The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

I have ordered cod and chips takeaway from this place on three occasions and the first time I thought the fish was cooked very good cod was moist and batter was nice and crispy , though it wasn't a huge portion and the chips were plentiful and order came with a slice of lemon and a sachet of tartare sauce. The containers were sealed with sellotape which is good and stops anything falling out. With my next order I was disappointed to see that the batter was extremely thin and a very pale yellow in colour and didn't taste like it had been fried at all , the chips were plentiful and were ok. I thought it might be just a one off so decided to reorder again and when the driver came with the bag he told me to hold it underneath as it was all torn and damp , I presume the heat had did it though the food was not hot only lukewarm . When I opened the container with the fish there was a very thin piece with a second piece about half the size of it. Again it was a pale yellow colour batter was not crispy as the batter was way too thin to get a nice crispy finish for £14.50 for the fish alone it was a rip off and to add the chips which were ok nothing great with the delivery fee it came to just over £19 which was a complete waste of my money , never again would I order from here.

Have Greggs changed quality of mince used ? I usually have a savoury mince pie as a treat. Today was very disappointing 3 fatty lumps and 5 hard bits size of a tooth ( bone ? ) DEFIANTLY NOT A TREAT TODAY Poor show Greggs!

Went in here the other day and whilst there used the toilet. Guy in the cubicle was having a fifty wiper steamer and walked straight out without washing his hands. This was a McDonald’s member of staff too which I followed up the stairs in which he walked straight in to the kitchen. Not good!

Ordered bacon / egg butty and cheap bread no taste . The egg looked like it had been attacked by a wolf . Come on how hard is it to make a bacon/ egg butty FGS

Era un cliente leal que me visitaba de vez en cuando. Cuando introdujeron una tarjeta de sello de fidelidad, visité aún más. Por lo general, iba a ir al gimnasio para una envoltura de pollo shish. ¡Había completado mi tarjeta de fidelidad dos veces! Sentí que el servicio era soportable para la envoltura gratis. La envoltura gratis comenzó a sentirse como una compensación eventualmente. El personal tiene una actitud generalmente genial y parece infeliz, específicamente allí en un hombre mayor; habla con un insulto y necesita trabajar en sus modales, tono de voz y probablemente se adapte a un trabajo que no esté orientado al cliente. Él tiene una actitud negativa permanente. Ni siquiera me escuchó cuando le estaba explicando que, por lo general, me dan una envoltura con su lealtad y pago extra. Dijo que no hacen eso, contrariamente a mis experiencias anteriores. Además, cuando pedí un homous, antes de terminar mi oración, ladró que costaría más. El pollo estaba quemado. Tuve que repetir mi pedido tres veces por separado también. Cero atención a mi pedido. La tarjeta de fidelidad debe ser un momento para mostrar la generosidad; en lugar de eso, se siente como algo que debe vigilarse. La próxima vez que asistí recibí una envoltura gratuita y dejé mi tarjeta de fidelidad completa por un lado porque hay muchos otros lugares turcos hacia el este sin actitud. No lo recomiendo y no volveré. Incluso para la comida gratis.

Ordered the amigos burger with chips and it was simply divine! Staff were friendly and attentive and very decently priced!

If you eat would be good but taking away they are ruined and can not be eaten at all These guys where really good and now their food has been let down I hope they change quick else will loose money unfortunately

We love giving back street cafes a try, so we looked forward to trying this. It is on the edge of an industrial estate so theres plenty of street parking and round the corner is parking for a walk to the River Blyth afterwards. The staff are canny enough. The food is freshly prepared and is hot, but we looked forward to trying their stottie and it came back as a Fresh Bap. When we tried ours, we both found the bread was soggy and saturated! Sadly neither of us can recommend this. Am sure there's plenty of happy customers out there, but sorry, just not for us

Lo visité para el desayuno esta semana, la comida tardó mucho tiempo y no estaba ocupada. El bar de bacon estaba bien cuando me llevé la grasa. Brew era bolsas de té baratas y débiles, creo.

Visited this establishment last week following a suggestion from a family member. I usually visit Oceans, but as this premise is closer to my home and under new management I thought I would give it a try. Upon entering, I was surprised to see no perspex screen between me and the cashier and no-one in the premises wearing masks. A simple line of chairs stopping me from getting within 1m of the cashier was all that existed. Whilst waiting for food, the staff who offered no friendly chat towards me returned immediately to a conversation about how many delivery orders they had got wrong so far that evening and making comments about someone (presumably another staff member) on how fat they were. As one delivery order came in, one of the servers commented that she would make up the chips to which the other replied "no need, we have some in a bag in here" pointing to a heated unit containing a closed bag of chips. The first girls commented that as they had been there ages she would do a fresh bag, but the second girl stopped her and said "its a delivery order, they'll never know the difference". Whilst doing all of this the girls were regularly touching their hair and faces, or picking up there mobile phones and then returning straight back to serving. No basic hand hygiene visible at all! The cook, who I believe was the owner/manager spent much of his time on his mobile, and seem very aloof as to watching the food. I had ordered a simple GF Cod & Chips. Chips were nice, albeit had so much salt on them they were crunchy. The fish was however overcooked and rubbery. The batter was rock solid in areas and brittle in others. Even my cat refused the fish! Sadly, the professional image was simply not there and neither was the care and quality in the food or service.

Food average, staff rude. Went for breakfast, I was told there was no fruit to top granola or porridge, it later transpired they had fruit and just hadn’t got round to chopping it up yet. Really unfriendly staff who didn’t want to help

Ordered food for 9 and asked for dishes to be labelled. Food was delivered just before requested time but as on a previous occasion not labelled. Tried to email them but have had no success. Will be hesitant to use them again.

Went in for some sausage rolls (which were good). Also bought a seasonal treat which was a Christmas tree shortbread but seemed more chewy like a cake rather than crunchy like a shortbread. Tasted nice but was not the right consistency.
