Do not go there some of the staff are so rude I got lunch with a friend was cold looked like it had been there for hours with hours we both of us was ill

I tried a meal here, and it was good.

Ordered through just eat spent 17.00 on two happy meals and 9 chicken nuggets when it arrived there was just the 9 nuggets and drinks no happy meals I'm disgusted!!!!!

Today I visited but inside to long queue and MAC DONALD staff take a time to prepare order. That’s why i am very upset.today is a warm day that’s why i want to order galaxy ice-cream but i saw very long queues and all are waiting for order. I attached image as proof. I think you have need to update management skill.

Extremely unhygienic conditions — all tables and surfaces were filthy. The toilets were in a deplorable state, with urine everywhere and drug paraphernalia found on the baby changing station.

We arrived late in the evening as the team was closing up half of the restaurant for cleaning. There were still plenty of tables so no problem. We ordered on the touch screen which was working and printed a receipt, something which we are not used too so 👍. Our food was delayed with most of it being bagged up, then a member of the team taking it round the side? When I asked 'why' i received a mumbled response, so maybe the team member was new. One of the managers/supervisors smiled and said it won't be long. I belive they were making drinks, but it looked like it was going to the drive thru. Food was warm, not hot. Main gripes were some of the fries had black ends which shouldn't have been served. Also, the McChicken sandwich appeared to have been thrown together as mayonnaise was all up the side, so sticky fingers for me. It was also very small, so maybe McDonald's has shrunk it to keep the price low? I ordered a latte from the counter. Team member was polite and the latte came fairly quick. For the price paid and flavour it was excellent. Why bother paying Costalot prices if you can get a better and cheaper drink from McDonald's? Another 👍 from me. We ordered a happy meal but the touch screen flagged there were no Minecraft toys left, so we ordered the book. A previous customer had received the toy. When I asked the team member if they had any, she checked and brought us one, without requiring the book back. We also ordered apple slices, but carrots arrived. These were promptly changed with no fuss. So thank you. Finally we ordered a couple of fruit pies, of which this restaurant had the new flavour available. Again great compared to our local McDonald's. The restaurant was clean with only one table being left messy, the previous customers choosing not to bin their own rubbish.

Never had such a bad experience at McDonald's. I ordered on the screens and had to wait at least 15 minutes. I got my order and everything was cold except the coke because it had no ice in it. The burger looked like it was from yesterday and the fries had no taste. The staff was friendly, but I come here to eat and the friendliness is secondary. I threw 3/4 in the trash.

Every single time I go. I but the spices wrap and mcplant meal Every single time they lay the wrap in the bottom and stand the burger on edge, open side down Destroyed the burger, pretty chilled have to put it back together Every time. Honestly I'm done with this branch il drive the extra 6m to northwich from now on

A nice McDonald's with seating upstairs, with windows overlooking the high street.

Always good tasty burgers and friendly service. My grandsons favourite takeaway! I always go for a Whopper, this time I treated myself to a double! Wish I'd remembered to used my Blue Light card!

Went in around midnight waited about 30 minutes for a burrito whilst all of the Uber drivers took priority

So last Monday the wife and I were shopping and stopped in for food, I ordered a double whopper made it a meal the wife ordered the bacon double cheese burger meal, we ordered extra onion rings and chilli cheese bites, there was a bit of a delay on the chilli bites so our server Jordan said he would bring them to our table when they were ready he was apologetic about it and very polite when he brought us the bites even came back over before we left asking if everything was ok and again apologised for the lateness in the bites.all the food was great nice fresh and hot lots of flavour and the drinks were flat like last time overall a great meal

Awful microwaved burgers held burger bun & lid deflated! rammed it down & left, there is much better options than this place!

Food was OK, but quite a wait, even though it was relatively quiet. No self service machines, but there's a space for them. We sat in, and the door was constantly banging!! It's actually quite disturbing. Also, they spelt Castleford wrong on the receipts, which gave us a laugh.
