My son love to visit the place every week at least once,he likes Doritos chilli chicken nuggets.(I hope I am writing the exact item name). actually my son order it every time.He loves it .He is just 7 year of age.

Ordered off of just eat a day a go, let's just say I am appalled by the state of Burger King. First, my diet coke was missing. Then I noticed the burgers, which were supposed to have bacon in, didn't. The food overall was freezing. The chips were extremely salty, I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering unless you are in restaurant to deal with the situation of your food.

I really enjoy the atmosphere of this Burger King and I really enjoyed the food was great as always and it's great price as well to starfall fantastic very helpful and it wasn't too busy when I went and the staff and the customers are absolutely lovely and we really enjoyed ourselves and we had a good time definitely coming back again at some point and I like how to get a toilet upstairs as well and you get your own refills and everything else but yeah I really enjoyed it

Probably the worst Burger King ive ever had. At 12 lunch time on a saturday (eat in) you would expect a hot burger but ours were cold and dry like it was cooked an hour ago. Staff looked like they didnt wanna be there and didnt seem to care AVOID 😡

I was here today with my family & took far too long for our eat in order to be ready with uber/deliveroo orders taking priority. For the amount of orders that were coming in from both in the resturant & online there just is not enough staff & they have not got the balance right in who to proritise ! Given the amount of time I had to wait ( well over half an hour) I think they could have given me a satchet of mayo as when I asked for one, the staff member said I had to pay 30p !! No apology for the long wait either !

My recent visit to Burger King on Watford High Street left much to be desired. Despite the restaurant closing at 10:00 pm, my friends and I were surprised to find that seating had closed by 8:45 pm, even with few customers present. The disappointment continued when we decided to order a milkshake, advertised as a 0.70p addition to a regular meal. To our dismay, we were handed a large drink cup instead, and when we questioned this, Brandon, our server, claimed he was doing us a favor. This unexpected switch felt deceptive and left me questioning the integrity of the service. While I understand that mistakes happen, the lack of transparency and the feeling of being misled soured our dining experience. It's disheartening when a well-known chain like Burger King fails to provide the level of service and honesty that customers expect. If you're considering a visit to Burger King on Watford High Street, I would advise caution and hope that the management takes customer feedback seriously to rectify these issues and uphold the reputation of the brand.

Quite possibly the worst service we've ever had anywhere ever 🤬 Literally one customer served every 15 - 20 minutes 🤬 Even after that shocking waiting time, they still managed to serve luke warm food and an empty coffee cup 🤯 Even with probably 80 people waiting, non of the staff seemed to care or try and work faster 🤬 The only people getting any sort of service were the bloody Uber / just eats delivery workers 😲 Burger king really need to address the importance of actual customers in-store apposed to delivery drivers 🤬

Took over an hour to arrive. Didn't get one of the burgers and what we did get was cold. Don't both ordering from here.

Not very busy today.. but then watford was playing at home. Always love the XL Double bacon with cheese. Fries are great..! And chocolate milkshake.

Do yourself a favour and don’t go here. I waited 25 mins for a simple chicken royale meal. The burger was ready a long while back but the team couldn’t keep up with the orders so by the time I got my meal my burger was completely cold. Customers are given no condiments and I requested some ketchup and was given 1 ketchup thing. I asked if I could please get 1 more and was rudely told she was only allowed to give out one (when I saw people receiving multiple before me) I was having a bad day so I decided to overlook this and jus eat my cold burger with my rationed ketchup. But I’m never returning to this Burger King ever again and you shouldn’t either.

found a hair in my fries and was only given one packet of ketchup and mayo even though we ordered large fries, onion rings, chicken fries, 2 whoppers and a ham burger. i asked for more and they refused to give me more.

We were quite a big family group. Drink order was wrong. Had to ask for ketchup. Only one was given, staff asked for receipt before giving one ketchup even though the staff member had served us our food. Considering we had children eating it's ridiculous to get just one ketchup. Manager was rude and shouting at customers. Our kids were scared in the queu. Definitely won't come back here for a meal. Absolute joke of a customer service and awful atmosphere here. Retrain or fire and re-hire. Simple.

Got treated very rude by a staff who did not allow us to use the toilet which located on the 2/F. She said the 2nd floor was closed and refused us to use it at which was still more than one hour before their closing time. Will NEVER go to this Burger King again.

Easy and simple fast food, when buying fast food it can often be dissapointing but this particular store was clean, tidy the staff were great, easy to order, didn't have to wait long despite a small queue and a busy store. Fresh and hot food which was tasty.

My daughter and her 4 year old niece have just been over charged and even after showing the receipt the counter staff still couldn’t count that what was listed on the receipt was not what was on the tray. My daughter was shouted at and called a liar. It seemed that the ignorant man behind the counter was too busy laughing with the female assistant standing next to him. By the way BK head office maybe some lessons for your staff on personal hygiene as it’s a hot day. My daughter said one of the two of them was in need of deodorant. We will be taking the complaint up with BK Head office. 0/10. Back to Mc Donald’s it is then. At least they are polite and don’t shout at a lone female holding a child’s hand.

They over charge and refuse a refund even though the receipt was clear. One of the counter staff has really bad personal hygiene.

Enjoyed my warm tasty meal I had at your establishment. Will recommend.

Never order on here from Uber Eats. Ordered at 9 still a whole hour before closure at 10 and it got to 10 being passed around multiple riders just for them to close without doing my order. LAZY STAFF

Ordered through the app to be told my food wasn't ready, ten minutes later I ask about my order and they say the offer isn't available but didn't think to tell me when I'd been sitting in front of them all that time. I order a delivery and the fries was supposed to be large , they came half of the box ! Shame on you ! We didn’t pay half of the money , right?! You should instruct your employees to not steal from costumers ! Anyway I reported to Uber ! I will never again ask delivery from BurgerKing

Unclean. Very rude staff. Drink machine not working. Not the full menu available. Such Slow service as well. The staff only gave two tiny bags of ketchup and said "no more". Very poor experience. Never going back again.

Took way too long to prepare the food literally 15mins. There was also someone else that waited 20mins for an order. Ordered 4 mains and asked the lady behind the counter for mayo and ketchup. She gives me one ketchup and one mayo. I literally said are you serious there’s 4 adult mains I just ordered. So she gave me one of each again. I had to say more more more an extra 3 times to get more sauce. Have some common sense. It weren’t even busy so it must be way worse if it is busy. I can’t recommend any dishes as it wasn’t that great. There was no apology for the wait or anything. Out 5 toilets there was only one working. The lift weren’t working to go to the top level of seating. I had the Fanta and it was not fizzy at all.

Service was a bit slow. Only two servers, one serving the other preparing the food. The food was nice and hot, the fries were nice and hot.

If I could give this place no stars I would. It is rushed in here. Only went as I just wanted a quick little snack. The fries were warmish, the burger was wasmish. What else can I say. It is sort of cheap, so i think this is what you pay for at the end of the day. Cleaniless needs to be addressed. Some staff too busy talking and not paying any attention to customers at the till, who did not know how to work the screens.

I recently visited Burger King and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The Coke that I ordered tasted like water and lacked any fizz. To make matters worse, the toilets were extremely dirty and there was no toilet paper available. On a positive note, the food was decent. However, I cannot overlook the poor quality of the drinks and the unhygienic conditions of the restroom. Overall, I would not recommend visiting this particular Burger King location.

and a very big disrespect with the drivers to be able to deliver an order there are drivers who spend an hour waiting to be able to gain 5 pounds the employees are all rude Nei look in our faces treat us like an animal only saves a nice brunette I think she's a newbie

My experiences here have been good, staff friendly and food decent.

Recent experience was really very bad as the staff had a very casual attitude. And was keen only for online order. Waited to place the order and the person approached after 12 min and then very casually accepted the order and took an incorrect order and then when asked to change it says the system is frozen can accept order. And after waiting for 15 min left the place with no order.

Speedy service, good food, no complaints!

Slow, really slow... slower than the pace of this sentence... Just really sloooow. The staff clearly don't care they just have no sense of a good work ethic. honestly just go to kfc across the road or just munch on some grass because at least you will get some nourishment from that.

I haven't been in Burger king since I was a kid and I found it was a pleasant surprise the food tasted like real food not like other food chain's the food wasn't cold and at a good price with friendly service .

The place wasn’t that busy but still waited at the counter for 24 minutes for two chicken royales ordered from the app. Order seemingly forgotten about as after the staff member checked my receipt after 20 minutes, the food appeared shortly after. No apology or explanation given so unfortunately poor service.

This restaurant is situated in the main high street having moved location by a couple of units during the redevelopment of the town centre .firstly the new location is far too small and order area,self order panel ,soft drink machines are all crammed into a tiny area.waiting customers overspill into the street . Staff appear to be hardworking and professional but service is very very slow . Food even eat in is barely warm and the bread used to make the sandwich/burger has clearly been frozen and defrosted as it falls to pieces when you eat and you end up with a mess in front of you . Burger filling appears fresh , Seating is upstairs above the order area along with toilets .stairs are steep and consists of 4 sets . On the day of our visit the lift was out of order making it impossible for wheelchairs and prams and buggies to use upstairs facilities. Seating area was very clean and tidy and was checked regularly In summary apart from the polite staff the rest of our experience was negative Ordering was not pleasant customers jostling for standing room Waiting time for food was lengthy and food was barley lukewarm ,messy content and fell to pieces Would not recommend orbeback any time soon for reasons stated Witnessed a number of potential customers walk in and walk back out due to the slow service and backlog of customers

It's burgerking! Have been a few times as the bk app gives good deals but have had some messy burgers there that I've needed to re-build. Chips are generally decent.

Had the halloumi burger from here as the veg burger is disgusting for me. Ordered on the screens. It was quite busy. I space to dine in. Service was fast considering how busy it was. I ordered and had my food ready in 10 minutes. Saw people getting refills galore as staff weren’t looking. Burger was alright in taste. Just tasted the salty cheese. Nothing else. Wouldn’t but again. Not worth the money. Chips were crispy and served hot. Loved the chilli cheese bites that me the only item that keeps my returning to Burger King now as I dislike the veg options they have.

We ordered 2 plant based whoopers meals, waited 10 mins, asked if they were going to be much longer. Promised they would "ready in 2 minutes" . Another 5 mins pass, again promised they'd be "ready in 2 minutes", this time we're given the cups for the softdrinks. Another 5 minutes pass by, now its been 20+ minutes and our parking has run out. We have no choice but to ask for a refund. The manager keeps insisting its because we ordered plant based (like it's our fault?) and there's nothing wrong with the amount of time it's taken. He then demands we pay for the drinks in the meal. In the end, he gives the refund but we've now left hungry and the lunch experience is completely ruined. I can't recommend this restaurant. The staff have no understanding about customer service. Our ticket number was 45 by the time we left it was at 90. When I pointed this out to the manager he just shrugged his shoulders.

Swift service. Food served hot. Only downside is we noticed when we got our drinks from the machine, anything we chose appeared to taste flat. Nothing had any fizz.

I visited the Burger King in Watford on Thursday 2nd June, I really do enjoy their plant based whooper whenever I visit Hatfield branch. This was my 1st visit to this branch and most likely my last, the problem was the woman who took my order, she was so unfriendly and lacked customer service skills. Didn't ask is that take away or eat in, Planning to sit me as i was meeting someone there. Now the food, disappointed the bun was cold and and rest was slightly warm. I noticed no salt was in the bag, so just my luck -same server at the counter! she gave me one packet and just looked straight though me, I said thank you, no smile, notice - i felt that i was an inconvenience. The aptitude in the branch didn't feel very inviting and some what disappointing.

35 minute wait from order to the food being slapped on a tray. The burgers were dry as cardboard the buns all on the edges had gone hard on all 4 meals like they had been sat under a hot lamp for ages. It was a total disgrace, if you want your food fast take in a just eat or Deliveroo bag as they were more interested in them than the several customers actually waiting for their food.

The staff are very slow so not good for a quick bite. I was the only person inside and still waited almost ten minutes for my order. The burger was a mess and was just warm. It's expensive for what you get. I would only buy this when using the BK app and never for myself!

The manager was very rude to me yesterday wanted to get another crispy chicken as offer on the BK app I know its only per customer but felt an little let down which I was an regular customer and told me to pay another one for full price. I visited today as we wanted to try the new vegan katsu royale. It wasn't very busy and there seemed to be quite a few staff behind the counter, but after ordering it took over 25 minutes to receive my order. Plenty of other customers were unhappy too. A lot of part orders were left out getting cold while waiting for other items. When I got home with it, we were so disappointed as the photos show. Certainly not going to visit again

Ordered from just eat, missing items, when you are in the store they don't do this things because of a rapid feedback from the customer but it seems at the online orders they want to save money. Not the biggest burger king customer but I will never ever buy from them again.

Clean quick and professional. I reccomend the onion rings as a side option; nice selection on the menu and the burgers are some of the finest fast-food styled you can buy in town. Oh and the pricing is fair; not overly expensive. All round reasonable with good quick service.

Please avoid! Save yourselves from this trash place… Bread is cheap lowest quality, Cheese is not melted, Meat is…I don’t even believe this is meat. Do not come, especially here as the guys at the till, if you make them notice the cheese is not melted, they try to convince you that it’s normal…please mate shut up.

Whilst waiting for an order which had already been twenty minutes and being heavily pregnant at the time while still waiting asked if I could please have my cup so I can fill the drinks up while waiting bare in mind it was takeaway at the time and you couldn't eat in had also already paid was told no I have to wait until all my order is ready which is ridiculous

I was wondering why this store is sooo empty and I think I know why. I order my food and it's probs the worst burgers I've had tbh, rubbery texture and very dry. I go to get a drink & this machine is struggling to fill my cup, got to the point where he just gave me a bottle. There's two run down machines for drinks and no back up plan? and just when I thought It couldn't get worse they tell me just as I'm sitting down "we're cleaning" so I needed to go out to eat.

Staff are effective and efficient. Apart from for the busy thing I like is that staff member very trying their best to keep their calm and serve the difficult customers. Well done

How can it be so hard to read an order from a screen/receipt and then check that all the food is in the bag before it's delivered 🤷‍♂️ 3 meals ordered with one burger missing from the bag that was delivered. Will avoid in future.

Just an overall painfully slow service, the staff just seem overwhelmed by the very impatient and rude customers. The place is flooded with delivery drivers which drastically impedes the service to the walk-in customers.
