It was undercooked and cold and soggy.

cold food. this time the delivery said sorry drink spilt as lid was jot on properly. not delivery driver fault. it was all over all the food. another order was missing an item. not sure why we bother with this location. They are terrible

Drinks all over the place again and missing food

Food was collected at 18:10 and was delivered 18:48 - it went 3 miles in the wrong direction, far from acceptable

Got wrong drinks I ordered 2coffees and got 1 juice never happened before

totally wrong food delivered and was stone cold ..my sons are autistic and only eat certain foods

Food and ‘hot drink’ were stone cold

No wonder my order was delivered early, it turned up with no Banana Milkshake, No Sweet Curry Dips, No Garlic Mayo Dips, about 8 drinking straws for 2 drinks (should have been three). The kids and I said that it was delivered too quickly and were taking bets on what would missing? They couldn't have been that busy then! They stick the items ordered on the delivery bag! Obviously they don't bother to read it and double check the items before it's sent out. Appalling service again & again!!

They always forget to put the dips in which makes chicken selects etc very dry without them and they have been paid for

Delivery driver was extremely rude, hung up the phone when I was helping direct him and then left my food on the floor!

Terrible! We waited 40 minutes, we saw the driver enter the bottom of our road, make a u turn and leave. Then 'delivered' appeared on our notifications. Disgraceful service.

40 minutes to get to me I could go and get it and be back before they have left think I may do just that next time

Quick delivery yet the food was cold!

I could walk and pick it up in 15 minutes but it was delivered just inside one hour.Will never order again

McDonald's left out two of the 3 children's drinks and Just Eat said they have decided they won't be refunding for them and assumed in advance I'd be understanding. But understandably I am not. I have a contract with Just Eat to fulfil the full order paid for, or refund the items that were unavailable.

Wasn't too happy with courier delivering the food whilst smoking a cigarette on my doorstep.

Food is freezing cold , the driver obviously dropped something else first and then went back on himself, part the restaurant to take long way here , mine and my child’s food is freezing !

The delivery driver refused to come up to my front door; he called me and just kept saying he was outside in his car. I had to come down out of my flat and wait outside; he wasn’t outside my address. I had to call him back and say that he was not outside my address. I selected delivery to my door and was charged a delivery fee for this - had I been physically unable to leave my address, this would have been even more problematic.

Food was cold, only live 3 mins from restaurant. Driver had 3 other orders in his bag!!

Has to be worst McDonald's in the area, everytime I go something missed from order.

it was 2 hours and 30 mins that i waited i have tried suggesti a refund it also come cold with 2 drink spilt everywhere i cannot deal with screaming kids over a mcdonalds they waited 2 hours for it is an utter a joke.

My drink was empty by the time it arrived and was all spilt all on the doorstep.

Ordered through Just Eat. Fries half full, food seemingly packed into a small bag which broke when the driver delivered and all food was cold. McDonald’s & Just Eat - too big to actually care about their customers.

Food completely cold, courier has a bag that doesn’t close with a big hole. That’s why the food is delivered cold, this is just not acceptable, I bet all the food he delivers is cold, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

Food cold. So annoying! Spent nearly £24.00 on food for 4 (teenagers) to take home (4 min drive) & chips cold. Must of been sat in a bag whilst waiting on the burgers. Drive through empty so can't put it down to busyness

Possibly one of the worse burgers ever tasted, I’ve ordered here many times and this time was left very disappointed and £27 poorer for it. Food was cold and the burger had far too much sauce, the burger was left in a soggy state

Chicken selects were delivered without the dips.

Every single time i order from mcdonalds my order is in complete!! With 6 children this is very hard when i then have to have some children not wleating til ive had to reorder there meals again and there left waiting!! I do wish people would check!!!

Over Charged due to app glitch.The staff at the till wouldn't refund me. They said i could get a refund from customer service. Customer service contracted the branch with my receipt and the branch are still refusing to refund me. Wouldn't use this branch again

Completely wrong order delivered. I tried calling several times, but no one picked up. Disappointed!!

The order is almost always wrong, the fries are usually less than half full, items missing. Inexplicably you will be 'parked' to wait quite a while for order, even when you are the only one in the drive thru and its just a standard order. Always check order before you go and keep receipt/proof as they often don't believe you that items are missing and rarely apologise.

rude delivery driver lady. called me and I asked her to press the trade button as everyone knows it works this time of day. especially if yourr delivering! she cut me off and waiting downstairs on abother phone call. our food was cold and we went down to collect it.

Food arrived stone cold and customer service team were not helpful. They gave me £2.70 as CREDIT on my account when I asked it to go back on my card and told me “ Please bear in mind that if you contact us again about this order, we won’t be able to change the outcome or take further action on future replies.” Absolutely disgraceful.
