Burger King in Watford

The worst experience of my life trying a burger was when I went to King Burger in Watford.

My experience at King Burger was truly disappointing. After waiting 20 minutes for a cheeseburger with two extra cheese slices, I received a completely cold meal. The burger looked nothing like it should have—there were over ten slices of cheese just piled on haphazardly, with no care for presentation or quality. When I opened the box and saw how it looked, I lost my appetite and didn’t even try the food. Additionally, I wasn’t given any utensils or napkins, which I expected as part of the service. I hope King Burger considers improving the quality of their food and service times because this experience was far below any standard I would expect from a fast-food restaurant.

Ordered at 8pm for 35-50 minute delivery my food was delivered at 9.15 so was late. When I got my food everything but the side orders was cold and some missing.

never arrived called the restaurant and they said no one come to collect and I asked if the food would be cold she said probably so I tried to cancel but the app wouldn't let me

The kids hamburger was missing this has happened about 3 times when I’ve made similar orders in the past

Disgusting service, order placed at 6.35pm estimated delivery was 7.45pm this kept changing for over 2 HOURS! The food finally arrived at 9.15pm stone cold! Receipt on the bag shows it was ready to be collected at 7.50pm , disgusting!!

Why would you put food in with cold drinks? All the food is cold?

Driver was taking the p*** he picks up my order from Burger King but then is outside McDonalds for such a long time my food came cold that should of been less than 10 minutes to get to me and took 30/40 minutes

Been here couple of times now and the taste is always promising with most welcoming staff with good ambiance. Must recommended place for a short hangout with your friends.

Fries were too salty. Asked for strawberry milkshakes and got vanilla. Should have had chicken nuggets freebie but didn’t. Burger was nice could have been hotter but knew it wouldn’t be as it’s a 20 min drive to my house. So that’s my problem. Overall ok.

Dirty tables upstairs and the music was far too loud to have a conversation 👎🏻

Not the best burger king I've been to. Staff is not eager to give out orders fast. They take their sweet time to do so.

Food was cold. Didn’t deliver a water for one of the meals. And the other meal they gave us a vanilla milkshake instead of strawberry with the kids meal

This never arrived! Extremely dissatisfied! If I could give zero stars I would. I demand a full refund, plus credit against my account, as this was unacceptable service.

Just went with my code on the phone to the cashier as it says in the app to be told use the machine then tell me the code I don't like using machines so you have lost my business for good now what a joke buger king is

We came for lunch today and selected the chicken melt and beef melt from the savers menu. It's £2.99 for a burger melt and small fries or onion rings so a good deal for kids or those with a small appetite. The food was freshly prepared and ready quickly. Don't expect too much from the burger melts though: they are small and the chicken seems to be reconstituted rather than a chicken fillet (what do you expect for that price). Also, the onion rings don't actually have any real onions in them like proper onion rings. Again, they seem to be reconstituted from onion powder and other stuff. Hence why it's fast food / junk food / not recommended except as an occasional meal.

this is not a request this is a demand this is an absolute dictate of absolute authority you will be firing the delivery guy who did not under under any circumstances deliver my food to me he delivered it to the incorrect address and stole my food. he has factually stolen it I will sue you if he's not immediately fired for incompetence

By the time we got our food, we are no longer hungry. If they do it just let us know so we can order from somewhere else. And I don't know what to say, it just cold and mushy. Come on they can do better than this.

First of all wrong flavour shake I ordered strawberry got something else second my loaded fries where cold and my burger was stone cold waste of money want refund

bergers were not has hot as should be has ice cream was put in the same bag. I cream was half defrosted. normaley in separate bags

Hello I am delivery driver I was waiting for the delivery since 35 mins no one have asked me staff is very ridiculous they don’t listen to anyone and never keep the food ready always they give preference to customers they make stand all the delivery drivers for atleast half an hour in the queue and the staff manager (Sandra) is very rude and all the staff members are very rubbish. Please take some actions against the staff as it is becoming very ridiculous staff.

Spent over £40 on dinner for my self and kids and it came cold and soggy I’m very unhappy and want my money back !!!
