As I spent over £20 I should have received a free offer but it wasn't included. Got spicy cheese bites instead of hash browns, no cookies. No way of contacting store number unobtainable.

The driver was great the food, I’m not so happy with

I got the complete wrong order. Only thing that was right was my foot long churro. I never got my meatball Mariana. paid for two foot longs and only got one foot and a half?!?!

Ordered BBQ Baller, came with no BBQ sauce and completely the wrong ingredients. It’s like they run out and decided to put anything on the sub.

Beyond disgusting, toasted way to long and just crumbled to crumbs when trying to bite it, extremely cold , overall looked a mess, never again , worst I’ve ever had

As this was for my children had to then drive to the restaurant to get the missing items the manager on shift didn't seem to sorry I told him what was wrong he just said I didn't make it to which I said how can you get it so wrong you have a order list in front of you I asked for delivery so I didn't have to drag my kids out in the cold which I ended doing anyway I want a full refund

I ask for the Chicken Pizzaiola and the people refuse to make it claiming they dont do that anymore but said they'll make it if they charge me £8. The gentlemen who seems to be the shop keeper is incident he won't do it unless i pay more. Claiming also that no other subway does this. no other subway has has treated me like this and have been happily been able to place my order of a Chicken Pizzaiola and be charged the normal price. What a disaster, now i have to go to the one at west one retail for a sub now :(

I ordered a footlong with cheese and toasted it turned up cold no cheese and not toasted Disappointed. Also ordered 3 bowls of meatballs plain with no cheese. These turned up with cheese and toppings on.

Hi. I have ordered 9 chocolate rainbow cookie as a 3 pack potion but received only 3 cookies and I have no option to contact the store.

Gave me severe food poisoning after eating and ended up in agony for days, not sure if it was the sub or the cookie that tasted like play dough that did it but avoid this place like the plague !!!

There is always something wrong when I order from Subway on JustEat, usually there is something missing from the order. This time I was impressed to see everything had arrived, until I realized that one of my packets of crisps had a tear in it and they were therefore inedible. You’re better off just throwing your money in the bin, JustEat service is terrible so you can never complain and get a refund. Annoyed that I trusted them again despite my better judgement, I have to stop letting my hangry self guide my decisions stg.

Came here because the west one retail park subway outlet is closed. I have had subway in 3 different countries across different locations, this is the first one that puts a cap on the amount of salad for "cost reasons ". The 2 women who are the senior staff were extremely rude. Safe to say I am never coming back again

I need to stop ordering from here. They NEVER get my order right and if you get a meal deal it’s never got everything in it. This time the tuna sub had none of the salads or sauces we ordered and the meatball was the name. When you’re spending 13 quid on 2 sandwiches it shouldn’t be this hard to get what you want!

The tuna bite was completely crushed by the bottle of pepsi max, and there was no sweetcorn in the tuna bite. There were no pickles or seasoning in the tuna sub and it was not cut (not usually an issue but we ordered in as we are currently somewhere with no fridge or utensils). Also two sides were ordered with sauces but no sauces were delivered. All these issues were easily avoidable if a bit more care had been taken, and it's very unusual for us to be unhappy with a subway as it's usually of the same quality everywhere.

To be honest it’s subway obviously it tastes good but staff need to actually put on what I’m asking for, I had a drizzle of sauce so my sandwich was dry as anything, i even asked for extra in my comments as this isn’t the first time 🙄

Half my order was missing and wrong salad put on the sandwiches

I was admitted to salford royal hospital and with all the tests, scans and nill by mouth I went into this particular subway around 11.00am one day. I like my hearty Italian bread but they didn't have any. No problem. Had a seeded sub instead. Two days later same thing, no italian. Had my surgery and asked some one to bring me a sub, but once again no hearty italian. So seeded it was. Very disappointed.

We ordered nachos with jalapenos - that were stale and chewy and didn't have jalapenos on them (but there was jalapenos on the subs?). We ordered a sub with garlic aioli, southwest sauce & spinach on it - that didn't have garlic aioli or spinach on it. We also ordered a sub that was meant to have red onions on it - that didn't have onions on it (but the other sub did?) Honestly one of the worst Subway experiences I've ever had. Will NOT be ordering from here again.
