on the new steak burger and to add insult, it’s cold.
