Donner kebab meat luke warm, has to be heated up! Extremely salty halloumi ..was inedible. Very Disappointing!

One of the best takeaways in - Watford - MANS from brum and if you know you know Birmingham do the best food and since coming to Watford it’s been a mission trying to find a takeaway to enjoy- burger is 10/10 pot of curry 10/10 and on top of that it’s all halal meat which I’m a massive fan of since it tastes so much better Anyhows ima 100% going to come back to order soon thanks 🙏

Congrats on delivering me the most awful food ever. It's a real shame because I have been a customer for a number of years and whenever I order via Just Eat you always get the order wrong and consistently send stale inedible food. I had to bin the entire order and don't think I can motivate myself to ever order from you again.

Fish was ok, but the spoiler was the chips (typical of other fish and chips shops). No need to describe what they were like it should be obvious. Sorry.

Our family ended up eating at this establishment and it was delicious with generous proportions. Just look at the 2x large fries. Made the orders custom and you can see how huge the medium donair looks. Excellent for our dinner after the Harry Potter tour.

Normally really nice food as ive ordered from here many times but very disappointed this time around chips and meat was all stale/dry and rock hard, 100% was not fresh at all and tasted like it has been sitting out from yesterday. Really disappointed. Waste of money

foe the price paid including delivery the food was definitely not worth it. The fish was greasy and the batter was horrible. Fish had minimal flavour.. Chips where dry. wanted salt and vinegar on my order but none present. the gherkins was not the usual gherkin, it must have been in brine rather than the usual vinegar. rather disappointed.

the chicken donner meat was pretty fatty,there was a decent amount left over and above what's usually acceptable! + I hit the "all salad" menu option and none arrived so specify exactly what's wanted so hopefully your not disappointed.

Really disappointed ordered from here not to long ago Doner Kebab was really good. Tonight’s was awful tasted bitter, small bits of meal, flavour was awful. Really bad avoid.

Arrived luke warm. Chips tasted as if they had been kept warm for ages. Fish was tiny for a 'Large' and tasted disgusting. Wet flakes of fish and had a horrible taste and smell, almost chemical in nature. That went in the bin. Sausage was okay but chewy. A nasty experience. Fish and chips shops around here have gotten very bad over the last six months or so. Will avoid like the plague now on.

Asked for extra cheese on the cheesy chips after a horrible day and they delivered! They made a horrible day all the better with extra cheese (and their usual delicious food of course) 100/10

All the kebabs and meat dishes were well cooked and well presented. Fish was perfectly cooked. However chips were not good, they seemed dry and claggy. Never had that issue with their chips in any previous orders. Maybe the oil was old or something but chips were inedible!!

Drink was forgotten. Delivery was very fast, kebab was great.

Just got evening tea cod and chips very disappointed the chips were dry like they were from lunchtime and cod batter was so thin tasteless not crisp not very tasty at all leaves a not nice after taste and for the money they charge very poor

Food left Fish Bar at 21.05 and didn't arrive until 21.30hrs. We are no more than 5 minutes from Fish Bar. Driver apologised for being delayed - obviously dropped off other orders on way to us so the food was tepid.

The chips were old, dry and cold and the drinks were also warm.

Just Gorgeous food and fast delivery by a very nice kind delivery driver.

Ordered a delivery for Mixed Shish Large. They missed the Doner kebab but when I called the takeaway, they were apologetic and sent the missing item very quickly. The Doner was still host and fresh and the delivery driver was very prompt and friendly. Overall decent food and good delivery time. I will definitely order from there again.

Large kebab was tiny and covered in sauce kebab meat not very good burger burnt and bun portion of kebab meat and chips again kebab meat tasted awful and tiny portion will not be ordering here again avoid!!

Unfortunately today's order was bad firstly we received the wrong order, then the driver came back, and my order missed a few items and was small instead of large, this is a new complaint as Anchor were always very good are there new owners?

I requested delivery but was told it was collect the attitude of the shop was rude and poor.

It’s great..but just one issue I find so annoying..why never give you the ice cream you actually ordered..what’s the point in giving a choice if you are just going to get whatever they fancy..annoying if like me you cannot eat chocolate ice cream..another ice cream I can’t eat from them..Iv got a freezer draw full at this point…

I come here often since its near my house. No idea what the delivery is like so no input on that, but the food and service has always been lovely. Very accommodating, nice to talk to, and a place to sit while you wait. Food is made in front of you. I always get the curly fries and theyre fried fresh. Overall really nice.

Lovely fresh, good tasting & great size portions. Delivery can be a tad longer because of the shops location and loading availability on a densely parked, residential street. If you factor this in at busy times then you will be impressed.

Usually like the food from here. Ordered the chicken kebab and lamb kebab and they were nothing like usual. Chicken didn’t even taste like chicken and was very greasy and fatty. Husband didn’t enjoy his either. Such a shame!

The only reason I knew it had been delivered was when I heard a knock and saw the driver walking away. Opened the door and the food was on the floor. As I struggled on my crutches to pick the bag up he walked back to hand the food to me. If he had waited for the door to open he wouldn't of needed to place my food on the ground and then walk back to the car only to offer help after it was needed. Terrible delivery please don't use that driver for my orders again. Thank you
