Burger King in Watford

Driver polite and helpful. Food good but the cold bottles of drink were packed in the warm food bag. They came out warm. The drink in a cup was transported separately in another bag so stayed cold and was correctly carried in the drivers cool bag

food did not arrive - rude uber driver got lost

my order took 2 hours from time of order to the actual time of delivery and it was cold and no straw for the ice blast to add insult!! i the receipt on the bag showed was processed in store at 7 12pm I placed my order at 17.47 I was told would be slightly later than the 18.35pm time i was given - I didn't expect to have too wait a further hour and 20 minutes for cold food huge disappointment

I’ve marked our delivery as being late because they expected time kept extending and extending. This was disappointing as I could not track the delivery driver. Also a substitute was given without my knowledge or agreement.

This is the second tine i have ordered and put on the notes not to put the cold drinks in with the food. Yet again it arrived and the food was stone cold and drinks were warm. Disappointed as we pay alot of money and expect it to be satisfactory.

Given 1 star as can't give zero ( which was the level of service I received) . Grunted at by a lazy employee towards a touch screen as he was too lazy to take my order in an empty shop . Whatever next , shall we choose our ingredients and cook it ourselves so you don't have to get up . Refuse to eat here again , so crossed the street where KFC was happy to serve me properly. Well when I ordered the food it said it would be half an hour which turned into an hour . When the food arrived it was cold so I’ve had to re heat it . When opening the bag It said it would come with 2 BBQ sauces and it came with none . NOT A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE

Went to a burger king in watford... smell of weed from the kitchen.. ordered a chocolate & strawberry shake with our meals...they were like water & was given a vanilla shake rather than a strawberry.. when I returned tge shakes and asked if I could get the correct shake & thicker I was met with attitude from the girl behind the counter... smell of weed though...we all know what these staff get up to.

Can’t believe it took almost 1hr 30mins from ordering to receipt of order in a Saturday night. However, food was still warm enough to eat and quality was good.

If you’re short staffed just tell the truth about delivery times.

Ordered at 6.30. It’s 8pm now and the delivery time keeps getting delayed by 5 mins. I don’t know if it’s arriving at all. Can’t eat something else in case it does arrive. Can’t call anyone to cancel, funds already taken. Disgraceful service, poor customer support no communication.

Absolutely appalling. Food was over half an hour late, milkshake wasn't put in a different bag & had exploded over everything and made it inedible. Won't EVER be ordering from them again

Delivery driver should not be one

firstly the app said the driver was at the restaurant for 30-50 minutes then the driver called saying "Ive been outside for 20 minutes knocking + calling you" which I said "no you havent - anyway come to my door" to call back saying sorry he was outside another customer who was before me and meant to call them and hed be with me shortly so obviously my food was totally cold when finally arrived,+ i was only given back £3.49 when meal total was almost £15 which is totally unfair + unacceptable.

Poorly Managed, as soon as they have more than 2 orders they crumble.They also keep clearing the screen and saying peoples orders are ready when they aren't and drop everything to serve uber and just eat drivers literally while a customer was ordering his food

I’ve tried to pay with an offer with cash, none of the staff are having it telling me to go to machine then moaning at me saying that that I can pay cash at machine when I clearly can’t , but you hire workers who cannot work cashier machine I would never come here again .

I placed my order at 1pm and didn’t receive it until about 2.35pm! It was stone cold, we had to warm it up in the microwave and we were missing a milkshake! Not a good experience at all. I don’t know if the fault was with Burger King or the delivery driver but waiting nearly 2hrs isn’t good. Won’t be ordering from Burger King again

Bags were all wet as they were delivered in an opened top carrier bag. Food was cold. took an hour and a half for two meals.

Requested on the app to be delivered at 1pm only for it to turn up at 2:15pm. Arrived cold and the drinks warm. Wouldn’t recommend them for swift delivery

Hot and Fresh Burgers Served by Friendly Staff.

Ordered one Fanta and one sprite. Received two sprite!!

I ordered the sharer meal with 5 onion ring, f chicken fries, doritos and cheese balls and 2 dips all I received were the doritos, chicken fries and nuggets, no onion rings and no dips. Won't be buying again from you guys any time soon.

Bag split and soaked, food stone cold not an ounce of warmth left in it, watched the delivery driver drive to the opposite end of town then back past the restaurant to get to me! Pointless should have left my order and for the sake of 2 mins stopped at the restaurant for it, abysmal service and the last time I’ll use just eat

Delivery time started out at 30-45mins and soon became 75mins. Ordered at 6.46pm arrived literally just before 8pm.

By the time the food arrived it was cold. There was minimal cheese on the fries and the packaging was damp and crushed. The driver apologised in some way by saying they were very busy but not for the delay or poor quality of the food.
